      Hi I really want to complain regarding executive sitting in this company ms sanjana Kumari...Everyone knows we are not getting salary since 3 months due to pandemic.I clearly told I will clear my May and June Emi in July . Still she is misbehaving torturing me that she will send legal notice. At this point of time why people are misbehaving they should understand the situation.

        This is the worst scenario i have ever seen where the lending team is continuously giving me false commitment.

        We also have a word of mouth and commit further with your commitment and i have done it more than 3 times and your team has failed to transfer funds

        Im still waiting for the 24 hours form last one week
        Are we just fooling our self to make a single transfer??

        I will expect a closure in next two hours of time
        As per commitment.

          Dear customer,

          Thank you for choosing stashfin personal loan. Your personal loan account sepc[protected] stands closed as on[protected]

          This was the message i closed the entire loan on june 6th

          1. The no dues certificate that i got was for only 3500 where as the cheque given by me for the foreclosure was around 47 thousand

          2. Even after the closure the akara capital pvt. Ltd/ stashfin deducted and amount of 6039 as bounce charges without any authorisation especially after giving me the ndc most horrible customer service and pathetic financial entity

          Would ask for quick response and a refund of 6039 for bounce charges in the name of ecs even after the entire closing of the account

            I had taken a loan of 10000 from stashfin app (Emi-1908) total 6 emi and fast emi february and second emi march i paid and i did not pay next emi because of lockdown and rbi announces moratorium relief. They didnt inform us about the whole moratorium opting on the app. I am telling for the last 2 months provide to me moratorium but they r not providing moratorium an recovery agent calls every day and told me to clear the dues. I already told them. I do not have money yet but they are not understand my problem and 4 times ecs bounce and 2360 rupees deducted from my bank account and still showing in my app unnecessary penalty 8700 rupees. They have been hampering my cibil continuously help me please

              Sir, our hotel is not yet open because of the karona virus and the lockdown. We're getting half a month 's salary. Because of which my financial condition is not good, i am not paying the loan instalment. The rbi and the central government have not cut anything till august. But we are not getting any assistance from you. You are also imposing a fine with your loan installment. During this, your customer care and your bank didn 't find any or any message on behalf o[censored]s to consider this kind of act as fraud to me.

                Sir i have taken loan of rs.5000/-on dtd.23/12/2019 and amount paid of rs.6450/-on 26/02/2020 of full amount. Sir as per agreement mention 1% interest per month but they are charging of 15% interest on monthly basis and 180% per annual which is not correct. Now they are also demanding of rs.832 more interest from me. And they have been reported to cibil dept today. Sir i have already paid full amount on 26/02/2020 of rs.6450/-.
                Sir i think so this company is doing fraud with me. They are already charding of 180% interest on annual basis. Please complete my issue otherwise i will be complaint to police and suit file to cunsumer forum at bharuch.

                They are demanding more interest of rs.832/-which is not to be done payment and they have reported to cibil dept. If they will be not report than i will be take action against stashfin fraud company new delhi.

                I took a loan from Stashfin and I had made all the payments on time, except one last payment, but in my credit report i can see these people have updated my wrong status. Its still showing Active loan but i had paid this amount. Beware of these people's, they can reuin your CIBIL score.

                  Hi myself abdul raheem from bangalore and on 5th june my emi cheque has been bounced in my account so today on 8th june i had foreclosed the loan and paid complete outstandings in stashfin application and again in the evening am receiving the emi deducted sms and before that also during the lockdown once my cheque bounced but they did not deducted any money and asked me to pay the emi again n again but this time after receiving the full payment automatically they deducted the amount.. I kindly request all of them and you to help me and plz get me refund as am facing difficulties due to the lockdown.. Pls help me

                      Overdue charges Not Give reliefs Moratorium RBI Guidelines

                      Address: 1948 'C' Word Maharana Pratap Chowk Kolhapur.

                      Stashfin agents still continuously calling for Monthly emi this amounts to harassment especially after RBI briefing on deferring of EMI for 3 months, the lady Said these updates does not cover them and they are going to recover the money.

