Sir the amount of rs.1120/- Was deducted from my account in State bank of Hyderabad,chilakaluripet branch, on 31 Dec 2011 toward fee excess drs which does not have any reference number.
But I had minimum balance for sufficient for not deducting as charges as a not having minimum balance.
Please kindly solve my problem.

FEE EXCESS DRS :

Sir the amount of Rs.255/- Was deducted from my account in State bank of Hyderabad, VANSTHALIPURAM branch, on 31 Dec 2011 toward fee excess drs which does not have any reference number.
But I had minimum balance for sufficient for not deducting as charges as a not having minimum balance.
Please kindly solve my problem.

    Use feed back page on sbhyd.co.in press control+F search for feedback on sbhyd.co.in/ Also insist on providing mobile banking from the bank staff in all state banks. If this is not provided raise the level complain to Br manager, AGM, DGM, GM raise the level every time if your request is not heard to. Insist on providing BCSBI rules in Telugu all your rights (HAQU-LU) are provided in it.

    To register for SMS alert firstly visit your branch with your original ID proofs Along with the photo copy of the same ID proofs. Write a letter or application addressing the Br manager requesting for change of account type from student to general (if not done so ) also mention to put request for putting hold for 500 Rs . And also request for SMS alert in the same application. The application can be written on the bank of the photo copies to save paper for the world and save space for the bank. It is MANDATORY / ness airy to visit your branch and prove your IDs also it is nessary to convert student AC to gen AC as student AC don't get ySMSes technically. You should give at least one strong proof like PAN, ADHAR, VOTE CARD (score 99 each) etc any one of these along with other address proofs like ration card, tele bill, current bill will suffice along with the previously mentioned strong proofs. Only submitting ration card or electricity bill (score11 only) or both WILL NOT DO as these are weak proofs. There is a score system for each proof in State bank . Never disclose ur AC no and cell no on public web sites

      with regards i wish to inform you that i am having account in state bank of Hyderabad governor pet branch bearing the account no SB [protected] since 4 years and i have shifted my residence recently 15 days ago and i requested the branch manager to change my address in the pass book for which he is not responding he told that MRO certificate is not eligible and my house agreement is also not eligible being an Indian citizen i am having my driving license passport pan card voter-card and ration card for which i cannot change the address for all immediately so i requested the branch manager to change the address in my pass book only i don't know why it is not possible please ask him what exactly he wants and please do me the need full

          I have withdrawn an amount of Rs 4000/- vide ATM facility on 20.10.2011 (State Bank of Hyderabad Savings Account No. [protected], Powergrid complex branch, Nagpur. However, surprisingly, during Pass book entry, it is noticed that the double withdrawal entry for the same amount of Rs 4000/- has appeared for the same transaction.

          Kindly arrange to return/credit the said amount of Rs 4000/- in the same account.

            Dear Sir,

            To day at 10:27Am I withdrawn 14000/- (Fourteen thousands rupees) from SBH ATM at Medchal SBH branch. After that I go to SBI branch Medchal in front of SBH for deposited 10000/-(Ten thousands rupees) in another bank account. At the time of depositing counter clerk find one 500/- fake note (Note no. 9BB 993715). After that I go to my account (my account no.[protected] & ATM card no.[protected] bank SBH Kallakal & discussed with branch manager regarding to fake note. He asked me I can not do any help you go Medchal SBH branch. After that I go to Medchal SBH branch & discussed with Chief Manager regarding to subject. But she told me I can not do any help. I request to both branch manager please note my complaint but they did not noted my complaint.

            So I request u please help me what I will do. It’s not my mistake because I got fake note from ATM.

                  Dear Sir,
                  On 26th September I have made a transaction for Rs. 15000/ at STATE BANK ATM( ID -S10A[protected] at Baba Bakala (Distt—Amritsar) with transaction no. 2786 at (8.04 am), but on counting I have only found 28x notes of Rs. 500 each from serial no.(OKA 853973 to OKA 854000 and 1. with serial no.OKA 853801 which counts a total of 29x notes(14500).
                  For recheck I have made another transaction for Rs. 1000 and I found that correct for which I received 1x500 and 5x100.
                  During first I found one of the notes in wrapped condition which in my thinking caused the double count. So, I hereby request you to kindly go through the matter and to resolve it as soon as possible.

                      This mail may be a surprise to you because you did not give me the permission to do so and neither do you know me but before I tell you about myself I want you to please forgive me for sending this mail without your permission. I am writing this letter in confidence believing that if it is the will of God for you to help me and my family, God almighty will bless and reward you abundantly. I need an honest and trust worthy person like you to entrust this huge transfer project unto.

