Dear sir / madam,
Thus is vigneshwaran from madurai.
I have ordered a book from amazon and they told it will be delivered by st courier. The tracking number is [protected].

I got a call from st courier before two days asking me to collect a parcel.
I told that i dont have any transport facility and also its work of the courrier service to deliver parcel at home. They told that delivery incharge was on leave and also they cant deliver single parcel.

I told them to deliver the parcel to me in home and they told they will be delivering it to me soon.

But when i see amazon tracking details, it is mentioned as "address not found - address not clear"

They didn't issue the parcel to me and how can they mention as "address not found - address not clear" and return back??

This is not the first time and even last year they did the same.

They have been asking customers to come to office to get the parcel.

Kindly take some actions and get me the parcel as soon as possible.

Tuesday 18th of August 2020, 02:44pm they sent courier from Vellore but since i didnt get. Yesterday i called to ST courier branch but they said please adjust and disconnected my call. After i tried no one pick my call. There is no proper response. My AWB is [protected]. Selayiur branch irresponsible people. Please take action.

My courier no. [protected] was not delivered to me still. When i track for the status it is showing as delivered.
So i called to the respective person contact number from the tracking details, but he is not responding properly.
The respective person is talking very rudely and saying that we dont have service for your area, we cannot deliver the product and ended my call without informing me.
I did not expect this kind of worst experience from the ST couriers. Since we people believe your courier service to be very professional and renowned one, but this local people behaviour makes us disappointed.
Can you help me to receive my courier as soon as possible.

My pod number [protected] chennai booking not receive for 3 days last 2 month very poor service

Consignment number "[protected]" & "[protected]" are booked at Chennai on 14 Aug 2020 and still not delivered (The distance is 230 KM from Chennai), I have tried to reach their customer care number and most of the time it is switched off and one time they attended my call and said it will be delivered by today (which was 2 days before). the poor thing they cant even track the item where it is...am not sure what kind of tracking system they have :(

I have an courier to be received on 19/August. But still not Received on my address .They doesn't try Any Attempt to delivery and said it to me to be collected From Office in Trivandrum

But My Location is parassala around there be 40kms away from trivandru

Kindly do the needful because the courier contains a rare fish...

Its ur Responsibility to save it's life and delivered to my address..

If the fish Die i forward the complaint in Consumer court...

My parcel ([protected])is not received yet. when I asked at my branch office they says it’s misroute even the address & numbers are correctly mentioned so please I need my parcel today

I am a sales manager in a pharmaceutical distribution company. Frequently on daily from our coimbatore office today ordered medicines booked in st courier in coimbatore. It will not delivered in time in madurai.

Most of the area's st courier service agents available. They without bar-code scan taken the stock from the st courier hub and take the stocks and his convenience time they deliver. So when we track the consignment in st courier website it will shown coimbatore - madurai hub.

Without bar-code scan they taken the stock so it will not updated in the system.

Secondly madurai anna nagar st courier agent never take a big size parcel from the st courier main hub. If we asked this they simply answered if you want go to the main hub and collect it.

Total adminstration is worst.

Parcel from Chennai has reached Madurai office by Friday (14 aug) but not yet reached and none of the customer care number is in use which is really worst

My manager send laptop from Chennai to puliyarai Tenkasi district. He send as priority delivery by paying 900 rs. Bt sengottai delivery boy didn't deliver for 4 days. And also his reply is so horrible. I asked you what (hair pluck ) service you are doing? 900 rs waste. And my 3 days work also affected.

My parcel is resend to the seller that adress not found. Now the parcel didnt reach the destination courier office. Why this delay?. Resend the courier to my adress. My number is in working condition only..

Send courier from Pavoorchatram to pudukottai alangudi .the parcel received in alangudi in damaged manner they said that they will return the parcel to pavoorchatram. but till now i hadn't received the parcel

Dear sir / madam,
I send one parcel from nagercoil to kanchipuram via st courier service on 06/08/2020. (Consignment number: [protected]). But they delivered the parcel to customer on 14/08/2020 with worst (Damaged) condition (Photo attached). Sir we are doing online business if we give parcel like this to customer they never come again to order the products and this is not first time for us, many times we faced many problems with st courier service.
So kindly look the issue and short out the problem otherwise we cannot do business with st courier service.

Find attached the consigner copy of the courier to be delivered to the address (Refer attachment). Received call from st courier omalur office representative and told to collect the parcel from omalur office (Tamil nadu state) and the parcel will not be delivered to the attached address.

[protected].. This tracking number parcel need to deliver at guntur adress... But they make rto due to doorlock... But we received many other courier parcels.. And we stay at home only... Give contact numbers are not working.. And not lifting calls.. One month over.. Need information plzz

My goods are been returned i. E without delivery it has been sent back to the dealer for no reason. When asked for a reason the revert given by the st courier agent is harsh and senseless.

Very worst and poor service provided.

At the same time i need the reason for sending back of my parcel.

Aug 1st mentioned out for delivery, but still now. Aug 10 (2020) it was not delivered, i asked st courier office about this but in that office telling my number is out of service, but my number is active, she telling lies and cut the call while I'm speaking, worst response

Really worst courier service,
On 28 july courier sent from madurai but still, we did not receive the parcel if we call the courier person not at all picking call.

Please be informed that I have received my courier in damage condition which I have packed in very safe condition. I was really unsatisfied with this service. I could see the booking person throwing the product in the delivery bin while booking . And delivery was one day late which had to be delivered yesterday itself . I need a refund of my damaged product worth Rs. 700, and you have to bear this . 
And you haven't mentioned any description of the product like weight, concern booking person sign nothing .
I have attached the POD copy, product image and courier packing image. 
PFA.And revert asap.

The tracking status of the package is showing it will be delivered and the name of the executive and no is displayed. I contacted the guy till they havent dispatched it
