Recently received a fake call letter from "spicejet limited co." saying that my resume has been selected and that i have to pay rs. 9950 as security deposit.
Afterreceiving the call letter i checked the given contact number through true caller app and i see 16 people reported it as a spam like fake spicejet

    Sir/mam i have recived a call from one of the girl whose name was sheetal she described herself as spice jet executive and she told ne that my profile is being selected for ticketing executive at pune airport so for that she told i need to pay 1500 rs for renerating reference id after that i would be recieving call from hr and as mentioned by her will be facing 2 round telephonic intrview thn after getting selected in that they told me to pay 3000 for ducumentation process which is also refundable and after that i have recived a mail from [protected]@spicejet my offer letter in which my package and joining details of training were mentioned then again i recived a call from delhi they told me about the accomodation and cab facility as well as medical facilities will be provided by the company they told me to pay 11000 rs for that for which i have refused to pay so he told me no issues mam we have kota which comes under goverment and that is totally free but your joining will be late i told then ok my joining was provided on 11 september as i have packed up my luggage just for confirmation i tried contacting each one of them everyone phone was switched off.

      Hi, i have had a schedule flight with spice jeton 22/10/18 at 5:40am under name mohammed imran. As advised, i was in the queue before 1 hour to departure. I requested many spice jet employee at rajiv gandhi international airport to let me check in as i was getting late to check in but they showed to no concern and asked me to be in the queue. Later, when i reached the counter they said the counter is closed. This flight was very important for me beacuse i had an scheduled appointment at us vac chennai. Please let me know if you need further evidence.

      I want to raise a formal complaint againts spicejet and demad compensation.

        I have checked in 55 mins prior to my flight at netaji subhash airport in kolkata and went to the counter 50 mins prior my departure but i was not allowed as they were arguing i should come 45 mins prior. My flight was at 9.05am and i reached the counter at 8.15 am.

          I have booked my flight travelling Date 5th Oct flight number SG971 from Ahmedabad to varanasi And on the Same Date I have booked my Return flight from varanasi to Ahmedabad with my mother with indigo airline due to personal issue it was very important to pick up my Mom from varanasi but on 5th morning I recieved a text message they have cancelled the flight And alternate option was available due to which my indigo airline got wasted And spicejet is not Giving me any Kind of compensation.PDJWKA Spicejet pnr number And XHHNNT indigo pnr number.i want compensation of my indigo flight.

            So these days airline companies have decided to charge extra by coercing passengers to take up premium seats with the fear of missing the flight.
            Coupled with the rude attitude of the management, you get an experience called the FlySpiceJet. So, even though my sister had her tickets booked much earlier and she arrived at the airport 2 hours before the departure. The lady at the check-in counter decided to cheat her. She put her in this situation by asking her to call the helpline before the flight was about to leave. This is unacceptable.

            Too bad my sister was flying for the first time on her own, she was coerced by the lady to get a premium seat ticket. Now, we had already booked for a economy seat a
            month back, so it occurs that when the online booking completed the management knew that the seat was booked. So you may ask why this? I am also thinking.

            Is it fair for the airline companies to charge you extra, knowing that your ticket is booked at the counter while you are checking in for your flight well in advance?

            Why does the customer have to account for the over-booked
            flight and pay extra?

            The airline company is supposed to account for this and give that passenger a seat without any surcharge. Sadly this wasn't the case. Here are the pictures of the bill. I think I'll avoid FlySpiceJet in the future and I'll advise you to do the same.

              Recently received a call letter on the letter head of spicejet and under the signature of deepak choudhary, where it has been asked to deposit the amount of rs. 9950 in its bank account. If it is genuine thing there should be some authentic release from company but if it is a fraud then you should take action for using your letter head and also manupulating the young minds of the country.
              Please resolve the issue.

                I am writing this with a heavy heart as i am a frequent traveler from spice jet.
                I took a flight from surat to bagdogra on 14th oct 2018 (Pnr: y3fs9b) which was a connecting flight. From surat to delhi it was a pleasant flight as usual my baggage was in intact condition. After that i took a connecting flight from new delhi to bagdogra as soon as the flight landed at bagdogra i got my bag which was completely destroyed by your luggage staff (Pictures attached), which is simply unacceptable because earlier neither the bag was in poor condition now it was old. That was a brand new bag and your staff completely tore it. The horror doesn't end here my power bank was also missing from the luggage which was also a brand new one.
                What is this spice jet, can you please tell me is this the way to treat your loyal customer.

                No resolution and even no response from the airline so far, this shows their attitude towards the customers. Very disappointed.

