Ever worst experience with star health insurance not will to pay claim honestly. For processing claim id -0101533, room rent eligibility is calculated by adding (Room rent +room rent nursing chagres +ot nursing charges + hc nursing charges) instead of (Room rent +room rent nursing charges) even after submitting the hospital charges letter. More worst then this when contacted customer care, he was trying to say this was group insurance policy...
