On 19 th Jan 2016 SRS travels bus met with accident and passenger injured near hosur. I got my mom and wife back to Bangalore for further treatment. Let me know what action you have taken regarding compensation. My mom needs to under go surgery for bone fractures.

    I had book a parcel with this company to be sent to Goa, on 16th Saturday 2016, and till date it has not reached. The Person in Bangalore promises to send it the following day i.e. 17th Sunday 2016 and still doesn't send it. after numerous calls i find out that the goods have not yet reached on the 18th because the goods were not yet dispatched. the similar promise was made on the 18th to dispatch the goods, but the same story repeats. I am fed up of this company and their unprofessionalism.

      1) travelled from chidambaram to bangalore via srs sleeper bus i.e. it happend on nov 5-6th., during the refreshment break around 2-3am night, got down for the bus for restroom, but when returned the bus taken off in front of my eyes in-spite of me and the onlookers shouted. Lucky thing is that I have my bag and mobile or else just image my fate in a lonely place in midnight. Don't have the driver no. called the office 2-3 landlines, horror part they don't have conference facility with the driver and need to write the no. in the dim light and this happend twice since the 1st driver no. is not reachable/switched off and 2nd one after 2 times of ring the driver picked. Horrible part is the driver instead of realizing his mistake did not say even a single sorry and started complaining against me, and coolly saying i shouted in the bus instead of checking each and every seat based on chart "if everybody have come or not". Scolded him for his negligence and not even taken any extra precaution for single lady traveler. At last i have halted the bus, One private bus halted for me but did not board since no one is there inside the bus then have to beg 3-4 SETC bus to drop me in the location the bus halted even after telling i will purchase ticket, none excepted except one SETC bus even though it is against there rules. and then boarded the SRS bus. In-spite of all these ordial i went through neither the driver said sorry nor received a call back from SRS travels if I have boarded the bus safely or not. "Is this the safety given to single lady travel person". Now I have to think twice or thrice to board SRS travel. Preacaution to be taken by not only SRS but all travel tours 2) driver no. of tempo pick up and travel bus not provided via sms apart from office no .helpful location/emergency 2) without listening, knowing the facts and location of the customer, the office staff and the driver starts putting the blame. 3) educate driver to check passengers before and after the refreshment break based on list and not shout and check if every body boarded or not. 4. The travel agent to conference the driver no. instead of customer when it is in emergency situation and see end to end till the passenger board the bus and confirm from passenger if boarded or not. Precaution by single travel person (even though sounds silly but it is safety especially for ladies) 1. to carry the money purse bag and mobile when ever you off board bus during break point and ensure that the mobile is in full charge (battery and recharge) 2. to take the driver no. and note down the bus no. before boarding the bus even though travel agents send or don't send driver details. In my case the 1 st driver was good and checked all the passengers but in between there is a change of bus driver and with the 2nd driver only had a very bad experience. 3. to have adult diapers in handy especially for long journeys 4.to have all the emergency contact no. and keep yourself ready whom to contact in case of emergency situation

        SRS Travel PNR no 12251120 bus reaching more than 5 hours delay without any accident or repair. Due to they are only concentrating on luggage income. Not about passengers.They use bus like parcel service . Even customer care officers are also behaving very rudely and not ready to given proper solution. *****very worst service****

          This complaint is regarding a bus journey from Bangalore to Chennai on 8th January, 2016. I boarded the bus from Wilson Garden, Bangalore. After about half an hour I started getting insect bites all over my body and cam to know that my seat was infested with bed bugs. On informing the driver, and switching on the lights a lot of other passengers also complained of the same. Upon further interrogation we came to know that this problem was reported by some other passengers a few days days back. This is a highly irresponsible behavior shown by SRS Travels and I request other future passengers to report if they face similar issues. We were not refunded for our trip and they did not have any solutions to the problems we were facing. Bed bugs is a serious problems which causes skin irritation and permanent problems also if not checked. The bus operator should have not handled this in an easy going way. I will surely never travel again by SRS travels.

            I booked ticket to travel from Chennai to Rameswaram on 30th Nov 2015 for 4 adults.Rs.2964 .Travel date 4th Dec 2015.Due to heavy rain in Chennai bus service is cancelled by SRS travels. I checked with SRS customer care they confirmed the amount will be refund with in 14 working day's. Till date I have not received the amount. Two day's before checked with head office. They converted the amount into coupon with 90 day's validity. Coupon No C[protected]QBW. Request your support to get my refund as quick as possible. Best Regards, Prakash.G

