Inconvenient bus arrangement and late arrival

We had book SRS bus from Belgaum to Bangalore on 9/3/2014 ( time : 9.20 PM), After reaching at stop by 9pm SRS person informed us that bus will be delayed by 30min but after 10pm they called again and told that we have to go into 12pm bus, after argument they told they would send us in different bus. Rude and bad behaviour

I booked Tirupati Package Tour and I had my bus on 10 pm, 12th August, 2014 from Majestic. Here is my experience- Driver and conductor both were very rude especially the conductor. At one point conductor was shouting even on old people. Stupid driver was behaving as if we haven’t paid for the tour. SRS people, please take action on them or at least train them to be courteous. We expect them to be behaving in a proper manner at least....
