charged extra amount in airport

I've travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on 26/11 15:35 in spicejet with my family. We three carried one laptop bag and one travel bag for each. Before boarding, spicejet agents checked weight including my laptop bags then said exceeded limit weight and charged rs.5200. flight delayed 3 hrs

baggage handling

We had flight on 24th nov from silchar to kolkata with a layover of 8 hours and next flight to chennai. Our baggage was torn in 2 places. Pnr h5p6xi. We could not raise a complaint in the airport as our son was not well. Have submitted a complaint in spicejet portal, although i am sure there will be no response from their end. Kind request to passengers to not travel in such pathetic flights who has no concern over passenger's luggage....

always delay

I like to put a complaint on spicejet airways..
Always they are delayed. Im travelling regularly from chennai to coimbatore. Every time i travel minimum of 1/2hr late in their schedule. Bcos of this i've to pay waiting charges for my taxi booked on the day.
Some stringent action like they hav to refund or pay penalty to all the passengers for the delay.
Or suspend from service for a day or two....

spicemax - grabbing money

I traveled from delhi to madurai[protected] with spice jet. I had purchased spice max. When i entered for priority check-in, the staff in that counter didn't allow me without ask me anything (Ticket copy..). poor and rude staffs in ticket counter

flight delayed and luggage broken

My flight was delayed by 4 hours and on arrival i found my luggage bag to be broken and my stuff tossed. I filed a complaint at the airport itself but got no response from their useless team. I then mailed them several times to which they replied by outright denying any responsibility for flight delay or luggage handling. They asked me to mitigate this issue by offering a rs. 1000 voucher to which i declined.

non allotment of seats

Non allotment of seats to the customer is not correct procedure and it is general violation of natural justice. Selling the seat for price for persons who bought the valid ticket to travel is illegal and bad in low. Your person has refused to give the seat to our family members and said that pay for it or get at the time of boarding. air hostess misbehavior

Pradeep poddar travelling to bagdogra from kolkata was not allowed to use washroom even after flight take off. Sg 578 seat 6c. Airhostess disha nd shweta. He is diabetic with urinary problem. cheating my refundable amount

check in bag broken

Its very bad experience, my check in bag was broken and the ground staff attitude was very bad.After arguing and she talk to superior they have issued Baggage Irregularity Report No.29567 dated 19 Nov, 2018 at 0.30 AM details are as follows

Not ready for any compensation as well as in report mentioned local bag, which angle that Ms. Priya find its local.
She do not know that out of India lot...

regarding check in

Pnr - x3mjnr, in reached hyd airpor at 5 10 and im flight is at 5 50 on 19th nov 2018. They actually checkd in other passenger on my name i dont knw how the hell they did it and they just gave an excuse that im late for boarding. flight delay

The flight scheduled to depart at 11.25 today 18-11-18 is still not departed and no proper information by the crew.

We are almost 50 in a group and wasting out our time here at chennai airport since 9.00 am in the morning instead of attending a conference meeting at goa.

By 1.40 we should have reached goa.

I request the concerned authority to take serious action.

my complaint is refund for a cancelled spice jet flight.

Sg 3420 and sg 3419 on the 15th and 17th were cancelled at the lat minute without prior information. The passenger in fact went to the airport in pondycherry and was informed. The total ticket money should be refunded to the person who bought and paid for the ticket using the credit card.
There is no way another spice jet ticket would be bought.
While booking the ticket there was no information that flights from and to pondy...

2am Flight from Bangkok to Ahmedabad was declared delayed til 6am. Made to strand in chilled AC without any help of water or food. phone misplaced

We were travelling from srinagar to jammu dated[protected] and unfortunately my mothers phone was mis placed and it was found by ur crew member namely vikram and he called my sister and he told that he has picked my mothers phone on the plane. mishandling of the baggage

My son was travelling from kolkata bangaluru sector on the 9th of nov'18 with an addon of spice max. Upon the receipt of luggage the condition was horrible as if the suitcase was thrown and dumped several times, inspite of having a priority sticker on it. luggage misplaced

I travel with spicejet flight from hyd to blu on 12th nov. Pnr : c5i7hv (Amit kamtikar), i have urgent meeting in bangalore so took spicemax addon.
Flight reached on time but my luggage was misplaced, after some time it is found that luggage will be coming by next flight (Air asia). After more than an hour i got my luggage.
It was very bad experience for me, i miss my meeting & i need to pay waiting charges for taxi as well....
