I made a payment of 1000 rs through the email link i reveived for retrying payment. Transaction was successfully done but order status was not updated on app. After 2 days the status of order went to cancelled, but since then i never heard back about refund amount. I have emailed them multiple times with screenshot of the transaction. Tried calling them but their number says down for maintainance. Messaged them
On fb but no response. I dont know what to do next to reach to them and get my refund.

Hello i had made a complaint here. I received a call and that person asked me to delete the complaint.. He asked me all the personal detailt of my debit card and on me asking him the reason to do so he angrily disconnected.
[protected] this is the number from which i received a phone call.
It's not safe to reveal my debit card number n expiry date n cvv number n other details. If he wanted to give refund he could have given in my bank account or in original mode of payment of transaction.

My order no. is[protected]. I hd ordered a skirt nd a top amounting Rs 995 on 20th june nd received the parcel on 25th june bt unfortunately the both d outfits were too small fr me so i decided to return it... So fr the frst 2 days the app ws nt reflecting the delivery completion so i ws nt able to return it and i mailed them atleast 10 times but they didn't responded. Then on the 3rd day the app ws started to reflect the delivery so i opted fr it bt according to them my pincode ws nt apt fr there pickup so they wanted me to self ship the product and i did so on 1st july nd on 3rd july the parcel reached there address but they didn't received it and i tried to contact them bt failed. And at the end... I hv neither the parcel nor got the refund... Win win situation for them.

I placed order no.[protected] worth rs. 1151 on 25th may, 2019, it was supposed to get delivered with in 3 days but i neither got my order for more than a month nor heard from them. Their phone lines suddenly go for a maintenance and no reply on emails too. Caught hold of their instagram account and someone escalated it internally and the order finally got delivered on 1st july. All the products were ill fitting and oversized so i wanted to place a return which they claim on their website is free. For three days, they didn’t update the delivery status so i wasn’t able to place return request also. Again escalated on their instagram account and someone got it updated but i’m being asked to self ship the products by paying a fees which is a fraud. I don’t trust these people. There are hundreds of complaints against them everywhere. I want my money back. Another order[protected] worth 855 placed with these frauds on 30 june, want to cancel it and get my refund. They are thieves.

Kindly read this and refund my money back asap before we reach consumer forum and publish this all over the internet. Cheap tricks to fool people.

Firstly when placing the order it says max 7 to 15days delivery. Then the products takes more than a month to get delivered . When they finally arrive they are of the cheapest quality that one could never use . Then when return request is placed I was promised the executive would collect within 48 hours and amt will be refunded..and then u receive a mail saying " we appreciate your agreement on self shipping " like WTF ? Are we consumers dumb here ?that you can keep making false promises that you never fulfill ? Get you stupid pap out of appstore. Have you seen the number of negative reviews ever on the Play Store ? All complaining about the same thing.

And worst, while all this happens you can't reach the customer care cz there customer care number is always under maintenance.

So u have no where to reach except this stupid mail ID where they just give you automated replies everytime.

Stop cheating people . And arrange a pick up soon and get my money refunded before we publish this issue all over the social media.

You have agreed to Collect the return Parcel. Now you Cannot take back your words whatsoever maybe the case.

With reference to your cancellation request for order id:[protected], we would like to inform you that as per our records the order has already been canceled at your end dated 8th june 2019 and it shall not be processed further.

Refund shall be processed in the same mode of payment through which the initial order was placed.

Almost a month no response from them

I ordered a jumpsuit from the site vide order no.[protected] dated 26 may 2019. However the company itself cancelled the order after lingering for 15 days and since them i have not received the refund. It has been more than 40 days now.

Also i made another purchase which was delivered to me but the size is small for me so i lodged a return but no one has still come to pick up post which i requested an exchange but not received any response.

Also i have mailed them more than 20 times but no resolution

I initiated the return of a order but no one came to pick it up. According to the return policy, the return window is of 15 days but no one has come to pick up the return even after a month.
Also, the costumer care number is not responding.
Hell of a site.
They are not even responding on emails. Only a automated email comes by whenever i send my complaint.

