Dear sir,

This has reference to subject matter, i had taken loan from stashfin financing company and due to one and another reason i haven't paid the required loan amount. But i had paid major amount committing to pay the rest amount by 29.02.2020. But the collection team is still harassing not me but my family persons. Under this circumstances it is very awkward moment to face.
Please register my complain and take necessary action as i have paid the major amount and committed to pay the rest within this week.

i have made the full payemnts to Stastfin accounts, and still theree accounts are showing as outstanding on Cibil in the name of "FICCS". I have called them many times but have not got any proper updated from them . ans i am following up with them since october. Everytime i get reply is it will be updated in 45 days but still its not updated. Because of this my score has been dropped to 702 from 795.

Kindly rectify or else will go to labour court

Loan is not disbursed yet and its been since 4 to 5 days. And the time is already running for repayment. Want to file against company. The company customer care is also not responding to my complaints. I have a ticket id for complaint i. E.292601 but the customer care has not contacted me yet. Its been more than 48 hours to the complaint. At the time of disbursement message they have also not shared the utr id with me so that i am not able to track the payment in my bank. Also its seems a bigger fraud in the networking as the banking details showing in the app is not mine and its not editing also. The account is registered for a company. I can share a screenshot of that bank account with this.

I have a loan running stashfin by the name of soumya. Due to financial crisis, i haven’t been able to pay the amount on time, but have been paying it nonetheless. A collection executive named preeti has been calling and abusing me very badly over messages and as soon as i read them she deletes it. Abuses have been concerning my character and my parents. I don’t see how someone can have the audacity to do that and if this right then they...

This is suraj kasana who had taken an loan from your app due to some financial problem i did no payed the emi and asked your call executive that i will pay with intrest you charged than there is an call from this no.[protected] some one called me and without asking anything he statred his very bad language and now i want name of person alongwith name of third party name i have file the compailn against him.

Can you check with your system I have took 60, 000/Rs loan and also cleared whole amount. I have all the details when I paid. But from your side every time I am getting call to pay 3000Rs and they are saying it's due bill. I have all cleared invoices then why should I pay extra. If I am going to get again this type of call anymore, then take this seriously I'll complain to consume court. Hope you will also not like to pay extra from money from Pocket.

Hoping you understand my issues and resolve it ASAP.

My loan 1050 was due since march and now it is 4300 approx i was ready to pay but before 3 month i continue tried to contact you. Sudden 15th of february i received a email from stashfin app. The email was that if you do 2700 payment today then your loan will be closed. Then i done the payment and yesterday i received an another email where showing you have to pay 1350 amount. Sir what is this customer are jock to you. Please give me satisfying answer otherwise i have to do police complain

I have applied a loan from stash fin company the loan is showing disbursed to my account but i have not received any kind of money in my account! But emi date has been generated and my due is in 15days! Why shall i pay for the amt i have not received.

I applied for a loan in the stashfin app and after submitting all the documents, they sent a mail telling my loan is approved and amount disbursed to my account and it will take maximum 24 hours to get the amount in the account. Now it's almost 3 days, still the amount is not credited in my account. Now in the app the emi date started counting also. How can they start showing emi date without giving the cash. Cheating...

I have paid all my emi's on time. But in cibil you have updated 3 months as of late payment for june, july and august 2020. I have checked my cibil recently and came to know about this. I tried to reach out to your team on this issue, but there was no response from your team.

Kindly look into this as early as possible.

I have applied for a loan with stashfin 2nd time 4days ago and got a call msg and email saying that my loan is approved. After that i got an automated call, sms and email saying that loan has been disbursed on 11th feb but till not it has not been credited to my account. Not able to contact them via call or sms. No response for the chat and email. So how will i know when the amount will be credited to my account. Already the emi details are reflecting in the app but the amount is not at all credited.

For the above loan account ecs from bank account goes regularly, i also received the confirmation on sms about payment received but when i am checking the my cibil report they it is showing 1 day delay payment report by you. Why such report is submitted when upto feb 2020 on dot date ecs is clear
Please give the feedback for the same, how can you submitted such wrong information because of this my cibil score is affected. Give me your contact no or email id urgently.

I'll pay stashfin akara capital 1764 loan behalf of 1000 with intrest in 13 september 2019 but this loan is still showing not pay in my cibil. This is disturbing my cibil and banking show plz take strictly action and help me for future and clear this from my cibil.

Stashfin collection agents directly saying that they are our dads and warns that private companies are hear to take our #
I took a loan but missed one payment, when the guy called i said i need one or two days time so that i can clear the loan but he keep on calling and at eod i arranged the payment and was waiting for that person and informed the same to the collection agent but he spit on my face and disconnected the call i tried...

I had taken a loan of 9000 due to personal reasons I couldn't pay it on time, I agreed to pay with interest when I tried to pay through the I was unable to pay as I was not getting the dash board. o repay and it is still today showing it as your application is submitted, we will get back to you. I tried calling customer care but they could not resolve the issue. Then I tried through the link which was sent to my mail saying that I have to pay along with the interest when I tried paying through that link it took only the 9800. Is it my fault? And now I am getting messages that I have to remaining balance and I am the defaulter. How is it fair and when I am trying to post the review in google it is not possible. And now I am getting messages that I should pay interest on the interest how dare it is? If they have faults in their payment options they should make it proper and now they are telling that my name will be in black list in CIBIL. There should be some ethics. And they are sending a number to contact which is not all existing. They don't have any mail ID to contact. And the customer care number which we get through their website will not connect properly.
Please concerned officers should resolve my issue soon. Or else I need to go for the consumer court.

I'll paid all my loan with overdue 4631 behalf of 3000 loan in 16 desember 2019 but still showing in my cibil reflected my cibil score plz cleared it.
I'll have noc of company name stashfin i'll send you in attachment. So kindly cleared it from civil because that effect my cibil score and that was totally unfair for company like akara capital. Thanks

I like to inform you that, as per my subjected loan application, you confirm that my loan amount has been disbursed to my bank account on 25th january. But till now i have not received the amount in my bank account. Its already passed 4 days to start my loan tenure. For your reference i attached hereby screen shot of my loan status.

Kindly check and resolved the issue as soon as possible.

Sir i apply loan of 5000 in saturday 24 january for 15 days and repayment ammount is 5400 my application is approved in saturday but money is not disbursed in my account i am very unsatisfied and i am suffering problem to contact customer service they dont give response of my email please cancel my loan.
