Dear Sir/Madam, Subject:Complaint against Rude Driver in Sleeper Vehicle No.2495. This is bring to your kind notice that I booked a ticked from Bangalore to Hyderabad in A/c Sleeper Vehicle Number : 2495 and the date of journey is 21.06.14 at 9.45 PM from Majestic (Anand Rao Circle). As per the Schedule time, I boarded the bus and get ajdusted. As the bus is halting for a while, I got down and went to washroom after informing the driver and the controller. To my surprise, after coming from the washroom, the bus is already departed from the venue without my presence.. I just ran and saw it was moving ahead and stopped in one of the signal after 1 or 1.5 kilometer, Because of vehicle number, I am able to recognised and able to catch the bus after running behind the bus, otherwise I would my miss the bus. The driver and the assistant are very rude and they are fighting with me even the mistake is from their end. I request you to kindly look into the matter personally and make sure such type of incident should not repeat by any driver to any of the customer in future days.     I booked VOLVO bus for my daughter's marriage to got to Thirunageswaram Kumbakonam. They took entire money for the travel the previous day in CMDA OMNI SRS office.

    We left on 03.06.2014 Morning at 6.00AM with lot of joys.

    My name is P Manoharan working for Sundram Fasteners a TVS company. This company is also like TVS Motors both come under TVS Group, the biggest auto component group in India.The booking was in my name.

    But return, the bus broke down at toll gate near Chenglepet. We were left unattended at 11.45PM and waited for spare bus till 01.15AM next morning. I could see don't care attitude with the staff of SRS.

    I spent Rs22000 for coming to Chennai using different modes for 39 passengers.

    I did not get any call from anybody so far.I am planning to move with the consumer forum for compensation if I denied of compensation of Rs.50000 for the agony I went thru with wedded couples too.

    In fact i was cheated by your staff. He said the vehicle is 2013 model but it was 2008 model and this is not fit on road for long journey. This is supposedly used as a spare bus by yourself.

    Till date I have not got any bill for the amount I paid. I paid Rs 48500.

    I have taken pictures of the bus in a bad condition where we were stranded.

      This is the first time I travelled with SRS travel from Bangalore to Mumbai. My ticket number was "5637501 ". The bus journey date is 2nd April 2014 and bus number is 1419. This is the top class multi-axle sleeper bus as claimed by SRS. I have several complain on the quality of bus and the staff. First talk about quality of bus :- 1) Sleeper seats were not comfortable. 2) The curtain rod was loose and every time it is falling down. 3) Light of the seats were not working. Staff service :- 1) Bus attendant was non-friendly. In the night, curtain road fall down on my wife's head. When I try to wake-up attendant, he says don't disturb me. He was very unfriendly. He did not even turn-on the lights. 2) We had kept dry waste in a carry bag. When we reach our destination, I told attendant to throw dry waste when the bus reach destination as there was no garbage box. He was so rude, he ask me to carry the waste with me.

        I was travelling from pune to mysore on srs sleeper and below are the complaints 1.the staff does not even talk to you properly for an guidance 2.they dont allow to tak the medicines whichwass kept in the under drawer..shows negligence 3.the movie played will be of so high volume and does not even care to reduce it even after requesting. 4.the movie Iplayed till 12 mid night even no one watches it. 5.they tease at you if you request you to switch off the tv Attention passengers :avoid this travels in future

          Hello sir, I have booked five tickets for my parents and in laws from bangalore to madurai via srs travells on 27th may 2014. during journey, the bus tyre get puncture and driver droped all the passenger on the high way and asked to reach at near village by walk and get state transport bus to reach madurai. this happened at mid night approximately at 4 am. there could be anything with senior citizans on the way but luckly nothing happened. driver told that we will get ticket refund from bangalore office. now when we called bangalore office, they are saying call on refund number but that number no one is picking. we are wondering since last three days and they are not giving proper reply also. kindly do the needful.