                      My name is Mrs. Mary David, The Branch Manager of a Financial Institution. I am a Ghanaian married with 3 kids. I am writing to solicit your assistance in the transfer o[censored]S$7, 500, 000.00 Dollars. This fund is the excess of what my branch in which I am the manager made as profit last year (i.e. 2010 financial year). I have already submitted an annual report for that year to my head office in Accra-Ghana as I have watched with keen interest as they will never know of this excess.                           On the ninth of august 2011, i have attempted to withdraw a sum of rupees three thousand from a SBH ATM at civil courts branch ,vijayawada .i have attempted twice with trhe same amount of rupees three thousand, but i did not receive any cash.i got a receipt stating that the transaction is failed.But the amount of rupees six thousand waas debited from my account. I represented the same to SBH, UGH BRANCH, vijayawada,where i hold a savings account bearing number [protected].The bank manager informed me that the matter is not in their perview .Hence i am representing this matter for your perusal at an early date.

                            I have sbh atm ..As I had withdrawn an amount of Rs1000/- from ICICI bank ATM nacharam branch at HYDERABAD on 30th august 2011 at 19:02hrs, I did not get the cash.when second time I tried to withdraw the amount of Rs 500/- the ATM unable to process the request, I did not get the cash and even any receipt from that ATM machine, but when I checked my account’s balance there was 1500/- debited from my account, , i have an account in godavarikani .g.m.colony branch. So please look over the matter and try to credit the amount back to my account as soon as possible I hope you will do the needful.

                                sir ,i went to draw money in ATM OF STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD situated at aditya nagar ,near as rao nagar hyderabad ,but i was shocked to see that i did not received the amount and the amount got credited in my account A/c no [protected] of sbi ecil cherlapalli industrial estate hyderabad,the atm id is s10F[protected] and txn no is 1300 on 4/07/2011 at 6.15 pm,the next day i enquired the matter eithe persons in both the banks sbh and sbi and they told me to give complaint and the problem will be solved soon and i have given the complaints 7 to 8 times but they are not doing any thing and telling me to do any thing i want to complaint you will not get ur money ,you have lost your money ,i am not able to understand what to do ,im a middle class person and urgent need of money ,please help me my phone no is [protected],[protected].

                                i used my icici bank debit card at SBH ATM at Gokuldham, but the ATM did not disburse the money although the amount was deducted from my account. The ATM is located in the SBH officers quarters at gokuldham Mumbai.

                                  I, Aditya Narayan Singh, Would Like To Bring To Your Notice That I Have A Bank Account At Satate Bank Of Hyderabad, Raidurg Branch, Bearing Account No: [protected]. I Opened My Account During The 4th Quarter Of 2009. i Apllied fot ATM Card On May 4th,2011 But The ATM Card Was Not Dispatched By The Bank. I Reapllied Sometime During June-July But The ATM Card Has Still Not Being Dispatched. This Is An Example Of The Poor Service That SBH Offers. I Would Like To Have My Atm Card Issued And Delivered To Me At The Earliest

                                    I am customer of SBH tirupathi. I am using ATM cum shopping card. With this card details i am unable to book aticket in IRCTC and it need a net banking details for sure. THis is too disappointing because we need a minimum balance of 2500 for net banking. But in other banks like SBI, Andhra Banks we can access with the ATM cards for any e ticket booking. This is disgusting..
                                    Please take the action and help us to make the needs and and Make use with the cards at a easier way.

                                      With ref to appended mail, still the branch is not disbursed the loan.
                                      They just go on postponing the disbursal.

                                      The branch has taken another Rs160000/-of FD towards the security of
                                      loan,evenafter the completion of all the formalities. Branch is not
                                      disbursing the loan.

