I had called up the ST courier franchise in Injambakkam- 600115 to courier a painting from Injambakkam to Medavakkam with door step pickup, Mr.Bharathidasan had redirected me to his Mr.Siva who would do the pick up. Since Mr.Bharathidasan informed me that packing is not done by ST courier, we did proper packaging with Newspapers+ 3 layer of clothing + a cardboard box + gift packing.
Then yesterday (11th December) Mr.Siva came for picking up the delivery and cleary saw the marking we had put on the box which mentioned ' Handle with care' and 'glaas' as it was a framed painting. Since it was fragile, he never denied the pick up instead he charged Rs.200 instead of the earlier quoted estimate price of within Rs.100 told by his manager(Mr.Bharathidasan), as he quoted that this was fragile and has glass and hence they will have to charge higher to securely deliver.
This painting has been made by a differently abled person to a donor who bought it for Rs.2000, and now the painting has been broken. When I call both Mr.Siva and Mr.Bharathidasan, I have been getting really irresponsible answers and Mr. Bharathidasan went on to say why did you call us to courier your item and showed a lot of anger on call, I as a customer trusted the brand name ST courier and called them and the way he speaks was totally disrespectful. There was never a blatant denial of a courier service and we also did not beg them to deliver it.
Infact, even Mr.Siva has himself written it on top of the parcel with the black sketch to handle with care, so we have not begged them to deliver, Had they denied (As per ST courier's terms to not deliver Glass based items, I would have found another alternative). So, Do not tell me that it is not under the terms if ST courier to not ship any glass based items as they were very much aware of it when booking, hence I need a clear response from ST courier as both the professionals who handled this have stopped picking up my call and even if they do, they do not maintain the needed decorum and professionalism.
Find attached the images of the painting, the broken pieces and the top of the packaging which clearly says 'Handle with care' and 'Glass'.
I expect an apology for the inappropriate behaviour and a refund for the damage caused.
Hope ST courier will maintain it's brand credibility.
I had even mailed and called up ST courier's official complaint no and sent an email to their helpdesk but there hasn't been any response from their end and I'm not leaving this issue until my problem is resolved.

I have booked a courier in the consignment no-[protected] on 4th Dec from CBE to Mandya, Channapatna(Mangalore district) .

The last status updates was the parcel is in Mysore Hub on 7th Dec..I have been following up for the status & delivery from 9th Dec to till date there is no correct answer for the same..

Can you pls help in delivering the parcel to the consignee today. As customer is feeling bad about this

I sent my guitar at 21 November 2020 from coimbatore to kumbakonam.but i receive at kumbakonam my guitar as broken into two pieces.i was argueing with the courier at kumbakonam they said ask to coimbatore office so i called them and request for claim for the damage or guitars value after that day till 2 week they didnt give any status for my request.my consignment number is [protected]

I was expecting a courier of Smartpick box which was ordered on[protected]. After waiting for 25 days I checked the status and found that the courier has been already delivered in tracking status. The product was delivered on[protected] but we have not received it yet.

When I called the no. to which the product was handed over, he says that he has not received it and the name is wrong. There was a fake signature added on it.

I'm really disappointed with your service and don't understand what is going on. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and let me know. Please deliver the product to the correct address as soon as possible.

Consignment booked at ariyalur on 2nd dec 2020 and not received till 8th dec - 250 kms. 6 days later also.

The worst part is - if checked online it shows already delivered on 7th dec 2020.

No one at udumalpet hub has a responsible answer for getting my consignment.

I am not received in pack what can i do pls heip

We are residing at Nallur Kandampalayam ( Up and down 40km Thiruchengode to Velur Road). Thiruchengode ST Courier service not proving parcel to home delivery, they said come and collect from office, we dont have service for providing address. Almost four times we are getting this answer from ST Courier Staff and Owner side. Last time we returned the parcel to vender.. We paid courier charge too, then why should we go and collect??

Dear Sir, I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to your services. My friend sent me a courier on (3-Dec-2020) that I will get that package within (4-Dec-2020). But I haven't got anything yet and I called Branch Office. He Behavior was really bad. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers.

My father has sent courier from Devikapuram(Tiruvannamalai Dt) to Chennai on 1st Dec, 2020. Courier person didn't given Consignment by saying, we dnt have sheets. He guaranteed it will be delivered.

I have been keep following with person via phone. he gave different consignment. Later today eve(3rd Dec), he is saying its not reached to his Head office(Chetpet). He has left in between way and saying i dnt know what to do.

Is this kind of ST courier service doing?

I kept important documents in that. How it can missed so lavishly.

I am going to take legal action. If any action is taken on ST Courier office, Devikapuram.

I have sent a parcel on 23/11 to Chennai, which contains a letter and a gift box. But the recipient got only the letter, the box is missing. And the outercover the recipient receives is not the one I packed. Somebody had packed my parcel contents in a different cover and sent it to the receipt.

Am Kanimozhi.One of my friend sent me a parcel from Salem to me (Attur).
I missed to attend the call from ST courier office, so am totally unaware that the parcel has reached. A week after i contacted the office to enquire if my parcel has reached. Am shocked to hear that my parcel has been delivered. Just because some person hailing from my native have stepped into office asking for a different courier, without proper cross checking the staffs in ST courier have delivered my courier to them. Now if i ask them why they delivered without cross checking, they speak so irresponsible .They even speak abusive if i call them repeatedly to ask things to do to recover the courier. Am totally frustrated with the staffs as they try to avoid my calls and they speak really rubbish. Hoping someone can take it further to recover my parcel, am filing this complaint

FYI : The courier had jewels worth INR 1550/.

My courier sent from Chennai 4 days ago on Monday 23.11.2020 AWB No. [protected] to Karaikkal address. It is not delivered yet. Spoke to your ST courier Karaikaal contact [protected] in the morning and provided the details. Who mentioned would get back on status. Till now no information and his phone is switched off now.

Someone responsible, please let me know whom to contact further to get this delivered soon?

Remarks: very toooo delay delivery...

Yesterday my vendor send material from Coimbatore to Madukkur(Thanjavur District).
My delivery reached Madukkur in 20.11.2020 but I can't receive my delivery until it returns head office and
I don't know the details of my parcel. until I call the madukkur branch they response like they don't care about my parcel.
After that I have paid the return charge again they again send my material. My courier delivery was requested to receive in person
when came to the office the serviceman was talking in a rubbish manner [protected] and he mentions that they don't have delivery service in that region.
Give them proper training and material handling system. I don't know what to say it's a worst experience in my life.

I sent Air Cargo( ST Promised Max 30 days ) to India for my family for special occasion 10th Oct 2020 in ST Courier in Deira, Dubai. My Receipt # 0960.

as of now we didn't received the cargo. as of today 45 days finished.
when i called to Deira office they are respond properly.

and they simply said that, it under customs clearance it will take more time.

kindly do the needful to receive my cargo within 5 days. otherwise inside food items already expired and damaged.

if you cannot deliver within 5 days, kindly give me amount for my cargo as Compensation.
