Our Consignment Number [protected] dated 17.07.2023. Till now ( 20.07.2023) customer didnot receive the parcel. It is in Coimbatore to Sriperumpudur. Delivery time is within one day. But three days delay. Our Parcel status we don't know. Even if we have walked item would have been delivered at this time. Your service is very...

Courier was supposed to be delivered the next day. Delivery location is within the same district. However their delivery executive denied to deliver it door step and asked us to pick it up in the office which is 4 kms away from my place. So asked to return it hence we were out of station. Next day we called and requested to send the item back as we are in town and want the item on urgent need.

Hub office returned it to my place near by office on Friday confirming me that item will be delivered to me on Saturday. But Saturday it was not delivered and I’ve been calling the hub office and other person who booked my item back to back but they are not at all responding and sharing me the update of where my parcel is.

And Sunday all the contact number are out of service.

Such a worst and damn careless service. You don’t even care to understand the customers urgent need. I would have gone and get this item directly rather believing this courier.

I booked one parcel from coimbatore to Chennai on date 4/7/2023. I checked tracking number that's shows status is delivered. but didn't receive the parcel yet. Please find the attach for your reference.

Im at Bangalore, JP nagar, I got my courier by ST courier but I was not satisfied with that delivery person's behaviour... I got twice but he is not giving door step deliver to my address. He stand down n he calls me only to come down n get ur persal.. If I asked also he s not talking properly he s talking like rubbish ... So please resolve my issue..

Courier have been sent from salem to address Sarada Krishna homoeopathic medical College kulasekharam kanyakumari district. While checking tracking I'd courier it shows had been delivered. But it doesn't come to mentioned address. Such a careless delivery I doesn't saw so far.

I opened my courier some goods(Chocolate) are missing.

My self Dr. kalai from Anthiyur, erode (D T.[protected]. I Have received an important courier from Mumbai. The courier agent in Anthiyur is not delivering and if we call them also, they are speaking with arrogance. Now they are neglecting the cals also. It's been 3 days the courier has reached the Anthiyur office but refusing to deliver or respond yo cals.

It's not the first time, previous time they had delivered a important courier after 7 days, that too reaching office multiple time. They are interested in only collecting courier and not delivering.

They are asking for petrol charges for delivering the courier.

Does ST courier asks delivery charges ?

The service of the courier is not satisfactory.
Because still my parcel is not received, but the delivery status was showing parcel delivered. When I call to the delivery boy they didn't give proper response.

Please check and give the response.

We send few product through ST courier on Monday[protected] from Bangalore to Chennai. My AWB No. [protected] it is not delivered yet, taking more. It is really disappointing. The product got decayed because of late delivery it is responsible by courier company

This is regarding the Courier that was sent from Kerala on 25th March and Expected to be delivered at Bangalore on 27th May. But I havent got this document delivered yet today's date is 2nd June.

The Lady with mobile number[protected] is speaking very arrogantly and saying that if you need your documents that urgently u come and collect it from our Lalbagh office whereas the delivery location is Marathahalli. Not just this lady every one in there deliver office are talking very rude and arrogantly to us that we wont deliver it do waht ever u want. None of their employees how to behave with customers especially when the mistake is in their end.

I am really not sure if this is the kind of business you guys are doing. Getting money from the customer to deliver the parcel and then delaying the same and asking the customer to come and collect it if they need... VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont ever choose ST Couriers. They are all scammers and Cheater. They take you money and does not provide proper service. Above you have pay money and get abused and insulted by them also. WORST COURIER COMPANT DONT EVER CHOOSE THEM.

I have placed an courier to Mumbai on 25/05/2023 in west Tambaram branch.
I was informed by the office representative that it wil be delivered on next day but it's three working days still product is not delivered. On 30/05/2023 i went to west Tambaram office to enquire about the courier they said they are not aware of it.
Worst customer service.

This company very poor...my sister send three days send things..but not responding... how many times not attand the mobile...

I am from velachery. Delivery spoken wrongly to ladies, He is worst and misbahaved to ladies. This is done delivery boy who delivered the product [protected]

The product tracking ID [protected] was not delivered but the status is showing delivered. When tried to reach customer care no response at all. Very worst experience with ST courier.

I have sent a parcel in ST couier on may 15th and still its in transit.
no proper responce from couier service.