                This complaint is subject to Bus No. KA 01 AB 4583 for the event occurred on 14th November 2015 on the Bangalore Highway by the driver of this Bus. We were a family of four in our car driving towards Bangalore and the Bus too was travelling in the same direction. The Bus overtook our car from the wrong side that too from the 3rd lane. On revolting against the driver he stopped our by applying sudden brakes on the speed of around 100-110km/hr and came out with 8-10 people which included the passengers too who were thinking that the bus is their father's property. The driver and people came out with sticks and chains to hit us and seeing just 4 people in the car started banging our car doors and some of the passengers too did that. We took pictures of the driver and passengers too and will be taking strict action towards the driver and the company who has such drivers and allows passengers and gives liberty to the passengers to come out of the bus and hit others. The pictures will be uploaded soon on social websites and also to the news channel. On telling the driver to wait to the nearest police station he ran away with the bus. He was drunk as my dad could smell him when he came near us. It was so threatening on the Highway at around 9.30 in the night that we were terrified. But I want to know that does the company SRS Travels employees such bad drivers who drink and drive and do dadagiri on the roads thinking that it is their father's road. I don't know the drivers name but I have his identity. I know that the company can figure out who that driver was on that night and we need a solution to such behavior from drivers on threatening to kill. If not then I request everyone not to ride with such a company bus. God knows the passengers travelling in the bus could be their victims next time, anything can happen to the passengers inside the bus because the company employs such uneducated and illiterate people as drivers. The pictures of the incident will go viral too on the social media and the company will have to be answerable for such kind of behavior.

                  I had booked a e-ticket through redbus in srs travels from bangalore to coimbatore. I just arrived on correct boarding time for boarding into the bus. But the bus does not come on the boading time, it comes on before the boarding time. And i called the driver to wait for further 5 min but he said not to stop the bus and he spokes very unwanted speak(harsh Words).Its a way of approach would to speak with passenger.Its a mistake on bus driver not on customer.I need my money, the bus gone to coimbatore. I just enclose my ticket details below.I called a driver more than 3 times but he cut the phone.                     There was lots of dust on Sleeper seat and SRS charges double the rate of normal price during weekends. I felt irritated when no one responded when I gave complaint near enquiry counter. They treat customers as slaves. Finally I myself cleaned my seat and moved on. I felt cheated.                       PLEASE do not travel through SRS. Currently travelling from abu road to mumbai in SRS travels buss number 6211. The bus is infested with cockroaches. On complaining the helper came inside to spray room freshener. He also told that cockroaches don't bite, so don't worry!! WORST service ever. Also have called more than 15 numbers for customer care not one is even bothered to listen to issue and are just giving different numbers to call on. SHAME on management. SHAME.

                        I booked a ticket using redbus, I am not frequent traveller to Hubli especially with this company transport.I booked a ticket at 1100rs cost and the satisfaction level with bus was near 1%.Bus was a definitely not worth of paying 1100rs these guys cheated me.This is how the company goofs up by giving 3rd class bus to customers.When u charge high as a customer atleast we deserve the same quality.This bus with no 7682 was hell.Monday are important for employees and these guys will spoil my work as well.I will never ever visit the transport all are cheaters.Ban this transport in Karnataka.

                          WORST SERVICE I WOULD LIKE TO MESAAGE IN BLOND FONT WHICH SHOWS THE FURSTATION I HAVE ON THE SERVICE. I Have reserved my ticket for 3500 and the same ticket was sold for 2200 on the date of travel. when it was enquired they told it is IT pre program and next call they kept the phone aside. SO DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKET IN ADVANCE. Hotel and stopping are the worst place PL NEVER TRAVEL WITH LADIES AS NO TOLIET FACILTY. You have sleeper facility for the amount payed. SO PL THINK TWICE OR THRICE BEFORE BOOK ING TICKET

                            On 02.11.2015, at 7:00pm, my father boarded SRS travel at Bommasandra pickup point. His bus to Sagar was scheduled at 9:30pm from Gandhinagar. Due to traffic problems, SRS pickup bus was delayed. SRS staff called my father on his mobile and informed that bus will wait for him at Gandhinagar. When pickup bus reached Gandhinagar, bus to Sagar already left. SRS staff sent my father to Jalahalli in another SRS bus and asked him to wait there for bus to Sagar. When he arrived in Jalahalli at 11:00pm, he was informed by SRS staff that bus to Sagar already left Jalahalli. Rude and ruthless behavior of SRS staff started now. They started scolding my father for arriving to Gandhinagar late. Who is responsible for this? SRS travels picked him up from Bommasandra. Why 65 years old senior citizen was harassed at 11:30pm at Jalahalli SRS office for their mistake? Why they sent him to Jalahalli office from Gandhinagar? For harassment? When my father asked for refund, SRS staff told ticket money can't be refunded or transferred. They said, he has to buy new ticket, if he has to board another SRS bus. Is this business ethics? This is how SRS planned to make money?                               Hi I have been travelling by SRS travels for many years.Even more frequently like every week to my home town.yesterday's night it was very embarrassing situation due to Driver's Non-Sixth Sensed(Monkey's) behavior.Acutally I approached the bus when it comes to boarding point, then showing him(Driver)
                              make my trip cell phone message in which seat no has not been mentioned by message triggering system.But I remember location-ally when booked it online & tell the Driver that birth is located at upper single mid in your bus.But that driver blindly & brainlessly simply ask me for seat no.. seat no...I was also telling him you can check online chart for my name SEnthil Kumar P. he does do that, But that driver blindly & brainlessly simply ask me for seat no.. seat no.. again.. again...by these amount of quarrels with driver another Guy passenger(blindly & brainlessly) he too joins with that driver & quarrels with me saying that ur ticket may not have been confirmed, why u get on the bus, get down off the bus(telling both Driver, PAssenger to me) with lot of rudeness even that passenger like owner of SRS. It was very very embarrassing.. very very...I also would have shown the message to Driver. In which If the Seat no has not been mentioned, It is SRS message triggering system's mistake IT is not mine.Also the Driver could have avoided this embarrassing Suituation by just calling the mobile no I given for booking in front of we three. he Also did not do that.If the SRS management would have told to drivers for NAme & Seat no must be asked to passenger, then ur message triggering system should n't have failed to mention seat no on the message I got or I[censored]r Driver Acts, Drives, behaves like a monkey, machine without using brain u Guys better keep running like this...we don't know when we gonna end up our life by the monkey driving journey one day...

