I had booked 2 ticket from Bangalore to Tirupati package tour Volvo multi axel charged Rs.3205, but we got service in regular Volvo bus which was not comfort, For that I called to customer care([protected]) from boarding point but no help and not given proper response.
And also very bad hospitality.
SRS travels fooling the people.
Please reimbursed difference amount of Volvo multi axle bus fare vs regular volvo & also they have to bare amount as per legal for made me Uncomfortable in whole tour.

    Ticket number:[protected]Pnr:[protected] bangalore tirupathi package, bus no. 5125, 3 passenger travelling on 18th july were forced to get down at around 2am in night by the bus conductor and driver just on the pretext of that one of the passenger had some vomiting issue happened.

    Called up complaints round the clock contact customer care [protected] and the[protected] without any kind of help

    All in all without bothering their safety as having one of the passenger was female and one of the passenger was physically handicapped they forced them to be left on the road only to catch another bus

    What stringent action srs travel are going to take on this inhuman behavior of the conductor and driver??

    At the same time i request at the earliest to please arrange to get the full refund of the fare and the compensation of the harassment done with the female and a handicapped passenger.

      I have submitted the parcel to srs booking wilson garden branch on 10th july 2016 from bangalore to salem and lr no.207/23261... the people told that next day you will be getting the parcel but till now i am not received... i have checked with salem srs travel office they siad already dispatched but parcel is not there... myself and husband spoken around 30 calls for all finally they said it is in pondicherry... really i am not understanding that he need to get the parcel in salem but it has gone to pondicherry... even we checked with the people but parcel is not available... this is first time i am sending the parcel in srs...

      Traveling from bus 4267.. bus is not clean not able to sleep coz of bed bugs or mosquitoes I don't know... Doesn't look hygienic... Very scary.. I'm worried about my health now...

        I booked the ticket from bangalore to Tiruchendur where they said 6.30 is the arrival time. My entire family was waiting in the temple from 5'o clock and they said, it will be reaching Tiruchendur only at 9'o clock.

        It is ridiculous that they give different timing while booking which is very different from actual.

        The dont seems to be perfect in timing. This really needs to be fixed.

          I am a regular traveler from srs travels. I was travelling from bangalore to belgaum on 22.06.16 with pnr 13826737. Regularly i get down at rpd cross. When bus came to chennamma circle near ganesh temple driver came to know that we were the only two going to rpd cross, suddenly he changed his mind & told us to get down as he is going to ramadev hotel. We requested him to drop us at rpd, he said he wants to go to ramadev first and after unloading the materials he will drop us at rpd which will take about one hour, we requested & pleaded that we have to go to work, he rudely said we can complain to anyone, he doesn't care. He didn't care & left at temple. Bus had come almost one hour late. The driver's behaviour was unacceptable. The driver was bit dark with curly hair & without uniform. Hope you will take necessary action & direct your drivers politely. Manoj charantimath

            Dear Sir,

            As per above mentioned subject my ticket for Shimoga to Mumbai on 19/06/2016 is confirmed with PNR: 13794616, Ser.No: Mysore-Mumba Non A/C Sleeper, Seat No: 1U, Boarding Point: Shimoga (S R S Travels), Dep Time: 07:30 PM but the bus was delay for 5 hours it came aroumd 12.30PM there was no response from your bus staff i informed him about my important business appointment at 3PM in Mumbai He promised me that he will reach within 2PM but sadly he is still in kolhapur @ 9.30PM now who will be the responsible for my delay its a very big loss for me because i cant reach at time for my business appointment and it will be cancelled i had travelled for mumbai only for my Business Purpose it will be the big loss for my business now.

              I travelled with my family from Chennai to Madurai on June 6, 2016 in SRS Chennai-Nagercoil bus. The drop point was mentioned in the ticket as Periyar bus stand but we were dropped at main bus stand (Maatu thaavani). The driver and the service personnel were very impolite and did not even bothered to look at the ticket. Very unprofessional SRS travels. I will not recommend SRS to anyone.Cheaters...

              Worst Travels I never seen...From Bangalore to Hyderabad changed 4 buses for reaching destination...That too also not dropped near destination...Guys please don't believe on the drop points mentioned at the time of booking the ticket... And don't believe the time also...

                Hi,
                I was a regular traveller in SRS. But i stopped in between travelling with SRS because of luggage issue. I work for a company and i travel entire south India in a month for min 22 days. Every time i face of rude behaviour of driver when ask them to put luggage to the luggage box. But they force is to keep luggage in the seat itself. In single sleeper its not possible to keep the luggage. If i wont face this luggage problem again, I would like to continue opt for SRS in future too. Kindly provide luggage option for traveller. Its not possible to keep all luggage in single sleeper luggage carrier.

                    Accident can happen to anyone there can be 1000 of reasons. Problem is why these guys are not responding to passengers & staffs who are in critical accident. Bloody cheap peoples don’t care passengers and staffs. It's almost 17 hrs over after that accident. But no one from SRS travels tried to know whether we are dead or alive.

                    Please circulate it to spread the awareness

                    Yesterday night 28th may 2016 I was with my parents travelling by SRS travels bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore bus number 7719. Unfortunately our bus met an accident around 2:15 AM midnight. It was a disaster many peoples were badly injured and bleeding. Driver was stocked in the cabin; the steering wheel went into his legs. He was screaming like anything. Peoples were helpless as staffs ran away, no one was aware of the place & it was dark midnight.

                    To evacuate the people from the bus I broke the window glass with my hand and got injured. Several times we called SRS travels helpline number[protected] so called reputed travel company. But there was no respond from SRS travels.

