We are a cloud baking small company. We sent a food product on 20 of April 2023 to Thenkasi district and we were assured that it would reach within 24 hours by ST COURIER of Manamadurai branch Tamilnadu. When we asked this[protected] mobile numbered person (so called authority of Thenkasi branch) he did not properly address our issue and he hung up the call while we were speaking. My address is coimbatore but the courier reached to chennai..it was very urgent parcel which I need to get within 1 day but it was almost 3 I didn't receive my parcel. When checked with ST courier service they mentioned as the courier reached to chennai.

Please take action or I need refund for the parcel charges...

I ordered fish they sent to st courier but no response no proper service I think my fish died...

My customer has been booked a consignment from ambur location to my address Coimbatore mettupalayam location around 5kg worth parcel via tracking number [protected] but unfortunately the shipment was send to different location to Chennai I need it immediately kindly do the needful....

Worst customer service ever. They charge for home delivery and ask us to collect in courier office. If we ask on the same, staff out there in Udumalpet office speaks extreme rude and disconnects the call. Very worst service and this courier company deserves a legal notice to be served for such fraudulent behaviours....

Delivery person name" Vinoth" very bad worst courier Service in my life. He talked in very rude manner. He don't know how to behave and how talk to a woman basically. While delivering he Tared the copy of bill 2 bills were attached he Tared both bills.then how will we know about that courier center.

Last 4 days ago exactly on March 17th my shopkeeper sent a parcel but still I could not receive but actually my parcel is at St. Courier office. It's embarrassing to leave my box in one place for three days, but no one took responsibility for this....
