As i got my renewal notice, i try to contact the branch manager because i needed to upgrade my sum assured, it’s the very sad thing i didn’t get a opportunity to know any answers because of the busy office.
Provide more manpower on office or i need to change my policy with other companies

Dear sir
The claim no is 0571709. Name : mrs. Rajeswari.. The patient has undergone a surgery in lkm hospital erode and still she is hospital but we got a msg stating that she has discharged... And more over the total claim received is rs 48000 but hospital has requested for rs 58000... So before discharging they are asking us to pay the remaining 10000rs and during initial stage of admission we have paid from our pocket around 6500rs...