                                      Due to the enormous delay in processing of loan we have already lost

                                      Dear Sir, Please refer my compaliant on 16/05/2011,still my brother
                                      loan is not disbursed,even after completion of documentation ( EM with
                                      noting at SRO- Khanapur was created on 06/06/2011 and completed all
                                      the documentation) Till now there is disbursment in the loan account.
                                      My father is tremendous pressure for the loan disbursement, kindly do
                                      the needful on urgent basis , B.santhosh Kumar. My earlier mail It is
                                      sad that I am giving a complaint against a my colleague banker , My
                                      Self B.Santhosh Kumar working as a Deputy Manager for Axis Bank-
                                      Nizamabad branch, My father Mr.B.Venkat Narsaiah applied a Education
                                      loan in the month of August-2010 in SBH- Khanapur ( Dist :Adilabad),
                                      We have completed all the documents for the loan.i.e. Legal Opinion
                                      and Valuation of collateral Property (Rs.10.00Lakhs as per the
                                      Puroshottam Rao valuation report dated 08/09/2010,Even the Govt value
                                      is Rs.13.60lakhs as per SRO- Khanapur ) and other documents like I 20.
                                      etc in the month of September-2010 first week, Till now the loan is
                                      not disbursed my brother Sanjay Bejjaram has applied for the education
                                      loan for the purpose of Commercial Pilot course in Philippines for
                                      Rs.10.00laksh. The loan is delayed by the Branch Manger by various
                                      reasons saying that, Audit Issues, Recovery Issues, After Few days he
                                      has issued a letter saying that we are going to finance the education
                                      loan for the applicant, He told that after the VISA processing only we
                                      will disburse loan, Based on that my brother has applied for VISA
                                      formalities, then he got VISA, Even at that crucial time also manager
                                      has assured and confirmed to me and my father we will complete the
                                      documentation and disburse the loan before my brother went to
                                      Philippines., But at the last time he has postponed and he has taken
                                      the Authorised Notary for brother signature, After that my brother is
                                      reached to Philippines country on Feb-2nd week 2011 and he has
                                      completed the admission formalities by paying the (Margin Money &
                                      other term fee)of Rs.16000USD from my father account. Even at that
                                      also he asked for the Fee Payment Receipt acknowledgement copy my
                                      brother has mailed the scan copy even branch manger personally talked
                                      with my brother. My Father Sri B.Venkat Narsaiah had a salary account
                                      from your bank from the last 20-25 years, He has availed 2-3times
                                      personal loans and paid within time. Presently he is pensioner account
                                      with your bank only A/C No: [protected], Even my father has fixed
                                      Deposits in your about 5-6 lakhs. At the time of application loan he
                                      has got about Rs.15.00lakhs of his pension money and he has kept the
                                      money his SB A/C only, He has paid Rs.8.00lakhs to my brother based on
                                      the assurance of branch manger. Personally I have visited the branch,
                                      made soft calls (SMS) to manger about the loan status ,Every time
                                      manager is saying that we will give the loan within 5-10 days and he
                                      is go on postponing the loan, In the month of December I have visited
                                      DGM office - Nizamabad I have met the Desk Officer Mr. Sohail or
                                      Ibrahim( I did not remember the exact name ( He has called the branch
                                      and enquired about the status of the loan). In the month of Dec-2010
                                      even my colleague (He is the Ex Employee of SBH- PARIGI and Myself
                                      enquired about the status of the loan in Zonal Office ,Adilabad, At
                                      that AGM is on leave. Myself and my father asked the branch manger
                                      about, If the bank needs any other Guarantor we are ready to provide
                                      HNI customers from our Khanapur mandal, I and my brother also ready to
                                      gurantee the loan. Due to delay in the process of loan my brother has
                                      to pay to another Rs.2.00lakhs for the course (Aviation Collage has
                                      increased Fee for Pilot Course) Sir, My father is about 58yr age , He
                                      has a Diabetic and BP due to this enormous delay in the process he has
                                      very much in pressure even I have personally requested and spoke to
                                      branch manger about his pressure levels. I have visited the branch
                                      recently on 09/05/2011 ,on the same DGM -Nizamabad has inspected the
                                      branch, I have requested the manager, Field Officer and told the
                                      situation of father at the time also manger has told me the same thing
                                      what he is saying from the last 8 months As a Co banker I can
                                      understand the situations, pressure levels of branch and I have
                                      convinced my father during the Internal Audits , Recovery season, Year
                                      End formalities. Etc.. I have deeply depressed to complain about my
                                      collegue banker, But I have no option sir, Kindly understand my
                                      situation and my father from the last 6-8 months , On basis
                                      humanitarian grounds and his health conditions plzzzzzz ,plzzzzzzzzzz
                                      do the needful, I am more worried about the father condition and his
                                      stress levels. I requested to do the needful of my Brother Education

Beed on date 22/1/2012 i had withdraw 7000/-rs. from HDFC bank atm at grant road mumbai (atm no.138)time 14:51pm.but transaction was failed and 7000/-rs deducted from my a/c.and also not receive receipt by atm machine .. so i request you refund my amount. i complent at home branch at majalgaon and complent no. is.AT[protected].. but upto i am not get the money back please check my detail and replay as soon as possible.
