My family is traveling from bagkok to ahmedabad and the flight is delayed by 4 hours as well as while coming to bagkok it was the same a delay of 3 hours. This is so disgusting and uncomfortable. Spicejet seriously needs to improve as i have been a frequent traveller from mumbai to ahmedabad always the dlight used to b delayed this is such a shameful situation for the airlines as well as spicejet should not b recommended

    My pnr number is yy365z. I was allowed seat no. 10b&10c on my request at check in counter. Because suman my wife is undergoing chemotherapy. But during boarding on gate your representative informed me that this seat we can't provide you and he forcibly given us in 24th row. When we get down from bus near the craft the ground force person denied us to board from rear gate. What is this and why they behaved like this with us. We also paid for tickets. Please let me know.

      The flight allowed check in for two people and denied check in for two when all of them were in the queue at the same time. There was no announcement for expediting the check in for passengers traveling to delhi. Am stating very categorically that it is not a case of late show. All passengers were in queue. The staff lacks an attitude to help, extremely incompetent and is useless. While booking an alternate flight, the fare increased by 1000rs because they were not able to work on their system.

        I am writing in regards to the flight, which got cancelled for thursday morning at 6 a. M. Due to which i had to pay more than the usual ticket price and had to pay extra for staying an additional day in kolkata.

        The actual ticket price was 10, 600. However i had to pay 14, 648 (I am just asking for the refund, which they promised to pay once emailed to the customer relations)

        I have sent the ticket to the customer relations department but they didnt responded and when i have called they have told me that only customer relations will be able to help you, which they didnt and i am still waiting for them to respond

        Kindly let me know in case of any questions or queries

          I have booked delhi - jaisalmer - delhi air tickets for three passengers - ajit menon, geetha menon and child anushka menon vide your website and tickets were issued vide pnr w7qm4c. I had also purchased spice max services and accordingly seats 16 a, 16 b and 16 c were allotted for delhi - jaisalmer sector. I had already told that the passenger is a child and still the emergency exit row was allotted. While boarding the flight we were refused the seats as child is not allowed on emergengency exit rows and alternate seats were allocated to us. The same is the case with the return sector. I have already selected 10a, 10b and 10c but would request you that if front spice max row seats can be provided - all three seats together as we have already paid for the services. You are requested to consider the case on urgent basis and do the needful.

            Hello team, i am writing today with deep anger and anguish because of the behavior of spicejet staff at vishakapatnam airport. We were traveling from vishakapatnam to hyderabad and we are new to vishakapatnam. We had flight at 9.25 am on 2nd of october 2018 and we were told that it would take 15 minutes to reach to airport by hotel staff. And so we had breakfast and then started to airport. Unfortunately it took 40 minutes and we couldn't reach airport before 45 minutes of flight departure. We understand that irrespective of whatever reason airlines will not allow us to board on the flight after 45 minutes of checkin time. Fine, but my father is a dialysis patient and i pleaded spicejet staff to atleast allow him to board the flight and have his treatment and avoid any situation that is life threatening. But none of the staff has considered my request and didnt allowed my father to board the flight. By the time we booked and waiting for the next flight, my father felt dizziness, fainted and we were in a situation where we can't do anything in a new place and don't know where to go, fortunately he recovered after some time and wr came back. All this is because of spicejet staff behavior. I don't understand one point here - is that airlines will not allow anyone if he is late even if he is dying. Isn't this so cruel and worst behavior. I request to take serious action against the spicejet mannagement at vizag airport. Thanks.

              Worst experience today in spicejet... Im travelling from mumbai to guwahati via hyderabad and i have got my boarding pass for both the journey. But for the luggage it was said to me to collect luggage in hyderabad and then again stand in the check-in queue for the luggage though im given boarding pass which is useless. The staff was very rude and arrogant and she was not at all ready to listen anything. She just argued and argued and said that the date is getting changed so i have to do the procedure again. Though being ranked as top in domestic flight list they are troubling passengers in long journey... I have never experienced such a trouble in any of my earlier journeys in any flights. I personally feel in this technological era they can't collect luggage though my flight is connecting and its scheduled by them only. Even when i asked about is it mentioned anywhere about such conditions, the staff was silent and she had no answer... Ridiculous service and cheap airlines... It should be downgraded in rating...