            My sister booked ticket in SRS travels from Jalahalli cross SRS travel agency on 11th May 2014 Bangaluru to Pune Bus no.8883 seat no 4U. During the ticket booking I repeatedly asked that this bus will go directly to Pune or bus will be changed on the way. Because I was trying to get direct bus from Bangalore to Pune. But the travel agent assure me that there is no bus change. But at 3.30am / 4am bus was changed, even they wont bother to inform the passengers that bus must be changed. As my sister was unaware about this information she was sleeping. After dropping of all passengers she was informed that bus had been changed. She rushed to catch the next bus catch (bus no 9122) and her feet is twisted. She was injured badly and now under treatment. Please take the action against this culprit.

              I was charged Rs.3500 for an A/C Multi-Axle Volvo Seat from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I boarded the bus from Bangalore Anand Rao Circle, as promised it was an A/C multi axle Volvo. But after travelling for an hour all the passengers from our bus were transferred to another SRS bus which was soiled by previous passengers and inspite of repeated complaints from us the agency people were least bothered. Random people were given seats on the bus on the way and obviously when the seats are sold cheap the crowd gets rowdy and unruly who just aggravate the situation for the next 24hours. Not only that, I was on seat number 40 at the back side of the bus right next to the emergency exit (unfortunately all seats were reserved previously). There was an inspection of the emergency exit which apparently failed to pass the standards but our bus driver managed the situation by slipping a few hundred rupee notes to the inspector. I have traveled in VRL before this. VRL has its own shortcomings but it is NOT AS BAD AS SRS. I wonder if this complaint would make any difference at all. But if it does I'll be glad that it saved someone from facing a nightmare-of-a-journey.

                This horrible showcase of reckless driving almost killed a woman who was lawfully riding her Activa two wheeler on Hosur Road.

                The Bus driver overtook this lady, on a Traffic Signal, and though he had ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to be so reckless, and could see the two wheeler stopped infront of him, he sped past the two wheeler, in a sudden rush of speed and manic driving. The SRS BUS ACTUALLY HIT AGAINST HER SHOULDER and he saw that this is happening, but did not slow down or wait. The driver thankfully managed to avoid toppling under the wheels and getting crushed under this raging mad driver's bus, or the traffic behind.

                Though she screamed in pain and shock he saw her and yet made no attempt to stop or express regret for his actions.

                I hereby request this Consumer Complaint forum to take strict action against the Driver of this vehicle and also the Company (SRS Travels Bangalore) that hires such crude and uncouth drivers, without any regard for safety of the fellow riders.

                  Such an unprofessional company were no business ethics. 11.50 Boarding time, Bus Came at 12: 15 PM. No Proper guidance by the conductor / Driver / co-ordinator of the SRS Travels- Bommana Halli Branch Bangalore to Salem Trip Bus NO : KA-01 AA 2087. Date : 27:04:2014 Due to Some technical problem Bus was not started from the location and no idea what has to be done . This is the status of the Driver & Conductor . Without informing anything to the Passengers, Both Driver & their team members are lethogicaly, arrogantly arguing with Passengers Bloody Please respond & respect the passengers yaar. because of them only you are earning . One of the travels . Will never suggest to any of my friends/ colleagues / family members

                    My sister who is just 18yrs was travelling from BANGALORE TO HYDERABAD on 5th April(PNR:DWK1136805-DT 100). She was carrying a TABLE FAN for which the helper of the bus advised her to make it luggage and charged 200Rs for that. It was hardly 2kilos. That is fine. But due to that she had to go to the office to get it done and the helper did not provide her with the YELLOW SLIP for her other baggage. But when she got down in HYDERABAD, the helper refused to give her baggage as she did not have the yellow slip and he asked for another 50Rs as maintenance charge. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS?? CHARGING FOR SOMETHING WHICH IS LESS THAN 2KILOS AND THEN AGAIN ASKING FOR MAINTENANCE CHARGE FOR THAT. AND THE HELPER WAS RUDE TO HER AND REFUSED TO GIVE HER BAGGAGE AND HE TOOK 70Rs FROM HER.

                      I am dissatisfied with your service. Senior citizen are going. Do not you provide water for them. And drop them at proper point, where they can commute to their destination. You are not taking some cheaper rate. You are charging Rs1600/ and you are providing unsatisfied service. Do you have proper first aid? Please, provide proper service, my parents took your service. They told that, your service is very bad.

