I have received a parcel bearing the tracking number [protected], the man from mettupalayam office called me to come and collect the parcel, I informed him that I cannot come to collect it and told him to deliver it to my address, but he refuses it saying we cannot deliver it, but my address it nearly around 2kms from the courier office. He says if you need, you come and collect it from the office, I said him that other couriers like DTDC, proffesional and others deliver it to my home, he says if so then you can change the courier partner from next time and we cannot deliver and disconnected thecall

I was to get a parcel from jaya Bharathi oorugai kadai. After dispatch and after four days I get a call from ST courier vallioor office to come and collect the parcel as their delivery boys have just bicycles and they can not deliver my parcel which is 1 kg.or so.
Being a senior citizen I tried to convince them stating all other couriers deliver at my home they politely with all due respect conveyed that only chance of getting delivered is me going and collecting from their office. As I am a customer with no choice I went and dutifully collected my parcel as I do not want to lose my money since I have paid for the material inside the parcel.
However while collecting I told them this will be my last courier thruogh you as you are not servicing like competition. They are not bothered. I wish ST courier all success by having such team in vallioor. Pl arrange two wheelers to your delivery team.

Parcel out for delivery but delivery person syed ([protected]) did not response and atend the call and also he say iam out of station so delivery late

I haven't received any product till now and the delivery boy has done my signature and taken my parcel

My friend send the parcel from Aruppukottai to my place cuddaloor on 4th March.. but today date is 6th March.. but still I don't receive the parcel it is urgent.. we are using the courier for fast sending.. but your service is not acceptable and worst. If you couldn't delivery the goods on time please don't booking the parcel.. we'll find the subsidies.....

Dear Team,
I ordered samples from Smartpick 6 months back and still have not received any samples. but received SMS for " the Courier has been delivered".
I traced the POD copy and surprised, someone put a sign and got the samples.
Very worst service.

Very very worst Coriar Sarvice do not use for st courier west of time do not send tha timing very worst

Again if you're still making me to wait, making me to believe that you could safely return my card tomorrow. If it is not happing tomorrow, you are allowing me proceed legally against your ST Corrier.

I have not recd parcel no. [protected] on 4th March 2021 but your tracking showing it was delivered on same date and received by Sanjay but its not my signature.
i informed ot consignee Hindustan Unilever for said complaint and take action on wrong delivered couier person.

I have sent a courier from porur, chennai to Vasudevanallur-627758, Tenkasi DT(consignment number-[protected]) on 01/03/2021. it's very urgent for child medicine.
Still not deliver the shipment.
I am also call and ask to delivery person (Puliyangudi) but they give irresponsible answer and way of talking also worst.i have proof.
I am very worried about my shipment it's very urgent and important.
Am really unsatisfied with your service .not expect from you.

On 17th feb i order and this order is ship with your currier servise and on 1st march i received a msg containing your packaged has been deleverd but i did not received any such package

This parcel from Madurai to tenkasi. Parcel received on Madurai at friday 26feb2021, yet now they not delivered my parcel 12.55 pm at 02 mar 2021. They are not interested to deliver my parcel at my doorstep and they are demanding to take my parcel at their place three days am waited to deliver but still they are refusing my parcel. So if we are need go and pick our parcel then why u keep as name st courier

They are not delivering In time, when I called to Customer care on(27/02/2021) for tracking, they asking me delivery details like address, pincode, phone no... I don't know weather they asked Receiver details or not at the time of booking, after providing everything they told today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday) not possible and so it will be delivered by Monday evening (01/03/2021), and I am waited till 6pm and after that iam trying to call ([protected]) to enquire about the status of delivery but not responding, it's always busy.

I'm Dr. J. RAVICHANDRAN, booked my Fuji Digital Camera from Chennai Thiruverkadu to Bhuj Gujarat on 26/2/21. But today this parcel received in display broken condition, has happened only because of the poor mishandling. Please let me know how to proceed further.

      i have booked the cover @ perambalur branch on 24/2/2021, but till date the cover has not been delivered.very worst service from your end.The cover is very emergency, either you deliver the cover today to the shipper or to the receiver.

Really worst service.. I sent courier on 24th from chennai to bangalore... Till now they didn't received... I file this issue in St courier customer care.. No proper response... Worst service I faced.. Better to move another courier

I didn't received the courier yet.. but status shows delivered on 25th Feb .

I was sent courier 25.2.2021 from karaikal to thopputhorai... Still not receive my courier.. I called vedharanyam office.. I am ask them about my courier they spoked unrespactfull and arrogance.

He said me.. You sent other courier service same this mannerisms.. Kindly take the action that person... Vedharanyam office staff..
