    I am not happy about my courier recieved some things are missing inside . Buyer send 2.5kg of things but I got 1.75kg of things 2 important items are missing ... It so unfair.

      Kindly refer to my previous complient on 31.1.2021. The same problems raised Tenkasi courier service. My tracking number is [protected]. The parcel not yet received till date. I tracked the same Online showing 2.2.21 onwars door locked. It is false report given your courier service. In the same date our family in the house only. On 4.2.21 your courier service called me and told you come my courier office and take the parcel. I told Iam working at tirunrlveli so I could not come. He told ok I will deliver to your home after two days. But till date my parcel not yet received. Please provide to deliver the parcel otherwise I goto cunsumer court. My cell [protected]. Thankyou sir.

              Sir, i booking courier from Erode (ST Courier, Near Collectorate) to Virudhunagar. in booking parcel i mention Handle with care in parcel. but after delivery to customer that material in parcel was broken. after customer informed that parcel broken in delivery. my Material rate Rs. 4250 Loss due to your service mistake. then i contact to ST Courier staff in (Erode). He is say's irresponsible answer. i am very disappointment ST Couirer services after this incident. please say the answer who is responsible to my parcel after given to safe delivery.

                          Hi

                          I want to report the owner & employees of the below location ST Courier office.

                          I had a parcel which has been delivered on 21-Jan-2021 but I've not received it on time. When I called they said that they have contacted my number &I didnt respond to their calls which was a lie. Finally they asked to collect it from their office. Why do I have to visit & collect it ? They suppose to do a home delivery and it is their job and we are paying for that.

                          I had a fight and finally they accepted to home delivery. This is not a 1st time as I've already faced the same situation where I've collected the parcel from their office. The franchise owner/supervisor he is utter waste and liar He was very rude over the call l & even during parcel deliver.

                          If he continue such worst behaviour, I'll file a police case against him
