Actully my card is sbh atm card .. am frm ameerpet yellareddyguda hyd ,.. i went to atm centre sbi , it was out of order ,so i went to indian overseas atm there i enterd ammount 400 some text displayed on the moniter like lesser amount .. so i pressed the cancel button ,... and went to another atm der i taken a mini statement .. in that 400 has withdrawd it shows ... hw to get my money back ... mny nt came out .. it shows withdrw how is it possiable ...

Here is a clear story of the state bank of Hyderabad Mr. Sai Prasad managers inefficient nature is becoming a thorn to innocent customers in Visakhapatnam .visakhapatnam may be a metropolitan city due to its naval base and steel plant.but the locals are very innocent. these people are taken it granted by the highly educated . Tactful inefficient,non co-operative and non humane manager.
Coming to a practical story .Mr. Nyayapathi josephraj Sharma amd Mrs. Sharon chowdary both wofe and husband are running a vilm studio in Visakhapatnam. The husband is a photographer and the wife is a editing personnel. they have a sb accont since 1998. As the city is developing their business also grew so the income and their income tax.
In 2010 Mr.prasad who was the manager of sbh (H.B.colony branch) had taken an initiative to encourage these small entrepreneurs to settle in their fields by giving them a house loan No.[protected]. on[protected]IN 2010 for an amount of 19,46,000 plus compulsory insurance cover for 93,943/ and a top up loan of 2,00,000/ in on[protected] woth an loan ac no[protected] to this couple. This house is not only a house but it is also designed to have their own studio set up with editing equipment.TILL NOW THE STORY IS GOOD.
The couple has a blessed twins qa boy and a girl who had passed 10 plus 2 intermediate in Visakhapatnam with more than 90 percent marks. Added to this the boy got a good rank in iit jee and opted for naval arch course in Indian maritime university a central university which takes only iit jee top ranker as its students every year(only 30 seats) in Visakhapatnam.the girl also a very good rank in AEEE ( a test which will give the admission in niits formerly regional engineering colleges) had got admission in niit in a distance place from ap,so they had admitted the girl in Visakhapatnam the best college Gayatri college .
The problem started here. Till 2012 march they had paid all the installments regularly except a 6,000 pending . in the month of may 2013 the results has come for the both the students.the education pilligramage started for the parents who are self employed.(when they go out they loose some amount which they can earn).and meeting the examination fee to different colleges roughly 10,000/ to each kid and councilling fees to imu itself is as hefty as 10,000 despite it is a central university. Thus they were in spending on kids loosing the working man hours reflected slightly on their income as weel as they insatal payments. As on 20 march their due for h.loan stood 28,000/ amd top up loan 2,356(after paying 34 months regularly to the tune of more than 6,00,000/(some amount may be for principal and some amount for interest part.even this lapse would have been avoided but due to the new bank manager Mr.SAI PRASAD who is adamant non co-0perative to small entrepreneurs
