We booked 3 tickets from Haliyal to banglore on 8th June 2022. There were 6 bags. Driver was not ready to keep those bags in luggage box... I really don't know what was his problem.. after some discussion he came and kept only 3 bags that too in small luggage box. Totally disappointed with driver behaviour .
Kindly take necessary action against that driver so that it should not happen in future with any other passengers

    I booked 3 tickets of S.R.S Travels for Nasik to Bangalore on June 5, 2022 & Bus Number was KA 51 AD 5594. The total bill amount was rps 7282. My PNR number was 36283238 & 36283270 with allocated seat numbers 8U, 9U and 13U.

    I was carrying my personal things into traveling bags and 4 small lightweight cardboard boxes. At the time of entry, the bus conductor asked me to pay Rs 2800 extra for luggage. I told him that these are my personal things and do not contain any commercial material. He asked me to travel and later he came and asked me to pay some decent amount around Rs 2000. I spoke with the S.R.S representative on their helpline number ([protected]; [protected]) and they also told me to not pay any amount to the bus conductor.

    After multiple times of discussion, the bus conductor demanded Rs 800. I asked him to give me a proper bill. He refused to give in and started shouting at me. This was occurred at midnight.

    Also, while traveling the water leaked from the top and I asked the bus conductor to either fix it or provide another seat for some time. The bus conductor again started shouting at me and asked me to call the S.R.S helpline number.

    My family spent the entire journey in such an atmosphere.

    I request you to please look into this matter and refund my amount.

      My experience while travelling in SRS bus was amazing, but once I boarded at pune on May 29, 2022, then I saw bus condition was very bad, seats were full of mud and the charging point was not working.
      I could never imagine that SRS buses will be in this condition. Paying 4000 for tickets and getting unhealthy atmosphere into the bus. This is very inconvenient for passengers to travel in condition of bus like this.

        Bus was delayed by 1 hr for no reason and they luggage was not allowed to be put at the luggage area below. He said it was full or some rubbish why do you allow passengers without us putting our luggages. We have to keep so many luggage don our head and sleep? No Basic sense at al.

          Unethical behavior of the company and their drivers

          I booked the BUS from Bangalore to Ichalkaranji through this travel agency.
          Departure date : 26-MAy-2022, 09.15pm
          Arrival date and time : 27-MAy-2022, 08.15am (expected)

          I as well as the passengers in our bus faced lot of issues . Describing those issues below :
          1) Bus departure time was 09.15pm at night . In actual it came late, by 10.45pm.
          2) Bus started at 11.15pm from Banglore, and it left bangalore...

          From surandai to Bangalore pick up point is new market but dropping point is hennagara gate .
          Same thing is mentioned on the message then also driver is not stopping and arguing to drop on the dropping point location

            I m travelling from nagercoil to bangalore in SRS Bus KA51AA6981... THE CURTAINS ARE VERY DIRTY.., PRODUCING BAD SMELL WHICH WE CAN'T TOLERATE..EVEN INSIDE THE BUS IN NOT CLEAN.. FOR THIS UNTIDINESS WHY WE HAVE TO PAY RS1000.

              Hi I am Sanjana Rajeev Travelling via SRS TRAVELS BUS NO. KA51AB0978 (Bangalore - Kundapur) On 23 May 2022, 9:30 pm. I am highly disappointed and lodging a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional behaviour by the bus conductor. The LIVE Tracking sight showed me the bus reaches at 9:30 to the stop, and yet the bus left without picking me up at 9:20 and made me catch up 2 stops ahead in Jalahalli, we had to rush through the signals and traffic and he continued to argue with us. Could you take care of the highly unprofessional and Rude behaviour by the bus people? They failed to inform the bus was leaving the stop aswell. Please take immediate action to prevent this.

                I have booked ticket Belgaum to Hyderabad… there is no mention about via root… so I was trying to call from morning to clarify but Belgaum division phone is switched. So because of that I missed the bus. So I need refund

                    Bangalore to erode - may 6 - 23:45 pick at bommasandra.

