Iam ambuja I traveling gajendragad to Bangalore at23of August
The vehicle no is KA51AA5282during tickets booking we clearly mentioned
The dropping point is kalsipalyam of
Bangalore
But the driver dropped me at Anand Rao circle instead of kalsipalyam
It made me suffer more to reach my destination so I request that please drop us where we mentioned in booking details

    We are booked parcel on 21/07/2021 through srs travels and logistics from chennai Egmore to virudhunagar lr number 6/55068
    Chennai staff said that parcel reached on tomorrow (22/07/2021)
    I am waiting from yesterday till now we not received the parcel i miss my 30 lakhs government order

      Dear Team,

      This is regarding the damaged parcel I received through your delivery service.
      L.R No : 3/06/98.
      Parceled Item : UPS

      Shipment of the parcel was done on[protected] and the same was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. But I received the parcel on[protected]. By the time I received the parcel, the package of the item was not in good condition. I complained about this to the local delivery partner but he refused to accept it. At the same time I captured photos of the parcel and the same has been attached with this email. I took it home and checked the parcel, it was almost in a broken condition. It's a very poor delivery service by SRS Travels and Logistics Pvt Ltd.
      I am seriously looking for your help in this matter to resolve this issue.

        Booked parcel on 26/04/2021 from Bangalore to Mudhol from SRS travels but till today it was not delivered to me, company is not serious about my materials, saying its received at Bagalkot location when i gone for collecting the parcel agent saying he dont have that parcel.

        requesting concern to take actions against the SRS travels and there Bagalkot parcel agent and help me to get my parcel asap.

          Hi Sir/madam, I had booked the bus on[protected], from Bangalore to Belgaum for the day[protected], from the SRS website, but I didn't get the confirmation, even though the amount debited from my account. I had called to the customer care, and he said to wait for 3 days, and if not confirmed, the amount will be credited to my account after 3 days. I had called the customer care on[protected] morning, he checked with my phone number for the booking status, and he said that there is no booking on my phone number, and he checked with my alternative number also. but no booking found. He had given the payment gateway contact number, I tried to contact, CC AVENUE payment gateway, but the call was not connecting. And I have lodged the complaint on CC AVENUE's website.

          I had booked the bus from other service provider, and got confirmation on the same day, i.e.[protected].

          And on[protected], at 5:09 pm, I got the booking confirmation message from SRS. Its very bad. I didn't get the service from you, SRS TRAVEL, so kindly credit the amount into my account.

              No time sense to BUS management, and they are looking for only profit not customer satisfaction, driver behavior is rude and no mobile charger in sleeper couch sheets.
              Please take compliments from my side and take action on this, I use monthly twice in this SRS company BUS. And plead educate driver and staff how to behave with customers.

                        Hi, I am manjula Jeerigiwad, yesterday I booked ticket in SRS Travels from CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) to Dandeli.. Bus Timing was to arrive 10.50pm but it arrived at 11.35pm, . And the destination reaching time to Dandeli is 8.30am morning, but still our bus is in sankeshwar at this time, From 7am to 8am they stopped in sankeshwar for breakfast, , I don't no whom to contact for this, once the driver came near bus I am asking him at what time you are going to reach Dandeli, , bus timing is different and still we are in sankeshwar, , for that driver started to fire back me only that it will happen like this only, ,

                        The way Driver replyed me that is annoying, , and his behaviour was very worst.he don't no to speak mannerly, .

                        After this again I started to tell him that look the timing is different and you guys are enjoying here from last 1hour, , that time he went to driver seat and started the bus.

                        First time Faced this kind of problem, , and SRS Travels team kindly keep professional drivers who knows the time value, , even I know the bus will get late by some reasons but the way the driver was talking to me is very very worstly.

                        I payed 900rupees for ticket and that 900rupees is valuable for you guys, , if it's valuable then you too guys understand that we are not paying 900rupees for this kind of act.

                        I am not displaying bus no, , but you guys will understand this because to Dandeli there is only 1bus from Mumbai directly.

                          I'm nandeesh working as advocate. I haved ticket booked by redbus on 05th March 2021 from Napoklu to Banglore night trip 9:30 to 4:30 . But bus not operated on that day. I complaint to redbus through mail they answered bus operated . SRS customer care person told roughly large against srs travell we will face ur action. Actually I'm daily traveling by srs bus to Napoklu and banglore.
                          Please solve the problem as soon as possible sir .I think I need not take any other action. I'm waiting for your positive action against the complainant.

                            Bus driver asked for Covid test certificate at the time of boarding. I was not informed about the certificate at the time of booking and forced me to get down from bus without any refund and given seat to others.

                            When called office about what happened he also refused to refund and sopke very rudely.

                            Further I am going to file police complaint against them the fraud they are doing with passengers.

                                We booked the SRS travels from bangalore to pollachi .
                                Scheduled time to reach pollachi is 5.45 but we dropped at udumalaipettai at 7.15. approx 2 hours delay. This un acceptable cheating from SRS Travels and Logistics Private Limited

                                  22/02/2021, Belgaum - Bidar SRS travel ----- Staff behavior is very rude towards passenger they talk like that it's not your father bus to come late, like seriously 😠 for their kind information I'm paying for this journey not coming free and I came on time only, they were only hurry to go bcz I'm only the passenger to pickup from there However they don't follow the correct timing only, pick-up time is very accurate but make too delay to drop the passenger to their destiny .I'm very disappointed with your Staff this is not a one day problem, whenever I used to travel by this travel Staff behavior is always rude towards passenger and same thing yesterday happened with me. They scold very badly to my colleague also this should be not done.

                                    I have travelled last 2 nights in SRS Bus. And also i am frequent traveler in SRS Bus. Nowadays Behavior of your driver and co driver is simply arrogant. They are not at all customer friendly. Since they want take rest always, they are not allowing bigger Luggage also not allowing us to keep in Locker area. All are carrying in to inside the bus. And it is leading to disturbance for other passengers and also safety issue.
                                    We all are switched from KPN to SRS only because of arrogance of drivers and co drivers. But now it is very visible in your service.
                                    The same way continue you may disappear from travels in short period. Request you to correct correct now it self . good will basis i am complaining .

                                      Bus diver speaks very poor and use dirty language in front of other passanger, when I ask them to stop for passing urine.
