I SHREYAS BHUTORIA had boarded the SRS bus from Majestic(Bangalore) till Manipal from bus no.6381 on 21st night at 10:30. The full payment was made for complete journey but the bus conductor refused the complete journey and dropped me at Udupi 5 km from destination. Please look into the matter and i would like the refund of the remaining journey and he also took luggage charges. The driver was also not co-operative.

    I was travelled Bangalore to Rajapalayam[Stop Madurai] on 5-Sep-2014 @10:00 PM [Madivala] Vehicle No is 3179, asked driver to stop in near Vijayan Hospital to collect few medicine, but he was not given the stop and argue like anything why you are coming this srs come from other bus. They stopped 1 Hr in Hosur, 45 near Motal in Krishnagiri and 20 min in dindugal - Please don't prefer SRS, it is very worst experience in my life.

      i am the passenger in hosur the driver for bus no 5124 time 3.30 at hosur and reached at 6.30 pm at salem this bus was going to madurai the bledy [censored]ing driver was mis behaving to the ladies at salem i am sure the driver was punising in salem bus stand on tomorrow with cheppal slapping it is a very very same for srs travels i will not seenlike such a driver in local bus also pls take action against that driver other wise i will book a case against him an also your travels how ever he was taking cheppel slapping is sure

        I had booked my travel from Belgaum to Managalore back to Belgaum for travel on 05092014 and 09092014 on SRS travels sleeper coach. The entire journey was very horrible as the bus was infested by bed bugs, mosquitoes and other creepy crawlies to mention the least. Very unhygenic conditions led to severe illness for me and mental trauma to say the very least. I would strictly warn other passengers from using the services of SRS travels any time . It is surprising that the transport has approval of the Government authorities and the said approvals should be cancelled on proper inspection of all their busses with immediate effect. This travel company should be renamed Bedbug Travels.

          Dear Sir/mam, I booked my ticket from mysore to mumbai for 8th sep.2014 timing is 5:15 PM.bus came on 6 PM and the changed the bus on the way. Saying that u all go in another bus, we r not going to Borivali, which is the last stop for this bus. But they changed the bus in chembur only. Bus no. 1539date : 8th sep.2014 I missed my one important meeting due to poor service of SRS travel.

            We had book SRS bus from Belgaum to Bangalore on 9/3/2014 ( time : 9.20 PM), After reaching at stop by 9pm SRS person informed us that bus will be delayed by 30min but after 10pm they called again and told that we have to go into 12pm bus, after argument they told they would send us in different bus. At 11.15 pm they gave us different bus with very uncomfortable seat at the extreme last line eventhough we had book A1, A2 seat. They could have given the same seat to us instead of allowing other people to sit on our seats. While getting into the bus the person lied that he would give the same seat after few people will get down at mahantesh nagar but later he started argument . We do understand that some time buses will have problem but we have to go to the office next day, travels should think from our side and do the proper bus arrangement.

              Hi I had a very very bad experience with SRS travels last week on[protected] in sleeper coach travelling from Bangalore [Anand rao circel] to Bijapur with my wife. Bus number : 6128 SRS sleeper coach Had huge number of bed bugs in bed, couldnt sleep whole night while travelling. when complained to drivers, got an irresponsible answer saying they both are new drivers and they dont know anything about bed bugs. People whoever reading this, please try to avoid this travels or check in SRS bus stand[Ofcourse this is difficult to find bed bugs before 9 pm] Regards, Basavaraj

                Dear Management, I saw the SRS Transport bus services now a days been used as logistics services, Its know factor, your bus transport has to be run by some extra profit, but the main success of SRS for now is Keeping the timing, I am traveling in SRS for last few years from Nagercoil to bangalore, and Madurai to Bangalore vis versa If your transport is planning to loading logistics services try to load in advance where passenger should be affected, resent example on 25th Aug 2014, I booked the bus SRS services and the bus came in right time to from madurai and it has to be planned to depart by 11pm but for loading it was made still 1 pm night and again in housr it reached by 7 and unloading for 40 mintus and we reached bangalore by 9 It means most of them planned travel for next day shuddle, where because this delay we could not go to office in time, expect time of bus to banglaore is 6 am almost 3 hours delays, this is happening all the days As i am member of Ministry member officer, Goverment of India, I would file a cases againts you. Kindly take necessary action on this regards

                  I booked Tirupati Package Tour and I had my bus on 10 pm, 12th August, 2014 from Majestic. Here is my experience- Driver and conductor both were very rude especially the conductor. At one point conductor was shouting even on old people. Stupid driver was behaving as if we haven’t paid for the tour. SRS people, please take action on them or at least train them to be courteous. We expect them to be behaving in a proper manner at least. I won’t recommend it to anyone, ever.

