Today we faced very horrible experience from srs travelling bus service. Actual time is 10 pm @perunkullatore from chennai to coimbatore. But, still are waiting @ 12.45am and bus still not coming yet. How long to take time to pickup... no idea... getting answer like...always.. "bus will come" like that. Mid night.. woman and children are waiting here. Totally, ?? Reliance from srs travels..???????????????

    Hi Team, I had worst experience with SRS travels journey from Mayiladuthurai to Bangalore. Three people were there in Driver cabin, all three were fully dunked and rash driving from Mayiladuthurai to Kumbakonam. Before Kumbakonam driver hit a Scorpio and they solved the accident issue after 1 hr. Most worst thing is all three people were Smoking in the driver cabin while bus running from Mayiladuthurai.       I booked ticket from Kundapura to Bangalore on 16th of OCT, My Agent Asked me get up the Bus from kundapura SRS office, since i didnot know the office i have taken auto and auto guy droped me near new bus stand srs office.I reached at 7:45 there i apporched agent Naresh, he said SRS main office is near old bus stand but all the buses are coming here you dont go there i will make you the boarding here only, My bus timing was 8:15 till 8:45 my bus has not came to there, i asked more than 10 times to him, he was telling all buses are late today you dont worry boarding is my responsiblity Finally around 8:50 he called me and said bus already left from kundapura it reaches Haaladi i thought you booked from online you call your agent and ask what to do, i got angry and fighted with him finally i taken auto reached main office near old busstand there two good guys are connected to my agent through phone and my agent trying to catch the bus in siddapura through local bus, but there was no frequent bus i missed the bus and My agent made one space in cabin in other SRS bus and i travelled in Cabin with horriable experience.Because of this incident i forgot my bags in new busstand and i called my cousin to take the bags fro there Please Iam requesting SRS pepole to find kundapura new busstand agenr Naresh and take necssary action.he should not do the this kind of thing with anyone He misguided and made my life horrible

            I am frequently traveling from Bangalore to Gulbarga,vice versa first experience with SRS travel was very bad and insulted one,

            bus was completely stopped on 2 30 AM i woke up and was getting down to pass urine driver started the bus and conductor was abusing me

            then i side i was in deep sleep just wait for 2 minute both started abusing me i was in urgent basis could able to control

            then i asked his name he said the take down the bus no and complaint where ever you want don't speak here was the drivers words.

            I have travelled twice in SRS travels from Bangalore to Udupi. Both times the conductor was extremely rude to me and he spoilt my whole journey. Would recommend that SRS gives training to conductors and drivers on how to deal with customers. I told the him that I need to go to the washroom and he yelled at me and told me that its time for the bus to leave. When the bus started moving after 5 minute, I saw that the washroom was right in front of the bus. I had to suffer throughout the journey because of his attitude. He should have at least considered that I am a woman. I have resolved to never take this bus service again

              I was reported to Guru Travels based on your information regarding reporting office. But Guru Travels blindly telling we are not responsible for Online ticket booking passanger, We are taking care only ticket booked from our office.



              But you are given contact person details for Guru Travels phone number. Also we including (1 year old infant) waited from 9.20 PM to 10.30 AM on boarding point but nobody called us. Finally one of SRS Agent name called VCP Travels Mr. C. Karthikeyan given me the SRS person contact no. [protected] then they given another contact no.[protected] and they given another contact no.[protected]. But nobody knows the Driver no, also they dont know where is bus actually is there.

              Finally i got information by 12.40 AM from contact no.[protected] bus crossed the boarding point like that. I dont understand how bus operator running services without knowing driver no. If the driver no given in Online ticket or Reporting person mentioned in the ticket we can contact them esily. Finally we missed the bus, nobody contacted us aslo Your agent also not helping us.



              I want refund immediately. I request you to do the needful.

                SRS parcel service in bangalore is the worst service providers. I made many parcels services in SRS but in bangalore is the worst services providers.While we try to collect parcel in Bangalore office they wont give respect and they will ask money for extra rs which is not include in Bill and they wont let you know the details of parcel until you give money...

                Dont ever try to go with SRS parcel Service Bangalore...

                i book a one parcel in chennai to tirupur at 31 oct 2013 driver forgotten that bus will goes in munnar goods will cheese kerala check post after two days only i got that in my own risk...


                its very worst parcel service...

