I am unable to activate SC bank Debit card from the SC Bank Website . I see a random error when i try to do that . I reached out to the customer care and did not get a reply for a week !! Such a crappy experience

I am literally stuck abroad with a card that doesnt work .

      Account Close

      Address: Pune

      My previous company open Standard chartered back account for me and that time they told it's 0 balance account. after some time I left my company. I'm not using my standard chartered bank account & Debit card from last 1.5 years. still account goes in negative amount.
      Now I need to close my account. & I'm not able to do that.

      Please help me if anyone have any idea about how can i close my account without paying any...

      My name is Mallika Swaminathan. Annapurni Swaminathan my mother is 91 yrs old. My account is AXCESS plus. The fds are not visible. No interest is given on it.there is no confirmation and no deposit number has been given. The bank admits that there is FD. The FD has been created
      In 2012, 2013. By me. FD details are not confirmed nor interest have been given.i am 68 yrs old.
      Annapurni Swaminathan acc is 2 in 1 falsely projected as Esaver.
      The FD is not visible. Both are individual accounts under different pan cards but are maintained under one online account and FD details are not being shared with me despite several requests since 2019. October 2012 estatements are not given despite repeated requests. Since my mother is old I am a cosignee in her account because her signature is illegible. But the account is in her pan card number.
      Kindly help.

        Mallika Swaminathan My Account in this Bank is AXCESS plus .
        It is individual. But my fds are not reflected in my account.

        My mother account Mrs. Annapurni’s Swaminathan is 2 in 1 account.
        Individual account. With Mallika Swaminathan assignee as former is 92 years old..
        But her 2 in 1 Accountis projected as Esaver. And her fds are not reflected either.
        The bank has linked the two accounts and hence suppressed the online account
        Fixed deposit visibility. How can I resolve this issue and my fds are not drawing any interests.

          I have a credit card from Standard Chartered and in that i have payed my current due but still they have charged TFD of my card

          that too SC has been clever and charged the TRFD for the credit card in the EMI car and vice versa.

          this seems to be cheating.

            Bank cut the amount of 1992.33 on 29 june and 380 on 26 june, I always pay my bill before 10-15 Days of my due date.

              I submitted my college fees Fleming college / CIBC to standard chartered bank and they returned my fees saying A2 form not received. My local bank said that they are doing a domestic transaction from my union bank of India to standard chartered Mumbai therefore A2 form is not needed. I asked CIBC THEY ALSO said A2 form is already filled with their application and it is not required. Now I have initiated my college fee 3 rd time and I am so worried if they are going to forward my fees to college or return it 3 rd time. There is no proper communication even I visited nearest standard chartered bank in Delhi. They also could not help in resolving it

                Credit Card Status : Written-Off

                I made all the payments of the credit card then why does my CIBIL Report says Account Status : Written-Off

                As I have paid all the dues and additional charges I want your team to close my account with you guys.

                The team said that they will close the account and zeroise the outstanding in your card ending 4809 and 9427. The credit for the same will reflect in your next statement.

                I have placed an Order ID: BNOO[protected]. Order Placed on : Sun 18 Apr 2021, 06:06 pm and Payment was also done through PhonePe and it was successful. We got the delivery today on 21st April at 7AM however the delivery agent is asking for full payment and says the payment is not done. I have checked my Account statement and amount 1804.46 got deducted from my account. The PhonePe app also shows the transaction was successful.

                Bigbasket mentioned that the refund of 1806 will be initiated and with 7 days. But i have to make payment for the deliverables. So i did another payment on 21st April of 1836. I got confirmation from Big Basket that they have received the amount.

                I called BigBasket after few days and they confirmed that refund was initiated on 24 April.

                Now it's 29th June 2021 and I'm still waiting for the refund. I have been following up by Big Basket and Standard Chartered Bank for last 2 months. But as results nothing happened.
                I have plenty of emails and their acknowledgement as proof. If you can help. That will be really great.

                Complaint is against : Standard Chartered Bank and Big Basket both

                  HI, I had availed a loan from Standard chartered. Now that I want to make a part payment of 25% without any charges for which I have a letter, the company is not allowing me. Not only that but they are also asking me to close the entire account with a penalty clause of 4.72% penalty charges. I have a letter from them stating that I can pay 25% part payment which they are not agreeing. The same copy has been shared to them on mail.

                    Today from my saving account amount of 1178 INR got deducted for some DP charges. Can you please let me know what are these charges? I never requested any DMAT account nor I have used any. Please help me to get back the amount charged and close the DMAT account if you see any.

Due to pandemic, my house hold income reduced drastically, which subsecuenly pushed me to reduce number of EMIs I am Paying.                               I was pegging several times to reduce pre closure chargers to 1%, which I can afford. But SC bank refused to reduce below 4%. I even said in the past 5 years of my association with SC bank as a borrower, I never defaulted even single EMI and to consider that as a goodwill, but no use.

                              Due to COVID 19,
                              1. Lost my house rental income
                              2. My wife's salary reduced by half
                              3. Handsome pension of my father stoped, as I lost him to COVID - All commitments he had, now on my soulder.
                              4. No or very little pay raise due to pandemic, which is not even matches 10% of the cost of inflation.

                              Bank is stating that as per policy and the agreement I signed, I should pay 4% pre closure. The time of signing the contract, my household income had no impact, and was able to commit all EMI. Now the pandamic induced situation is un warranted and hence how the SC bank can stick to pre-covid charges?

                              As I pledge gold jewels to mobilise fund, now I am forced to pay gold loan interest as well as SC bank EMI. I do not want to be a defaulter and hence I am taking all possible measures to re pay out standing. I kindly request the forum to provide me support to over come the situation.

                              I also request the readers to be cautious and use my lessons before prusuing bigger loans from ruthless banks, which sucks our blood with only focus of their profit. Kindly share this lesoans for your friends and relatives benefit as well.