                    Dear sir, We are regularly sending parcels from nagercoil to bangalore and to chennai. 6/8/2014 we had booked a parcel to Shahul hameed, bangalore bearing L.R.No 377577, and a parcel to dream creators, bangalore bearing L.R. No 377576. Bangalore people had done a blunder delivering both parcels to dream creators, bangalore. Now he is not returning the parcel back. Such a bad service we are facing with SRS. And also 3 to 4 months back, one parcel we had sent to chennai had been missed worth Rs.25000.00. Till now they had not given compensation. Please take necessary steps to get our parcels back.

                        Hello, On 27/07 Sunday evening I was waiting in the bus stop from 6.30pm and SRS travels bus arrived at 7 pm which didn't stop at the bus stop itself.we showed them hand signal to stop the bus but they haven't stopped the bus. Bus number is KA 42 9022 .My seat no 4U .Name MarMariMariappan. I booked through online. They doesn't bother whether therr isis a passenger to be boarded in that s top .AftAfter calling agent thathey stopped thethe bus iin the next stopstop in vasudevasudevanallur . we traveled in bike to catch the bus .Very much disappointed with the worst service. Paying 1000rs and no value for the passenger. Pls take action on the driver and his woworsworst helper.

                          Hi, I booked a ticket with srs travels on 18/07/2014 from chennai to mysore. I was not informed that, i have to get down at bangalore and catch a connection bus to mysore. However, I waited for that bus from bangalore in their office. They said the bus will leave by 6:30 from bangalore. But had to wait till 7:30 for that. I had very rude response from their staff in their bangalore office. This is real mental torture to those who pay expecting a good service. By Arun Sam...[protected]

                          Hi...I have not yet received any revert on the complaint given. Also to add some information, the bus was scheduled to reach mysore by 9.30...but reached by 12. The driver was rude and stopping unnecessarily frequently. I am really fruatrated at this service and request necessary action on the same or I ll procedd legally

                            Sir, We used to travel regularly by SRS travels. My sister had booked a ticket for travelling from marthandam to banglore on 12/7/14 in 6:00pm a/c sleeper bus.The actual departure time was 6:00pm, but the bus has left the boarding place at 5:40pm without giving a call.Then i gotup my sister in Tamilnadu govt bus to Nagercoil. from there she got the srs banglore bus.After enquring i came to know that the bus left early because of loading some parcels, things etc. I came and asked the authorised person of srs travels they told because of the booking agent of srs parcel this has been happened.then i went to ask to the srs parcel agent, how can u do like this, he had talked me very badly and roughly in the busstand in front of many people.we r from a respectable family and also we are Govt employees in respectable positions.We felt a lot, afteral a parcel booking person treated us in this way.I am mentally disturbed a lot.I want to know 1 thing whether the bus is used for carrying passengers r carrying goods?I came to know that parcel booking agent name is allwin. Tel the parcel agent not to continue this

                              Sir, I am B K Singh from Navi Mumbai.My contact number is [protected]. I had booked one sleeper seat in SRS Bus for jouirney of my son Mr Neel Kamal from Mumbai to Bangalore vide Make My Trip.com ID No. NU[protected] for scheduled journey dated 07/07/2014. As per advice, we reached the boarding point at Belapur at 3.30pm. We had contacted the Bus operator for their adject arrival at the boarding point and we were told to wait there for 10 minute and bus would reach. But Bus did not report till 4.15 pm then we again took up the matter and then we received an SMS at 4.20pm that Bus was late by one hour.It was raining and we were waiting for Bus under open Sky.To protect from rain, we preferred to seat in our Car. Bus came at Belapur and did not stop neither we receive any call from operator. Seeing the bus, we contacted the operator to stop but they did not stopped and proceeded straight way .Then we again followed by car with repeated request over phone to sto and lastly we catched the bus near outer tol plaza of Panvel. We are mentally perturbed with rough behavior and very poor service of SRS staff.This has compelled us to up load the grievances on social site. Will you please keep me informed with steps initiated by you against the erring behaviour of your staff?