                I have booked a ticket through online on 3rd of oct. 2018 & money is debited on the same taime but so far i didnt received pnr or booking refferance.

                I have escalated this matter to [protected]@spicejet.com soon i received an automated response with an reference no.[protected] it stated they will contact me soon.

                I am sorry to say nobody contact me until this moment. Travel date approching very close & i have book anothe ticket with indigo or jet air.

                  I got call from airline spicejet hr team.. We have opportunities in airlines job vacancies.. So she told registration fees 2500 can pay that money.. Then i got call u can complete online aptitude test..

                  So i can completed for online aptitude test also.. Then again call u can clear aptitude test..

                  Then call from hr team she asking for money for document verification 6500 so i can pay that money also..

                  So i got confirmation letter with password protected.. I'll call and tell to him..

                  Again 1 hour i got call from hr team again asking for money 12500 medical clearance and some other verification so u can pay that money.. Okay everything am agree so i can for that money also..

                  Then 1 day before i got call again she told money for training fees 22500 how it's possible.. I have just aptitude test and telephonic interviews only i can finish.. Final round of interview face to face she told that.. It's okay am agree..

                  Am not believed this.. This is real or fake confirmation letter i don know.. Please check and reply me..

                    I have booked a flight ticket from banglore to rajahmundry due to emergency my grandmother passed away i came a long way to banglore airport before half an hour 6:40 my flight timing is 7:15 i already done my web check in an i didn’t even carrying any lagguage with me but they allowed me to the flight details spice jet pnr:pfs82u how you do or behave like this in emergency they didn’t even respond to me in banglore airport counter number 46
                    Sir, when I payment spice max amount 2900 mode by book now pay later then my cr card Dr but airlines show that transaction failed. TRANSACTION NO[protected].Please sollution this matter as soon as possible.

                      M really disappointed today while checking.. Had stood in different lines for around 40 -45 mints.. And your support staff only assist me for different rows... And finally when reached they told that we are not taking fir patna sector. Who told u to come...
                      Y you people prefer to reach airport before 120 mints..
                      Early morning this is really harassing for me.
                      Staff is totally rubbish. Just because i was alone there doesn't mean that i was wrong.
                      Very sad to see the behavior of spicejet staff..

                        Hi team,

                        I am really disappointed with the staff behavior and inconvenience that has happened to me with spicejet on 31 oct 2018.

                        I have been denied onboarding for the flight sg198, bng to del which was expected to depart at 20:30. I made it to the gate no 6 of kempegowda international airport at 20:10 and i still had 20 minutes in my hand. I literally begged the representative to do the on boarding since it was very important flight for me and i couldn't afford to miss it. I reminded her that we still have time and instead of wasting the time here she can actually help me with a quick onboard. All these requests were unheard. I also requested several of the staff members to help in getting into another flight but it seems documents are preferred than customers.

                        I made another booking with a different airlines which has cost me rs. 30, 196.
                        Also i beared the loss of this flight and i have been denied all kinds of refunds even for a single penny.

                        This was my first experience with spicejet and my worst experience till date. I will ensure that not only me but also anybody in my family/friends/colleagues makes any booking ever in future with spicejet.
                        Will soon share this experience in social media as well.

                        Expecting more than a sorry from your side. Don't have more words to describe for what i am going through.

                          Spicejet are tricking customers in dubai-mangalore sector in the past two years. They sell tickets on this route stating that they are providing spicejet aircraft, whereas in reality, they are not using their company aircraft, that too for two years. This is highly unacceptable. Consumers buy tickets thinking they are travelling on spicejet aircraft, but they actually are not and are duped by spicejet for the past two years. Somebody please stop this tyranny of spicejet and bring some justice and sanity.

                            I applied airline job on shine.com i get recieved a recruiter of a job aviation she talkes me in a god way. Then she asked
                            Me for registration fees 1600 i paid by phone pe. Aftr online exam finished i got 4 marks. But also they selected first round, i thought they need good knowledge nt about maths answer. Then they did teliphonic interview by phone. K next day they told me u get email regarding u.. On next day im opening tht email. It protected by password then i calles hwr & aakes she conected call to hr. He s saing manjunatha lastly u remaing one procedure tht s traing fees ur already selcted they declared me alao saley 28500
                            But he told me training fees is 25900 after tht u recive hard copy & tht goes to mangalore airport alao then u go & show it they will allow u to in. Now i already paid half amt they told me to pay the remaining amt tmrw.. Wt should i do..? This s fake or real... Give me answer he gave me email of flyingjob.                               I booked a Flight from Delhi to Dehradun on October 30th which was frequently delayed and the timings were changed. Since I was boarding my first flight to Dehradun at Delhi travelled from Chennai and wasted my time at Airport for almost 4Hrs. I was not even given with proper reasons at the airport by the airline. My PNR is (PNR-OC5UST).Am very disappointed with the airlines.

