I'm working in HP company. I need to replace hp printer to HP warehouse. I put my printer in ST courrier vandavasi on 22/9/23 afternoon they told it will take time upto evening to make docket. I made payment and came. Now it's been 1 week not even they created docket. I called more than 50 times no response and they blocking my calls. Very worst response. I'm in outlocation not even to visit the courrier office. Company gave me memo and billed the printer charge of Rs.20000 from my side and suspended me for this reason. What the hell are you servicing for customer. You spoiled my career. Because of you I'm in trouble. Trying customer care number not exist 😡. No words to shout at all. I'm completely done.

One of the worst courier service
From owner to delivery not even single person in the courier team holds manners and respectful behaviour. Infact harrassing behaviour they have. Do not choose these service at any cost and do not get mental pressure by choosing these people.

We booked consignment on SEP 16 from Mayiladuthurai(Tamil |Nadu -609001) to Hyderabad.

However with poor service of ST Courier, they have not even attempted to deliver and simply informed that address not found

They resent again to Tamilnadu place where they booked.

Now again they transported. They are simply wasting times and not delivering the product.

it looks like they are doing scam. I like to take action on them and do the needful us with compensation.

I was sent a courier from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, to Rotterdam, The Netherlands on 29th of August. The courier was then sent to the origin hub at Chennai, Tamil Nadu which was later shipped on 1 st of September with consignment number [protected]. The courier has reached the destination and I was not intimated about the delivery since the email id mentioned in the credentials belonged to the courier team, and I was unaware about its delibvery attempt. Later when I was informed from India that 3 delivery attempts have been made, I tried to contact the origin hub regarding the chaos happened, and I did not recieve proper response from them. I even texted the officials from India of the aforementioned courier team for the Infoticket number which was sent to the mail id ( a ticket number needed to reschedule the delivery in Europe), but the team ignored my queries and was constantly diverting me to contact different people in the team.

I'm writing here after calling and talking to the local office in Perambra([protected]), kerala and putting up with their excuses for more than 10 days.
Package of consignment no: [protected], was sent from tamilnadu (636112) to Calicut(673323), on sept. 11. they called later to inform package is at perambra(23 kms away) and they'll deliver later but haven't delivered until now. when I called to enquire 2 days ago, they told me to search in google for main office number and tell them to send delivery van to their office. I was desperate enough so I did what they said, yet no avail of package.
I'm a medical student and I choose ST courier over ther options only because I needed these books fast within 3 days for my lectures. This has caused a huge inconvenience to my studies.
My house is close to highway and with the landmarks I've provided, they wouldn't have any difficulty to find this place -so any excuses related shows only irresponsibility. Please check why this has happened and recruit reliable staffs who are responsible at their work.

if no one to deliver this package, please send it to me via India post or any other method, since it's urgent.

I have couriered health mix powder to my friend via ST courier. It got damaged, I am suspecting someone opened the courier prior to reach to respective person. Please check and investigate, finally it is reached to the respective person with damaged one

We had booked a courier from chengalpattu to bangalore vide no. [protected] dated 6.9.2023 and [protected] dated 12.9.2023 total 3 items which weren't delivered till date. They are telling it will deliver after they had damging the material and returning back. After resending also same thing is happening. We don't know why this is happening in st courier Whitefield bangalore branch.

I am Prakash K from hosur. I have booked a shipment on 1.9.2023 by 6.30pm from hosur to Bangalore through ST COURIER located near hosur hosur main bus stand. Unfortunately i missed the tracking slip while travelling. More than a week shipment is undelivered. Contacted local office but no proper response. Those are medical bills original copy. But undelivered. Please look into it.

Respected sir/ madam, , I sent this mail about the collection of commission on parcels by the delivery at the time of delivery. At each and every parcel he collects 40 or 20 rupees while delivering the parcel. It was already informed to the local courier office located at vandavasi road chetpet 606801. For my own parcels only I have paid more than 300 till now. Today I received a parcel of books and he collects a cash amount of rupees 20 without any proper information. Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

My Vendor booked two different parcel in one AWBILL no...and i received one parcel on 2/9 and the other I don't know what happened to that..my AWBILL no [protected] but why ur service centre booked two different parcel in one AWBILL No it's so pathetic...and No response from customer care number too really very horrible service

While booking they confirmed they have delivery. But after booked delivery boy is called us to come and collect from their office and blackmailed us if we can’t come they will return the parcel their office from my village arround 50kms up and down. And also delivery boy is behaviour very rude to talk with my sister and father. This is my AWB number [protected], [protected].I was called branch office they can’t give proper reply and also try to contact head office there is no response.

On 22nd from Chennai we send very important & urgent material to our address which is located at Bangalore. after 2 days also still the courier was not delivered to customer place. We continuously following customer care because of the part criticality. But we are getting poor response. Also tracking in the ST courier also same status showing past 2 days. we are very much disappointed for the ST courier service.

It has been delivered to Nandhini by Anbazhagan([protected]) as per tracking, but i didn't get any parcel and its not my sign, How can you people can put Customer sign and i required the parcel and without any damages or refund the amount for which have been miss leaded...

Some product couriered from Idappadi to Chennai Pallaikaranai on 18th aug, 2023 ..Today the date is 21st but still i didnt receive my parcel...I called many times to the service number he told to collect today when i asked on 19 th but still now i didnt received i called many times they are not responding properly and today eve 6:45pm delivery person called me for the address but after an hour no response yet not delivered.. I called him many times he also not response ..I raised to complaint to main office in chennai ...They said me to call this number or call that number why i need to call some others to get the parcel...You are providing the courier service so you are the responsible for that...If emergency they told me to collect from courier office it not a good reply from St Courier Pallikaranai.. You are the responsible to provide the service at doorstep they why posted delivering beyond expectation...First will deliver correct time then beyond expectation...Really I am too upset your services...Hereafter i never use this courier service...Atleast provide my parcel tomorrow or else will face severe consequences...
