I had taken a small loan from Stashfin last year and repaid it 10 months ago but I still haven't received an NOC and it's affecting my credit score. Highly disappointed with their services. Their customer care contact doesn't work, the chat options on app and website don't work. There is absolutely no response from Stashfin.

      Worst service since 3 days no amount have been credited in my account, really I never faced like this, like mad I'm trying to you call centre but no response, please close my loan anyhow still I didn't receive amount and I don't need also, for emergency perpose i applied but now I'm feeling very very much about this,

          Fraud with my card

          Address: PLOT NO 600-601,SEC-8, IMT MANESAR,GURUGRAM 122050

          I have a Stashfin virtual card, but the fraudulent transactions made with my card have not been used by me. But I have already complained against it. I do not have stashfin care number. I called stashfin care through stasfin application but this option was removed from my application. Today I have no care number or no confirmation email id to resolve this issue. But your team executive told me for help but no response form their side ....

          I am referring to Stashfin and akaracap both,

          I have been complaining about one issue in my account for the last 1 months and this is the 5th time I am complaining.

          On further Investigation I found that the last two loans which I had requested for ( Each 30k ) Were never disbursed to me, no disbursal email came and no amount came.

          These two loans show as active in my account and that is the reason My account shows in negative.
          Can you please help me by disbursing the below two LOAN Ids-

          1. SEAR[protected]
          2. SEAR[protected]

          Both were 30k loans, showing in acc as active but never disbursed. I am also attaching my Axis bank account. Please find 4 attached images with loan details.

              Generated EMI without paying.

              Hello Sir/Mam, I took loan of Rs.20000 from STASHFIN... They didn't credit my account and made EMI..
              This is complete fraud, Please help me to solve this issue or I'm going to file legal complaint against STASHFIN....

                    I loaded money to my Credit Line Card on 23th May 2022, Amount gets converted to EMIs and added to my future EMIs but as of today 28th May 2022 my card balance still showing 0. I tried contacting them multiple time but got no response till date.                       I withdraw my availabile balance 30500 on 23/5/2022 on stashfin card balance deduct and Emi also set from your side
                      But no money credit in card
                      For that reason I complain and chat with your application provided assistant around 4-5 time but my ticket is till open no one give me single responce and and tried to call provided mobile number in application arround 25-30 times from also different my mobile number everyday but no one responded in call
                      Too much tourchring
                      Finally, if you are not interested to solve this issue and continue behaving badlly I decided to take legal action

                        I have load my card from my credit line amount of 13000. After this I have transferred to my Paytm wallet but transaction has failed. Still in my stashfin app bill payment is showing for pay. And money has not refunded to my card. I have mailed to stashfin and card related SBM bank for refund. They have not taken any action for this.

                          I loaded my stashfin credit line card from available limit. The transaction was successful. I received a text message and email for the confirmation of the same.But the amount has not been loaded in my card.But from available limit it has been deducted. I raised multiple tickets and has a chat with their customer care executive, but it was of no use.They just say that it will get resolved in 24 hrs.But it has already been more than 3 days.They are sending the notification for monthly emi payment but not disbursing the amount to my card. Complete fraud
