    Sir my father in law is taking health insurance from your company whose agent is in raipur and his name is jitendra bisen and he is posted in your raipur office which is located in chattisgarh I have submitted all the documents required to him and I meet the branch manager ram Dwiwedi also but from them there is no response regarding the claim I will also call many times but he not responded and If he responds in phone not give the suitable answer for that I am not happy with this and I If didn't get the response from your side I will go to consumer court because I am a defence person and I will know all the rules and regulations for that kind of case. Details of the same are handover to Mr jitendra bisen. It is about one year six month late. Claim is of Rs 150000 but in his treatment about 15 to 17 lakh were spend which gets our home budget also. My policy was taken in 06oct 2016 in the name of Mr Rajesh Mishra and home address ishouse no 670 kargil chowk sunder Nagar raipur chattisgarh. So please treat the matter as most urgent and give suitable directions to the individual and pass the claim amount

        My mother recently undergo surgery related to uterus. We found out only when ahe went for q routine check up. Doctor suggested to have the surgery as soon as possible. When we reached out to star health, they said they cannot approve for the claim because we didn’t disclose this earlier, which we weren’t know until she went for for the check up. We are paying for the inaurance since 2012. We went to different hospital and paid for the bills from our pocket.

          My mum has been admitted to zydus hospital and star health has a tie up with them. Since star health already has a desk office at zydus, we had submitted our claim with all the necessary documents. They rejected it with 3 queries and we had replied them back in consultation with the doctor. Today i got a call from their call center saying your claim has been rejected because one of the query is not answered and the query is to provide documents from previous doctor. She didn't have a previous doctor for this disease and it occured for the first time and doctor has mentioned the same in the clarification, and they still are finding reasons to reject it. I want help here because its complete waste of money with star health as such i signed up my parents on start health for the first time and very poor service compared to new india assurance company i had tied up in the past for 10 years.

            I taken a star health red carpet insurance for my mother, paid premium around rs 20000/- when there is a claim came for rs 6500/- they denied due to pre-existance disease not mentioned in the form. As per the policy stating that we will get 50 % if its is pre-existance disease but they denied the claim. Here with attaching the document recived from star health insurance office to hospital stating the claim denied

                I have been attached with your insurance company for last three years and your marketing person mr. Kapil sharma transfer my hdfc edgo policy which is running there for 5 years. But i am not satisfied by your health insurance.
                I have already file claim three times but they rejected the same with one reason i. E psoriasis which is cured and we are asking the the claim of bell's palsy but the concerned doctor already given in written the current diseases is not concerned with psoriasis. They also raising the different type of query which we have reply all the query with full satisfaction, still they reject the claim.

                  I am writing this complaint to you after tried all other possible ways.in march 2018 i renewed my health policy from your company, policy got renewed and your agent send me the policy copy on whatsapp and mentioned he is out of town and will deliver the policy paper in 2-3 days. Now its almost 3 months he is not picking up my call and till date i dnt even receive the card of my wife.

                  So i further want to ask you is this the way your company work i also tried bank of baroda in hope that might your agent will pick bank officer call but he dnt even replied to bank also

                  If you not able to provide me my policy paper so please tell me the way out for this as your staff is highly irresponsible and careless.

                  Note - please also explain is this policy is a renewal of my previous policy or your agent did a new policy??

                    I'm not happy for your executive guidence nd mishbehave. I talk to your executive ms. Kanika and mr veer he is not talk to right way and not listen my problem properly and executive veer misguide for the policy regarding

                    Mr veer says that at the time of policy premium cheque received. I'm saying that after few month new baby are born. So please add my baby on my policy. Mr veer saying that sir your baby in your policy add automatic. It is my resposibility to add your child in policy.

                    Today my baby are on 6 months and my baby is addimited in the hospital nd your executive ms. Kanika says that your baby not add in your policy so claim not settled and ms kanika not listen my problem and not solve my problem and misbehave with me.

                    Veer executive is guide wrongly at the time of cheque received

                    So please solve my problem

                      I've been receiving calls from star health insurance repeatedly, inspite of me informing them my disinterest on their products. I hadn't attended those calls & even blocked few numbers, but still they are tortruing repeatedly from different numbers. It is a mental agony these people are causing. This is spoiling my daily routine & once even my vacation. Need a full stop for this unruly act from the representatives of star health insurance.