                                With My family, I traveled from Bangalore to Kumbakonam on 27/06/2014 by SRS NonAC sleeper coach (KA 42 9486). Actual Departure time from Bangalore is 9:15 PM but bus started at 10:15 PM more than 1 hour delay. After an hour travel, bus stopped in Hosur SRS office for an hour, and SRS staffers started loading goods parcel, vegetables and flowers gunny bags on roof of the bus. We waited and waited, passengers were annoyed very much because of the noises that they were making on the roof while loading the goods and walking on roof while we were sitting inside the bus. We waited for more than an hour, but it was not ending, so few passenger got down of the bus and had a look on the roof of the bus. It was shocking that bus roof was loaded like Goods carrier with vegetables and flower gunny bags almost 4 feet above roof of the bus. Passengers started arguing with Driver, but nothing happened, he said contact SRS manager, but he refused to share the number. Finally after an hour and half wait, bus started from Hosur at 12:15 AM already 2 hours late. Due to heavy load on the roof of the bus, driver unable to drive the bus in speed which they do normally. With this all difficulties, bus reached Tiruchy SRS office at 6:00 AM. But as per the bus schedule it should reach Kumbakonam by 6.00 AM. Already passengers were angry in delay, but again they started unloading the goods slowly one- by-one in Tiruchy which took almost 2 hours, till 8:00 AM bus stopped in Tiruchy. We passenger tried to explain the situation to the Driver and SRS staffer who were there at Tiruchy office that we are getting late, need to reach time to attend some marriage function, kids in the bus started crying because of long standing of the bus at one place and started suffocation, they did not allow us to even open the bus window due to unloading. Few passengers lost their temper and got down from the bus, started asking Driver and others is this the right way to treat passenger. Unfortunately no one was heeding our request. Bus driver answered without unloading all the goods, bus will not move, this angered all the passenger we got down from the bus and started protesting. Finally, SRS staffer realized that the situation will go out of their control and they agreed to start the bus after 2 hour delay in Tiruchy. Bus started, finally we reached Kumbakonam at 10:00, more than 3 hours delay in normal arrival timings. It was my first travel experience with SRS, it was painful and most frustrated. I will not choose SRS in my future and I am sure I will not suggest anybody to think on SRS travel. I managed to take some photographs through my mobile during this in Tiruchy. I request you to take some action against this who is always thinking of making money, not caring about passenger safety and comfort. Thanks,

                                  It's been a worst expercience
                                  for me with your service . Please find the below list of worst experience I
                                  have faced.

                                  1. Enquired with north bypass road srs parcel and booking office regarding the
                                  availability of space for transferring bike from tirunelveli to Bangalore.
                                  Based on their confirmation I booked a ticket for myself through online. They
                                  asked me to confirm on my arrival one day before the date of journey, so that
                                  they can make an arrangement for my vehicle. I have confirmed the same on 16th
                                  may. Based on my confirmation they asked me to bring vehicle by 4:30p.m on 17th
                                  may I brought the vehicle to their parcel office located at anitha complex
                                  north bypass road, Tirunelveli by 4:30p.m on 17th may. They said we will try
                                  to send the vehicle by today since the storage is already loaded with several
                                  items, I refused to agree for their statement and told that I will not accept
                                  any excuses .They said okay and agree to send vehicle on 17th may itself .Over
                                  that they asked me to take back and bring vehicle by 9:30p.m .I took back the
                                  vehicle and brought the same by 9:30p.m . Once bus came, after long arguments
                                  with bus driver and office representatives, they pushed the vehicle into the
                                  storage by12:30 A.M, since the bus is delayed by 2 hrs from the expected
                                  arrival.


