Sir,
Amitaben manharlal badani (Mother of sajay manharlal badani having no. P/900000/01/2017/000007) admitted in shree giriraj multispeciality hospital on 25/05/17 and discharged on 01/06/17. Hospital bill no.561 dated 1/6/17 amount rs.1, 64, 921/- enclosed herewith.

In this regard kindly note the following details :
(1) dieseases is non pre existing dieseases.

(2) sum insured in rs.5, 00, 000/-

(3) as per policy detail allowable room charges is rs.2, 500/- per day and icu charges is rs.4, 000/- per day is admissible (Copy enclosed.)

(4) as informed to us by shree giriraj multispeciality hospital, rajkot against our claim of rs.1, 64, 921/- amount sanctioned is rs.59, 799

(5) sir, kindly give us the detail when the balance payment will be released or otherwise why the same has not been sanctioned alongwith the details. Pl. Give reply earliest possible

    Please kindly refer to i my above mentioned claim no.
    In this regards i am sorry to state that my claim was for rs. 142901/- but the same was approved for rs. 40354/- only without giving any details to me. I have been trying to call but the concerned officer is transferring the call to claim relationship department but as usual in claim relationship department nobody bothers to pick up the call or ti seems that it is transfer to avoid the attend the call of the policy holders.
    I request you to provide me with the details of deduction made from my claim with the reason for the same immediately on my this registered email id.
    It has been very embarrassing to deal with your company for insurance and we feel we have made lots of blunder taking the insurance wiht star health.

      Dear sir i'm a policy holder of star health i've made my policy renual payment through net banking from my wife's account who is the agent of this policy also, the amount is debited from her account but the policy has not renewed still now, i've already talk with customer care but the problem is not solve still now please solve this matter as early as possible my renual dt is on 21st of june please solve before due dt, i've attached the screen shot of the sms received from star health and the bank statements of my wife's account from where the amount has been debited in fevour of star health 19th of june 22.15 p. M i've med the transaction but still now there is no updation or not receive any reply mail please help me

        I have submitted to my claim. Along with all original document, but star health my total expense of rs. 35447/-
        For stone operation but star health cheat with us. Total operation expense of rs. 18000/- star health passed amt of rs. 15000/- & hospitalization & nursing charges, medicines bills not passed..
        Total amt of deduction of rs. 10550/-

        I hope, pls refund the balance.

        Pls not go for Star Health & Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.
        the Company is Cheat with us. Choor Company...
        If your policy cover is basic one, all treatments costs having sub limits, You may insist insurer to pay as per terms & conditions of policy or ask insurer to furnish item wise details of claim allowed in writing, insurer will have to provide the same. After providing details if you are not satisfied you may approach insurance ombudsman for your grievance even in case of no response from insurers

          Sir,

          We have taken you health policy on 03/02/2014 for any emergency case. My customer id no.[protected] & every year i have renewal your insurance policy.
          Yesterday (12.06.2017) i went to indian spinal injuries center for knee above bone fractures purpose & advice by doctor this bone fracture is not covered by plaster due to whole body paralyzed. It is possible only surgery. I have inform to star health insurance but i am very socked they have not given approval & they inform to me when you have submit previous disease report then we have give to approval.

          Sir, it is not possible & we are unable to submit 10 year's previous paper.
          Same as inform to star health insurance customer care executive but he is not good response to me.

            I nitish tyagi my mother admitted in tulip hospital sonipat and she as health insurance from star health and allied insurance clain no. Is cli/2018/161118/0104045
            She suffers from serious headache and dr. Written the tests mri xray and all but star health says they will not pay for all of them they will pay only for 1 test and all they are saying they will not give more then 2000rs for room rent and i think in my city there is any hospital in which room rent is 2000. While with same policy my patient with same policy admitted in maharaja agarsen hospital they paid 5000 rs room rent per day now with that same policy they are making excuses

                Whoever in the customer care department has to take this issue has serious concern.

                My number is [protected] i have told n number of times to ur uneducated bpo guys to put my number into all dnd categories. But they are still to doing the simple request. Iam getting often calls from different numbers. Future of my response is bad incase of call occurs henceforth also i will complaint to trai against ur number.

                There is a poor response from all in ur company.

                I don't want any promotional calls from your end.

                  My father injured from incident. Hospital claim 116650 rs claim but star health clear only 79982.
                  I ask for details .he says 15000 deallocate. Lapratomy surgen. But as per operation doctor need lapratomy surgen that hospital already prove.

                  Inv that claim 9150 he clear only 3000.in that 6150 deduct.

                  In medicine claim 15000 but clear 6631.

                  That operation only medical basis.

                  Please take that matter seriously.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I'm in depth pained to bring to your kind notice about sad plight of the existing scenario of your Star Health Allied Insurance Company which has been a non supportive company at the eleventh hour where the patient/customer expects the most from your end and to best of mine knowledge we take this type of health Policies for this very purpose only, by pain a huge amount of premium.
                    On admission at Maitri we expected a warm welcome and thumbing backbone support from your end which was fabulously projected by your agent Mr.Nitin PORWAL stating that our company will help you always in all the ways, but Alas! all your promises failed and seems to be far from truth and reality pushing me from cashless to the tempest of strained financial expenditure .your company have not given any approval or financial assistance and we were forced to pay our pocket. Is the Moral left over.

                    your good office have emailed us that there is a discrepancy in the Hospital records the'' PLACE OF INJURY''/ the exact circumstance of injury are not clear. These are the managerial, staff and doctors lacuna for which the customer cannot be held responsible and ultimately proves that your way of approach is purely business minded which seldom has any immediate help to the cashless system/ policy holder.

