Hello team,
This is my loan application no# 4401937.
I got a mail from stashfin, your loan distributed with 48 hours amount will be reflected your account, stashfin team collected transaction charges almost 17k but till not received loan amount, stashfin team is not responding through mails and calls worst service in the world, almost 35 days completed still now the amount not credited my account,
There is no proper response for query and no contact option and no live support and phone support.
Please check and provide the solution immediately. Thanks you

    I have taken rs 3000 loan i have got manymessages to pay some amount for closing the loan as they have waivedoff my charges and interest so i have done the payment but they arent showing the loan as close and also in one cibil score check app the account is showing as default and written off. I have all the proof s and all details, i have tried contacting to the company many times but they arent reposnding

      I have informed to moratorium my emis but they are harriasing me to pay emis by calls and messages by using abused language and bounced by cheque with charges of 590rs. They are forcibly told to pay the emi for the month of march and i have paid too. Iam searching to moratorium in the stashfin app its showing like snooze option no moratorium option in that. And if i opted to snooze its showing that you should pay intrest amount and snooze. Please do the need full sir, this is my humble request sir.

      Sir / Madam.

      As per RBI circular Banks and ever NBFC's are following the RBI Circular, and the CITI bank is done my EMIs Moratorium without intimation.
      But this Stashfin guys are demanding and harriasing the customers tonpay the EMIs in this LOCK DOWN crisis time. And I'll attach the CITI bank mail with. See how Polite and Decently thebsent the mail. But this Stashfin people are torchering the customers please look in to this as soon as possible and do the needful.

        My name sanjay bharti from himachal pardesh. I was apply loan 10000 but i have received money only 1000. Idont know how comes this loan. Company executive call me then i will pay 1150 rupees july 2019. Agin call me 4 to 5 month plz pay late fee. I told him i will not pay late fee i have already paid 1150 rupees. They call my contact list and use abusive language.. Then i have received mail though stashfin yours all penalty weived of[censored] will...

        I have made the full payemnts to Stastfin accounts, and still outstanding on Cibil in the name of "PAISA BAZAAR .COM" Because of this my score has been dropped to 517 from 780

        I was told that as i am regular paying customer i have been choosen for no processing fee and no interest loan. They told me on phone which is recorded.
        But my loan amount and repaying amount has got 5000 difference. I realised lately. I have submitted issue on chat on your website.. That too multiple times. For multiple queries got just one call. From. Customer. Care they heard only my query but informed me they will come back but nevever contacted back. Always some random ppl call me and need to narrate story again but nobody come back for second time with proper response.

        I was trying to reach them from nov 2019, their contact no mentioned in auto msg never work - [protected].
        In last 3 months few ppl claimed that they are from stasfin legal team and i explained complete story and forwarded mails and ticket details.
        Again same story no body cares to respond

        I request you to ask stashfin for sales call made to me and terms and conditions explained, it was recorded line.
        If they committee wrong, loan to be closed and to be updated to cibil too
        If they didn't committee wrong i can pay back what ever they claim to be paid.

          Due to covid issue RBI announced for monotorium option from April 1st I am requesting this stash fin people for monotorium option they said if we pay the current emi then we can opt for monotorium option and I paid after paying also again they deducted the emi means they collected twice and I asked for refund but now they are saying it has been adjusted towards next month emi I would not suggest any one to take Loan from this company its ah worst company and worst employs working they will not solve our issues this company is not following RBI guideliness

            I have paid my loan 1885 directly from bank through auto debit but I received email from stashfin that my loan is unpaid and cheque bounce charges. How it's possible when my loan is recovered by them. Please clear this issue no customer service also. Very worst company I have ever seen. I have attached my screenshot for auto debited...

            StashFin application is not obeying Govt's order for moratorium of EMI. They are sending me sms and calling me often to pay the Emi. They are adding penalty every day for me. Kindly take action against this company....

            I want to ask stashfin about emi moratorium facility... As per rbi guidelines all financial companies are providing emi moratorium facility to their customers due to covid19 problem... Because our salary office are closed due to lockdown.. So salaries are not disbursed on time... So there is much money problem.. Kindly five me emi holiday this month.. Because as all financial institutions are giving emi holiday to their customers..

