StashFin application is not obeying Govt's order for moratorium of EMI. They are sending me sms and calling me often to pay the Emi. They are adding penalty every day for me. Kindly take action against this company.
I repaid the loan but still, they suit-filed against me.

    I want to ask stashfin about emi moratorium facility... As per rbi guidelines all financial companies are providing emi moratorium facility to their customers due to covid19 problem... Because our salary office are closed due to lockdown.. So salaries are not disbursed on time... So there is much money problem.. Kindly five me emi holiday this month.. Because as all financial institutions are giving emi holiday to their customers..

    Stashfin — regarding emi moratorium facility

    I want to ask stashfin about emi moratorium facility... As per rbi guidelines all financial companies are providing emi moratorium facility to their customers due to covid19 problem... Because our salary office are closed due to lockdown.. So salaries are not disbursed on time... So there is much money problem.. Kindly five me emi holiday this month.. Because as all financial institutions are giving emi holiday to their customers..
    But now stashfin company is sending me messages again and again to pay the EMI..other companies like KREDIT BEE etc has postponed my EMI to next month by charging only Rs..200 which is a affordable option..
    So stashfin company kindly postpone my EMI to next month...at that time our salaries will be disbursed and i ll pay easily...
    Stashfin kindly reply me about this because my emi is due today.. Thanks

      Dear sir / madam

      I am not able to reach stashfin. The contact no provided ([protected]) never works. I keep calling mr. Sanjeev walia - the grievance officer on [protected], but he disconnects the phone or never responds.

      There are no contact nos in bangalore also.

      Based on the recent guidelines / norms from rbi, i hereby would like to reschedule my loan repayments wherein it can be deferred for 3 months due to the covid-19.

      Installment amount is rs.8397/- per month. I will not be in a position to pay the loan installment for a period of 3 months due to financial constraints in the present market conditions.

      The next repayment due date should be on 12.07.2020 as per rbi norms.

      My repayment track record has been very clear and have never defaulted.

      Awaiting an updated immediate response.

        I pay loan but not closed fraud company last month march i received message pay your loan rs.5900 waived all charges and close loan. I pay rs.5900 on 26march, before pay i talking on whatsapp stashfin [protected] company officer he also said pay rs.5900 and 7 working days loan close but now loan not close and customer officer not reply me. I hate this fake fraud company.

          Stashfin issue the loan amount of 3000rs to me and i paid them back with penality for no reason i paid them 4400rs and cleared the dues.. How ever when i check my cibil report dated march 8th 2020 it says i missed payments twice with them
          I was shocked to see that. They gave me loan only once i paid them back. However they mentioned in cibil stating i missed payments twice.. Attached cibil report screenshot for your kind reference.

          In regards to this i tried calling them and email them on below details no one bothered to revert me back.

          Sir kindly help me to update my payment in cibil.. It's effecting my score.


          Pls convey below to stashfin.

          Issued loan amount was 3000rs i made the payment back to you guys.. Why it is not updated in my cibil yet..

            I have taken loan of 5000 in November 2019 I have closed my loan by paying 12500 by February 2020 still they are not issuing Noc and they have filed suit against me.                 When i pay your emi amount by ecs mode on time so why are reporting by company in cibil that i have paid late payment. That was bad experience for company, please solve this problem as soon as,. Loan id - [protected], mob [protected]
                2nd problem-i have taken 1lakh but cibil show 2 loan 166211 with akara capital and another laon show 80000 with dmi finance and also showing outstanding amt 1341 but no any dues.

                  I had applied for a loan on stashfin with the application reference no seuz[protected], which got approved. However the loan amount is not credited in my account despite i received a message saying that the loan amount is disbursed in the account. So stashfin, solve my issue right away or else a very stringent action will be made against you guys. I am posting here to seek help from consumer complaints forum.

                  I took a loan from stashfin of 3000 tenure of 45 days. I repayed my loan within a week with interest . And in emergency they didn't have me a loan.This and their customer care executive are so poor. Not recommended at all.
                  I had already paid amount ...but stashfin company have auto debited in my account...I have proof... please reverse me my amount Rs.1211/-

                    Amount - inr 3450/-
                    Fino payments bank.. Later for gst processing, documetation charges i sent total 23000 details attached.. Now i got a doubt whether it is genuine or fraud.. I requested them to cancell my loan application and refund all my payments i made... Even for cancellation and refund now they are asking to send 4000.. All my discussions held with mr. Saxena..
                    Now please let me know what is happend is this a fraud or not... And what happens to all my payments made.. I have trust on stasfin.

                    I don't have enough money to live then how can I pay the EMI. They didn't follow govt's order to postpone the EMI and charged late payment fee.

                      Dear sir,

                      This has reference to subject matter, i had taken loan from stashfin financing company and due to one and another reason i haven't paid the required loan amount. But i had paid major amount committing to pay the rest amount by 29.02.2020. But the collection team is still harassing not me but my family persons. Under this circumstances it is very awkward moment to face.
                      Please register my complain and take necessary action as i have paid the major amount and committed to pay the rest within this week.

                        i have made the full payemnts to Stastfin accounts, and still theree accounts are showing as outstanding on Cibil in the name of "FICCS". I have called them many times but have not got any proper updated from them . ans i am following up with them since october. Everytime i get reply is it will be updated in 45 days but still its not updated. Because of this my score has been dropped to 702 from 795.

                        Kindly rectify or else will go to labour court

                          Loan is not disbursed yet and its been since 4 to 5 days. And the time is already running for repayment. Want to file against company. The company customer care is also not responding to my complaints. I have a ticket id for complaint i. E.292601 but the customer care has not contacted me yet. Its been more than 48 hours to the complaint. At the time of disbursement message they have also not shared the utr id with me so that i am not able to track the payment in my bank. Also its seems a bigger fraud in the networking as the banking details showing in the app is not mine and its not editing also. The account is registered for a company. I can share a screenshot of that bank account with this.

                            I have a loan running stashfin by the name of soumya. Due to financial crisis, i haven’t been able to pay the amount on time, but have been paying it nonetheless. A collection executive named preeti has been calling and abusing me very badly over messages and as soon as i read them she deletes it. Abuses have been concerning my character and my parents. I don’t see how someone can have the audacity to do that and if this right then they should have the guts to not delete the messages. Her numbers are +91 [protected], ‭+91 [protected]‬, ‪+91 [protected]‬. And also beware, she pretends herself to be a police officer which she is not. Next time, i will make sure that i have screenshots with the messages saved. Stashfin - do you have an explanation for this? Or is this too casual for you to take an action on?

                                  Can you check with your system I have took 60, 000/Rs loan and also cleared whole amount. I have all the details when I paid. But from your side every time I am getting call to pay 3000Rs and they are saying it's due bill. I have all cleared invoices then why should I pay extra. If I am going to get again this type of call anymore, then take this seriously I'll complain to consume court. Hope you will also not like to pay extra from money from Pocket.

                                      My loan 1050 was due since march and now it is 4300 approx i was ready to pay but before 3 month i continue tried to contact you. Sudden 15th of february i received a email from stashfin app. The email was that if you do 2700 payment today then your loan will be closed. Then i done the payment and yesterday i received an another email where showing you have to pay 1350 amount. Sir what is this customer are jock to you.                                         Sir my account not credit loan amount
                                        But next emi date show. Please any information give me
                                        My loan amount not add in account. But emi date date showing in screen.
                                        I have applied a loan from stash fin company the loan is showing disbursed to my account but i have not received any kind of money in my account! But emi date has been generated and my due is in 15days! Why shall i pay for the amt i have not received.
