Health insurance policy closed without prior renewal notice

This is with regards to my mediclaim policy (Policy No P/141125/01/2015/008741) which I last renewed on 13/01/2015. As i had purchased this policy through an agent, i used to get renewal notice every year and also get calls on my phone number. But this year I had changed my mobile number and also sent a phone number update requesting email to [protected]@starhealth.in, but nobody bothered about my email and also I forwarded the same email again...

While applying for cashless claim that they rejected that patient is admitted without having any disease or sickness and they also mentioned that doctors at Sitaram Bhartia are fraud.