MR.SAI PRASAD WHO IS THE NEW MANAGER TO THE STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD IN (HB COLONY )VISAKHAPATNAM HE STARTED SEEING THIS FAMILY AS THE DEFALTERS TO THE BANK SO HE STATRED TREATING THEM AS ENIMIES( THEY PAID ALL THESE 34 MONTHS WITHOUT A SINGLE BREAK BUT AFTER 2013 MAY THEY MIGHT HAVE PAID A FEW THOUSANDS LESSER INSTLMENTS SO THAT THE 30 THOUSANDS WOULD HAVE ACCUMULATED.
THE MANAGER PRAQSAD EVEN DID NOT GIVE THE EDUCATION LOAN APPLICATION FORM.IN FACT HE IS BOUND TO GIVE THE EDUCATION APPLICATION FORM.HE IS NOT THE AUTHORITY TO DECIDE.RECP IS THE AUTHORITY TO SANCTION LOAN. AS THE GIRL STUDENT NEEDS LESS THAN 4 LACS AS UNSECURED LOAN IS TOTALLU ILLEGAL.WHO IS HE TO STOP A MERIT GIRL STUDENT FROM GETTING UNSECURED EDUCATION LOAN?
THE BOY HE GOT ABOVE 90% MARKS IN INTERMIDIATE(10 PLUS 2) AND SECURED A VALUBLE RANK IN IIT JEE(AN ENTRANCE TEST TO GET IIT SEAT).NEEDS NINE LAKHS AS EDUCATION LOAN. FOR HIM ALSO HE DID NOT GIVE EVEN APPLICATION FORM .STATING THAT YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEFAULT. IS 30 THOUSANDS IS A VERY BIG DEFAULT AMOUNT WHEN THEY ARE PAYING INSTALMENTS EVERY MOINTH WITHOUT FAIL ACCORDING TO THEIR FUND AVAILABILITY? DON’T THE MANAGER HAVE ANY HUMANE NATURE IN REJECTING TO GIVE EVEN APPLICATION? WHO IS HE TO STOP THEM TO GET THEIR FRANCHISE OF EDUCATION LOAN AS A BRIGHT STUDENTS:THE COUPLE WOULD HAVE PAID EVEN THIS THIRTY THOUSANDS WITHOUT DUES AS THEY HAD PAID 1,45,000 TO THEIR SON WHO HAQD JOINED IN INDIAN MARITIME UNIVERSITY( 1,25,000 AS IST INSTALMENT FEE PLUS10,000 AS SECURITY DEPOSIT AND 10,000 FOR COUNCILLING) YET INE MORE LAC IS DUE TO PAY BEFORE MARCH 28,2013 AND FOR HIS DAUGHTER HE HAD PAID ROUGHLY 60,000 BY TAKING LOANS FROM OUT SIDE FOR A HUGE INTERESTS.HE HAS TO SHALL DOWN MONTHLY INTERESTS. IF THE MANAGER HAD RESPONDED PROPERLY THE INT PART MIGHT HAVE BEEN PAID TO THE BANK ITSELF FOR THE LAST 7 MONTHS TO THE TUNE OF 3000X7=21,000/ .
BECAUSE OF HIS NON CO OPERATION THEY HAVE TO VISIT MANY BANKS FOR THE EDUCATION LOANS.THUS THEY ARE WASTING THEIR MAN HOURS AND LOOSING INCOME AS WELL AS EXPENSES. FINALLY ALL THE BANKS STATES ONE THING WHEN YOUR MAIN HOUSING LOAN IS IS WITH SBH WHY SHOULD U COME TO US? WHY THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE LOAN? YOU MAY BE THE BAD PARTY THAT MAY BE REASON THAT UR SBH IS REJECTING U EVEN TO GIVE APPLICATION FORMS.
THIS IS A HORRIBLE SITUATION FOR THIS COUPLE. THEIR TWINS ARE ACADEMICALLY EXCELLENT BUT BANK MANAGER OF STASTE BANK OF HYEREBAD IS WORST FELOOW AND ACTING ARROGANTLY BY NOT GIVING THER EDUCATION LOAN TO THESE YOUNG ENGINEERS DESPITE THEY HAVE A OWN FLAT WHOSE WOTH IS 50 LACS.EVENTHE SBH APPRIER GIVEN A STATEMENT THREE YEARS BACK IT S WOTH AS 30 LACS(PRESENTLY IT IS MORE THAN 50 LACS,
NOW THE PATHETIC SITUATION OF THIS PARENTS IS IF THEY DON’T GET LOAN THEIR KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COLLEGES IF THEY DON’T PAY THE FEES BEFORE 28 MARCH 2013.IF THEIR EDUCATION STOPS THE STUDENTS WILL PUT SHAME IN FRONT OF THE OTHER STUDENTS DUE TO THE ONE STUPID MANAGE SAI PRASDS INHUMANE ACT. EVEN THE PARENTS HAVE NO ALTERNATE EXCEPT TO COMMIT SUCIDE. THEY DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER SOURECE TO MEET THE EXPENSESS.
HENCE I REQUEST YOU TO ACT SERIOUSLY AND ISSUE ORDERS TO THE MANAGER PRASAD TO GRQANT LOANS OTHER WISE YOU THE STTE BANK OF HYDERABAD ARE THE TOTAL RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNEXPECTED DEED DUE TO SHAME BY THE PARENTS.