                  I booked two tickets with pnr - gdbngn from trivandrum to chennai and pnr - g9yqxm from chennai to trivandrum, spicejet flight through goibibo (Travel date 12 nov 2018 and return 14th nov 2018) (Booking date on 28th september. I have received a message on 11th october saying my both of the tickets have been cancelled by spicejet, when i called your customer care the executive one miss. Shallu told me to book a new ticket. And spicejet is not responsible for anything and only to refund the amount. It is not at all done. I got a confirmed ticket with me from spicejet via goibibo. So its totally the responsibility of spicejet to confirm and make my travel happen. If new ticket have to be booked, spicejet should book my tickets. Why i should suffer for your irresponsible actions??? I am traveling with my 3months pregnant wife and my child. I have planned my journey accordingly. Right now the tickets rates are showing on hike. While i was booking i was another more options with indigo and other flights. I have choosen according to the rate has shown less as you mentioned on the dates than others. So due to your irrespective actions as a regular traveller am not going to suffer.

                  Am a doctor in profession, due to your irrespective move i have cancelled my room bookings travellings and everything. The current booking rates are high. So for your cancellation i am going to loose a big amount from my account. If i cancel the ticket ur policy will be ur friendly only. If as a customer i have cancelled the tickets u must have reduced the tax amount, service amount etc. Then only credited back the amount. So my questions are,

                  1) what about the criteria of compensation for me?

                  2) i have to book new tickets, so who is going to bear the extra amount???

                  3) who is responsible for my room bookings and cab cancellation charges???

                  Its better to look with some other options out like court with the concerned details.

                    We flew with yourselves from kochi to dubai via pune on tuesday 9th october 2018 and it was the worst fight of my life. After having to abort the landing in dehli we were forced to be redirected to jaipur. We were given very little information and when i asked the stewardess all i was told was 'the plane has run out of fuel and needs to emergency land' and nothing else, which for a nervous flyer is not what i wanted to hear. After a bumpy landing and speeding round the runway we were told little information as to whether we needed to stay on the plane or get off at jaipur.

                    Throughout the flight and landing, ignorant passengers were moving about, using the lavatory and opening the over head lockers whilst the seatbelt sign was on. I felt extremely unsafe. Because of the very long delay our pre booked taxi left, costing us money.

                    It is also worthy of note that we had already lost money after the flight time was changed from 11am to 2pm meaning we could not get on the train we booked.

                    I would expect compensation for this awful experience. I look forward to hearing from you.

                      The undersigned along with my colleague, Mr.Sanjay Kumar were holding a valid Spice Jet ticket for our journey from Shirdi to Delhi on 7th Oct.2018 in Flight No. SG 942. The scheduled departure of the said flight was 3.05 PM. We reached the airport at 2.05 PM on 10th Oct.2018 but to our great surprise the security personnel deployed at the entry gate did not allow us to enter the check-in area. Besides us, there were about 10 - 12 persons were also present at the entry gate for catching the same flight, whose entries were also denied. On enquiry, the security personnel informed that we were delayed to board the flight whereas your website itself says the boarding will be allowed till 45 minutes before the departure. In our case, we reached the airport 1 hour before its scheduled departure. We fail to understand why you have denied our entry and did not issue the boarding passes whereas the flight itself was late. You are also aware that after the said flight, there is no such departure from Shirdi airport to any destination in India. Consequent upon the situation, we have to rush to the nearest airport, which is at Pune airport, after a long struggle.
                      This type o[censored]npleasant behaviour by your staff at Shirdi airport is not justifiable. You are therefore, requested to kindly look in to the matter and issue instructions for refund of fare for our Shirdi-Delhi journey on 7th Oct.2018 already took by you.

                        In order to inform that my complaint was missing things travelling from dubai to madurai one trolley baggage scaned and labelled from dubai airport cover with wrapper. But when received in madurai wrapper was removed things are missing you are promised that responsible for our things even we wrapped and laguagge taken under your service how come its like travelling in a bus some things taken from bag like a unsecured theft from your workers how cum it was under camera survellience these things are happening all are bringing their valuables from a long distance its a meaning less security that how the workers are taking passengers things shame of the service we are paying a lot im complaing becz i know the things will not be back should not be repeat in future for other passenger tight your security warn your workers kind request.                           Yesterday i take a flight (Sg 169) from delhi to mumbai my pnr no is mfic6u. During a check in at mumbai airport. I pay 1000 rs for a spicemax service.in which i have to get an free meal nd entertainment service. But in a flight i never get this service as i expected like in flight i never get any service for entertainment and in a meal i also never get a water bottle nd proper meal which i want. Which i never like

                            Hi,
                            I'm facing a big time issue with spicejet service, i had a flight from bangalore to kolkata with pnr number "gg1q4r" and i reported the counter at 5:05am as it was clearly mentioned in the sms to report before 45min from the time of departure.
                            But the staff did not allow me to board the flight and had an argument saying i reported at 5:18am, and i had an long discussion for around 25 min and i had to book a new flight with pnr: zg4d2h and wait for several hours abandoned without letting me speak to higher authority, as the staff said she is the higher authority.