                        My husband is working with mnc co. Where they have corporate policy for health in which spouse, & kids are covered. I (Spouse) has undergone through myomectomy surgery, where we have informed well in advance all the details, they said it will be covered, in hospital i got operated is only for gynecology treatments so there are frequent maternity cases, due to which i didn't got semi private room after operation, which was again informed to star health. They said this is a genuine reason and we will settle your claim. Operation was held on 14th april 2017 & till jan 2018 they were telling us that your check is ready it will dispatch tomorrow bla bla, and in feb -18 they said its not possible because all claim is settled according to room rent. We visited to there office and meet their manager branch manager, but no one is ready to help, and not ready to accept that this has happened due to there neglegency and why we should face it.
                        Claim amount was 1.20lacs they gave us 55k
                        Kindly help in this

                          I have made star health insurance i have paid premium for 4 terms now my mother have uterus operation but star declined the pre approval claims said that this is in pda so after the next premium onwards it will cover now not

                          But for the new policy they are given claims for pda why the old policy not given this is not fair they should give for old policies

                            I have a medical policy from star health & allied insurance of rs 500000 sum assured, in that policy cover my wife & son along with me. Under that policy my son get some disease & make treatment. I have informed company so initial stage company send approval to hospital along with 20000rs. But at the of final settlement company dined to pay the amount for the same & now not reimbursing amount also.

                              This is to inform you that i rehan ahmed applied for the health insurance policy no. (P/161212/01/2017/000139) of my father named mr. Riyaz ahmed of sum insured of rs. 3 lakhs from meerut branch through the agent named sanjay gupta in the year 2015, at that time this policy was under the category of family health optima insurance plan in which my younger brother was included.in the year 2016 i renewed that policy by paying its premium.in the year 2017 my younger brother named sameer ahmed excluded in the policy and i continued the policy for my father only for which i filled a separate form and paid a premium at the meerut branch personally by the punjab national bank debit card of amount rs. 8435/- (Pos[protected] in the name of star health) on 13th april 2017 but i have received a same policy bond of the year 2015 in 2017. Today on 7th april 2018 when my father visited the meerut branch and he came to know that there is no policy issued or renewed on his name for the year 2017. I confirmed it with the customer support and they also denied with the new policy record for the year 2017. This shows your casual attitude towards the customer and you people are so careless about it. So tell me if any mis happening had occurred during that period who was responsible for that, i need a compensation for that. As far as i am concerned i have a set back by knowing this whole bluff. I have filed a complaint on nch with docket number 679990 but company had replied that insurer did not informed earlier but i already mailed them on 8/4/18 before policy expiry date which is 14/4/18.

                                Please help me " my name is deepak jain. I have a star health policy on behalf of jain international group.
                                It is clearly written in this policy that all the old diseases will be covered from the first day.

                                Now on 15 april my mother complained of abdominal pain because of which, he was admitted to apollo hospital, ahmedabad, where he was found to have hernia problem, whose doctor was operated by dr chirag desai/ shravan bohra.
                                We sent the claim request star health on behalf of the apollo hospital for cashless mediclaim, which has been rescinded by the star health insurance company.
                                The star health claim that the claim has been rejected is not covered in the policy,
                                While he is suddenly sick of this illness, which has nothing to do with the earlier disease.

                                Doctor shravan bohra has also given in writing that there is no need to take any kind of sickness from this disease.

                                Now we are having a lot of trouble because the hospital bill has become very big, we do not have the ability to filling at all. Please help us

                                  My wife admitted in sparsh multispeciality hospital bhilai diagnosis lower backhache problem.
                                  Admitted for two days 4/04/2018 to 06/04/2018

                                  Claim rejected by star health and allied insurance company limited by sending mail that lower backache problem is under 2 years exclusion you can't get claim.
                                  During purchase they use to hide insured person about exclusion. For on year mediclaim policy 2 year exclusion. They use to cheat insured person. Star health and allied insurance company ltd use to give cashless treatment card but during claim they reject by telling terms and condition they not use to provide terms and condition during policy purchase.

                                  Kindly go through the matter and try to provide me claim and return my premium amount.

                                    Pls let me know that is a company authorized ton change the rules on its own after being given by given by irda.
                                    My amount of around 3500/- has been deducted saying that its not payable. But in the rule no 63 of star health & allied insurance they are mentioning home visit charges will not be paid & as per irda same rule no 63 says home visit charges will not be paid but payable if prescribed. Pls let me know that is it approved by you & if you want the copy i can mail you pls confirm on the below mail id

                                      I am drawing your kind attention on the reduction of mediclaim of my mother on the plea of evidence of chronic long standing bronhiectictatic changes on hrct chest from my claim from rs. 84, 970.00 to 38113.00. I am to add in this respect that she was treated for koch’s chest about 50 years back and she was recovered fully. It is averred that she did suffer with disease connected with this afterwards x-ray finding of chest reveals in the form of fibro calcified spots/opacities is not supporting the conclusion arrived at by star health and allied insurance.in view of my contention, rejection cannot be considered justified. I therefore approach you to have sympathetic outlook in this matter.

                                        Last 2 months my reliving letter not coming sh46090 employee id i am understanding why i talking labor department regarding this matter he also write to government legal department just i want my reliving letter. I boss abd and local office not answering hr just through here to there so i do big mistakes that join in star no where answering authorities in employee harassing policy at ahmedabad and chennai both offices knowing my issues but zero results last 2 months it's employees harassment company or employee harassment staff company wants to interfere this type of matters immediately.
