ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

The above parcel was sent on 9th November 2020 via ST Courier Sukrawarpet Branch, Coimbatore to Bangalore. The same was not delivered and the status was updated by the courier agent as lost and has agreed to make the payment Rs.4490/- for the lost goods. The invoice copy was handed over the agent to get the payment. Post that the agent is not responding at all and does not give proper reply and also avoids my calls.

Kindly look into this issue and provide the repayment immediately as this is almost pending for nearly 2 months.

My shoe vendor placed the order on 17 dec and gave me tracking number, but when I am tracking it is going blank, not showing any tracking status . Today is the 11th day of dispatch, still no result .

Today 28-dec my mask dealer dispatched and gave consignment number and the same is still here . No repsonse . Please atleast deliver the product fastly .

This is Vigneswaran, on 28th of November I made on flight cargo from Abudhai to Chennai, from Abudhai office they told within 25 days to 30 days it will deliver in my door steep, they charged full amount but still my cargo is not delivered, we tried to asked them regarding my cargo they not properly response, kindly prioritize my issues

Note: till they make payment from customer they are responding after they they not answering the call they not properly response to customer

I booked a cover to vellaikovil from madurai for a college project and i informed the booking agent that the college has not given the phone number of the receiver and has given only the address and thr booking agent said they can deliver and booked the cover .

Next day, i got a call from st courier vellaikovil and the caller for arrogant and rude and said that "it wont work out " and cut the call abruptly without listening to the customer .

I again called him and told him that it is good practise to listen to customer for giving good service. He again said that it wont work out .

I asked him to return the cover back and when i checked with the booking agent, he said that, there are many complaints against st courier and he said that he will.make sure the cover is returned back .

I also wrote an email to [protected]@stcourier.com and till noe i haveny got any reply from them
KINDLY DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH ST COURIER AS IT IS ONE OF THE WORST IN THE FIELD . THE STAFFS AND FRANCHISES ARE VERY VERY VERY RUDE AND IDIOTIC .

I have dispatched parcel on 18th to Sivaganga district.. but the parcel rerouted and delivered wrongly to the person in Ariyalur district. When I ask the delivery person.. he saying local address mentioned in the parcel.. how it is possible ? and now where is my parcel ?

Sathankulam, tuticorin district st courier is very worst . If we call for parcel enquires they just tease that its only rs 250 product, what matters i[censored] get or not.. They r not doing their service properly..Almost my 3 products not receiving properly

My parcel wasn't delivered but the status shows that it is delivered and the receiver signature is not shown to us by the Nagercoil parcel service which is the receiver. Complained several times but no response still the receiver hasn't received the parcel. But it is claimed by the Nagercoil parcel service that it is been delivered but are not showing the acknowledgement signature by the receiver. Even while tracking online it shows delivered but in the image can't see the consignment number

My Parents sent 11 box of home things in single big box from Madurai to Bangalore.

After receiving the box in bangalore, when i opened only 10 box is there and 1 box is missing.

When i called Madurai, bangalore courier office not getting proper response.

My question is how it will miss inbetween. So ST Courier is looting these kind of products from customer.

I got the tracking number from my vendor.But still I didn't get the courier..while tracking the number it's shown as delivered...

I'm not getting any information about tracking the parcel at online...

My cousin sent some important medicine in courier to thiruvarur through St courier.all my medicine where eaten by rats in the office.the office in charge told they will buy a new medicine and get replace it.they told they will buy it in government hospital only.
This is how they treat the customer...

They mentioned that my product is out for delivery...but I have not received it yet...so called them they said that they need two more days to deliver my product...theire branch and my delivery address are around 5km... Does it takes 2 days to give my product?

My friend sent me one courier No: [protected] (16/12/2020) through ST Courier from madurai to coimbatore pattanam area 17th i m not receive, then i call madurai hub ( pattanam courier delivery person Mr. Kannan number :[protected] ), I try this number but number is not in use reply, Then i try coimbtore hub office :[protected] reply ur adress undelivarable, agin i m going to navaindia st courier office, meet ur executive she chek and rply address undelivarable but my courier in delivery person she give delivery person no: [protected], i ll call this person he told now im in pappampatti afternoon deliver ur adress, i follow that person 12.25 pm to evening 8 pm he told on the way but not came finally delivery person told personal work still now i m not receive my courier . one day fully spent time but not use what can i do.

I had called up the ST courier franchise in Injambakkam- 600115 to courier a painting from Injambakkam to Medavakkam with door step pickup, Mr.Bharathidasan had redirected me to his Mr.Siva who would do the pick up. Since Mr.Bharathidasan informed me that packing is not done by ST courier, we did proper packaging with Newspapers+ 3 layer of clothing + a cardboard box + gift packing.
Then yesterday (11th December) Mr.Siva came for picking up the delivery and cleary saw the marking we had put on the box which mentioned ' Handle with care' and 'glaas' as it was a framed painting. Since it was fragile, he never denied the pick up instead he charged Rs.200 instead of the earlier quoted estimate price of within Rs.100 told by his manager(Mr.Bharathidasan), as he quoted that this was fragile and has glass and hence they will have to charge higher to securely deliver.
This painting has been made by a differently abled person to a donor who bought it for Rs.2000, and now the painting has been broken. When I call both Mr.Siva and Mr.Bharathidasan, I have been getting really irresponsible answers and Mr. Bharathidasan went on to say why did you call us to courier your item and showed a lot of anger on call, I as a customer trusted the brand name ST courier and called them and the way he speaks was totally disrespectful. There was never a blatant denial of a courier service and we also did not beg them to deliver it.
Infact, even Mr.Siva has himself written it on top of the parcel with the black sketch to handle with care, so we have not begged them to deliver, Had they denied (As per ST courier's terms to not deliver Glass based items, I would have found another alternative). So, Do not tell me that it is not under the terms if ST courier to not ship any glass based items as they were very much aware of it when booking, hence I need a clear response from ST courier as both the professionals who handled this have stopped picking up my call and even if they do, they do not maintain the needed decorum and professionalism.
Find attached the images of the painting, the broken pieces and the top of the packaging which clearly says 'Handle with care' and 'Glass'.
I expect an apology for the inappropriate behaviour and a refund for the damage caused.
Hope ST courier will maintain it's brand credibility.
I had even mailed and called up ST courier's official complaint no and sent an email to their helpdesk but there hasn't been any response from their end and I'm not leaving this issue until my problem is resolved.

The last status updates was the parcel is in Mysore Hub on 7th Dec..I have been following up for the status & delivery from 9th Dec to till date there is no correct answer for the same..

Can you pls help in delivering the parcel to the consignee today. As customer is feeling bad about this
