This is inform you that I had received Credit Card Statement dated 24/08/2022. Mentioning Late Fee, Interest & Other Charges as Rs.4878. I have forgot to pay the
credit card payment on 15/08/2022. However, I have paid the amount on 18/08/2022. ie a delay of 3 days. Sorry to inform you that on my next month statement, I was
charged Rs.4878 for default of payment of Rs.51464, which is about 10% of the bill Amount. I had already requested your customer care for waiver of Interest, Penalty
and other charges on 26/08/2022. You had acknowledged my mail Ref. 08/22/10418 (KMM40417989V94439L0KM) dated 26/08/22 and to respond after 2 working days. Sorry to
inform you that you had not responded. After 2 weeks I had sent reminder mail on 06/09/22. You responded on 06/09/22 that it will take another 4 working days to
provide resolution of my query. After 4 working days, I had sent another reminder on on 12/09/22. No response from your end. You are avoiding and forcing me to pay my
bill on 15/09/22. How can you charge about 10% for a Bill Amount of Rs.51464/- for late payment of 3 days. Please let me know the break-up per day and the procedure
for such abnormal penalty. I once again request for a waiver.
