missing of bills

I have submitted the bills on sep 5th 2018 which were supposed to be returned off and asked me to claim again. Instead the employees misplaced the bills. Employees don't attend the calls. They don't respond on repeated visits. Worst insurance company. Irresponsible people. They also delayed giving the films submitted by us when it was urgent. I have applied for them on sep 22nd and got them in dec. That's how they work on urgency and emergency...

I’m 10 years police holder in star health insurance. For my stomach pain addmited in apollo spectra mrc nagar chennai. Before admitting i’m cleared to start health insurance in pondicherry about this surgery from my doctor side with return letter after this they have given pre approval 75000. I have admitted in hospital date: 12/12/18 & surgery done by on 13 th. They have discharge me by my doctor on 17th afternoon....

repeatedly receiving calls on a daily basis

I have been recieving daily phone calls from star health insurance on a daily basis... A minimum of 3-4 calls a day... Even after repeatedly asking them not to call and telling that i am not interested in any policy they dont seem to care about personal choice and repeatedly keep calling. Planning to register a formal complaint of harrasment with the local police station and take them to court....

dual payment done but refund still not received.

On 6th nov 2018 i had renewed my policy (P/171117/01/2019/016978) through mobile application (Worst application, after deducting payment received message “transaction failed)

Mistakenly, i have done two transaction (For same single policy) one from hdfc credit card (Master card) and another one from indusind credit card (Master card).

Refund requested on same date through phone and mail, got confirmation mail...

reimbursement of accidental injury rejected

I was injured during an accident and got clavicle broken. The police took me to fortis hospital which is their network hospital they did all necessarily investigations and found my clavicle broken. I got it operated from a different hospital. Their vigilance officer verified everything from the hospital and the police station and now after all the drama they are saying that they find it as a pre existing illness....
