ST Courier Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a parcel for the month of Aug and still haven't received it has called the courier guys multiple times, send multiple emails but no solution. MY colleague has reached them physically and asked for the return. However, we are just running from pillar to post. not sure what to do. it looks like they are not caring and not providing any correct answer

Sir, I booked medicine from NETMEDS from my registered mobile [protected] from Vellore. I clearly mentioned my residential address in Vellore. Unfortunately, my cell was not working. I saw my medicines (COVID19 rescue) had been reached in Vellore on 10.11.2020 itself. I called 3 times the concerned delivery boy and requested to deliver the medicines. He told that he tried to contact me on yesterday. I told that my address had been mentioned clearly and my cell phone was out of order. He told that it would be delivered today. I tried to contact the Vellore branch ST courier office. They put me in call conference to the same delivery boy. He told that the work load is heavy due to Deepavali. My parcel handed over to ST courier dealer in Pondicherry on 7th Nov'20,
Still now not reached courier in mentioned To address and no information received from ST Courier office.
we have followed multiple times and no proper response from ST Courier peoples. (3 days pending)

I could see the package status Processed & Forwarded to Hub
Mysore hub, KA([protected],[protected]to- Bangalore hub, KA[protected], ) on Nov 7 2020. after that there is no update on the package. AWB No. [protected]. i tried to reach Bangalore ST courier but no one picked the call.

My parcel had reached the Namakkal ST office on Nov 5th itself . I waited patiently till yesterday for them to deliver. Today I called the Namakkal hub office, but no one picked the call. Then I called to the no given in the tracking page. They din even listen to my courier id and once I said my location, they asked me to go directly to a different branch and collect it from there. When I tried conveying my dissatisfaction, they USED ABUSIVE WORDS. come on not doing your work is one thing but using abusive words are TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. This is highly absurd. I then had to go to the main office and from there got to know which branch had the courier and then went there to collect it. and apparantly it was the correct office I had called first and they had used abusive words for that.!!! Courier services are suppose to deliver . If we have to go and collect it then what is your job here ?? And these guys use abusive words after me being patient for 5 days !!! I am never going to use your service again until you guys improve customer service!!! Totally unhappy with your service at my locality - Namakkal.
Kindly change these guys i[censored] have any interest surving in this business!!

In our area your couriers not delivered to the person. They call me to pick up the the courier from the delivery office.
They said delivery boy not available.

My friend sent me one parcel 1 week back but still now not received but the status is holding in Nanganallur center, Not even the executive also not called we also tried customer care last 3days no response at all.

Worst service Fake number not even attend the call

Am shankar, i have booked a courier from anthiyur on 5th nov. hope it has to be delivered on 6th afternoon itself, but not delivered so i tracked it but it was reached sankagiri office 6th nov morning itself but your franchise agent didnt even notified me regarding delivery.. i called my friend who couriered that parcel, he went to anthiyur office and enquired.. they called me and told it reached your sankagiri branch but didnt delivered yet.. after long time 6th night got call from your sankagiri office kumar he told that he went somewhere and he told me to come to your sankagiri office and get it.. is this a good response in courier service? I told i cant come, later he replied " day after tomorrow i ll deliver you like that" think of it about your service and name among public.. this is second time it is happening.. my place is 8km from your office, if customers only come to your office and get courier and you are not delivering to nearby places means why you are doing ads.. hope you ll take necessary action.. i ll attach all documents with this kindly gothrough it..

Have sent a courier on nov2nd 2020 from Trichy to Tuticorin. Since because ST courier will be deliver in 1 day.we have sent courier.but it's been 4 days still the courier didn't reach the particular person .for this service we would have gone to any other courier services / through postal would have sent

Really felt very bad for this service and they charged more money also for this service

No one from ST courier is responding.
I sent my mobile phone as a courier.
I suspect there is some fraud work done here.
Called the toll free number around 20-25 times and still I am trying to reach them still no response.
I am not sure if my data is safe.
This is the worst service so far I have ever received.
The local contact person M.Palani is so rude and unresponsive too.

