The problem is I concluded the transaction waiting for the cash, they accidentally took up the light while my ATM card is inside the machine they no give the and I loose my ATM card because they will no agree to give it back to me
I hope you will reverse my money to my account
Reverse me my 9000 naira please I never collect it

    I did transactions yesterday
    1, I transferred 19000 from access Bank to standard charted bank but I didn't see alert yet
    2, I go and withdrawn 10000 first using ATM card I didn't see alert yet also
    3, this Is where I am complaint is
    I withdrawn 9000 again using ATM card at the same bank I concluded the transaction waiting for the cash they accidentally took up the light while my ATM card is in side the ATM machine up to now I can not access My Bank account
    I hope you will reverse my money

      As I travelled from different state ( north india) to Karnataka it's obvious I don't know kanada, I didnt know when the conductor came and ask my side people for ticket, i want to give the ticket fare at that time he said wait, later again I was giving the ticket he started shouting like you ce one stop and didn't cut the ticket and at that time when I ask to speak in English or Hindi he started shouting in kanada and abusing . BMTC this kind of service is not accepted, they doesn't know also how to behave with people, i didn't get only what's the matter is he started shouting, atleast if he doesn't know any other language that his fault also, being a conductor, he tell any one explain any one know or atleast he can try to speak rather misbehaving with a women, harrassing and discremenating the language

        Dear Sir, Myself Souvik Sardar From kolkata 700150. Today I was traveling From city Centre Durgapur to Karunamoyee. The Bus Number is : WB39B6921. When I asked for my Stopes. The Conductor say's are u mad. Are You Travel First in your Life. This kind of Attitude Behaviour I don't accept from a Government Travel Service. Please Look into this matter with very Seriously. In future This Man will be face very Danger Situation. If he say same things in front of Very Rude person. I am very gentle and I Absorb his Insult but Every Body Cant. Please Look In to this matter. Otherwise I will do Legal Step.

            Afterr logging this complaint[protected] on 14/10/2021, it has taken you over a month to respond again asking for the same Document which I have already mailed to SCB!!!
            To reiterate:
            1) Through SMS on 12th.September SCB for reasons best known to them declined my transaction at CCI Hotel for Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dubai for $ 640.71 for booking of the Hotel in October & blocked my Card (I have sent these SMS screenshots)
            2) Because SCB declined, I booked the room through my Amex Card & paid at the Crowne Plaza in October when I checked out ( I sent the screenshot of the SMS) & also enclosied the Card Statement of Amex too (payment of Dhs.1896.12 to Hotel Crowne Plaza)
            I cannot understand (a) SCB declined my transaction, so I paid from another card, so why are they charging me? If they had not declined & blocked my card I had no reason to use my other card!!
            (b) Why are they taking so long to resolve the issue ( nearly6 months now) & not reversing this transaction, not only that, but they are charging me interest for delayed payment, for something which is their fault!!!.

              Hi Team,
              We have paid their overdue amount 10+years ago in their MGRoad Branch, Bangalore.
              However, we are receiving umpteen number of calls from the recovery agents continuously and threatening us.
              We have already paid, and now worried about their behavior.

              We are extremely under stress, since they are calling and threatening my son, my late father and the other family members.

              Please help and assist us.

                I have taken a personal loan from SCB, while processing the documents/agreements they have written some thing and took my signatures, later they strike off some info and updated as their own without my presences

                I was told that I will get a 2% cash back for paying my EMIs of Personal loan from SCB savings account, and the savings account offered will be a zero balance and linked to my PL
                after few months they started deducting ~600 + GST by saying not maintaining minimum account balance! when I approach the loan processing team they told it will be returned and she told she need at least a month time after wards there is no response from her, then I started maintaining some balance as possible as I can to escape from auto deductions - how ever over all my tenure, the charges collected was accumulated to 5000 :(

                now my PL has come to an end, and when I approach the bank for cash back, now they say there is no cash back on my PL, and asked me to verify documentation - was surprised to see the document was manipulated, it was strike off and updated as 'NA'

                I intentionally skip my last EMI, with a view bank team will engage to discuss and close the issues, however its been ~3 months, no resolution and I have to spend so many hours explaining the issue every time a new person on phone banking

                  On 16.04.2020 four transactions were attempted in my credit card at about 3.24 P.M. Of which the following transaction went through without my knowledge. Other three transactions were declined by my Banker but they approved one transaction mentioned below wrongly.