                    When I got into bus, I asked the driver, when the bus will reach the destination. The driver jumped onto me and literally shouting at me, saying how could I ask this question.
                    I have totally no clue what's wrong with my question.

                    Very rude behaviour and my complete trip was ruined.
                    I used my one day salary to book the trip with SRS, and I feel I deserve to know the timing of drop.
                    Would really appreciate if these kind of bus operator behaviours are checked and actioned upon.

                    This is going to be my last trip with SRS.

                      Yesterday 3/5/2022 I have travelled by srs travels the driver are not manners how to speak with women and he was fighting with ladies passenger and the Srs travels time reached Bagalkot morning 07 o clock but they bus are reached 08:15 when I asked driver why late he shouting me and fighting with me don't have sence how to speak with passgers he was fighting when I said I will complane he saying you make complane I m not fear to any one

                          The person at the desk says that the amount has been refunded. But I have checked my account statement several times and I have never received the amount. I canceled my ticket on 03/04/2022. It is 27th today and I have still not been refunded the amount. I am writing this complaint in hopes that I'll be refunded soon. But I will never be using SRS travels again for any of my future journeys. The first time has been the worst experience!

                            The srs bus hubli(7:15) to mumbai every time i travel's but i face a issue everytime same issue is that staff was keep extra luggage or unregistered luggage inside tbe bus on the customers seat and argue with customer and sayd this is the rule you have to adjust with luggage .

                              Yesterday We booked srs travels from Tiruchendur to bangalore for 5 persons.
                              The bus number is KA42A4612. When the bus reached lalbagh gate, I checked with driver and conductor to find out whether the bus will go to Wilson garden. But they didn't reply and started abusing me and threating with dire consequences. Never experienced such kind of rude behaviour. It's also unsafe for women to travel because the substitute dirver/conductor sleeps in the passenger seat. They also said they don't bother about the complaint also. If you cannot help passengers to clear their doubts, then why do you run this business?

                                My Seat glass broke down mid night ... no bus operator provided any other seat nor they clean it properly... all glass peaces were fallen all around.

                                Not even they have safety kit .. I was hurted because of glass broke down

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I booked a bus for shirdi trip for March 18th but due to vehicle issues the trip got cancelled by SRS.later i got the refund amount but there is difference in my paid and received amount.

                                  Bus Ticket numbers
                                  PNR 35913886

                                  PNR 35913910

                                  The amount debited for the ticket 35913886 is Rs.4788 i got a refund of Rs.4560
                                  The amount debited for the ticket 35913910 is Rs.1596 i got a refund of Rs.1520

                                  Could you please let me know why there is a difference in refund amount as I booked the bus through SRS portal only.
                                  Please treat this as priority and refund my full amount back ASAP. It's been frustrating talking to everyone and it's been over a week for now and there is no response from them until now.
                                  I'm attaching the refund and paid amount screenshot as well

                                    I tried to book the ticket on 23/03/2022 online for travel from Hangal to Bangalore on 25/03/2022 and payment of Rs. 597/50 was successful under Payment Id[protected] and order awaited under PNR 35963942. As I did not get the confirmatory message from your side, I tried to view the ticket in the app after giving PNR and other details asked. The message I got was - Could not find the ticket under this PNR.

                                    Please be good enough to refund the amount of Rs. 597/50 at the earliest and oblige

                                      I have booked ticket in srs travels through abhibus app. Booking ID: AU[protected] and PNR : TS[protected]MJRV / 35958627.
                                      There was a broken pipe on 4th upper seat. Which was making a lot of noise and was causing safety issue. I brought it to the attention of staff. They ignored it and after reminding them after 2 hours, one of the staff became abusive and said he won't do anything now. I asked him to take the pipe out of the seat. I have paid for this seat, it's your responsibility to give me a seat with safe condition. I am writing this in the middle of journey and really worried about the rest of journey
