Sir, i booking courier from Erode (ST Courier, Near Collectorate) to Virudhunagar. in booking parcel i mention Handle with care in parcel. but after delivery to customer that material in parcel was broken. after customer informed that parcel broken in delivery. my Material rate Rs. 4250 Loss due to your service mistake. then i contact to ST Courier staff in (Erode). He is say's irresponsible answer. i am very disappointment ST Couirer services...

Hi, this is vignesh from madurai. On the date of 18th january 2021 I had sent a package of edible oil through your courier from madurai to Hydrabad. Till now the package has not been received. I had a parcel which has been delivered on 21-Jan-2021 but I've not received it on time. When I called they said that they have contacted my number &I didnt respond to their calls which was a lie. I have booked one consignment through st courier on 5th January 2021 but still not delivery pls update the same...

Very Worst Service. Giving Mental Pressure.
I have my own bad experience. They did not deliver on time, did not deliver even after 3 days. When asked about the parcel and reason for delay, courier service person ([protected]) threated that he will return back my parcel. That call ended in argument.
That courier service person ([protected]) recorded our conversation and showed it to the persons to whom and I have sent the parcel...

I have booked a courier from Auntipatty to karur on 8th jan 2021. But till courier has nit been delivered.

Due to that i am having a loss of ₹100000. And your team is not respond properly.

So I request you to compensate my loss. Otherwise I will file a case.
