Due to flood during that season/bus break down operation of bus was cancelled for to and fro journey. I already sent mail regarding above and requested you do the needful for refunding the money.
Still i have not recieved the money back now i kindly request you to do the needful action for me regarding the money.

SRS Travels — Bad service

Hello sir am SRS bus going to Bangalore to bagalakot bus time 8:30 and the bus no is 5562 I have got a ticket for sitting my sit was not good so I went sleeper sit it was empty the cleener is telling me a rules that I can't sit there as he picked up a road side passenger if I ask him is telling me he is a driver he is not in uniform at all

    I hav been traveling in srs semi sleeper bus for a very long time from Bangalore to tirunallar. Am not very sure whether u people are cleaning the place r not. Fr the past 4-5 months insect bites are more which is not at al letting me sleep & even aftr I reach my home red spots are found evrywer in my body. That much poisonous insects are there in ur bus. If it is festival tim u people are charging twice more than the usual amt Bt fr the price v pay at least v must get a nice sleep rit? Even aftr paying this much money wat u people gav me is a sleepless nit & red spots. And somwer in the middle of the road bus is standing fr lik 1 hr which I dono fr wat purpose. These loading kind of things can't u complete it starting the bus. Again u wil stop the bus at pondicherry fr another hr. It's lik 8-9 months since I hav seen the tv running. Even fr tv also u ppl r charging rit? Either u remove the tv n reduce the price of tkt r pls us show som good movies.
    I really liked ur punctuality & cleanliness wen I started traveling in 2014. Bt nw u had become v.bad in many cases.
    I hope u 'll rectify the things & gain ppl trust again.

      I m traveling in bus no 997, in internet 6u is window seat but when i see in bus 5u seat marked as window seat. This is bad service i m totally un happy with your service. You charge more during season and do this bad things. Srs don't know even how to mark seat.. Do we need to quarrel with co passenger. I never travel with srs again.

        Dear SRS Team

        I have booked ticket to Dharwwad from Mumbai and My PNR Number is 12949489

        My Self and My Wife were going today to dharwad and due to some issues I have cancel her Ticket

        I requested agent to cancel one ticket and issue return ticket for me in the same ticket amount which you have cancel and he did it

        Today afternoon due to my health issues i had requested My agent to cancel my Both to and fro ticket ( Mumbai to dharwad to Mumbai)

        He is replying that its not possible to cancel as he tried his best to cancel it from head office and instructed me to talk to SRS main office because they don't have any cancel option in their system

        On speaking directly to SRS team, they strait forwardly told that ony once i can modify my ticket. Now nothing can be done

        What is my question –

        PNR – 12971459 – March 31, 2016

        Mumbai to dharwad – still I have time to cancel ticket but you people did not try it to solve me and as per regulation 4 Hour before I have full right to get 50% return and nobody helping me out as on

        PNR – 12971408 – April 02, 2016

        Dharwad to Mumbai –still I have time to cancel ticket but you people did not trying to help me out and being regular traveller honestly i am instructing to cancel my tickets but reason given to me your system problem

        So as per rule either give me open i have full righ to cancel my retun ticket and secondly i ahve update almost 10 hrs prior to my journey that i will not be travelling so refund my 50% amount of one way fare of todays

        required My Money should be refund 2300/-

          My self native of Kerala residing in Bangalore, working in central government a class one gazetted officer. I am regular traveller of SRS Bangalore to kerla( 4 _6 times in a month). When ever I am travellin, I feel they are showing violent Tamil movies which is hindering most of the customers comfortable journey. One I requested the helper and driver regards to this, and they replied very arogent way by not only considering myself lady traveller and my position in society. As it's night time and also considering other passengers unable file any police complaint as per my position. So I m requesting you kindly go through this matter for better solution.

            Departure and Arrival time they mention while booking is different from what actually happened on my trip. Bus was advertised to start by 8:00 PM from Bangalore and reach Trivandrum by 7:30 AM . The actual time it started from Bangalore was 9.45 PM and reached Trivandrum by 9:30 AM (18/03/2016), which is plain cheating (Its was not because of any traffic block, they stop here and there and wait unnecesssarily). This is not a one-off incident. This happens on their daily trips. I book bus using my hard earned money to reach the destination on time. Not the time bus operators would like to reach.

              I feel u didnt care o[censored]r passenger u care only goods as money got from the goods as u not travel in time. Bus started one hour late from Bangalore and stops at every stage and filed carton and ther is no place to keep passenger baggage and stop at gulbarga for 1 hour 30 mints . Is it the way to care o[censored]r passenger ? Please stop taking passengers and take only goods.

                I Miss Varshinee Elangovan who travelled in your bus from bangalore to karad on march 15. I futhur complain about the a/c which was not working properly, the bad odour of the bed and the curtain inside. I even found bed bugs. Shocking! I request to u take necessary care for the sleeper buses.

