      I was load 46000/- into my card but it was not disbursed into my card and also ticket was also not resolved by customer care team...the amount was not even in the pending list.

                i load card on 25th may 2022 amount 14400 but amount not disbursed in card and repayment start then after 4 days i receive mail that loan close successfully which i didn't do after that i load card second time, i receive repayment schedule and repayment related document but amount not disbursed since 4 days, each and every time they say your matter is forwarded to concerned department today amount will be disbursed but not any action taken by stashfin or akara

                  I loaded money to my Credit Line Card on 23th May 2022, Amount gets converted to EMIs and added to my future EMIs but as of today 28th May 2022 my card balance still showing 0. I tried contacting them multiple time but got no response till date. I already raised the ticket for the same on 22th May 2022 itself and and still waiting for any response. My Ticket ID: 744640

                    I am Mr. Saroj Mishra. On 28th May 2022 i have loaded my stashfin Card with amount of Rs 50000/- still amount has not been disbursed in my stashfin Card but Dues of amount 49860 has been generated and EmI has been initiated. Still amount has not disbursed but Dues of amount 49860/- has been showing on me in system. Still amount has not disbursed but on 28th May 2022 i got the false disbursal confirmation mail from stashfin. So many times I tried to contact with stashfin team but no body is responding me. After that I have raised a ticket I'd 755082. But still ticket is open and issue has not resolved. Kindly support and resolve my issue on top priority

                    The phone no of stashfin team member from which i got a call is 7827239170 and also 9355447153. The disbursal confirmation mail got from mail I'd stashfin.com but still amount has not disbursed in my stashfin Card and Dues and EMI is showing on me in system...

                      I had taken a small loan from Stashfin last year and repaid it 10 months ago but I still haven't received an NOC and it's affecting my credit score. Highly disappointed with their services. Their customer care contact doesn't work, the chat options on app and website don't work. There is absolutely no response from Stashfin.

                              Fraud with my card

                              I have a Stashfin virtual card, but the fraudulent transactions made with my card have not been used by me. But I have already complained against it. I do not have stashfin care number. I called stashfin care through stasfin application but this option was removed from my application. Today I have no care number or no confirmation email id to resolve this issue. But your team executive told me for help but no response form their side ....
