I have sent a courier from Chennai to Rayakottai. I can't see any update on the website and when I reach the customer care through phone I'm not getting any response. I have been waiting for more than 3 days product is not yet delivered to the receiver address.

    I'm waiting to receive a parcel from ST courier that was booked on 25th Jan 2021. It has reached the office nearest to me on 30th Jan 2021 but still it is not out for delivery. I tried to contact the phone number in tracking page but no response from their side. Please help in delivering the parcel asap.

      We are from Tiruppur Dk TRENDS retail shop, we send courier to pollachi customers place dated ( 15/02/2021), still now courier didn't receive customer's place, 8 days gone . Please give proper response, we are sending parcel through St couriers many times this situation is very critical please help me from out .

          My house is in Surya Nagar . Surveyor Colony st corear office does not give me the corear come. They tell me to come and buy. I pay the delivery charge . I always come to but.What a benefit .It's not only that He talks to me on the phone in harsh words.

              Goods with AWB No. [protected] still not delivered. We need the same product on urgent basis, but customer care refused to deliver goods with state that service not available in given address with PIN 110025.

              Also need to know from courier team why they picked goods is they unable to deliver on given address.

                    Poor service.

                    Sent a courier from Hosur to Rasipuram
                    Rasipuram Hub receives courier 11th Feb 2021.

                    12th Feb 2021 status updated as out for delivery, courier not delivered.

                    13th also same status not delivered.

                    So we taken number from tracking updates and call to concern person Mr Shankar he saying 15th Feb 2021 only we going deliver parcel.

                    I asked why that side no courier only yours so only.

                    What a nice reply.

                      [protected] this is my tracking number. So many times I complaint regarding delay delivery by Tenkasi courier office. Now you see the track position it showing two days i.e 12.2.21 and 13.2.21 out for delivery. But till date no items delivered. This is very bad service. Pl do needful. Also see my two previous complaint.

                        The delivery person charged 30 rupees for three parcels of mine and its 90 rupees...If the getting person is a male, he will just give the parcel and if the getting person is female, he is asking 30 rupees for every parcels.. This is degrading ST courier... Please make an complaint about it..

                          I am facing this issue regularly every time the courier says that it's out of town so will not deliver the pack . They are telling the customer to come and collect the pack.If it is out of town then why you are accepting the order the courier has to deliver at door for that only we are paying after reaching destination why your courier is not delivering.

                            An medical kit was sent through ST Courier on emergency conditions. The delivery was worst. We requested him to wait for few seconds to confirm the placement of order, but the delivery person showed no respect towards the customer and uses inappropriate words and took back the package which he bought. He is irresponsible and threatened to return the parcel. He showed very violent behavior.
                            This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my whole time.
                            This complaint is from Nilgiris Dist. The courier was supposed to be delivered in Aruvankadu, Balaji Nagar on 11th of Feb but he took it back. I seriously request you to take strict action against such arrogant delivery person.

                              Con Num: [protected], actually i have send this parcel on monday from Thiruvallur to Urapaakam. On that time itself, i've asked the actual delivery date. They confirmed me that the parcel will be delivered by Tuesday eve or Wednesday mrng. While im tracking the parcel, the parcel is out for delivery on Tuesday evening itself. But the parcel was not yet delivered so far. So i have called them, three to four times. They said within few hours we will deliver your parcel. But still no one is received the parcel on that end. I'm facing this same issue again and again. Worst service.

                                Poor service. Sent a courier to Tiruvarur but reached Tituraipoondi and after 10 days now, getting back to Chennai with failed delivery. The local guys at Thiruvarur and TTP are very sluggish and Hub response is NIL.. They don’t even respond... Don’t know why we have such courier services.

                                      Kindly refer to my previous complient on 31.1.2021. The same problems raised Tenkasi courier service. My tracking number is [protected]. The parcel not yet received till date. I tracked the same Online showing 2.2.21 onwars door locked. It is false report given your courier service. In the same date our family in the house only. On 4.2.21 your courier service called me and told you come my courier office and take the parcel. I told Iam working at tirunrlveli so I could not come. He told ok I will deliver to your home after two days. But till date my parcel not yet received. Please provide to deliver the parcel otherwise I goto cunsumer court. My cell [protected].
