Stashfin has denied to give me emi moratorium, i have made timely payments from the beginning and never missed a single emi, but due to the pandemic i was removed from my job without any prior notice. Hence im unable to repay the loan.

Kindly get them to give me the moratorium.

i have same problem.Plz ask them there original name registered with rbi.I have asked many time but they are not telling.I you find plz share on this page.I found its name is akara capital but this name is not showing on rbi page.

they are making fraud.because they had not implement any moratorium facility.Some of ccare exucutive told me they had implement this option after 4 april.

    Stashfin is an nbfc, they offered me line of credit loan and aproved limit was rs.49000. I started borrowing from them sometime in april -2018. Since the beginning i have been paying all of their emis on or before time and i have never missed a single emi. But all of a sudden in mid feb-2019 i received a call from them claiming that i have missed multiple emis. I replied that i have made all payments on time and would produce the supporting documents for the same. But they kept calling and sending sms and emails. I contacted their support team many time, each time they would say that there was glitch in their system and they would update the record but they never did, on the other side people from their recovery team started calling using fake names claiming that they were lawyers and would file legal case and all. After multiple attempts to contact their support team, i ultimately gave up and decided to close the loan. I closed the entire loan in july -2019 along with all the fine they charged me. I paid 30 percent more money for the mistake i did not do.
    Later i also received the noc from the nbfc itself. But even after over charging and receiving full payment from my side they wrongly reported my payment details to the credit bureau. My credit score has dropped from 834 to 630 because of this. Its has been almost a year now and i have been continuously trying to contact them to address this issue but they wont respond at all.

    I don't want any extra relief, all i want is for them to properly report my payment history to the credit bureau and update them that it was their mistake so that my credit report improve. Its has been almost a year, my credit report still shows that my emi from stashfin is overdue since 340 days. If possible i would appreciate if they pay me back the extra money they charged me.

      I have taken personal loan from stashfin last year. I have paid my emis till april 20. As i haven’t got my salary after that, i have been requesting all the bank people for moratorium benefits... I am unable to pay because of pandemic situation.. Pls avail my emi moratorium benefits..

            Hi,

            I took a loan from stashfin, after 5 days tried to reach them to payoff, but none of their customer care was available. Then i paid the full amount but, still i am getting messages requesting more payment. Initially their customer care representative called me asked they have wavied of all charges due to covid-19. I also have a message confirmation of the same. Just i have to pay the actual amount which was shown to me. Then i paid that amount, but after that again and again then are sending requests for more payment.

                  1.) fraud company bouncing 5-6 nach from your bank each bounce cost you 500-700

                  2.) 40-60 rupee per day late fee

                  3.) due to covid19, they're using their customers charging 400/- for each snooze and 18% interest per month

                  4.) please remove this application from play store sir it's humble request from suffering customer.

                  5.) they are harrashing us in this crisis covid19

                  6.) i'm paying almost double money to them

                    Hello team,
                    This is my loan application no# 4401937.
                    I got a mail from stashfin, your loan distributed with 48 hours amount will be reflected your account, stashfin team collected transaction charges almost 17k but till not received loan amount, stashfin team is not responding through mails and calls worst service in the world, almost 35 days completed still now the amount not credited my account,
                    There is no proper response for query and no contact option and no live support and phone support.
                    Please check and provide the solution immediately. Thanks you

                        I have informed to moratorium my emis but they are harriasing me to pay emis by calls and messages by using abused language and bounced by cheque with charges of 590rs. They are forcibly told to pay the emi for the month of march and i have paid too. Iam searching to moratorium in the stashfin app its showing like snooze option no moratorium option in that. And if i opted to snooze its showing that you should pay intrest amount and snooze. Please do the need full sir, this is my humble request sir.

                        Sir / Madam.

                        As per RBI circular Banks and ever NBFC's are following the RBI Circular, and the CITI bank is done my EMIs Moratorium without intimation.
                        But this Stashfin guys are demanding and harriasing the customers tonpay the EMIs in this LOCK DOWN crisis time. And I'll attach the CITI bank mail with. See how Polite and Decently thebsent the mail. But this Stashfin people are torchering the customers please look in to this as soon as possible and do the needful.

                          I was told that as i am regular paying customer i have been choosen for no processing fee and no interest loan. They told me on phone which is recorded.
                          But my loan amount and repaying amount has got 5000 difference. I realised lately. I have submitted issue on chat on your website.. That too multiple times. For multiple queries got just one call. From. Customer. Care they heard only my query but informed me they will come back but nevever contacted back. Always some random ppl call me and need to narrate story again but nobody come back for second time with proper response.

                          I was trying to reach them from nov 2019, their contact no mentioned in auto msg never work - [protected].
                          In last 3 months few ppl claimed that they are from stasfin legal team and i explained complete story and forwarded mails and ticket details.
                          Again same story no body cares to respond

                          If they committee wrong, loan to be closed and to be updated to cibil too

                            Due to covid issue RBI announced for monotorium option from April 1st I am requesting this stash fin people for monotorium option they said if we pay the current emi then we can opt for monotorium option and I paid after paying also again they deducted the emi means they collected twice and I asked for refund but now they are saying it has been adjusted towards next month emi I would not suggest any one to take Loan from this company its ah worst company and worst employs working they will not solve our issues this company is not following RBI guideliness

                              I have paid my loan 1885 directly from bank through auto debit but I received email from stashfin that my loan is unpaid and cheque bounce charges.