                    However please guide me accordingly to get my reimbursement at an early date or else i will be forced to take legal actions against you and you shall be responsible for all the cost and consequences.

                      I was applied my family health insurance from star health last month. My annual premium was cleared through my bank account. But i have not received my insurance card till date. As per his/her executive told me when your annual premium cheque will cleared. You will received your cards next 7 working days. But now 15 days was over i have not received my cards till date. Please take immediately action against. Star health. I m waiting your reply

                        My mother holding policy p/141127/01/2017/001504 in the name of jayabai kantilal jain age 66 years of this company since 2 years and got cheated during re imbursement as they said that she had pre disease from last 20 years and not disclosed during policy making hence no claim will be given now but the agent with whom we made had neither said about this 2 years before policy making if he would have said that we would definetely not have made the policy so we felt cheated now the agent has ran away and not in contact with us to sell policy this company is making fool? before complaining to you we have spoken to them about the cheating happened with us but not helped us so requesting you kindly do needfull sir and reply me what to do for this solution my contact no [protected] /[protected] tinku kumar email id [protected]@gmail.Com

                        MR.5426, Some times agents/officials of insurer will not disclose disadvantage clauses to avoid rejection of policy by the customers, always we must insist to provide hard copy of terms&conditions of policy but not rely only on oral/verbal assurances which are not valid legally. It is not enough to say pre existing one since 20 years w/o any documentary evidence as insured person should have undergone medicals, question of non disclosure & pre existing does not arise at all. Since I am also one of policy holder another health insurance, i have given this info based on my experience.

                          Star Health insurance company has taken worst decision for his regular costumers my father and mother age is apx. 63 years to 66 years they have taken a Mediclaim insurance policy 6 years ago and they paid all premium time to time. Now star health told that we can't renew your policy because we have closed such product and if you want to continue with star health so you have to pay almost 3 times more policy amount. My father and mother can't afford this price so they written a request letter to star health and IRDA but both of this not responding yet. The letter copy attached with this.

                            This is ravikumar from chrompet, chennai. I was a member in star from 2009. I was not in station when the renewal date and when i sent the cheque for renewal, i heared through ms. Daisy arokiamary. K it was rejected by star team because non continue and more claim by me. And she instruct me for a new policy and i accept. Then she fill the form and take a cheque from me for 13, 587 (Thirteen thousand five hundred eighty seven) on 08.04.2017. And it was debited from my bank account. It is my current account in central bank of india pallavaram branch. After fifteen days i called her on 22nd april, after five times try to call her by mobile, she replied, star team is not interest to add my wife (Uma maheswari. R) in this policy. I told, i was not interest to take this policy with out my wife, so you please return my money. She accept and told with in 27 th april your money will sent to your account. But till i didn"t receive my money. For this refund daily i call her 30 to 40 times but she is not answering.
                            Generally the agents duty is communicate with both. But she is not. So better you ask her to go some other job. This is my request. I already help her to get some good policy from my relatives. So you please terminate her and send my amount.

                              My submission is for medical cashless card against policy no. P/231114/01/2017/001523 which is still to be received. I have already deposited the requisite premium amount (Rs.11880.00 only). Despite being insured for almost one year, i haven't got my card. This is a serious issue and needs to be settled on priority. May kindly arrange to send the same at the earliest for any inconvenience in future.

                                My daughter was admitted in hospital at 18th april 2017 for viral fever after 3 days of hospitalization and they discharged at time of billing the insurance people was rejected my claim. The claim details, policy no-p/700002/01/2017/091443, claim intimation no-cli/2018/700002/0026127. I sent doctor explanation letter also but again they rejected. At the time paid the full amount of the bills. They are saying within the 30 days of the policy we dont provide any claims but my daughter was admitted at the time of 40th day of the policy so i want justice on this policy so please do as needful on this case. Thanks

                                First 30 Days there is no claim payable for any disease contracted except personal accidental cases. If there was symptoms of viral fever in the first 30 days and the fever was controlled and you got your daughter was admitted on 40th day claim is not payable. Nixon Antao [protected]

                                    We enroll this policy with agent called vishwanath an uneducated person who behaved so bad used vulgar language to a us, he don't hv common sense that he is speaking to a lady andelderly person, this agent used unparlimentary language was so rude, the truth is he is a agent for this star insurance company. Great
                                    He is unfit to be agent.
                                    I want him to ask sorry to my dad.
                                    Worst follow up
                                    After taking money no updates no receipt no medical check up yet it's been more than a week.
                                    I need a call back and solve this issue

                                      I had conversation with Mr. Tanvir on 15/04/2017 in afternoon I requested him to call me as I was travelling and the was connectivity problem, he still have not called and I dont have his number as the number from which he has called says number is busy [protected]

                                      The original Documents are already submitted I have only the Xerox copy but the original are with you as I have the recievd stamp for the Pune office with the same is also scanned and send to you refer to the previous scanned documents.

                                      The date is now to end of the policy you are requested why there is delay and why the executive are playing such tricks as not of proper guidance, has not clearl mailed of the same yet
