I placed my order on 27th june 2019 and the product got dispatched on 18th after that there has been no update in the app about my parcel. I have sent them 3 mails they don't even bother to respond. Their customer care number is not working. They have the worst customer service ever. You cant even track your products. And even after you get your product the option of return does not show up. I dont know how to contact these ppl now. Send my products as sson as possible or if you cant send refund the money in my bank account.

I ordered one dress from sbl on 7 july, but i cancelled the order the same day itself, but the refund button is not working, neither i am receiving replies of the mails, i'd sent, the customer service number is also not working, such pathetic service.
Its already been a few days, i want the money back or else will have to take a severe action against it.

I had placed 2 orders at this site on 18 may[protected] & 26 may[protected], eatimated delivery dated was 4 july for both orders but i did not get any my purchase or any refund till now. I try them at customer care no. Help no. Is not working from that day. Also mail to them but no feed back so far... So please please help me..

I have placed an order 10 days back and want to return it as the material is not good..there is no option for returning the product on the website..and the customer care number is not functional. I have been continuously sending mails to the given email adress on tge site but no body is responding..they shipped the product on time then how can u not have an option for returning the same..this is the worst website i have ever came across..please provide a solution to my problem

I had ordered one red top from the online shopping app and the size was bigger for me so requested an exchange of the product. On this, the delivery boy has picked up product from me within 2 days and he said that the product is still with him and sbl has not picked up that and i have not received my product yet, i wrote them a mail on this 3 times with 3 reminders but no response from them. I'm highly disappointed with this.
I tried gto call them on their contact but they have stopped it as well.

I am kritica ojha. I ordered clother worth rs 3683. With order id no[protected]. Later i returned the clothes as per policy as it didinot fit ploperly. I raised a return request and couriered the products on their address. The receieved the product very next day and received confirmation but it is almost 25days i have not reveived any refund.
I shall charge them 100percent interest if more delayed.

I just wanted to say that i have cancelled the whole order. You guys cancelled 1 top out of the order and without my permission. You guys have credited the amount of one top in my sbl account. You guys are great in looting the money.

Ever since i have been trying to return the product but wasn't able to as both the exchange and refund buttons are not working on the sbl app moreover, the delivery status is also not updated. I tried to contact sbl customer care through several emails and also submitted a complaint on its website but i got no response other than few automated emails. This is an utterly disappointing service from the customer care. I wish to get the problem resolved asap so that i could proceed with my exchange requests.

I had ordered 3 clothes but did not fit so had returned them all. It's been more than 20 days but haven't received the money back. Tried contacting through mails as well but no response. Kindly initiate the refund urgently as it's a very big amount of 4800 Rs.

This is regarding the orders placed by me on 7th june 2019 with order ids[protected] and[protected].
The products were delivered to me on 9th june 2019 but the status is still showing as disptached. Even after repeated mails chain for queries at [protected]@stalkbuylove there is no response.
I wanted to bring this to your notice about the poor customer service they have and unorganised systems.
I feel that atleast i will be heard here. Looking for a postive response from your end.

I’ve been following up on order number[protected] from such a long time still no revert. The amount is not refunded for order returned . Rs1149 to be refunded. The status of order is showing neft / partially refund but no refund made.

The order[protected] was canceled inspite the payment was made by me and no refund was made for same. The order was canceled by you on 10th June due to some technical clearance.Total amount to be paid is 840 as refund. The payment was made online
Total amount -840+1149=1989

It's been more than 1month still my order is pending and my return request is also pending please look into the matter i have sent so many emails bt no reply from their side. They don't bother for customer complaints. I want my money back and the return request to be processed. Kindly take necessary action against the company. I am continuously trying to talk to them but no response from their side

I had placed an order on 21st june 2019, received order on 27th june.
The product quality was worst.
So i opted for refund.
This where the actual tragedy starts.
I self ship the products back to them, but there is ni response.
In any conditions there is nobody who responds to any emails.
I have sent multiple emails to them
There are no updates on any email.
The customer care number is always under maintenance

How are the customers supposed to contact if there is no response?

I requested for return of my order no.[protected]. The delivery executive who came to pick it up cannot find the ean number so he cancelled my return pickup. But the status of cancelled pickup has not been updated on my account. Now i cannot place for return again because it shows my previous return request in process. And neither do i get details of another pickup that should have happened but didn't. I want sbl to arrange for return pickup at my address as soon as possible.

I have been trying to reach the customer care of sbl from past one month through customer care number as well as emails but it seems the customer support is totally dead and i have not yet received any response from their end.

I cancelled an order (Order id #[protected] and was supposed to get the refund of the same by now.

Can you look into the matter and give me an update?
