I borrowed 1000rs from their app. I delayed to make payment. Then I paid 1750 on July 9, 2021 and 4873 July 24, 2021. They said the account will be closed. Today on Jun11, 2022 ( after a year) I noticed that they filed suit against me ! And they are asking for another 1000rs to close the account. I almost paid 6000rs just for talking 1000rs loan. I need resolution for this. I can't make payments anymore.

    My cibil report still shows non-repayment of loan amounting ₹13, 500 even after repaying the loan since 6 months. My name is Ravi Sunil Jhamnani with registered phone number [protected]. It is over so many months now and it's affecting my financial reports. This is bad customer service.

      Myself Mr. Mohit Mohanan had closed all the amount of my outstanding loan on 13th Jan. I had requested for NOC of my loan closure more than 5 time. Still today i didn't received my NOC of loan closure also it didn't updated in Cibil too. My mail id:- [protected]@gmail.com.

          I had called to stashfin for not able to withdraw my money from atm. During the discussion drop the call and I received call from Stashfin. They guy told me without your wallet activation you are not able to withdraw your money. Please share otp for customer identification. I have deny cut the call and again try to connect but same droped the call and I have again received call from stashfin customer exicutive. They told me this is one time process. I had Shared otp because i need money for medical emergency. So i had shared. They told me try withdraw your money after 3 hr. I checked my card debited 71652 rupees. I have tried multiple time connect with customer care report to this but no one respnce.
          Please help.

            I paid all my loans and why i am not able to use stasfin line. 72000 limit but i can not withdraw single 1000. i pay all emi on time . all loan clear. my cibil is 755. so what is your system policy i am not eligbile. bad service

              Stashfin Co. Is completely fraud i never expected they'll be a cheater like this their customer support care don't have manners to talk not even manager hv sense to talk how to do
              On 8th june 2022 I've paid my father's loan it was due since August 2021 because there was badly financial crisis going on I've paid 1 emi only bt in may 2022 girl called m n said dat clear ur 2 emi we'll settle the loan in 5006 rs i said ok I've paid 2k immediately on call n asked thm to send m confirmation of settlement via mail she denied it n after taking 2k payment she hung up d cll after may in June they've started calling all my contacts it really hurt my sister brother coz they hv called in school to principal n Teachers n to all my relatives now when on 8th june i asked thm for settlement dey said ok pay due amount of 5006 ur loan will b close n we'll share noc with u within half n hour i made d payment but bt after making payment dey again called me n asking for pay all due penalty. What the hell is this?
              Now im not going to pay a single rupee do case n call more contacts if anything happened to my brother sister or father thn see the consequences u guys are cheater u don't hv any customer support number to talk nor any email.

                  I have paid all my dues on 04 Jan 2022 and closed the loan but you lodged suit filed against my CIBIL. Please remove it immediately and I cannot download my NOC also.

                              Hello sir my self vikash dubey please check my complaint
                              i have active nach service for my loan repayment and its has been deducted on 1 date of every month but this month from your side its did not deducted and after i have 30, 000 balance in my account on the date of 28 may to 7 June i tried many time to reached you but no response from your side after that i logged a complain though were i sanded my statement the Customer care guys told me my complain was register we will contact you soon but still no response from your side . look i paid my Emi Amont and i am not going to pay any kind of penalty because its not mine mistake if you didn't deduct the emi through nach . My responsibility was i have to maintain the balance so i does. i have all proof i am not going to pay you any extra amount Please call or mail me because i am very frustrated without my mistake how you can charge me penalty and no one is there whom i can call or mail to discussed you guys are doing scam and i am going to break it.