                  It was my first trip in SRS travels , my first experience was very worst and i think it will be my last trip in this travels. The rude and uncoperative behaviour of conductor (fat black person) and driver of bus no. KA... 6207. Stopping at cheap places , not using ac properly , dropping at unknown and wrong destinations. Reached destination 3hrs late from actual time due to stoppage at unrequired places. Please, you must take action against them. If you will take action it will be good for your travel future..., thanks

                    ,,i had booked 6 seats in srs from Mumbai to manglore..all seats are near by..but when we board the bus the conductor changed my 2seats and given another 2 seats which is far from the seats i booked..he given our seats to other famly saying they need to sit near by..i said even we are famly so i want my seats...we spiked for an hour ...but he didn't gave me right seats..he shud have took extra money from them...it was really a horrible journey..1st time i travelled in srs and its the worst one...

                      I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Hubli on 7 april 2013,I was charged the fare to Bangalore and again in Belgaum they misbehaved with me in abusive language called me liar and started throwing my luggage out of bus . They again charged me 150 rupees to my journey to hubli.
                      I want to file a report of fraud and using abusive language in public transport as they had issued the same seat to a female as well as to me.As seat was booked on the name of female I was not aware of that and paid them the travel charges.

                        we booked 7 tickets from Goa to Bangalore.........and when reached bus stop, conductor told us that bus will leave at 6:30pm, and some of my friends went to shop near by buy some snacks but then bus driver started the bus at 6pm and one friend had still not come but driver didn't wait at all and he had to pay a biker to get to bus.........and in the evening when bus stopped for dinner driver started the (although he saw that we were still having dinner) and we had come all way running (without even washing our hand).....bus no. was KA 42 9024............

                          Its third time that i along with my friends travelling from bangalore to ahmedabad via SRS travels so called asia's longest bus. B11R and still the behaviour and way of talking of bus driver and fellowing staff is highly rude and objectionable.They closes down the damn tv at 8:30pm just because the 2nd driver want to sleep man facilities inside bus is for passengers nt for them i guess...even they switch off all light by 8:30pm even the individual lights provided at top of seats and do not switch it on.
                          Evryime their behaviour is geting wort.They behave as if they are letting us travel for free.. Dude i pay 2000+ bugs everytime for one way. Owner of SRS for god sake teach your employees some attiquites snd manners.

                            When i collect in kumbakonam tha parcel was opened and one piece is missing.

                            I asked Kumbakonam SRS office they told that i will write on the DC parcel is opened and one piece missing you can claim from bangalore office.

                            Based on the branch incharge word i told them to return back and I visit you Bangalore office and ask them, they told that they are not responsibility because this is not our problem this is branch mistake.

                            And Mr. Mohan speaking roughly and he told that you can go anywhere.

                              m working At Bangalore. I used to go to my native (Thanjavur, TamilNadu) for holidays. This time i booked tickets in SRS travels. It is a Bus of the route Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu to Bangalore, Karnataka. I boarded At Thanjavur. So on the day of my journey i called SRS travels customer service to confirm the place to board. Before calling the customer service i called two Contact numbers given for Thanjavur booking Office But They did Not answered my call. So i directly called Bangalore Office this time. Someone answered my call, i asked them for the exact boarding place in Thanjavur. They asked me to call the Thanjavur booking Office. So i told them That They did Not answered my call. Then They gave me the Bus driver's mobile number. I got bit satisfied That i can gather all the information clearly. So i called the Bus driver's number He asked me to come to a place and cut the call. So i went to the boarding place 15 mins inAdvance as mentioned in the ticket. Bus has to come At 9pm But it came only At 9.30pm. And halted 15 mins here. I asked the driver about the time to reach the destination. As Soon as i asked, He immediately asking back like "are You the One Who called me?" i told Yes. Then He asked me Who gave You my number? I replied, customer care people gave me. He murmured something. I asked him again "At Wat time the Bus will reach Bangalore?" He replied, i can't say That, You just get in and sleep. I again asked him That At least can You tell me the approximate time So That i can Ask my friend to pick me up on time. He didn't reply At all. He started making fun of me with some other person near by him. I Felt embarrassed At That place. Then i went into the Bus, got my seat and sat. The Bus started around 10pm. After passing around 1 km the driver stopped the Bus. To see One of the passenger is missing from the Bus. After That the cleaner of the Bus called That passenger number and asked him to come Fast. It s the duty of the cleaner to check whether Everybody boarded on the Bus. He did Not do it But he is gettin angry on the passenger. I have heard That the consumes are the king of a business. But these people treat us really bad.

