Journey : Mudhol-Bangakore Date :[protected] Bus time from Mudhol : 8-15 pm Bus type : Sleeper/ seater Bus staff asked us to get down @ Yeshwantapura instead of Navarang & this is happening 2nd time for us.. Its neither informed during booking nor during boarding. We need to struggle or need to pay more to Auto guys to reach our destinations..

    Hi,
    I am pankaj chauhan, travelled rameswaram via srs travels bus ka-42-9558, to and fro both journey with same bus .Overall journey experience is quite good about timing etc but i need to highlight below two points which we have faced during journey. From bangalore to rameswaram no issues from my end but journey from rameswaram to bangalore is pathetic!!!. I am frequently travelling with srs travels bus but faced below issues only once.
    1)i made a request to switch on the charging point to a driver since bus boarding started from rameswaram but unfortunately the same has not been done till we have reached to the dinner stop on the way. Why srs is claiming for all the available services like charging point etc if you are not allowing us to use the same???
    2)second point is like i dont have any words to explain this time i travelled with my parents. The bus driver stopped for the dinner at pre decided point .The bus helper/cleaner call us in tamil language even we were not from tamil background we understand something and got down to had our dinner but as soon as we got down from bus the pathetic driver helper all are yelling at us in tamil . I am able to understand only two things why you are late etc??. Yelling at us like we are travelling without any cost.
    For the sake of time saving of others i told hotel waiter to parcel the rice and got sit inside without a single word being spoken.
    Srs travels what is your expectations from customer?
    Is it compulsory to learn language known bt driver while travelling via your bus.
    I dont need any action but atleast u can ask driver, helper .Why they are behaving like this to any customer.
    If i am not with my parent's i will beat driver and helper untill my last breath!!!
    Dont behave with this behaviour if someone travelling with parents!!@

      I am traveling in SRS bus right now returning from pondicherry to Bangalore and unable to sleep because of a defect in my alloted seat. The driver and helper knew of the problem before and are not ready to help even on requesting many times. The seat number is 21 on bus number 4328. The seat is moving like crazy with a little variation in speed. Also the driver is driving like crazy.         Disappointed by very unprofessional and careless online SRS customer support team. I had a single ticket issued for a return journey for 4 passengers worth 6, 000 via SRS website which I had to cancel due to personal reasons. while the on-line cancellation was successful, SRS Travels has a policy to convert the cancelled ticket into a coupon based refund for future purpose instead of cash refund. As such should one wish to convert the coupon to a cash refund - it can be done by emailing the SRS team at [protected]@caritorsolutions.com . Based on the policies and guidelines I emailed srs team to which they promptly responded acknowledging that the cash refund will be initiated & it'll be credited via online merchant used while booking the ticket. The real issue lies post the acknowledgement where the team just very comfortably forgets to initiate the refund and let the customer assume and wait for 7 - 8 working days that the refund is initiated. Please note that I had 2 coupons to be converted and refunded and despite of sending numerous emails over last 18 days the team is just not bothered. Much to my surprise their first response after 5 email follow up was that they had a "technical issue". while my first coupon is somehow refunded SRS now is delaying the refund of 2nd coupon even after multiple follow ups . There is no particular number to reach the customer support directly. Most numbers reached forced me to write to this particular email only. My honest request is how much will a customer have to struggle to just get a simple refund? I find SRS team to be intentionally delaying the refund process to push to 90 days cap after which the coupon can not be refunded. This is highly an unprofessional behaviour and unethical on SRS part. I strongly suggest NOT to use SRS travels in case there are even slightest of chances that your trip may get cancelled and if the ticket amount is huge. Its been almost a month today and I still have not got my partial refund which leaves me thinking if there should be a legal way to be considered.

I received a call from SRS travels agent saying the bus was cancelled and I asked for a refund but still I haven't received my refund my ticket number-THAK86734686 and by the name M A Deepak . I used redBus app to book the ticket

            I had booking from Belgaum to pune bus dated 28th sept, as the bus had issues I was asked to made to travel Service No: BELLARY-MUMBAI-Multi- Sleeper, Your Coach number Multi Axle Sleeper, Pickup Vehicle No: 1161. The driver was very rude of this bus, and spoke in very indecent manner. I had to get down at swargate which he denied to go. He asked me get down at some highway or by pass which was at very odd time.

              I am regularly travelling from surat to davangere and vice versa... Since last 3-4 visits, the quality of service has been becoming worse... Last 3 times the bus is late by 40-60 minutes... The quality of the seats are also in no good condition, having problems with reclinings, etc. etc... They don't provide new blanket, gives the used ones... I am hoping for the positive reply...