                  I booked a ticket on 21 march'2016 for udaipur to ahmedabad on 22 march 2016. But operator cancelled that ticket and inform to me befor 1 hour of departure. I had a medical emergency. And i had fixed my appointment in apollo hospital ahmedabad. But, by the fault of bus operator i go to emergency treatment.

                    Paid RS 300 but conductor was not providing ticket and asking to get down the bus in mid way if ticket needed that is not acceptable and breach to customer satisfaction

                        To day at 9.15am near devegowda petrol bunk your bus no. Ka-01-ae-3874 violating the traffic signals which is very dangerous to other vehicle riders. And at one signal we asked hi to why are you violating the signals he answered, "nimgenri policege fine naan kattutteeni" ...!!! And is this bus bmtc?... Because he picking the passengers from each and every bus stops... Is it right???? Can you take any action against this misbehaviour driver??????.

                          The Driver who drives the bus on 13th March 2016 at 9:30 PM SRS travels from kodaikkanal to Bangalore near ATLAS Travels Palani is driving the vehicle in a worst way. The driver is not ready to listen even after a passenger went and told him. He is answering in an irresponsible way. These type of drivers should be punished severely.

                            We two people booked 2 tickets through red bus for seat no 1 and 2 in SRS Travels. Journey is from Coimbatore to Bangalore non AC semi sleeper. When we boarded the bus the staff in charge in Coimbatore SRS travels omni bus stand asked us to shift the seats.. Later we found that our seats were booked and sold to some one else... We were asked to move to some seat that doesn't even have proper push back... It's a very very very poor service.. Though our names were there in the passengers list we were not given proper seat... It caused enormous discomfort mentally and physically too.. Despite booking tickets in advance and checking in early, this is response we got... This happened on 13 March 2016...

                              The SRS travels driver and cleaner doesn't take care of passengers who are traveling in the bus. My dad had worst experience while traveling from Bangalore to gangavati on 29 Feb 2016. In the journey they stopped for refreshment in a remote area and left person in that place and went, it happened near kudligi forest zone. They are blady scoundrels didn't even check whether the person boarded the bus in return are not. Later when filed complaint with the SRS management they js took the details but they didn't take any action. Even the management doesn't care for these complaints SRS travels. Why the hell you people run service with blady useless drivers who doesn't take care of passengers. It's shame on your part SRS.

                                I have so many problems as below,
                                1) southern travels taken charges for my parcel which is not mentioned in your ticket and not on ur website. I want that chares back.
                                The way they talk with me is not acceptable.
                                2) I have purposely booked tickets of B11 category for my comfort. How can u changed the vehicle to scania.
                                If you are changing it then you should inform me before journey starting so that we can decide whether to go with your bus or not.
                                3) the driver is not switching off the blue lights. Can u tell me how we can sleep?

                                Please resolve it asap.

                                  I am travelling to Mumbai from Bangalore in srs travels .seat NUM. 16 u on 27 February 2016 vehicle num 1417multi axle Volvo sleeper coach with individual tv. But the tv is not working . The fare collected is included with all the comforts provided by u . Tv not working and also press play not working. . I am going to raise a issue regarding this .

                                    Hullo Sir,
                                    I am a senior citzen and a regular SRS passenger travelling between Udupi - B'Lore.
                                    In today's incident your driver in the B'Lore - Murudeshwar bus departing B'Lore Ananda Rao Circle terminal at 8.45 PM has been defiant and failed to drop us at the designated official Bus stop point at Udupi Kinnimulky Gopura. It is also the pick up point from all the buses moving in that direction. It was around 4.45AM and dark. My wife was accompanying me - seat nos 1& 2. Ticket no 12531872 in Vehicle No is 1157.
                                    The bus on entering Udupi after deviating from the NH instead of passing through the regular route had taken a short cut 100 metres prior to said point despite protests. He dropped us 1 Km away from there after much protest.near Govinda Kalyan Mantap. ( The short cut road in fact is barred for heavy vehicles. ). We were put into a lot of incovenience as no autos or any conveyances are available at that point of time and place and people waiting to receive us were left disappointed. In the meanwhile all the buses of all other Cos., following this bus were moving in the regular route covering the said Bus stop.
                                    Let me inform you that I plainly told your driver that passengers with valid tickets are denied any services while others who have been picked up and presumably without tickets ( after Jalahalli Cross ticket checking point ) are rendered services !
                                    I hope this compliant will serve you to take strict action not only from the point of view of services but mismanagement in the interest of SRS Co.

                                      I Have lost all my faith in this travel, there is no regards to customer.
                                      I have book a ticket for evening they put on morning time.

                                        Hello... M traveling from Mumbai to Bangalore dated[protected] in I-Shift multiaxle volve bus B11R.. Bus no:-1302... SRS bus cleaners n drivers r very careless about locking the doors when they have parked for breakfast lunch or dinner... This robbery has happened on[protected] night when the bus has stopped for dinner... I got to know this at morning 6am when I opened my bag for some reason.. Please fix the cameras and provide the. Best service... M unhappy with ua service... Please take this complaint seriously and act according to it...