                                I travelled with SRS travels from Bangalore to Pune Bus-no3847. At the night they switched off the AC and didn't turn off the light some customers are put their handcarchif on their face but I told to conducter to turnoff the light but he refused. I card to SRS hade office that he refused to off the light then he talked to that conducter but after that driver also told me that we will not switch off the light. He told me why you have the issue. I captured one customer pic sat near to me. I think they should here to customers issue.

                                  Hi team This is with reference to pathetic experience which i witnessed in the below journey from bangalore to dharward Ticket is confirmed to dharwad and i had askd the no[protected] before boarding bus will go yo dharwad and answer recived was yea And cleaner asked me near hubli where are you supposed to go. I told him tol naka dharwad But cleaner didnt understand and dint know the place. Inspite of reaching to my place they took to me to dharwad belgaum toll boot. I told them this is not my place and cant get down and some manger cald dem and askd to send passenegr via auto I agreed to that and amount they told to collect in srs dharwad booking centre near brivandan hotel And when queried ther the reasponse from manger was no one has informed me to pay money Finaly thy manged to get 100. Still auto charge was 250 I had to pay 150 by my hand and 1795rs for bus booking And Ac was also not working in seat 23 when checked with cleaner he was rude and told this is lik this oly Are you guys showing gunda act ?we are using your service because of good service. I have posted this issue in social media and check out how this will impact !!! I want my money back and i want manager driver and cleaner to ask sorry for their rude behaviour I dont want to hear this wont happen next time or aorry for inconvinece. What if female is donw like this ?left in middle of road and asked to go by auto ?are you guys aware what would be the condition? I want immediate action Bus no is 4586 Driver no.[protected] Inspite of sending follo up email. I havent got any email yet

                                    Journey : Mudhol-Bangakore Date :[protected] Bus time from Mudhol : 8-15 pm Bus type : Sleeper/ seater Bus staff asked us to get down @ Yeshwantapura instead of Navarang & this is happening 2nd time for us.. Its neither informed during booking nor during boarding. We need to struggle or need to pay more to Auto guys to reach our destinations..

                                      I am pankaj chauhan, travelled rameswaram via srs travels bus ka-42-9558, to and fro both journey with same bus .Overall journey experience is quite good about timing etc but i need to highlight below two points which we have faced during journey. From bangalore to rameswaram no issues from my end but journey from rameswaram to bangalore is pathetic!!!. I am frequently travelling with srs travels bus but faced below issues only once.
                                      1)i made a request to switch on the charging point to a driver since bus boarding started from rameswaram but unfortunately the same has not been done till we have reached to the dinner stop on the way. Why srs is claiming for all the available services like charging point etc if you are not allowing us to use the same???
                                      2)second point is like i dont have any words to explain this time i travelled with my parents. The bus driver stopped for the dinner at pre decided point .The bus helper/cleaner call us in tamil language even we were not from tamil background we understand something and got down to had our dinner but as soon as we got down from bus the pathetic driver helper all are yelling at us in tamil . I am able to understand only two things why you are late etc??. Yelling at us like we are travelling without any cost.
                                      For the sake of time saving of others i told hotel waiter to parcel the rice and got sit inside without a single word being spoken.
                                      Srs travels what is your expectations from customer?
                                      Is it compulsory to learn language known bt driver while travelling via your bus.
                                      I dont need any action but atleast u can ask driver, helper .Why they are behaving like this to any customer.
                                      If i am not with my parent's i will beat driver and helper untill my last breath!!!
                                      Dont behave with this behaviour if someone travelling with parents!!@

                                        I am traveling in SRS bus right now returning from pondicherry to Bangalore and unable to sleep because of a defect in my alloted seat. The driver and helper knew of the problem before and are not ready to help even on requesting many times. The seat number is 21 on bus number 4328. The seat is moving like crazy with a little variation in speed. Also the driver is driving like crazy.
