Yesterday, my brother in law had an heartattack so he was admitted to the nearest hospital .My sister(his wife ) had him insured through corporate policy.Even after providing all relevant docs, the tpa are asking irrelevant questions as why angiogram was done instead of other treatments which was but obvious done after doctors suggestion since ECG showed ST Depression.They need to understand the delicate sitution of the patient and the family...

Since last 5 years we are taking policies of our employees. We changed the sales persons 3 times for quick service issue.
This time we are dealing the task through Mr. Rajendra Badgujar ([protected]) who is working under code of his wife.

We have given a request on 25th Nov16 & after many calls reminders he NOT given us policy on 23rd Dec16 which we require as per our customer's (Siemens) requirement....

I brought Red-Carpet Start Health Insurance online for my parents-in-laws on7th Jan'16. My father-in-law had an accident at our house and later he had admitted at Nursing Home and Shoulder has been operated on 22nd of July. We have submitted all the necessary document at local Star Insurance office. But till today we did not find any progress on the claim reimbursement process. Always from customer care, they are saying they need some more...

I had policies with insurance portability since 2007 to 2017 i.e till now.My wife under went uterus removal surgery in the month October 2016 in Hyderabad.The claim amount is Rs[protected].star health rejected claim due to not informed in the year 2014, when i came back to star health from new India assurance . by this silly reason they rejected my claim.star health could not considered my insurance with portability i.e last 9 years.this bitter...

Even undergoing medical treatment under star healths "network hospital", and submitting all relevant documents for claim in originals, i am being asked various one and the other document under "different names" makes no sense.

This is potentially delaying the claim settlement and inviting frustration.

This claim is open over 4 months and no response on time.

Kindly help getting appropriate actions...

When i tried renew the policy company's site took me to one notice and it was written that i should read it and if all particulars are found correct then i shall make online payment for policy .it was written on policy that 5 lakh accidental policy is included in the health policy.i made payment but, in policy paper there was no writing as to accidental insurance benefit.