                        I booked the ticket from Karur to Bangalore and got the SMS about the boarding point. Even I double checked the boarding from your website. But the bus has not come to the boarding point and I didn't receive any call from driver also and so I missed the bus. Later I went to the local office and found that the boarding provided in the SMS and website is wrong. How can a customer can board in the bus without even a boarding point details. They not even care about whether the customer is boarded or not. Even I have given a complaint letter to SRS Travels Karur office and called the customer complaint service @ Bangalore for asking refund of my amount. But I got negative response.                           They never regular in time. I travelled on[protected] from chennai to Tenkasi. bus starts by 3 Hrs late only & Reached 10 AM on next day. So bad. Actually i have to attend a marriage by 11AM. Another passenger 2 adults and 2 kids travel the same bus to attend a function by 8AM at Tenkasi. Think their position. Dont travel SRS i[censored] have any work on next day.

                            Hello Sir, I cancel my ticket from www.srsbooking.net In their terms and condition page that mentioned http://www.srsbooking.com/modify, for 15% cancellation policy bt they cut 100 % cancellation charge. and i didnt get any message for that while i m cacelling my ticket, after cancel of the ticket a message was shown that a cacellation charge is 100%. i called to head office 10 to 12 times, bt they didnt responce me, i called customer care they said that we cant help me tell to head office, and head office people tell that to call customer care. so please help me sir, amount is 2090 rs. please help me sir, thank you sir

                              Hi, SRS Travels increasing their bus fare during festive season's and some time on weekends. Regular price from Bangalore to Madurai Rs.650 on sleeper and during festive season ticket price is Rs.1200 to Rs.1400. This is happening on all festive times. Nobody ask them and they are not worried about anything. They just increasing without any limit. Please control them and take action against such Travel agents. Thanks Gokul

                                Today we faced very horrible experience from srs travelling bus service. Actual time is 10 pm @perunkullatore from chennai to coimbatore. But, still are waiting @ 12.45am and bus still not coming yet. How long to take time to pickup... no idea... getting answer like...always.. "bus will come" like that. Mid night.. woman and children are waiting here. Totally, ?? Reliance from srs travels..???????????????

                                  Hi Team, I had worst experience with SRS travels journey from Mayiladuthurai to Bangalore. Three people were there in Driver cabin, all three were fully dunked and rash driving from Mayiladuthurai to Kumbakonam. Before Kumbakonam driver hit a Scorpio and they solved the accident issue after 1 hr. Most worst thing is all three people were Smoking in the driver cabin while bus running from Mayiladuthurai.                                     I booked ticket from Kundapura to Bangalore on 16th of OCT, My Agent Asked me get up the Bus from kundapura SRS office, since i didnot know the office i have taken auto and auto guy droped me near new bus stand srs office.I reached at 7:45 there i apporched agent Naresh, he said SRS main office is near old bus stand but all the buses are coming here you dont go there i will make you the boarding here only, My bus timing was 8:15 till 8:45 my bus has not came to there, i asked more than 10 times to him, he was telling all buses are late today you dont worry boarding is my responsiblity Finally around 8:50 he called me and said bus already left from kundapura it reaches Haaladi i thought you booked from online you call your agent and ask what to do, i got angry and fighted with him finally i taken auto reached main office near old busstand there two good guys are connected to my agent through phone and my agent trying to catch the bus in siddapura through local bus, but there was no frequent bus i missed the bus and My agent made one space in cabin in other SRS bus and i travelled in Cabin with horriable experience.Because of this incident i forgot my bags in new busstand and i called my cousin to take the bags fro there Please Iam requesting SRS pepole to find kundapura new busstand agenr Naresh and take necssary action.he should not do the this kind of thing with anyone He misguided and made my life horrible

                                      SRS is the worst travel I have ever seen in my life. I travelled with my kids from chennai to rajapalayam in 2+1 sleeper bus. Seats are full of bugs (nearly 50 bugs per seat). Driver & cleaner already knew this bed bug problem. But they are saying management is not taking action on it. My kid is still suffering from allergy due to bug bites. I cancelled my return ticket. These cheating people are not refunding my amount. Instead they are providing coupon asking me to travel again.
