I placed an order on stalkbuylove on 19th June with order id :[protected] and amount : 11838/-. Money got deducted from my account but the order status was still coming as pending auth. I have cancelled the order on 22 June but no amount has been refunded to my bank account. I have tried to reach them on customer care email and phone no but they never respond. Could you please help me in getting this resolved.

I had ordered 5 items from stalk buy love on 31 may'19 and it's been almost one month, but i haven't recieved my order. Plus, whenever i call the customer care number, it says it's under maintenance and is not responding. So i dropped a mail regarding the issue but i got an auto generated mail saying they will reach out within 48 hours but they responded. It's been a week.

I ordered a dress from sbl website on 19th may, (Order no[protected] which was first was supposed to be delivered on 2nd june, but it wasn't. You guys kept delaying the delivery everytime. And when i tried to reach for support from the sbl team... You guys gave me nothing but a generic mail everytime just from different support execs. Everytime i tried to call on the
Customer service number it was under maintenance. I tried to follow up everyday but it was the same generic mail that i got in reply. The customer service was in fact really unhelpful and pathetic and the management of the app or website too. I just need to to know where my order is? Is it going to be delivered to me or not? As simple as that

I was placed a order On 28th may. But material take too much time for dispatching. Thats why I had cancelled the order before one week. But I did not get my refund till now. When I get my refund.. too much discussing site. I will never purchase again. My first experience was not good. If I did not get my refund asap. I will come your office at the earliest. I need my money back.

I was making a paying but the payment didn't processed and it was showing 'payment pending' in order section. I tried paying again and successfully completed it. But i didn't get any confirmation and also the order got cancelled later, on its own. I tried contacting the site but they didn't respond.

Its been more than 15 days, but my refund has not been initiated as yet. Why are they duping customers? We have to constantly write and beg for our own money? Also no reply or revert on mail, the customer helpline number is purposely not kept functioning. Social media is filled with complaints, they are blocking people or deleting comments regarding the same. Highly unprofessional. They should inculcate some ethics. Order Id[protected]

It's extremely disappointing that I have not received my order yet. The order was placed on 28th May. I have already paid Rs 1467 online.
StalkBuyLove is playing with people's money, time and patience.
The worst part is they are not replying to mails nor is their customer care team answering calls.
This is seriously irritating and concerning.

I am not interested in the order anymore. Please refund my money at the earliest, failing to which people like me who have lost their money will have to get together and escalate the issue. I have 5 friends of mine facing the same problem.

You have really lost all your brand name, good will and a huge chunk of customers. I am definitely not ordering anything from StalkBuyLove in future nor recommending it to anyone.

I requested for my delivered order to be returned. But no one has yet came to do so. And the company customer care number is not serviceable, also they are not replying to emails. It's quite a frustrating situation. Someone should answer promptly and explain the situation properly. As it's a very bad customer service they are providing us. Apart from the return pickup, I also have several orders placed a month ago which are not delivered yet.

I had initiated return by pickup 4days ago and I have been constantly trying to contact stalkbuylove but there is no response from the other side except the computer generated messages that they will get in touch with me within 24-48 hours. I tried calling the customer care number but it says the system is under maintenance and asks to call the next day. Please assist me with the return and refund process.

Everytime I tried to call on the customer service number it was under maintenance.i tried to vonnect with SBL on facebook and Instagram but no actions were taken on their side. I tried to follow up everyday but it was the same generic mail that I got in reply. And mind you this is my second order that looks like is not gonna been delivered to me. The customer service was in fact really unhelpful and pathetic and the management of the app or website too. I just need to to know WHERE MY ORDER IS ? IS IT GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO ME OR NOT ? Order no[protected] placed almost a month ago and not yet delivered and their customer care number is undergoing maintenance since then. No updates whatsoever, no response and then after cancellation no refund has been done yet. No contact number other than customer care number has been provided. They don't respond to mails or anything. Very bad experience this time. I need my refund.

Not informing what issue is and all but just ignoring

Spent more than 4.5k at one go and this is the behaviour I am getting

I have ordered 4 items from sbl, firstly it took them 15 days to deliver it n in between they cancelled 2 items on their own not refunded money for that as it was a prepaid order.Highly disappointed with sbl, I called them n number of times but that is also not working from last 2 weeks...what to do now.. my 1450 rupees are stucked n i was sbl fan earlier

This is online paid still order not received no update no body replying on mails.

My issue is I have raised a return request for five products...three from order number [protected] n
N two products from order number[protected]
It's been picked up today n after sometime courier partner called me that he will return it to me becoz EN number is not matching with ..I have given all products with all tags which I received... kindly send someone for pick up

Placed an order on 21st May. Till date i have not received the product. Emailed to the customer care team and the only response i am getting are their automated mails stating that it will be delivered. Contacted them and they say the lines are not working, when one can clearly hear that its not an automated voice recorder but a person imitating that sound. Also, messaged them on instagram and got the same response that it will be delivered. When commented on their instagram post about delivery issue, they deleted the comment. I've waited for a month for my own products for which i have already paid and i'm ready to wait for a few more days. All i want to know is the date when i'll be receiving my order.

The estimated SBL delivery states maximum a week is required to deliver the orders. If you guys cannot fulfill what you promise then you can always change the rules. Don't mess with the customers especially the loyal ones.This type o[censored]nethical behaviour is something that was not expected.
We know you guys are busy opening stores, collaborating with bloggers, instagram influencers; but what about the real customers out there who are spending their money and trust on you? Isn't that also your responsibility to look after them?

Order no[protected] refund of over 950 rupees pending. I have come across multiple complaints ever since, have done several complaints myself. Have tried contacting customer care to no use. Seems have no option but file a complaint with consumer forum. This is so bad. And what an openly fraud website. Why is no one taking any action against it?

I was food enough to place an order @stalkbuylove. 20 passed since I placed the order and I received no update on my order. Have been a bigger fool to pre-pay for it. I cancelled my order and 15 days hence no sign of refund. I later discovered that hundreds of online shoppers were duped of their money by this fraud site. You can check the reviews yourself in any of their social media handle.

The order#[protected] was placed on 1st of June and the promise date of dispatch was 10th June, Today it has been 18th of June, still there is no visible sign of getting it dispatched.

The support is very poor, Earlier we used to get update on [protected] but seems this number is down from at least 3 weeks. there are no responses of the email sent to them.

Order number[protected] placed in on 29th May, no delivery till scheduled date, then I cancelled it on 8th June. No response to emails, no refund processed and customer care helpline under maintenance.

This is absolute fraud and I want to register a complaint and will file a suit in the consumer forum.

They are not even responding to mails, even if the helpline is under maintenance.
