My sister booked ticket in SRS travels from Jalahalli cross SRS travel agency on 11th May 2014 Bangaluru to Pune Bus no.8883 seat no 4U. During the ticket booking I repeatedly asked that this bus will go directly to Pune or bus will be changed on the way. Because I was trying to get direct bus from Bangalore to Pune. But the travel agent assure me that there is no bus change. But at 3.30am / 4am bus was changed, even they wont bother to inform...

Charging premium rates for sub-standard service

I was charged Rs.3500 for an A/C Multi-Axle Volvo Seat from Bangalore to Ahmedabad. I boarded the bus from Bangalore Anand Rao Circle, as promised it was an A/C multi axle Volvo. But after travelling for an hour all the passengers from our bus were transferred to another SRS bus which was soiled by previous passengers and inspite of repeated complaints from us the agency people were least bothered. misbehavior to travellers

Wrong boarding point information and missed the bus

I booked the ticket from Karur to Bangalore and got the SMS about the boarding point. Even I double checked the boarding from your website. But the bus has not come to the boarding point and I didn't receive any call from driver also and so I missed the bus. Later I went to the local office and found that the boarding provided in the SMS and website is wrong. How can a customer can board in the bus without even a boarding point details....

Worst Time management

They never regular in time. I travelled on[protected] from chennai to Tenkasi. bus starts by 3 Hrs late only & Reached 10 AM on next day. So bad. Actually i have to attend a marriage by 11AM. Another passenger 2 adults and 2 kids travel the same bus to attend a function by 8AM at Tenkasi. Think their position. Dont travel SRS i[censored] have any work on next day....

100 % Cancellation charge for canceling my ticket

Hello Sir, I cancel my ticket from www.srsbooking.net In their terms and condition page that mentioned http://www.srsbooking.com/modify, for 15% cancellation policy bt they cut 100 % cancellation charge. and i didnt get any message for that while i m cacelling my ticket, after cancel of the ticket a message was shown that a cacellation charge is 100%. i called to head office 10 to 12 times, bt they didnt responce me, i called customer care...

High Bus Fare on festive seasons

Hi, SRS Travels increasing their bus fare during festive season's and some time on weekends. Regular price from Bangalore to Madurai Rs.650 on sleeper and during festive season ticket price is Rs.1200 to Rs.1400. This is happening on all festive times. srs travels very late coming and non responsive

Today we faced very horrible experience from srs travelling bus service. Actual time is 10 pm @perunkullatore from chennai to coimbatore. But, still are waiting @ 12.45am and bus still not coming yet. How long to take time to pickup... no idea... getting answer like...always.. "bus will come" like that. Mid night.. woman and children are waiting here. Totally, ?? Reliance from srs travels..???????????????...

Bed Bugs

SRS is the worst travels I have ever seen in my life. I travelled with my kids from chennai to rajapalayam in 2+1 sleeper bus. Seats are full of bugs (nearly 50 bugs per seat). bus was completely stopped on 2 30 AM i woke up and was getting down to pass urine driver started the bus and conductor was abusing me

then i side i was in deep sleep just wait for 2 minute both started abusing me i was in urgent basis could able to control...

SRS parcel service in bangalore is the worst service providers. I made many parcels services in SRS but in bangalore is the worst services providers.While we try to collect parcel in Bangalore office they wont give respect and they will ask money for extra rs which is not include in Bill and they wont let you know the details of parcel until you give money...

Dont ever try to go with SRS parcel Service Bangalore......

The rude and uncoperative behaviour of conductor (fat black person) and driver of bus no. KA... 6207. Stopping at cheap places , not using ac properly , dropping at unknown and wrong destinations. not giving the tight seats..

,,i had booked 6 seats in srs from Mumbai to manglore..all seats are near by..but when we board the bus the conductor changed my 2seats and given another 2 seats which is far from the seats i booked..he given our seats to other famly saying they need to sit near by..i said even we are famly so i want my seats...we spiked for an hour ...but he didn't gave me right seats..he shud have took extra money from them...it was really a horrible...
