    Sir/ Madam, I have sent two no. of FD receipts to the Branch manager SBH Mandewal Tq.Jewargi on 12/01/2014 for renewal. Today(03.02.2013) I spoke to the manager on phone, requested for early renewal. she is so arrogant and speaks without respect, said she is busy, not ready to speak and kept the receiver off hook and insulted. I have never seen such persons working in prestigious bank.Is this the way you trained your officers to treat customers of your bank?.. Why behavioral training is not given to the officers who deal with customers? Let her close my FD A/c if your staff are not able to renew FD and credit to my SB A/c. If she is so busy in other than bank works and not able to convince the customers in proper way, let her leave the job & look after her home/family. such staff/officers, who don’t have manners and good behavior should not have been posted where dealing customers is day today work. I may venture to say that this officer hardly knows to appreciate the difficulty of a good customer. I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, one must be concerned about the image of your bank, I am the very old customer of your branch, a line of reply is expected from you.               We have an account in SBH varni road, nizamabad, AP Acc number [protected] We got an ATM card from SBH, which is not working from the beginning, When we insert ATM card into the ATM to do a transaction every time i got 055 error(invalid ATM card) and then i approached SBH branch, Varni road Nizamabad, but they didn't respond well, that's the reason I'm making an online complaint here please do consider my application and provide me the SBH services Thanking You

                Sir, We had taken housing loan from your New Panvel branch in the year 2006 against A/C No. [protected].(Abhay Kumar Sinha). My grievance is that almost every month Branch deposited my post dated cheque late resulting they are adding extra interest on me. This was communicated several time to Branch verbali and on writing also. But so far no action has been taken and because of their mistake we are facing the problem. Kindly look into it and resolve the issue by credit the additional interest charged by Bank in my account. For any query in this connection you may contact to undersigned or New Panvel Branch.                   Dear Sir I have shifted from Berhampur to Durg. As such I have submitted this FD receipt in original to your DURG branch on 19.12.12 requesting them to renew this FD upto 12.02.2013. I have met your durg branch manager personally on 8.3.13, 6.5.13, and have requested your Berhampur branch over telephone several times .I am yet to receive any response from them. I am having S/B account with your Durg branch bearing No[protected] and my customer ID No [protected]. Will you be please enough and look into matter.

                        Hi All, I had raised a complaint with State Bank of Hyderabad - Chennai branch regarding my car loan but have received very poor response. They have been wrongly debiting my account inspite of my continuous follow up with them and now they are charging me additional interest for their mistakes. No one from their grievances cell in the Hyd head office also seems to care. Definitely feels like I have been cheated by this bank. I would definitely not opt for SBH bank loan for my next car and would neither suggest SBH to my friends.

Ramesh deposited an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- as fixed deposit on my wife's account at State Bank of Hyderabad, Darussalaam Branch, Hyderabad, for which they ask me to show PAN card.i.e. AQRPV5445P of wife Vasikarla Sreelatha, D/o Venkateshwarlu Adavalli, D.O.B. 10/10/1966,
                                but the staff of the bank was returned my wife's PAN CARD saying that the system was not accepting the card number. please reply me on [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    As per CVC letter no. 196/11/3-/20176 dated 23rd Feb. 2011, they had
                                    directed the State Bank of Hyderabad management to initiate action
                                    against the top officials of the Bank in a scam cum corruption
                                    charges of more than Rs.25000 cr on a complaint made by Satnam Singh to CVC.
                                    But subsequently Bank has not taken any action against the culprits and
                                    CVC officials are also protecting the culprits since past 2 years. All the
                                    requisite evidences were made available to CVC. Bank and CVC are in hand to glove with each other in cheating public money. However, you can be careful from this Bank as it is on the verge of closure.

                                    CORRUPTION HAS BECOME A REGULAR PHENOMENON IN OR LIFE. WE ARE USE TO LIVE THIS WITHOUT RAISING ANY VOICE . ONE ONE HAND A PERSON ACCEPTING A LITTLE BRIBE OF RS. 10/- OR SO IS PUNISHED FOR LONG TIME AND ON THE OTHER HAND WHITE COLLAR BABUS/EXECUTIVES HARDLY CARE FOR THE RULES. THEY ACCEPT BRIBE AS THEIR RIGHT AND ALSO GIVE BRIBE TO THEIR SENIORS WHEN IN TROUBLE.

                                        I have an account at SBH Nirmal Branch I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 3000 /-(Three Thousand Rupees) at SBI ATM located at Father Balaiah Nagar, Old Alwal, Secunderabad. But I got an amount of Rs 2100 /- (two thousand one hundred) only but my account statement shows that 3000 /- has been drawn. This transaction was done on 08/04/2013 at 08:44. The transaction Number is 3254. I have lodged a complaint at my home branch ie NIRMAL. After a week days they have given me a letter which says that the transaction is successful and nothing can be done. But infact I got the amount of 2100 in denominations of 1 x 100, 1 x 1000, 1 x 500, 5 x 100 in order. What should I do now and where should I complain