                Rude behavior of driver and not even care about passenger .while we are going frm Chennai to munnar.he stopped at udemelapet that no proper place for restrooms and hotels.long distance for everything .so to come back its take time .we came are not he not even seen.he jst took the bus...what kind of service is this!!! .we ran from short cut and catch the bus.while we are asking about driver .he talking like a owner of the bus.such a worst service

                  i was travelling from bangalore to gulbarga.i had a luggage so filled the form and paid fees for the luggage.when i reached my destination gulbarga(karnataka), as soon as srs workers unloaded my luggage they started asking money for that(50rps), this is not fair i paid the fees for those luggage in srs office, these cheap workers started behaving rashly, i complained shop manager regarding this, but he is least bothered about this.please tell them to stop this rowdisam otherwise i will go to consumer station.remove those workers .
                  when i refused to give money, they behaved like a rowdies and they didnt allowed me to take my bags.
                  please go through this problem
                  and solve this, orherwise you will loose customers.

                    I am a Senior citizen, please note the following: I booked my ticket online with SRS web site on 22.6.2015 for journey on 23.6.2015 from Chennai to Bangalore. Ticket No.10087019. I was informed on 23.6.2015 around 11.00AM that bus has been cancelled due to breakdown and ticket refund will be made in 7 days period. After 10 days I called several numbers mentioned on the ticket to enquire about the refund and they promised it will be done in few days time. Since there was no response for another 10 days i.e. till 14.7.2017, I called again to get the refund, then I received an email about the detail of coupon for Rs. 501.60 and also it is mentioned that It can be converted in to cash within 90 days of booking date. When I was in bangalore I asked about the refund and they said to claim from Chennai SRS office. Now to day (20.7.2015) I rang up to [protected] explaining the above and asked about the refund and the person who answered my call (Mr. Senthil) said that I can collect from Chennai SRS counter. I went all the way from Mugalivakkam to koyambedu SRS office and asked the girl sitting in the counter about the refund giving all the information above at about 1645 hours. The girl is arguing about that coupon cannot be refunded with cash and can be utilised as travel booking. I shown her the wording mentioned in the coupon that it can be converted in to cash refund within 90 days of booking date. Still she was very adamant and argumentative not listening or understood what is written in the coupon. Also I rang up Mr. Senthil and he also try to tell her to give refund still she refused to do so. Please resolve the above situation and guide your staff to follow the evidence provided by the passenger for refund. I am waiting for you early reply in this regard and I do not wish to travel by SRS until a solution can be reached. Please arrange for my refund. The persons sitting in the counter are not listening to the grievances about the refund but they are pushing me to accept what they say i.e. no refund only I have to use it for travel. Thanking you.

                    The refund amount has been received in to my ICICI bank credit card account from SRS through ticketsimply.com and thanks.
                    Though the amount received on 16.7.2015 as mentioned in my ICICI credit card statement but it was not showing in my credit card account until 20.7.2015. Now it is showing on monthly statement.

                    Thanks and sorry for any misunderstanding.

                      I travelled in the SRS non A/C Sleeper(Boarded 10PM at Egmore) with my family having 2 Kids and my grandmother for her health issue surgery from Chennai to Bangalore on 17th of July 2015 and the bus has stopped 1 KMS away from the place where I mentioned ( Madiwala masjid instead of he stopped in St John Hospital) repeatedly several times when we started our journey and also when we reached near to silk board junction. The driver has reply’ d with, this is the place we will call as madiwala also given very worst words in KANNADA when we are trying to explain our situation. It is early morning 5.30 too cold and I couldn't able to get the auto people support for least distance travelling. Finally we went by walk with very very poorest experience and their service. I really never travel in SRS here after and I will advise the same to all my surroundings. I don’t know this comment may reach the SRS service but I am believing it will be…

                        Subject : Annoying behavior of the driver(SURESH). Bus Number : 5123. Time : June 30th, 5.00 PM Description: I suppose to travel from Salem to Bangalore on 30th June 2015 evening 5 PM. According to the bus ticket, The boarding time in Salem is 5.00 PM. I boarded the bus exactly at 5.00 PM. Since the bus has come 15 mins before, The driver started calling to my mobile, saying that the bus has come, please come fast. He was repeatedly calling me while I was on the way and stuck at traffic. Then some how I managed to reach the travels on time(5.00 PM). Then he started shouting asking why am I late. I replied him saying that, "I reached on time(According to the ticket - 5.00PM), then why are you shouting. other days you people make 1 hour to 2 hours late, that time we use to keep quiet and keep waiting. Have you guys ever called us and informed us the bus would be late??? . I did not come late and I did not make you wait, then why are you keep shouting??". He didn't listen to me and he was keep on yelling at me with high voice and bad words, in front of other passengers which made me feel very embarrassed and I could not sleep also properly because of his annoying behavior. The driver Name is SURESH and the Bus Number is 5123. I want a severe Action to be taken against him for his bad behavior. Please help me regarding this.