                      This matter needs to be reported to higher authorities as it is a complete disregard of RBI update....

                      I took a loan of 5000 from Stashfin. Due to Covid19 crisis I was unable to pay remaining EMIs. On May 5th 2020 I got call from Stashfin customer care executive and he assured that if I pay the complete outstanding I won't be charged any penalty charges. He sent me link to pay Rs.6400. I made the payment of Rs.6400 on 5th May 2020. But till date the remaining charges have not been waived off and I am getting daily 2-3 SMS and emails asking me to pay the amount. And every day they keep in reading the amount. Their customer care called me once asking me to pay the amount and I explained them the whole situation.they promised to take action and resolve my issue but nothing happened. In the SMS they keep telling they report my loan to cibil daily. Why they are doing this despite I have made the payment of the amount that they asked me to. I mailed their grievance officer twice but I just get an auto generated email where they ask to login to website and contact customer care and generate ticket. There is no option of filing complaint and only grievance officer number and email. Also when I call the customer care number mentioned in their SMS nobody picks up and music plays. I want solution to this problem and my account settled.

                      There is no response from Stashfin and they re reporting my case to CIBIL. What action can I take against them? Their customer care executive called only once and told me I have to pay the dues without listening to my problems. This is very unprofessional company and should be banned by the RBI.

                          I have a loan from stashfin and i have been paying my emi's on time. Due to the pandemic situation i was in a financial crisis and was it in a situation to pay my emi. I am a single mother and have no support from my husband. I got a 50% salary cut from my company. I was extremely worried when the emi morotorium was announced on 27th march and i thot of contacting stashfin to help me avail of the morotorium. There is no way to contact stashfin, they do not provide with any contact number and the email id's are wrong. I wrote 2 emails to them and both bounced. I went to their website and saw a for to apply for the morotorium and i filled the application and thought i will receive a call from them to confirm the same. All my dues were clear till march and i thot it would be a smooth process. My emi date is 10th of every month and i received no call from them til then even though i had fill a emi morotorium request form on their website. As my due date passed i started receiving calls from them pressurising me to pay emi, i kept getting emails, calls, messages from them. It started stressing me out and i was scared as my financial situation has been very bad. Everytime i got a call they said that i have over due charges and i cannot get emi morotorium. I told them that i applied way before time but they did not want to listen to me or help me in any ways. It has been over 2 months i am still dealing with same issue. They have put charges on my emi's. Now they call me and say that i have to arrange money any how else they will call my contacts and references and send a legal notice. I spoke to a female person who said she is a supervisor, even after explaining to her my situation she said she can do nothing and i have to pay. I told her i cannot pay immediately and i will have to wait for my salary and some how manage to pay the installment. She said borrow money and pay installment. It is extremely sad, that these people are so harsh and do understand the situation a customer is going through. They have been given liberty to talk however they want to the customer and their company has no stopping. When people are loosing jobs and facing difficult financial crisis we have such financial organisations and their recovery companies to add to it. When i needed help and contacted them several times not a single person helped me resolve my issue. But they manage to call us from random numbers and expect us to answer each call. I am in a such a problem that i will have to make my daughter take a break from school so i can manage to pay their emi's as they will keep harrassing me and troubling me. I feel scared being a single mother what if they start calling people from my work in all this and i loose my job. It is sad that in india we have our fellow indians who do not support us. If they would ha e give me the morotorium i would have been in a better situation and knew that i have time to repay them with no added late charges. My salary i am getting is 12500 and my emi is 6800/- if i had the hold on emi i wouldn't be so scared and stressed.

                                Dear sir, i am from a poor family, i had taken a loan of 10000 from him for three months but now the job and lock is closed due to lockdown, due to which i could not repay the loan, you know now it is difficult to manage the house right now under the condition of corono virus, which is such a policy of the morotium that one has to pay emi first and then get the morotium, now sir if i had the money, i would have taken emi by paying emi in it but when in such a serious situation, you do not understand anything and call and message me everyday saying that you do anything or take it from a family member, make such threats, now everyone has money in this situation, now sir, do not know anything.