                  While i am staying in Bangalore the IP transaction shared by bank points to Jamshedpur. Those were the lock down days and I was in Bangalore all the year.
                  Card details or One Time Password (OPT) were not given by me to complete the above said transaction. I have been using this Standard Chartered credit card since 2014, never shared my card details with any one and never had any issues in my credit card transactions earlier

                  The transaction details was noticed by me in my mobile on 16th April 2020 late evening, as such I called up the Standard Chartered Bank telephone officer on 17th April 2020 and I was informed that no such transaction had happened and the card was blocked. I was informed to call upon after three days. I was also informed by the telephone officer that I need not worry as it is fraudulent transaction and the amount debited would be credited back to my account. I had paid all the remaining dues on credit card purchase immediately.
                  Once the said fraudulent transaction for an amount of INR 45, 000/- was showing up in my as charge in credit card account, I disputed the transaction and had interaction with the telephone officer and registered complaint immediately .

                  Since May 20th 2020 onwards I have been receiving torcher calls and threating calls from collection department of the bank. I did explain them that the discussions are going on regarding the disputed transactions, but they are not ready to listen to my points. For your information there is no default in my credit history earlier at all not just with this Bank but with other Banks as well.

                  Still Standard charted has been adding interest to this amount and have been threating and playing with my CIBIL score as on today January 2022.

                  As per the statement given by the Bank, the IP used for the transaction is 27.61.90.76, which belongs to Jamshedpur 831001, Jharkhand, India. On this date, I was in Bangalore. I am very much residing in Bangalore and due to COVID restrictions then, I was always working from home. The day prior to the fraudulent transaction I had swiped my card physically for INR 6123/- in a supermarket nearby my residence. The IP address mentioned in the transaction location can also be tracked by Bank and compared with my earlier transaction IP, as I have already disputed the transaction.

                  I have been receiving threating calls on repayment inspite of the mistake from their side.

                  These kind of MNC should not be allowed to function as I feel that they have been selling customer information as this is similar kind of transaction that has been reported by many customer in above blogs.

                      I have used 4 years back as my salary account as Standard Charted Bank and since 3 years i have not used. Now i am planning to use my account. So that i have raised requested to bank twice (4 Dec 2021 and 7th Dec 2021) and they not resolve my issue till now. In my account have funds but couldn't able to transfer or any other transactions.

                          I want to pay off my credit card and is looking for late fee waivers. I have been five run around by standard charted since 28th November every time I called them they said the request for cal back has taken and no cal back received from escalations till date. On top their collections team is so disrespectful all they care about the money and pay no attention to the consumer

                            I'm getting calls from standard charted bank call centers for credit cards on daily basis even after reminding them I don't need any credit cards. Calls are coming from different numbers from Delhi and I don't have any association with the bank, however. Call centers are calling daily, in an aggressive tone.

                            I have clearly stated I do not need any credit card, plus I want to know why I'm getting calls every day and how the bank has got my phone number as I don't have any association with the bank.
                            Please get the issue resolved asap so that I don't receive any further hone calls

                              Requested for delivery of debit card.i was told the card will be delivered in 4 working days and waited for 4 days after that I asked them the status but no response and then called helpdesk and they told that th card went to office address(I requested for home address only but somehow the bank missed it took office address as my delivery address).so requested them for redelivery to home address but it took lot of time from them to respond and finally they dispatched card to home address but I told them that I will only accept the card only if it reaches by 3 PM next day but it dint reach and I told them that I will not accept the card

                              Lost lot of time in calling the helpdesk