I am V V S A KUMAR . i have savings account in Statebank of hyderabad of A/C no: [protected].

On[protected] i transferred an amount of Rs.3800 to my loan account number [protected] belongs to Bank Of India ,gandhi nagar branch through netbanking. the same amount debited from my account.

but bank of india representatives told that they didn't get any money to my loan account. the same was informed to you sir. you have given UTR number as SBH[protected]. when i was given the same number to them.They said that it is invalid.

Sub: - About my “deduction of Loan amount from my Salary A/c”.


Respected Sir / Madam,
I Raghavaraju.Sri Kiran who had been received House Building Loan though you’re Bank with A/C No: [protected], on March 2011. I would like to submit some few lines for your kind consideration.
Sir / Madam as for the records of loan sanctioned papers (Arrangement Letter- Housing Finance) given for us it has been mentioned in the 4th Para, that repayment of the loan amount must be paid.

The loan is to be paid in 228 equated monthly installments of Rs.13, 500/- the repayment installments commences.
a) Two (2) months after completion of the construction of the house / plot after plot hand over, or
b) 18 months from disbursement of 1st installments, where loan is released in installments. Whichever is earlier? or
c) From the next month after the date of full disbursement in respect of out right purchase of land/house/plot extension, repairs, renovation of an extending of house, your liability to the bank will be extinguished only when the out standing loan A/C becomes nil on payment of residual amounts if any.

So as for the above lines, am liable to pay the loan amount. I am not having any problem to pay installments, but “how can I run my family if bankers are deducting whole of sum total of my complete salary”. As I am drawing the amount of rupees -13,560/- as my salary for monthly. If loan amount of Rs.13, 500/- is deducted from my salary account, I can I run my family with Rs.60/- for the month. Please look in to the problem for my sack as I am human being like you with family having “wife and 26 days Baby girl”. I am facing a lot family financial problems.
If I won’t get response or reply for this I will be concern you with legal formalities for all actions. And then I will be not responsible for any thing.

My account number is [protected] of sbh sudimalla branch, on 8th october from account around 31 thousand rupees with drawn by unknwon persons on online shoping they used my credit card and purchased some things. but i did not give my ATM card number or PIN number to any one. so please help me on this complaint and try to bring my back my money to my account.I am a private teacher and i saved those amount for my 2year old child purpose please under stand my problem and help me on this reguard. i gave my written complaint to the consurn manager also but still now no recovery of money. please kindly help me......... and take serious action on this matter..........

from chandikhole branch in orissa state.i have not received the amount.but from my

when i use to withdraw amount from ATM machines of sbh,the amount is debited from my account and was not come out from the machine...then i complaint about this to manager, he replay me saying that it was an technical problem of machine and it will be debited in seven working days......... till now round 1 month completed still i haven't received any money..
later i found many people like me are suffering with same problem......
i appeal to u people please make a program or episode, so that SBH make take necessary actions to return our amount

Twice I have given complaint to updated my mobile number([protected]) in theeir Database so theat i can start my online transactions therough netbanking.

On 27the June 2012 i have given my first complaint to thee bank autheorities by hand in person, again on 08the August 2012 also i have given one more complaint to thee bank autheorities by hand regarding thee same issue, Still my issue was not yet resolved. Twice I came from Chennai just only for thee sake of theis issue.

But i faced a very bad experience from thee bank autheorities, very irresponsible staff. The branch staff are not in a position to say why thee issue was not resolved.
If theey are not ready to work, please ask theem to resign for theeir job and ask theem to sit in theeir home. Why to create problems to thee customers.

Note: If thee branch staff are not able to handle thee customers requests, please i request you to stop opening new accounts and maintain limited customers in your branch.

not received any information.when i went to branch that time only they
are informing.this cause the delay in action and i loosing my important
time and money.

same thing happened on 4/7/12,my statement showing Rs.7000 from my accounts
as i didn't any transaction,the same information is showing for
transaction.

i didn't received any No.

this service will cause customer dissatisfaction and it may cause
loose costumer .

so please look after to this matter and do necessary action.
