My parcel still not delivered.it was dispatched on 17th Aug 2023.i need this item urgently.Please need your help in this regard.

My friend sent parcel from Dindigul to [protected] Namakkal. It has reached Bavitram Ura mentioned in the address from Namakkal on 14.08.2023. The delivery boy said he will come and buy it from Bavitram bus stand, he said no, can you give it to a shop you know. Only old people are at home, so what you asked to give at that address is not possible, he disconnected the call, saying, talk to the head oppish.

Note: The above mentioned address is only 500 meters from Bavitram Bus Stand

Hello sir my courier parcel came from madurai to omalur St courier the courier person called and said collect your courier in my office . I asked to deliver at my home but they said service not available in your village.in St courier official website shown my pottipuram village are serviceable location and also I compliened St courier customer service they also said you collect to courier office kindly take necessary action to deliver my courier otherwise take action against improper information provided st courier official website

I have ordered one product they have chosen st courier delivery service when it's reached near my location they are asking me to come to collect my product, they won't deliver outside hub, my location is 2km away from main location.

I write clear address (Kamuthi) and my mobile number but your team delivered the consignment near by village (Abiramam) as far as 20 Km from location and informed to me come and get the parcel. I said please handover it in local bus and I will collect the parcel, but he told it is not his fault if you want your parcel come here or I will not take response. His mobile no [protected]. I believe this kind of activity will affect the business, please take necessary action and it would be happened in future.

Delivery boy have parcel last two days with him not yet deliver when ask to him deliver the parcel, I'm able to come and deliver if you want you can come and collect the parcel like he told

Monday morning my friend send parcel from chennai to madurai. Parcel id is [protected], yesterday morning 08/08/23 morning parcel is out for delivery but not delivered, today morning 09/08/23 again parcel’ is out for delivery but not delivered, i will check and office number call to ask. She is answering casually today i will send it sir, just now 5.35 parcel is arrived at my home., the parcel is fully opend i will attach photo copy, the parcel is apple mobile box so the office people fully checked inside of mobile, i am not giving mobile only for box thats way i am great escape otherwise my mobile definitely loss him, why are open the parcel i need clear explanation, if you not taken any action there after i will post social media in Facebook Instagram and some press also, i am working government sector so definitely i will do that

On 10-May-2023 I have send parcel to Qatar country through ST courier in Booking number of AWB [protected]. They said that particular parcel connected with international courier agency Pacific Express in the booking id of AWB [protected].. But they delayed my parcel and said the reason like no cargo flights were available, parcel will be move in next available flights like that..
After 3 weeks of time Mr.Vinoth from ST courier who is manager of international courier service called me and said your parcel is blocked by the customs for some reason.. And promised me to returned it back to me with in a week..
But today is 9-Augest-23.. Its been a 3 months, I never receive it till now.. And Mr.Rajesh who is responsible for coimbatore courier service also gave me the fake promise to return back my parcel. My parcel is a ₹18000 worth.. As i'm a very small scale business woman this amount of loss is very huge for me..
Kindly consider my complaint im in need of my parcel for sure as soon as possible..

On 27th July my parcel has received by coimbatore hub it has deliver to Karadimadai but they forwarded to karamadai, several times I called and updated the status even though no response still I didn't receive my parcel .. they made 5000 loss for me ... Who will response kindly do me a favour asap. Thank you

Haven't received the courier which was posted on July 13th. No one called, but they returned the courier to hub and then to st courier in Omni busstand. I couldn't track it. Con. Number is [protected].

26th July i tried to contact executive using [protected] this mobile no, without allowing customer to speak she immediately cuts my call stating need tracking no and next time i called taking that she rudely speaks and cuts again and i repeatedly trying to place complaint she denies to attend the call.

Actually the courier from coimbatore received thiruverumbur branch on saturday[protected] saraswathy customer got call stating to come and collect from thiruverumbur branch. she is 71 yrs old women staying alone in her home how come she can go and collect travelling 5km away.

on hearing this i tried contacting thirverumbur branch executive on 26th july [protected] she stating 620016 pincode is not under service area.

I asked then y registered for delivery from the customer?if needed can raise complaint to HO as such she spoke and cuts call.

Such a worst experience with both executives today had happened.

26th July i tried to contact ST couier customer complaint handling Executive i tired with [protected], a lady attended and without allowing me to talk she directly told need tracking no and she cuts call...again am trying to reach her she refuses to attend. this is one incident another, actually 23rd july saraswathy customer got a call from thiruverumbur office stating courier reached come and collect the parcel, because she cannot go from her house till there she asks the person to deliver at home, till today no one turned up.

Secondly again i tried contacting thiruverumbur branch person in [protected] she told we cannot deliver to 620016 this pincode, i asked her in that case while get parcel booked should have denied taking in rather asking customer to come and collect from the place.If young people means ok we can go there and collect.But Saraswathy she is 71 yrs old women staying alone in her home, how come she can go and collect.

On asking this she told u should complaint in HO

So am registering complaint against ST Courier services as well staffs who handled by calls.

ST courier trichy thiruverumbur office courier not delevary in door step only office delivery why...? all day only office delivery very very worst ST courier service in trichy thiruverumbur office...

I have sent a medicine from madurai on Friday but it's been 4 days but still I haven't received my package yet to chennai yet there customer services are worst ever

4 days before 21 St July 2023 post the documents very argent but now 4days, couldn't reached if ask to them they don't Give proper response to me

I have raised a courier delivery to vysarpadi on 7/20/2023 still not delivered when I contact with incharge [protected] lakshman I spoked at 9. Pm he speaking leathagically answering product will delivers only at Mondays and sunday is holiday, which I have spend money for this if this is not a good service means I can use some other partners and I was informed at the time of pickup itself its very very urgent but this is not the good way to answer like this, its very worst service which am facing if the courier is not delivered within 7/23/2023 I definitely going to file a case against on this issues.