I place my order on 31 may 2019 and today is 1 july but they dont deliver it now. and also cancelled my one top on 12 june but they didnt give me refund of that top.
Order not delivered, no one contacted me on it and the package tracking showed that they couldn't deliver and they returned, I tried reaching out through the contact, was not able to reach them..helpline didn't work .no one responded to my emails...refund couldn't be initiated... couldn't contact the team.absolute disaster 😒..
I thought stalkbuylove could be trusted but never knew it was sucha fraud! Please help

It's been a month i have returned the product ordered in stalk by love and still didn't receive my money back may i know wats the matter why is it taking so long to return the refund and can i get ur contact number the customer care is under maintenance from past 1 month what kind of service are you guys providing it's very ridiculous i am trying to contact u since 1.5month the day i have return the product and u guys are least bothered to respond back i need my refund at any cost in next 24 hrs.

Ordered on 25th may, order #[protected], saying it'll be delivered by 5th june, but the same was delayed that is why i cancelled it, i waited for refund till the next week, nothing was done, i sent a mail on 11th june, 16th june, 22nd june, contacted customer care thrice, they send an automated mail saying a ticket has been formed and it'll be reflected, buy nothing has been done yet! I thought stalkbuylove could be trusted but never knew it was sucha fraud! Please help!

I have already logged a complaint here and still no response to that complaint or any complaints that i log in their site. They don't respond to mails either. I have requested a request on 30th of may and still no response from the team. If they can deliver in a location then they should be having reverse pick up and they don't inform when they will pick it up nor refund my amount. I have been dropping so many mails and complaints still no response from the team.

I wanted to return a product and according to their policy its custoner's wish wheather to self ship or opt for pickup but strangly they have made self ship of return product as default option. Why would i self ship the return product? And how come they change their policy without informing the shoppers. I have been trying to reach them but they are not replying nor providing any solution to my issue. They are just sending me a self regernated mail again and again.. What a fraud and careless company... I want my each and every peny back. There customer care number is not working neither they are replying on instagram..

It has been more than a month since the return pickup of the product was done by StalkbuyLove's logistics team and till date I'm waiting for the refund to be processed.

I have sent them the acknowledgement receipt from their logistics team for the speedy resolution of this issue as well.
Every time I call their customer care, it says that it is under maintenance. Also i have been constantly raising issue and sending them mails but no response to the queries have been received.

Its almost been a month that i hv been calling them regularly.. I cancelled an item due to late delivery.. N prepaid for that bt uptil nw my ammount is nt refunded and also customer care no. Is reachable as always reply goin under maintanance... It ws nt expected frm sbl.. Also mailed them i always got an auto generated mail. I think sbl has closed its site and its no longer gonna deliver people's delivery as same as money..

Few days back i have initiated the return request for the order number[protected] and i don't know why i'm getting mails that we understand your concern for self shipped the return items although i have not selected such option. Why would i!!

I have also replied to those mails writing my concern and requesting for there courier partner to pickup the items. But nothing helpful happened.

So i would request you to please help me and do the needful as soon as possible.

I ordered a dress with order id[protected] of rs 1088 by cash on delivery but it's quality is not good. So, 20 days ago, i returned that dress and add my card details for refund. Till then, stalkbuylove's customer care is under maintenance and even they did not reply of e-mails.

20 days ago, i also ordered another dress with order id[protected] of rs 733 which is done by card. But after 2 days, i have to cancel that order due to some reasons. But that refund also does not refund till now.

This company is a fraud and cheated so many customers by making fake promises. They have worst customer services.
Please help me to get my refund.

I had returned an order on 19th may 2019, order number[protected]. I have not yet received any refund of amount rs.1205. I have called multiple times to stalkbuylove service desk and even followed up on email regarding concern raised by me. I have not yet got any positive output from stalkbuylove.
Their team said they have raised service request ticket but whenever i follow up on the ticket, they raise new ticket for same issue.

I ordered a top, the delivery was delayed so i cancelled the same, i didn't get a refund yet, mailed them 4 times about it, contacted through customer care thrice, it says ticket has been formed and will get back to you, but nothing is reflected, order was cancelled on 4th june and i've been constantly contacting them for the same but to no avail at all