                          I travelled in SRS bus from Bangalore to GOA on 24th June. While boarding the Bus I have given my briefcase in the luggage submission area. I had kept some money in a Pouch in my luggage. But after reaching hotel when I Open My luggage for Money, It was Stolen. I have kept INR 8000 in the Luggage which was definetely stolen by the Bus staft during the journey. I would Request you to investigate the case with the Bus attendent which was on Duty on 24th June for Bangalore to GOA Sleeper AC bus.

                              Hi...i was travelling to bidar from bangalore the bus num is ka 42 9777 ...the bus stop for urinals at 1 pm few passengrs went out for recess including me i was still urinating the bus left me there on highway i shouted fo the driver he dint stopped the bus my mobiles and laptop wer in d bus...who ll b responsible fo d loss its der duty to check d passengers aftr urinals...take strict action on dis issue...

                                I have travel to chennai to trichy SRS NON AC Sleeper THEY ARE TELLING BUS DEP TIME IS 7.45 BUT THEY STARTS AT 8.25 ONLY FROM BOARDING POINT.and also even Mobile charging point also not working.end of travel they not dropped at mentioned Dropping point and also harsh talks conductors behavior...i feel very bad while the travel.

                                  Hi, I travelled from Rameshwaram to chennai on 07 JUNE 2015 in SRS bus(I didnt noticed the bus number). Driver droves Rash Driving.Because of his rash driving no one inside the bus slept on that night. Four time he is closer to the accident and we get missed if we met with accident in the sense see how many lives have gone. The pregnant lady inside the bus get scared of his driving. On the result of his rash driving windshield get cracked and even he fight with other bus driver though mistake is in his side. He put a break very closer to the another bus that result in the sense the windshield got broken. I would ask the management to take necessary action .

                                    Hello, I booked ticket from hubli to bangalore today, 7th june and coach no 2595, I have noticed that the bus driver is smoking inside while driving. All would be very much wel aware what happens i[censored] smoke in a volvo bus. This bus is from mumbai to banglore and it was very shocking for all o[censored]s to see this. Is tgis the way u manage drivers? Its a multi axle volvo and the smel was so horrible. I took this step to Complaint and hope there wil be any action, failing to which I will lose the faith in srs Thank you

                                      We had a worst experience on this monday(01/06/2015) at vijayawada SRS travels, Benz circle. I & my wife were travelling to Bangalore from vijayawada.we have booked online tickets for which we have paid Rs.2538 for both tickets.we have booked seat numbers 42&43.Bus departure time is at 7:20pm at Benz circle, Vijayawada. Each passanger can carry atleast 3baggage in any other travels.on that day we were carring 6bags incling cabin bags.Here your staff are filling their pockets by saying that "passanger has to pay extra charge for baggage".I have refused to pay the amount of Rs.300, which has been asked by driver(sadhik).Driver has started arguing with me.Later one more person came and he has collected Rs.500 by giving the voucher for baggage.I have heard the conversation between both the drivers, that Manager Chitti Babu is there to help them out.But, at any cost we have to to fill our pockets by collecting extra money from the passangers. Even those drivers has collected Extra money for baggages from other passangers as well.i never recomend ur travels again...I had a pathetic experience by vijayawada SRS staff.                                       BED BUGS AND CHARGE MORE FARE

                                      I HAVE TRAVELED TO MY NATIVE PLACE NAGERCOIL IN NON AC SLEEPER COACH FOR PONGAL FESTIVAL. COULDN'T ABLE TO SLEEP WHOLE NIGHT DUE TO MORE BED BUGS. EVEN BUS FARE IS DOUBLE NOT WORTH. POOR MAINTENANCE.

                                        Hi Sir/Madam - My mother is 60 years old who was travelling at SRS bus(Bangalore to Tuticorin - Bus no:1155) yesterday night(2/6/2015). I was requesting both conductor and driver(Poominathan-[protected]) and asked them to drop on the place "Keela Eral" which is on the main way towards Tuticorn. My mother also kept informing the conductor and reminded him even 30minutes before the bus reach out to Keel Eral but both driver/conductor have shown their high negligence and intentionally passed over the requested place and they dropped her at Tuticorin only. Also, they were never helped my mother(considering her old age) to drop the luggages at Tuticorin bus stop and they were much hurried even during the onboard time(8:50PM) as well. This was the worst experience that my mother ever had with SRS travel service and we are requesting you to take the immediate action against them in order to avoid this kind of incident for any passengers in future. We are hoping to get the best service/humble behaviours from the SRS travels.
