I was booked my ticket from ahmednagar to banglore on 29 July 2023.I was waiting for bus from 5:30pm itself in kotla bus stand, Raj chambers on 4-8-2023.The bus driver or conductor no one called me on the whole day.I was trying to call all the customer care number and the numbers which was there on the ticket which sent through what's app but no use . customer care was said it will come in 10 to o 15 minutes and the driver will call me .atlast I called to shridi departure location of bus they gave driver number and driver said he called me 10 times and I didn't picked the call which was completely wrong allegation.i didn't got any call from to driver.the real truth is he forgotten to call me and telling lies to cover the real truth.As a women I waited from 5:30 to 9:30 trying to call all the numbers which I have.I got the text MSG of which I will share with screenshot at 10:09pm . What ever the messages sent by the travels I tried all the numbers who have no information about bus.i was completely frustrated and unsatisfied with your service of travels.
My reason to go to Bangalore is to write exam of competitive exam.As a lady I can't take immediate alternative traveling to reach the destination.i completely depend on your travel and plan but due to the negligence of the service, customer care and I didn't got any text message details of driver, I didn't get any call from driver .it all happened and reflects on my future.i sincerely need explanation and refund of this careless mistake of Abhi bus service and staff.
Revert back as early as possible or else I will complaint through legally RTO.

    But courier has been wrongly delivered at courier SRS Bagalkot bangarashettr travels

    Courier fees is being charged at delivery centre also

    1st thing wrong delivery
    2nd thing looting money at both end.

      I have booked the bus from hubli to shirdi, the timing was at 8 pm, bus recived at 9.30 pm and there is no place to sit in that boarding point empty road have to wait for 1.5 hrs, the behaviour of the person is bus is worst, thé reaching time of shirdi is at 7 am, even after 9 am still we have 95km to go, worst maintenance by any bus i have seen, I think he will drop to shirdi at 11 or 12. Seriously go through these reviews, otherwise it will be very difficult for the passangers.

        I started my journey on 20/06/2023 night 9pm bus from Bangalore but bus delayed for one hour patiently waited. I had booked ticket to Manipal. Morning Round 7 reached to Udupi then driver said we don't go to Maniplalu do whatever u want there are numbers behind this bus complain but we don't go. the worst behaviour of both i have seen. They were very bad. Never ever expected such behaviour from staff need to contact higher authorities. Call me ASAP..

          Dear support team,

          I have one complain - passenger share their contact for travels, right.

          Then does anyone use this contact info to contact single ladies travelled in bus?

          I think your team needs to look into this matter.

          I travel frequently from Belgaum to Bangalore by SRS, Just bcoz I trust this travels.

          But I never expected that one person will take my contact and call me later saying some different name (Riyaz). Later this person messages saying I Love you.. Bla bla bla...
          I had warned him. I have never seen him also.

          This can happen with anyone.

          Then a month ago while travelling back to bgm this person again msged me saying I'm going to propose you today let's see how to deny.. I have blocked him...

          Sorry to get this detail but late to your team. I hope your team will take action on this matter.

          Aise hi log aaj kal ladkiyon ko msg karke phasa rahe hai.
          This is not good for every community.

              I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on my recent journey with SRS Travels. I was scheduled to travel from Yeshwantpur Govardhan Theater to pune on the BNG-MUMBAI Non A/C Sleeper bus, with PNR 37875114, Ser.No BNG-MUMBAI Non A/C Sleeper, Seat No. 11U, 14U, and 15U. I had an important exam to attend in pune and I was relying on the bus service to get me there on time.

              Unfortunately, the bus was delayed by 3 to 4 hours due to heavy luggage waiting at the check post for 1 hour. This delay caused me to miss my exam and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SRS Travels. I understand that border checks can cause delays, but I was informed by other passengers that there was no traffic on the check post and the delay was due to the bus waiting for luggage.

              I would like to request a refund for the cost of my ticket, as I did not receive the service I paid for. I am disappointed with the bad service provided by SRS Travels and I will not be using your services in the future.

              Please let me know how I can proceed with the refund process and I hope that SRS Travels will take steps to improve their service in the future.

                Hi SRS team,

                Srs is one of the trusted transport service provider of Karnataka but drivers are ruining the company value.

                Issue: I booked bus from kukke to Bangalore which is departure at 9PM. Driver called me and said this bus is leaving at 8.50pm then I said the time is 9PM so I booked the bus, how come you will leave early.

                Then he was talking with us rude manner like what will you do and whom your going to complaint and all.

                Is this SRS driver become owners of bus ?

                  Bus is supposed to reach Gokak by 8AM . But still 100 km away from Gokak . If I ask driver he say what should I do.. worst behaviour they are taking seats like bmtc bus

                    Bangalore to gokak bus started at 9.30PM from yashavantpur which is supposed to be 9.15 . That's totally acceptable but now it's 11 still not reached nelamangala it's not because of traffic it's because drivers need seats where they get money that too is not problem but will they stop bus for dinner at 2 pm midnight.. very very bad and drivers behaviour is very rude ..

