I had opened the bank account in the year 2011 and it was salary account. I was not actively using the said bank account regularly. Till, 2020, there was no deduction or penalty for not maintaining minimum balance. In the year 2021, i got deposited some amount from which bank has deducted almost Rs.4, 000/- as penalty....

I have been using standard chartered Bank credit card from 6months .
But I don't receive any statement on my registered email & not any sms .
I complein it to customer care but no output received. Egertime they don't send statment and charging me unusual interest. As per RBI Credit card bills need to verify before paying any amount how I can pay my bills without statment...

My previous company open Standard chartered back account for me and that time they told it's 0 balance account. after some time I left my company. I'm not using my standard chartered bank account & Debit card from last 1.5 years. still account goes in negative amount.
Now I need to close my account. & I'm not able to do that.

I made all the payments of the credit card then why does my CIBIL Report says Account Status : Written-Off

As I have paid all the dues and additional charges I want your team to close my account with you guys.

The team said that they will close the account and zeroise the outstanding in your card ending 4809 and 9427. The credit for the same will reflect in your next statement.

I borrowed 27Lacs personal loan from SC bank in Feb-March 2020, based on my pre-covid house hold income. Due to pandemic, my house hold income reduced drastically, which subsecuenly pushed me to reduce number of EMIs I am Paying. Without asking customer they have opted my personal loan for moratorium in the name of covid 19 and we need to follow the bank to get out of moratorium. My personal loan is going to end in may 2020.

I did a transaction on 31st of august 2019 of worth rs 15000. The money got deducted from my account, however the receiver didn't receive the money. The receiver bank denies any such transaction.

Since the transaction was done through the phonepe app, i contacted the phonepe support but to no help as they say it is successful from them and i need to check with scb in order to get my money back.

Dear officer,

I was withdrawing 10000 from kotak mahindra bank atm using standard chartered bank debit card on 6th january in mayur vihar phase 3 delhi 110096. The money was debited from my account but it didn't came out of atm.

I have raised a couple of request with standard chartered bank customer care but it is still not resolved and i still haven't received money back in my account.

360 rewards page is not working from past 3 days and they are not displaying any message on the portal until we go and redeem any voucher. One of the executive responded to my call, Vandana answered very impolitely and saying you can redeem anywhere and anytime but that is not working from past 3 days. I have enough of credit card points but unable to use them . After my call they started displaying message on the site opening page itself....

I had a salary account with standard chartered. I left my job and no longer use that account. Right now my account is showing a negative balance of over rs. 9000. I have emailed the bank several times to close the account but to no avail. They told me to send written instructions to certain address with my signature. I sent them the written instructions to that address but they told me that they lost the written instruction that i sent them....