                      Hi there

                      I booked srs yesterday from bangalore to hyderabad as i was needed to attend a wedding at hyd, srs being the premium service i never expected such a pathetic service from srs. The bus was supposed to start by 1015 from hebbal flyover, but the bus came around 1130, then started at 12. After asking the driver the reason for being late he became rude instead of being calm and apologizing, after an hour ac stopped working in bus, when complained about the ac the driver didn't responded, but after continuously asking he had stopped the bus twice for half an hour and checked but did nothing, the bus which was suppose to reach by 6, came around 8 'o clock to hyd, and of-course without ac we felt like cooked in bus, now due to this pathetic service i have decided that i shall never book srs again and also share the same news with my friends to look for other services than srs, i need the amount to be refunded, as there was an issue with ac and also bus timing delayed around 4 hours which is not at all acceptable as i missed the wedding.

                        My name is vinayak seshadri i am a defense personell i have travelled 22 hrs to mumbai and someone recommended me srs travel.
                        I have been waiti g from 10.15 pm to 1.00 am at samtha nagar police station kandivalli.
                        The drivers suresh his no. Was busy till 1 hr i gave up.
                        I called your office at borivalli they kept saying 20 mins 20 mins but no trace of it.
                        All i can do is stand hungry thirsty in hot humid weather waiting for the dam bus.
                        The office said there was a breakdown. They i form me about it at 1 am and say we have sent alternate vehicle.
                        I promise i will nevet never travel by srs n also tell all my giys not to use this service.
                        Pls see tge time of your message and the actual time.

                        SRS Travels — Timing

                        I am traveling from chennai to rameshwaram, here in ramnad they are stoping more than one hour, if i ask they driver when will you start he is replying very rudely that if you wany catch another bus and go.
                        they just don't bother about passengers, simply talk rudely and go fast even on the bad roads. and don't stop for personnel issues.

                          I am manish. Yesterday i travelled mumbai to ahmedabad on bus no. Ka 01 af 303. My ticket no. Is 13448446. My seat no. Is 4. As per your schedule bus departure is 5.00 a. M. And arrival at ahmedabad is 2.30 p. M. But bus departed from mumbai (Guru kripa hotel, srs southern tourist, highway apartment) at 6.00 a. M. And reached ahmedabad at 4.30 p. M. Even though bus departure approximately 1 hour late, bus was delayed another 1 hour at baroda. After 30 minute of delay, when i asked for the reason to driver, he told me to contact on office.
                          I hadn't contact number. After requesting 3 times he give me your visiting card. From the visiting card i got the numbers. I called to nearest of your office on mobile no. [protected], when told about the problem, but all of surprise the person who pick the phone he was denied about delay. He told me there is only 15 minute late, i told him that i put my phone on speaker and asked him about timing, but he was not ready to talk with them. He talked very rudely and mannerlessly. He also told "mai vaha aa jaunga to bahot bhari padega." i don't think this is language to talk with your customer. I have call the call recording of this conversation.
                          After all this drama i talked to your headoffice on mobile no. [protected] and told the whole story but he can't give me propare reply. Then after i call customer care on mobile no.[protected] and talk with mr. Gopi and again i tell the whole story, he talked with conductor also and put the phone down without talk to me. Then after i call two-three times more but he not talk with me.

                          This is my first experience with your travels but i told u painfully this very bad experience.

                            The pickup was at hathi sinh wadi at 5:45 am
                            And when i had call the no. Received in online booking message "i had ask him about i am standing out side the venue"
                            He replied"who said you to stand""i said you to stand their"
                            These behaviour is very bad
                            We are paying a huge amount and you answering like these and at the end the compounder call us and said "where are you"i said"i m standing hathi sinh" the bus was at paldi the bus didnt come to pick me from hathi sinh

                              I am travelling from Gajendragad to bangalore, thelse people are picking up road side passangers and they are standing and talking loudly in bus and many are drunkards and as a single lady passanger very disgusting situation for me, this is not first time I m travelling from years and often same situation, if you people can't maintain rules please remove this bus at least other travellers will increase there buses, safety of Lady passangers is important and maintaining time is night mare for you people I guess

                                I had booked my parcel on 14.04.16, from Peenya SRS travels to Hubli, and till today 22.04.16 the material has not reached, when we call they take call after 10 min and divert the call to some other number and say it will be delivered tomo, I have not seen such a pathetic service, please organise your staff and give good service.
                                Feeling bad while travelling through srs service
                                No proper services and stops for hotels good food and the main thing behaviour of driver

                                  No proper communication on whom to contact. Due to heavy traffic in chennai, I was planned to board from Pallavaram instead of my actual boarding point Tambaram. Called to customer care to get permission to board from pallavaram. They said no. I asked the driver phone number, they said they said they don't know. A bus crossed me in Pallavram without stopping there. I got a call from the driver after half an hour from Perungulathur. No proper communication or guidance is provided. Even I am unable to cancel the ticket

                                      One of worst experience ever had with SRS.today there was pick up at 8 o clock from netkalappa circle 3 ladies passenger they suppose to call and take passenger but they just left without pick up.they were least bothered for passengers by taking money for 3 seats.this is not at all acceptable. Some one has to ban these irresponsible service. Even driver and conductors not friendly they were talking like they will refund the money. Wat the hell ? I dint se this type of worst service. I ll not suggest ppl not book tickets in SRS

                                        Pathetic customer service

                                        Driver is least bothered about customers

                                        Dont understand why even a water bottle is not provided to passengers in an ac bus and are asked to buy separately from them that too 25 rs for a 20 rs bottle

                                        Y cant the driver stop the bus at marthahalli multiplex when he is going thru the same route, he stops well in front of marthahali bridge and asks us to walk
