Please check the following ST Courier shipment tracking id -[protected].

For the past 5 days, it has been shown in the Pallikaranai hub but has not been delivered to my location in Pallikaranai. The courier contains the sweet box, that validity is only for limited days. May I know what is the reason it's getting delayed? When I will receive it? If further delays no use of this product. Please help me on this matter.

    Respected sir,

    With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel [protected] I was expecting to take delivery of the item on 03 November 2023, but at present I have still not received yet the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Time is now essential. This behavior is not good for a company like you. Please deliver the item as soon as possible.I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors.

      Refer AWB no. [protected] booked on 08/11/23 from North usman road chennai. It was supposed to be delivered on 09/11/2023 at Mangadu, chennai.
      As of 11/11/2023 8.00 pm still not delivered.
      Pathetic. No response from courier.
      Worst service by ST COURIER.
      I notice that they should be paying GST also.
      But notmentioned in bill.

        St Courier Team,
           My Booking ID is [protected], This Booking is made on Nov 2nd 2023, Still now your tracking status shows in Transit, Even many times i will raise the complaint thru help line number. But still now no-one gives the proper response and your staff simply say your parcel doesn't have it here. If needed you make the call to where your booking ST courier branch and check the status.   As a customer I need to follow booking branch & destination branch courier service ??? for tracking or taking my parcel.Â
        Note : Even i share my booking order number & parcel picture to ST courier whatsapp number.Â

          Useless ST courier holding a shipment for 5 days and playing with the shipment, When we call the branch head Divakar from Puludhivakkam is asking us to check the booking centre for the delivery, Basic process also he doesn't know, How dare you gave a branch to him, one week a shipment is miss route within Chennai.

            I Had A Sent A Package Through ST Courier On 25th, AWB No : [protected], On 27th, It Shows Delivered & Also Sighned, But When Checked With My Reciever, He Did Not Receive Any Package, Nor He Got Any Call From Delivery Boy Before Delivering The Same & Till Date They Have Not Recieved My Package. I Want You To Take A Serious Note & Deliver The Package ASAP.

              They deliver the my product in wrong location and thy are response properly... They are not responding properly.. the delivery person has my number but he didn't call nd simply tell that I have deliver ur product.. the attitude is not good I have bitter experience.. I ever seen like this service.. bad service 😡😡🤬😠😠😠🤬🤬😡🤬🤬😡😡🤬🤬🤬...

                  I'm writing this complaint after being left with no other options as my parcel sent through one of your agent Jayanti [protected]/[protected] remains undelivered. I have been trying to contact her many times with no success and my whatsapp messages to her remain unanswered. Your customer care numbers are not working either.

                  I paid the full amount of INR 11, 500 for the shipment containing 3 cartons for delivery from chennai to surat on 7th October 2023 (gpay slip attached) and 2 cartons delivered with damages whereas the 3rd cartons has not reached till date. (Parcel Id D[protected])

                  I feel cheated as the lady never answers my call and today answered immediately when I called from another number and later disconnected. Appreciate your immediate intervention in this matter. 🙏

                    Parcel returned back - reason mentioning that party refused

                    We have sent a parcel to agriculture
                    department, sulthanpettai, coimbatore district from Rasipuram, Namakkal district on 02.10.2023. It is related to government service, The parcel is returned back reason wrongly mentioning that party is refused.

                    While enquiring actually delivery person behaved roughly in government office and spoke singularly. Now became loss to government Rs.3000/. So i kindly requesting you to enquire...

                    On October 3rd 2023, I sent a document by ST courier to a local address vide booking ID [protected]. The tracking showed on October 15th that it was returned to the booking center Korattur 3. On contacting the booking center, the staff and the In-charge person informed me that they did not receive it and atleast two days were needed to trace it.

                    The company website had no contact details of any of the Chennai hubs and service centers.

                    On October 16th, I had to travel to the hub located 3.5kms away to collect it as it had to reach the receiver by October 17th 2023.
                    I request for compensation from the company for misguided tracking details and deficiency of service causing mental stress and hardships for three days

                      1. The tracking details showed that the consignment was returned to the booking center. On meeting the In-charge of the service center on October 14th at about 3pm, he informed me that the consignment was not received at that booking office and at least two days time was required to trace it from the nearest hub.
                      2. When I conveyed that the consignment needed to reach the receiver by October 17th 2023 and that if necessary, I could collect it from the exact location, the staff confused me said that exact location was unknown and that I needed to wait till October 16th evening
                      3. The company website had no contact details of any of the Chennai hubs

                      Due to all the above factors, I was subjected to mental stress for two days and loss of money to travel to the hub which was about 3.5kms away to collect the returned consignment. I request for reimbursement of the booking charges and compensation for mental stress and anxiety and deficiency of service

                          I am from Tirupur, Perumanallur. My home is near Thattankuttai, about 3 kilometers from Perumanallur. I frequently receive couriers, but they don't deliver them to my home. Instead, they call and ask me to collect the parcel from Perumanallur. This has happened multiple times, so I'm requesting that they deliver the parcel to my home. This is not the first time this has occurred.

                            I bought a brand new iPhone in my Bangalore address and I need to sent that to my Chennai address for that I have approached st courier service on the below address

                            The owner of this charged me of Rs 300 Indian money for express delivery option on 9th of oct 2023, when I called on 10th the next day they informed me due to rain they couldn’t dispatch the product and will be doing express delivery today and you will get on 11th October for sure.. when I am trying to contact today with the hub they informed me that.. the given address st courier on Bangalore have send the Product on normal delivery and not express amount charged is waste.
                            Are they making us the common people mad ?? They charged 300 For express delivery and also it has been 3 days now the product have not received .

                                Subjected consignment is not delivered from Oct 6th to till date.Everyone says it not my area and forwarding to hub. If no one is ready to deliver the order why we pay. Kindly escalate this issue on Vandaloor st courier and Mudichur st courier. Both delivery agent are not ready to work .

                                It is biggest scam they are asking us to come to office and get it.Every time happening the same.Look at earliest.

                                  This is with consignment no [protected]. The courier has reached the destination office in Gudalur, The Nilgiris from Chennai. But the lady at the office says she don't have time to deliver the product and has spoken rudely and made fun of elderly senior citizen who is the recipient. When the recipient has asked for the office details she has said she can't waste her time assisting old people and she is going to return the courier. Could the management check with the Gudalur office on what is the lady actually looking for..

                                    I sent my consignment from madurai iyer bungalow hub to chennai vyasarpadi. I don't know may be there was some confusion for that delivery in that address. He called me and he started talking to me very rude like don't you know how to send parcel jus tell me proper address then i cut the call and again I connected him with proper details he again started like "why send courier without knowing details" then i stopped him and i said if you're not interested to delivery for this mistake then please return it don't show your attitude to me but he continues his rude behaviour then i said i am going to raise a complaint on you in your company then he replied "do whatever you can I can't work here after i am working only this day" so called to their company and told all this issues there was no action take against him till now.