            I want to ask stashfin about emi moratorium facility... As per rbi guidelines all financial companies are providing emi moratorium facility to their customers due to covid19 problem... Because our salary office are closed due to lockdown.. So salaries are not disbursed on time... So there is much money problem.. Kindly five me emi holiday this month.. Because as all financial institutions are giving emi holiday to their customers..
            But now stashfin company is sending me messages again and again to pay the EMI..other companies like KREDIT BEE etc has postponed my EMI to next month by charging only Rs..200 which is a affordable option..
            So stashfin company kindly postpone my EMI to next month...at that time our salaries will be disbursed and i ll pay easily...
            Stashfin kindly reply me about this because my emi is due today.. Thanks

              Dear sir / madam

              I am not able to reach stashfin. The contact no provided ([protected]) never works. I keep calling mr. Sanjeev walia - the grievance officer on [protected], but he disconnects the phone or never responds.

              There are no contact nos in bangalore also.

              Based on the recent guidelines / norms from rbi, i hereby would like to reschedule my loan repayments wherein it can be deferred for 3 months due to the covid-19.

              Installment amount is rs.8397/- per month. I will not be in a position to pay the loan installment for a period of 3 months due to financial constraints in the present market conditions.

              The next repayment due date should be on 12.07.2020 as per rbi norms.

              My repayment track record has been very clear and have never defaulted.

              Awaiting an updated immediate response.

                I pay loan but not closed fraud company last month march i received message pay your loan rs.5900 waived all charges and close loan. I pay rs.5900 on 26march, before pay i talking on whatsapp stashfin [protected] company officer he also said pay rs.5900 and 7 working days loan close but now loan not close and customer officer not reply me. I hate this fake fraud company.

                  Stashfin issue the loan amount of 3000rs to me and i paid them back with penality for no reason i paid them 4400rs and cleared the dues.. How ever when i check my cibil report dated march 8th 2020 it says i missed payments twice with them

                  I have taken loan of 5000 in November 2019 I have closed my loan by paying 12500 by February 2020 still they are not issuing Noc and they have filed suit against me. Because of this my CIBIL has damage totally please I need help very badly. They don't have any contact details only automatic voice machine. My registered number is [protected].

                      When i pay your emi amount by ecs mode on time so why are reporting by company in cibil that i have paid late payment. That was bad experience for company, please solve this problem as soon as,. Loan id - [protected], mob [protected]
                      2nd problem-i have taken 1lakh but cibil show 2 loan 166211 with akara capital and another laon show 80000 with dmi finance and also showing outstanding amt 1341 but no any dues.

                        I had applied for a loan on stashfin with the application reference no seuz[protected], which got approved. However the loan amount is not credited in my account despite i received a message saying that the loan amount is disbursed in the account. So stashfin, solve my issue right away or else a very stringent action will be made against you guys. I am posting here to seek help from consumer complaints forum.

                        I took a loan from stashfin of 3000 tenure of 45 days. I repayed my loan within a week with interest . And in emergency they didn't have me a loan.This and their customer care executive are so poor. Not recommended at all.
                        I had already paid amount ...but stashfin company have auto debited in my account...I have proof... please reverse me my amount Rs.1211/-

                          My name is agasyaraju ravichandra with registered mobile number [protected]. I recieved a call from+[protected].. (Stasfin) and told that my loan application was approved and i need to send 3450 to a/c holder - star loan group
                          A/c no - [protected]
                          Ifsc code - fino0001001
                          Amount - inr 3450/-
                          Fino payments bank.. Later for gst processing, documetation charges i sent total 23000 details attached.. Now i got a doubt whether it is genuine or fraud.. I requested them to cancell my loan application and refund all my payments i made... Even for cancellation and refund now they are asking to send 4000.. All my discussions held with mr. Saxena..
                          Now please let me know what is happend is this a fraud or not... And what happens to all my payments made.. I have trust on stasfin.

                          I don't have enough money to live then how can I pay the EMI. They didn't follow govt's order to postpone the EMI and charged late payment fee.