                                It was a horrible with spice jet, on even reaching the boarding in last minute of closing they are educated to hold and make delay the process and told you are delay for boarding. On travel of chennai to pune on 28.10.18 by spice jet sg 530 on waiting the counter 2 mini delay by duty incharge ms jennifer and hold my travel, just they want to make the money all ideas been created. If the flight got delayed more than 2 hours also they won't take any service but if passenger got deltas for 5 min they hold. Would any one give the time and money for this loss

                                  On dated 18th of september 2018. I was travelling to atq from dxb. While check in at dubai airport. I informed the spicejet airline staff at check in counter that there are some breakable products in my luggage and they put a glass sticker on my suitcase but when i arrived at amritsar airport i was shocked my suitcase was spoiled and my suitecase was fully covered with big holes moreover my belonging was totally distroyed. I totally disappointed from spicejet service. And i will make sure that i will not travel again with spicejet airline even if there is no other flight.

                                    Pnr: td5g4a (Hyderabad to chennai by sg3706.
                                    Departaure time preponed from 5.55 am to 5.40 am.

                                    I was standing at counter no.13 from 4.35, when my turn came, boarding passing printing problem arised and i was sent to counter no.12, two more passengers were already standing, when my turn came, i was told counter closed, since i am late and flight is over booked,
                                    Finally i have to book last seat available in true jet airways for rs.16545/ and reached late by 2 hours and 45 minutes.
                                    So i request for refund and my true jet ticket charges
                                    True jet pnr: hyd 267 (Cash receipt no.2822 dtd[protected]
                                    I reached Hyderabad airport at 4:45pm and flight departs at 5:20pm. They refused to give me the boarding pass despite begging them for an emergency case. They need to have some exceptional cases for people with emergencies. This is my first time on spice Jet and I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

                                      With regret i would like to inform you that your company has done a cheating with me.

                                      I have planned a trip to jaisalmer through your company. Pnr details are mentioned in subject line.

                                      While booking, your executive informed me that i have to pay either rs.250 or rs.150 per seat at the time of selection. However he did not mention that seats can be selected free at airport. So i had to pay rs.1350 *2 = 2700 for 9 seats for ahmedabad to jaisalmer and return.

                                      This is poor service and i feel that company like spice jet cheat the customer merely for rs.150 per seat even though it can be made available free to customer.

                                      Hence i request you to refund me back rs.2700 charged from me unethically.

                                      Also, one of your executive helps me with web check in and other denies.

                                      Why such partiality?

                                      In absence of my refund of rs.2700, i would be forced to take appropriate action against your company.

                                        I travelled on 24-aug-2018 from new delhi to pune with returned by the same airline is "spicejet" on 3-sep-2018 only the basis of geniune trust.
                                        But seiousally guys i had never seen this before in my life because i usally travelled by airline but "spicejet" just took rs.1200/- (400 per kg) surchages for
                                        Excessing my luggage bag was 3 kg (Only 3 kg.) at indra gandhi international airport t2. What do you think about it guys its too much, isn't it?

                                        Not only at new delhi it happpened, but also at pune airport when i was returning to new delhi i reached at 3:25pm and my flight was on 4:05pm
                                        They told me on bording counter "sorry sir! You are late and we had loaded our luggage bags in the flight". I shocked and said to them "why??
                                        I am on the time". After some conversation they finally took 1000/- extra for being late. But somehow i paid for an urgent. And guys you know what
                                        Some few reasons the flight was not there thay lied to me that the flight (Spicejet) had been reached. I asked from flight attendent regarding for fine
                                        They denied to return back my money.

                                        Really guys don't go and think to travell with this airline (Spicejet) now day's they cheat to us, and try to make our people fool!!.. Especially "spicejet" was most worst airline in my experience.
