We enroll this policy with agent called vishwanath an uneducated person who behaved so bad used vulgar language to a us, he don't hv common sense that he is speaking to a lady andelderly person, this agent used unparlimentary language was so rude, the truth is he is a agent for this star insurance company. Star insurance Insurance policy P/141211/01/2017/010080 of 15L . They have declined my cashless claim for a shoulder surgery by stating that it was preexisting. I had a severe fall from a cycle on jan22 2017 and immediately shown the doctor next day and after the MRI scan was advised a arthroscopic shoulder surgery which has been declined by the insurance company.