                      PNR 37775168 Mangalore to Mysore supposed to pick me from PVS circle Mangalore at 11.15 PM on 14th may 2023 not picked up. The driver number given in the message was switched off continuously.later when I approach the alternative number from Google I got the driver number and got to know he picked the other passengers at 10.30 instead of 11.30. u have waited till 2 o'clock but no one contacted me . I need immediate response with refund along with penalty charges for causing inconvenience

                      Seriously.. ? VRL is the best in business. Govt of India should revoke their recognition on this group and Karnataka government should take action on these travel companies. Better put case these stupid company

                        This is a travel on May 5th, 2023 (11:45pm).
                        And the vehicle number is KA 42 9559.
                        The driver was very rude from the beginning. And the arrival to the pick up point was too late. When we enquired about how long it will take, he replied in a rude way without mentioning the necessary detail.
                        Then the window glass lock was loose. So it kept on opening. So that automatically the curtains went out. I kept on adjusting. But the driver came and yelled. And used a lot of swear words.
                        That was very disturbing.
                        I had a very bad experience with SRS just because of the poor quality of the driver.

                          I am employee of kute sons dairys, we have regular business with your travel .but, your employee mr.ashok kumar from Bangalore each and every time he deliberately hold our very urgent consignment and not dispatch the material to Pune vehicle every time we take lots of follow up but that guy not give response and give false commitment. We regularly book our urgent material from channai to Pune. Channai & Pune people are helping a lot but your Bangalore person Mr. Ashok Kumar is creating disputes. Still our booked material were laying in your Bangalore office from last 03 days .lr.no.is 406/236

                            I am writing this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with SRS Travels and Logistics company services. On 11 April 2023, I paid the full amount for my bike delivery from Chennai to Bangalore. I was informed that delivery would be made on 12 April 2023.

                            However, it has been three days since the payment was made. Whenever I called the SRS Chennai office or Bangalore Head office they said the bike would arrive shortly. As of today, 14th April 2023, I have learned that the bike has not left the Chennai SRS office. This delay in delivery has caused me great inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with your team's unprofessionalism.

                            I have lost trust in SRS company's ability to deliver my bike on time and safely. Therefore, I request to return the full amount I paid for my bike delivery with a penalty as soon as possible. Additionally, I demand the immediate return of my bike to me in its original condition.

                            I expect the refund with the penalty and the return of my bike to be made without further delay.

                              I have booked srs travels on 10th April from Bengaluru to belgaum departure at 11:20 pm which I reached little late and also informed me that I will be get picked up at next stop which 8th mile and before I reached the moved the vehicle saying that I already got picked up.

                                The bus which am travelling today from Coimbatore to Hosur at 10pm on 9th April drives with over speed even after informing. Why do people come in travels? Why do people prefer sleeper? To go safely ryt . But here in this bus, we have to fear each and every second. He is driving with full speed and he is talking in phone and driving. There is no person along with him to support as well. The worst service have ever seen. Aged person comes in travel to go without any tired but here it’s completely opposite, my mom has a hip surgery and I took in travel for her safety purpose but coming in this worst bus made her pain more.                                   Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  My mother name Ilaysbegum khazi seat no L3 is travelling from gokak
                                  to Bangalore on 9th April 2023 .I had book the bus for her. I just called to this [protected] couple of time to inform about my pickup location. He is not at all picking the call till 8:20 PM, bus is about to leave in next 10 minute finally at 8:25 Pm he has been picked the call.. He is talking without any respect in singular. So just warn him or send him out who actually don't know how treat with customer. I am not a new customer to srs.. From 2007, I am staying in bangaore and lot of time used the srs service. So just ensure that that shoud not be repeat.

                                    Hello everyone please Don’t use this bloody Travel there is no time punctuality
                                    See now I am writing this complaint because this is 5th time I am travelling from Hyderabad to Belagavi bus No KA51 AG 0267 I have booked that time it is showing dep 10.00PM and belagavi Arrival 8.30AP but when I get in at 10.00 bus left my stop at 11.10PM and in the morning again I reached Dharwad at 10AM still I am in Bus so what they are doing simply wasting customers time and Money and transporting their packages from Hyderabad to Dharwad…. Please check those attached Photos that they’re unloading and wasting time on everyone…. Please try to change…. I am writing this to Director of SRS Travel… please try to correct and give them a SRS Truck or something to load and unload from Hyderabad to Dharwad

                                      I am writing to file a complaint against one of your bus drivers who behaved very rudely with one of my relative during her recent journey on your bus service.(SRS Travels, KA51AB0977)

                                      On 06/04/2023, she was traveling from Hemmadi to Bangalore on one of your buses. Being a female passenger and was seated towards the front of the bus. At the time of the journey, the driver made some inappropriate and derogatory comments towards her, which made her feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.

                                      Furthermore, when she asked him to status of the bus and its location, he became very aggressive and started shouting at her. His behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and she felt intimidated and scared for the rest of the journey.

                                      As a paying customer, we expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and we are appalled at the behavior of your driver. I strongly urge you to take appropriate action against him and ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

                                        I booked parcel on Srs Bangalore Gandhinagar to SRS chennai Koyembedu on[protected] at 7.15pm with LR no 12/59205 by Consignor Vijay, Mobile no [protected].
                                        They told me it would reach Chennai by[protected] at 10 Am onwards.
                                        Till now it isn't reached.we need that parcel immediately.Kindly do the needful.