                                We are staying Kr puram and booked tickets Through M/s SRS Travels for Mangalore.
                                On travellin day i.e 10.02.13 @8.30pm, We reached the travels as they given timing. But the travel execuive behaved very rude even we are having a baby. infront of ladies he's using bad language. Very horrible experience n Bad caring by travels.
                                Kindly remove these type of agents in ur organisation.Am an respected senior employee of Hyundai Motors india limited and i never experienced this before.
                                Please prefer KSRTC always its safe n good.

                                  The journey was horrible. Thats the only word i can think of.
                                  I was travelling from Bangalore to Tirupathi. This was the first time I was travelling to Tirupathi and I was travelling alone.
                                  The srs travels office person made me sit in a bus that was not booked by me. He said the bus I booked was not going and so the passengers were accomodated in the new bus. They were giving some yellow passes to the passengers but they didn't give me as this was not the bus I was supposed to go. I asked them twice for the pass but they said I didn't need it. They collected my printed ticket and said there is nothing to worry about.

                                  The journey started at 6 pm and it was about 10 pm when the conductor started troubling me saying I didn't have the yellow pass. He was one who told me before boarding the bus that its ok. He troubled me a lot saying I didn't have ticket(taken by the srs office guy) and no pass etc etc. I couldn't sit peacefully for a moment. I just prayed to reach Tirupathi safely.
                                  I will never ever travel in that same bus again. Single ladies travelling alone please beware..They start troubling you as soon as it becomes darker and dont expect your fellow passengers to come to your help..
                                  we are seriously do our work every day, but sometimes i will feel confused which level of life is just what we wanted.i hope i can make a freedom man and riding my favorite bike have a enjoy travel.

                                  SRS Travels — Horrible Travelling

                                  Hey guys !!!! Dont book SRS tickets, you can get black ticket....
                                  Some days back i was travelling in SRS bus, I had paid 480rs for ticket ...
                                  The journey started and after some time there were some passengers boarding the bus,
                                  they paid 300rs and started travelling along with us....

                                    i have booked a bus ticket from belgaum to bangalore on 19/11/2012. the regular fare is around Rs.450 for non A/C sleeper coach, but company has charged me Rs.800 for the same bus and same service. On inquiring there is no valid reason for hike in the price. Usually such extra fare is collected when there is demand for extra bus. But on that scheduled day i.e 19/11/12 there is no extra bus on service.Shockingly most of the Travel agency are doing the same thing which is nothing but exploiting the public, and it is evident from the this act that all the Travelling agencies have a common understanding in looting the public.

                                    SRS Travels — Unauthorised ticket fares

                                    Why the ticket fares are high on SRS travels especially on weekend travels?

                                    Is there a law to control the ticket fares if so how the travel companies are violating it.........Very difficult to travel on weekends because of this excess ticket fares....

                                      I am a frequently travelling from Bangalore to Belgaum almost every week of Sunday from Bangalore to Belgaum at 10 P.M bus bus No. 6322. For the last two months when ever I travel in the Bus I feel itching and alergic in my skin. Last week I found the cause of this is due to bed bugs which are there in the seats . This is causing really un comfortable journey. I request the SRS Travels to do the needful. And also the bus is reaching Belgaum one hour late frequently .

                                        WE HAD TICKET FROM BTM ASHIRVAD (BOOKING CENTER ) TO UDUPI. THE TRAVELER WAS A LADY WHO WAS GIVEN A COMMITMENT SAYING THAT THEIR IS NO CHANGE OF BUS , THE SAME BUS WOULD BE GOING TO UDUPI.

                                        BUT NOW THE CLEANER AND DRIVER ARE SAYING THAT THEIR WOULD BE CHANGE IN BUS FROM THEIR SERVICE DEPO

                                        SINCE THEIR IS HUGE LAGAGE ITS DIFFICULT TO CHANGE THE BUS FROM ONE TO ANATHER, FOR A LADY TRAVELLER.

                                        ITS THE SRS TRAVELLS ARE MAKING CHEETING THE CUSTOMERS BY DOING SO.

                                        PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AGAINST SUCH TRAVELL COMPANY..

                                        GOVT OF KARNATAKA HAS NO IDEA HOW THEY GRANT THESE OPERATORS PERMITS!!!!!
