I am referring to Stashfin and akaracap both,

I have been complaining about one issue in my account for the last 1 months and this is the 5th time I am complaining.

On further Investigation I found that the last two loans which I had requested for ( Each 30k ) Were never disbursed to me, no disbursal email came and no amount came.

These two loans show as active in my account and that is the reason My account shows in negative.
Can you please help me by disbursing the below two LOAN Ids-

1. SEAR[protected]
2. SEAR[protected]

Both were 30k loans, showing in acc as active but never disbursed. I am also attaching my Axis bank account. Please find 4 attached images with loan details.

      Credit line amount not credited on my card

      Address: Kharadi bypass, pune

      My stashfin account no. is [protected].
      I loaded 16000 in my stashfin card but its not credit on my card yet so please check & update ASAP. We need to proper update.
      I am facing problem due to improper activities by stashfin company....

      Generated EMI without paying.

      Hello Sir/Mam, I took loan of Rs.20000 from STASHFIN... They didn't credit my account and made EMI..
      This is complete fraud, Please help me to solve this issue or I'm going to file legal complaint against STASHFIN....

        Credit line amount use to load card but card balance not updated

        I load my stashfin card sue my credit line on24th may and still not receive in my card Emi also start and balance not updated in my card how can i use this amount if not updated i already raised ticket so many time but no response via stasfin
        Please update my amount in card...

        Sir my account not credit loan amount
        But next EMI DATE show . Please any information give me
        My loan amount not add in account.but Emi date date showing in screen
        On 24th i load my credit line in my stashfin card, still amount not reflected and emi started on 25th
        I would like to know that when this amount receive in my card almost 5 days to go and amount no receive yet, i also do compalint so many time lots of tickets numbers provided but not a single call received for solution

            I loaded money to my Credit Line Card on 23th May 2022, Amount gets converted to EMIs and added to my future EMIs but as of today 28th May 2022 my card balance still showing 0. I tried contacting them multiple time but got no response till date. I already raised the ticket for the same on 23th May 2022 itself and did the follow up for any update on 25th May 2022, and still waiting for any response. My Ticket ID: 746057

              I withdraw my availabile balance 30500 on 23/5/2022 on stashfin card balance deduct and Emi also set from your side
              But no money credit in card
              For that reason I complain and chat with your application provided assistant around 4-5 time but my ticket is till open no one give me single responce and and tried to call provided mobile number in application arround 25-30 times from also different my mobile number everyday but no one responded in call
              Too much tourchring
              Finally, if you are not interested to solve this issue and continue behaving badlly I decided to take legal action
              What you do It's fraud...

                I have load my card from my credit line amount of 13000. After this I have transferred to my Paytm wallet but transaction has failed. Still in my stashfin app bill payment is showing for pay. And money has not refunded to my card. I have mailed to stashfin and card related SBM bank for refund. They have not taken any action for this.

                  I loaded my stashfin credit line card from available limit. The transaction was successful. I received a text message and email for the confirmation of the same.But the amount has not been loaded in my card.But from available limit it has been deducted. I raised multiple tickets and has a chat with their customer care executive, but it was of no use.They just say that it will get resolved in 24 hrs.But it has already been more than 3 days.They are sending the notification for monthly emi payment but not disbursing the amount to my card. Complete fraud

                    Very poor service please do not apply for Stashfin credit card as they have cancelled my previous request of disbursement in card
                    This type of resolution they have provided
                    No proper resolution no proper response from customer care
                    Again I have tried to laoded my card from approved amount bt the results is same.

                              This company is fraud it's all number are fraud they send me loan amount of 30000 approved for credit line card but when i load amount in card then after 2 mins it shows your limit is used fully . How this will happen?

                              I applied loan on yesterday and it shows i used full limit and says me to pay emi on 6 jul both number this [protected] is asking for extension number, they are totally fraud, Please guys complain to Rbi email id: [protected]@rbi.org.in
                              or number 14440. They are totally fraud. They want to steal your money.