                                  2.Instead of dropping me to Bangalore they forced me to get down from the bus
                                  in hosur and asked me to come by bike to Bangalore with all my luggage's . Im
                                  helpless at that moment and requested them to at least handover my luggage's to
                                  my relative who is already waiting in madivaala in Bangalore .They told okay
                                  and asked me service charge of 200rs for taking the bike out from the storage
                                  of bus .


                                  3.They didn't deliver my luggage's to my relative who was waiting there for 1hr
                                  in madivaala .They didn't even call him to enquire that where he is standing to
                                  collect my luggage's in madivaala.Instead they took my luggage's to
                                  kalasipalayam.we went there to collect luggage's, there the booking office
                                  representative didn't even respond properly .


                                  4.The driver of the bus came towards me and behaved as a third rated fellow,
                                  abused me

                                  and said that "we will do like that only and do whatever you can, even
                                  complaint to minister also, I don’t care" I asked his name and he refused
                                  to tell his name . He treated me without any respect.


                                  I didn’t understand why your fellow mates are behaving like barbarians. Is this
                                  is the way to behave and reply to a passenger .Im very much worried and
                                  mentally disturbed a lot .


                                  I request you to look into this above issues and reply me back which will
                                  compromise my worries. Please find the bus details below.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, Subject:Complaint against Rude Driver in Sleeper Vehicle No.2495. This is bring to your kind notice that I booked a ticked from Bangalore to Hyderabad in A/c Sleeper Vehicle Number : 2495 and the date of journey is 21.06.14 at 9.45 PM from Majestic (Anand Rao Circle). As per the Schedule time, I boarded the bus and get ajdusted. As the bus is halting for a while, I got down and went to washroom after informing the driver and the controller. To my surprise, after coming from the washroom, the bus is already departed from the venue without my presence.. I just ran and saw it was moving ahead and stopped in one of the signal after 1 or 1.5 kilometer, Because of vehicle number, I am able to recognised and able to catch the bus after running behind the bus, otherwise I would my miss the bus. The driver and the assistant are very rude and they are fighting with me even the mistake is from their end. I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and make sure such type of incident should not repeat by any driver to any of the customer in future days.                                       I booked VOLVO bus for my daughter's marriage to got to Thirunageswaram Kumbakonam. They took entire money for the travel the previous day in CMDA OMNI SRS office.

                                      We left on 03.06.2014 Morning at 6.00AM with lot of joys.

                                      My name is P Manoharan working for Sundram Fasteners a TVS company. This company is also like TVS Motors both come under TVS Group, the biggest auto component group in India.The booking was in my name.

                                      But return, the bus broke down at toll gate near Chenglepet. We were left unattended at 11.45PM and waited for spare bus till 01.15AM next morning. I could see don't care attitude with the staff of SRS.

                                      I spent Rs22000 for coming to Chennai using different modes for 39 passengers.

                                      I did not get any call from anybody so far.I am planning to move with the consumer forum for compensation if I denied of compensation of Rs.50000 for the agony I went thru with wedded couples too.

                                      In fact i was cheated by your staff. He said the vehicle is 2013 model but it was 2008 model and this is not fit on road for long journey. This is supposedly used as a spare bus by yourself.

                                      Till date I have not got any bill for the amount I paid. I paid Rs 48500.

                                      I have taken pictures of the bus in a bad condition where we were stranded.

                                        This is the first time I travelled with SRS travel from Bangalore to Mumbai. My ticket number was "5637501 ". The bus journey date is 2nd April 2014 and bus number is 1419. This is the top class multi-axle sleeper bus as claimed by SRS. I have several complain on the quality of bus and the staff. First talk about quality of bus :- 1) Sleeper seats were not comfortable. 2) The curtain rod was loose and every time it is falling down. 3) Light of the seats were not working. Staff service :- 1) Bus attendant was non-friendly. In the night, curtain road fall down on my wife's head. When I try to wake-up attendant, he says don't disturb me. He was very unfriendly. He did not even turn-on the lights. 2) We had kept dry waste in a carry bag. When we reach our destination, I told attendant to throw dry waste when the bus reach destination as there was no garbage box. He was so rude, he ask me to carry the waste with me.

                                        I have send this complaint to SRS travel twice after my journey but no response.
                                        Till now there is no response from SRS travels.