I tried to reach him at +[protected] he is not even picking the phone.
They charged Rs.700/- for this courier.

I would like to lure your attention to an important issue that I have faced lately due to @ST courier service. My father sent me a television from Dammam and Shipped it via @ST courier. Today I got the package and the display of the television has damaged badly.
After unboxing the package I called @ST courier service many times and they didn't answered to my call.
I spent half of my day to find a customer service complain department and still no response from @ST courier's customer service department.
I'm not aware which country the service center is located exactly, the person who took the phone told that they have nothing to do with this case and also told to contact Dammam branch of this disgusting @ST courier.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and attitude of @ST courier. It's for sure that I don't prefer this irresponsible @ST courier service for any shipment purposes.

I bought an ikon television model IK-E50DMS from Dammam and shipped it via ST courier. Today I got the package and the display of television has damaged badly. I complained to the courier company they asked to inform you people. I am disappointed about this. What am I to do now?

The courier boy veryyy very worst behaviour, He not give the good responsibility to the customerd. He's name is don't know but he's phone number :[protected]

Tracking number # [protected] - Today morning my mother received the call from tirupattur courier agent they said they cant delivered to home and that girl threatening my old age mother if they will not collect within 3 day then they will return the courier package.Â
We are also staying within tirupattur town only, then how your girl refuse to delivery and threatening the old age women ?Â

Courier cost paid based on home delivery why they your girl telling to collectÂ

A packet was send by me to Chelavoor (PIN 673571) in Calicut on 24th Oct 2020 after confirming from the collecting agent that packet will be delivered on 26th positively. Today, 29th, I was told by my sister, Consignee, that she got a call from ST Courier Calicut to come and collect the packet from their office, Nr Sangam Theatre, Calicut, else the packet will be send back to Consignor. This incidence happened after paying Rs.80 as their charges. The same packet would have reached the destination by Speedpost for lesser amount and would have got a professional service.

Somehow, this kind of courier service is not acceptable. Some Regulatory Authority need to be here to monitor such Consumer Fooling activities and should not be allowed to be in business.

From Madurai, a parcel with consignment number [protected] has been sent to Bangalore on Oct-20-2020 by using ST courier service. The parcel has been marked as out for delivery on Oct-21st in st courier website . But it was not delivered.

When we contacted the delivery person, He told that he was not well and deliver within two days. Later on Oct-24th, the parcel has been marked as delivered in ST courier website ; But it was not delivered to us.

We noticed this on Oct-27, and contacted the delivery person; He told that he has returned the courier to Madurai. Then I asked, why they had marked the parcel as delivered? He did not answer.

Then I raised a complaint with ST courier TNIXM13804. They have no clue where is the parcel; Everyday they are telling, parcel will be delivered today. But it is not!!.

Kindly help in finding parcel or getting the refund of package value.

I order the medicine regularly to the pincode 624617 through netmeds. Everytime I GET A CALL FROM a person Senthil(ST courier palani office) and saying that we cant deliver the package to the pincode and we need to come ang get the package from the palani st courier service (Which is 15 kms away from my pincode). But netmeds saying that st courier can deliver the pincode. Please call me @[protected] to discuss further.

Poor service, they always open store their own time, and I waiting more than one hours for collecting my parcel, customer support is very poor in Kumarapuram ST parcel service..

One parcel was couriered on 2.10.20 it was received my near by hub on 20.10.20 same day evening delivery person called to me for will delivered on Tomorrow...after several follow up i didn't received the parcel when ever i called to concern delivery person he told today we didn't serve that area we will delivered tomorrow but i received the message on 23.10.20 parcel was delivered but yet i didn't received the parcel... i check with tracking in that delivery challan have a sign its not mine ..

Its purely fake delivery... its a service for ST courier...very worst service ..

Without proper notification they returning product instead of delivering
