I have submitted the bills on sep 5th 2018 which were supposed to be returned off and asked me to claim again. Instead the employees misplaced the bills. Employees don't attend the calls. They don't respond on repeated visits. Worst insurance company. Irresponsible people. They also delayed giving the films submitted by us when it was urgent. I have applied for them on sep 22nd and got them in dec. That's how they work on urgency and emergency...

Sir they are rejecting claim before doing detailed investigation inspite of repeated reply to get detailed report from concerning doctor / hospital and the discharge summary submitted is itself self explanatory.