                            I'm very unsatisfied with the staff behaviour and services,
                            Here's the proof of attachments...

                            1). Call recording of incoming call at 5:14am conversation with my friend saying the staff is not allowing to board the flight.

                            2). Screenshot of outgoing call.

                            3). Proof of another staff named ashwini emp i'd:115296, who will confirm.

                            4). You can even check the cc camera in and out footage bw 5:00 to 5:30 on 05/10/2018.

                            I need my new ticket complete refund, as it was not my fault, due to bad service of shyamli i had to book a new flight and i'm running late on my time schedule.

                              Me m my friend took sg 923 on 2nd oct, jaipur to goa, we upgraded our seats by paying rs 1000 each n we are suppose to get better seat with free meal. We board at 12 pm and arrive at 4:30, there was no meal available, it was so long flight n we didn't get any meal even when the flight took stop at ahmedabad, the table tray was broken, n our luggage came in the end as however it has a priority sticker on this, what kind of disgusting service, it was sure wastage of rs 2000 we paid for upgrade, did we pay for all this nonsense, i need trhe refund of my money back as we didn't get what all been promised, great disappointment.. Arrange my travel asap,...

                                  My name is sandeep malik and my family traveled on the spicejet flight sg 8561 on 30th sept, 2018 from delhi to cochin. My sister had put her charger (Adapter+wire) in the check-in luggage bag in the outermost pocket just before the luggage was checked in. After they landed and just as they left the airport, she found it missing. We have checked it everywhere else possible, but what they can recall and understand is that this is an incident where in the charger was taken out during the process of check-in.

                                  This is seriously ridiculous and this means we cannot rely on the airlines for any small or big thing.

                                  I would like to get this investigated as much as possible so that i can get my charger back from authorities, else would like a refund.

                                    On 21st sept i made a booking to travel from chennai to hyderabad, to travel on 22nd. I made the online booking, and reported at the airport, security personnel checked my ticket on the mobile and allowed me in. I reached the counter and to my dismay noticed that the agent is informing me that the flight is an evening one, not the morning one, then i realized that it says 9.55 pm, not as i thought while booking as 9.55 am.

                                    I am a frequent traveler on other airlines, and have a privilege card for many years (Jet platinum). I had traveled over 40 countries in the last 25 years, and had never seen an airline following this time am / pm pattern, as i am used to seeing only the number not the following am or pm.

                                    I want to take legal action, as i was put to lot of hardship, had to rebook on another available flight paying huge difference, the duty manager or the supervisor (Mr anand & mr edwin) did not bother to help, saying that they don't follow iata rules, and they have their own.

                                    When the entire world follows 24 hours pattern why this airline is hellbent on misleading the passengers.

                                    My flight details are sg 3462 chennai to hyderabad on 22nd sept.

                                    I claim apologies from the management and damages, besides demanding them to change the policy of 12 hour pattern with immediate effect.

                                      I booked a return ticket on spice jet, BOM-DEL and now on my return journey they are asking me to pay Rs. 400 more because on my return ticket they have printed "hand baggage fare only". This is a sly underhand way of extracting money from their customers. How is it possible this was not printed on my ticket from BOM-DEL?
                                      They are blaming IRCTC for this and saying don't book through IRCTC?!! then why are they selling tickets through 3rd parties?

                                      I am absolutely never going to travel with Spice Jet! Good riddance!
                                      I was traveling from Varanasi to hyderabad. I checked in my baggage in varnasi airport in a good and a proper condition. And i received my baggage damaged. What is spice jet doing with baggage?
                                      And spice jet says we are not responsible. Then who is the authority?

                                        I n regularly travelling in spicejet for last 8 years but now i don't think i will be travelling aymore in spicejet either of my business or personal trip.

                                        I booked a flight for 28th chennai to kolkata (W93k6m) which was scheduled at 14.10 but it was delayed for more than 8 hours and missed my important meetings.

                                        Later on because of this i have to travel and attend meeting in bagdogra on 29th sept (Jhl3hb) but again it got delayed for 3 hours.

                                        Because of this it incurred a heavy loss and all the plans have been abondoned and the trips to be followed also got spoiled.

                                        Moreover the intimation of the delay also provided in the peak hours once i reach the airport

                                        Please compensate for this and take action on the same
