Respected sir,
i am the customer of state bank of hyderabad My name is rajukumar kudikala my debit card No[protected]. My A/c no [protected]. want to register me on the SBH mobile sms alerts for all of my transactions&deposits

While SBH website claims to provide support to setup Dairy projects, I experience reality when i visited my local branch for a loan of 5 lakh rupees to setup a mini Diary unit. When i spoke to the Field officer & Manager, I had 1Lakh rupees in my account , 50k in my mothers account . My fathers Savings account has been with SBH for last few years. I was ready to give about 30 acres of land as security.

My requst for loan was not accepted and the manager asked me to deposit 2.5 lakhs as FD for 5 years. What kinda rule is this ? Such arm twisting tactics should not be entertained and strict action should be taken against this manager.


While governments make tall claims about giving support to farmers, these schemes are only on paper and do not reach the intended.

Very very disappointed with SBH and am going to close all my family accounts immediately.

it is to inform that my SBH ATM-cum-DEBIT card which was issued long back was not reading the pin , so on 20.5.11, I approached my banker and they gave me a form for issue of new ATM card and on the very same day I submitted with all required details for the same after contacting on [protected], in turn they gave me this No.[protected]. But, to my utter surprise till date I have not received the card. I request you to look into the matter and issue me the same.

Hello Sir,

My SBH ATM card is not getting accessed from last 10 days. When I approached local State Bank of Hyderabad, Yeddumailaram Branch Manager, She advised to block the ATM card and get the Ticket No. through Toll Free help line. The Toll Free help line numbers are not yet all getting connecting from last 10 days. Kindly arrange to resolve my problem, such that I can apply for issue of new ATM Card.

I have an account in SBH Vidyanagar. I use this account very rarely and I had Rs 2019.00 in the account in the month of Aug 2010. Wherein while I have taken a savings account I was intimated as Rs.1000 is the minimum balance for ATM and Cheque book So i have the enough amount. Recently when I have checked my account Rs.100 is getting deducted every last day of the month from October 2010. i.e From October 2010 to May 2011. When I called to enquire why amount is getting deducted: I got a reply saying rules has been changed from Aug 2010 as the minimum amount in the account has to be 2500.
I have asked them why they have not intimated me " Bank People replied as they cannot intimate every one and we should visit the bank and see the rules "
They have my Cellphone number as I use net banking they would have sent a SMS and even they have my email ID so they would have dropped me an email stating that rules has been changed. How come a customer will be knowing the rules with out intimating to them. almost Rs 800 got deducted with out intimating me.

I am working from monday - Saturday and I cannot visit bank to see the rules.How come a busy and working customer will be knowing when the rules has been changed. RS. 800 got deducted with an annotation (description): MIN BAL CHGS

Dear sir
I have a saving account in state bank of hyderabad, Branch kota, Rajasthan, Acc No [protected].on 28 apr 2011 bank debited rupees 2132/- as recovery charges for cheque returning and min balance charges,because i dont have any cheque return,after inquiry in bank many times they are not providing satisfactory information till now also not refunding my balance. so why should i suffer unnecessary without any reason. so please take the needful action.

As i went to the atm of Axis bank at Haiglines ( Risalabazar ) to withdraw money on 7 th of April 2011
as i entered the denomination of amount Rs 9000 as the ATM was ready for the money disbursement there was a power break down and the system went off and then within a period of time again it restarted and when
i again tried to withdraw the same amount i was astonished to see that amount of Rs 9000 been deducted from my account with this regard i complained to the atm accounts officer of Axis bank he told to contacts my parent bank that is SBH and put a complaint in this regard and i did the same but of no use as my complaint is put on on 8 th of April still now there no reversal of my amount back

I am the customer of SBH, China Amiram Branch, Bhimavaram and my SB account No: [protected]. I withdraw the amount of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) on 16.03.2011 from ATM at Bhimavaram II town SBI AD branch near More super market. But I could not get the cash from the ATM. The amount has been deducted from my account. Immediately I have been complaint to SBH China Amiram Branch on the same day, but still I did not get the cash. This cash is very important to me. Please credit the Rs.5000/- into my account.

I am Kareemuddin Altaf A/c No: [protected] branch Narsapur medak district. I have not been issued ATM card yet as my account has be opened nearly 18 months before. I approached the bank and applied for ATM card twice with ID proof. Still ATM card is not issued. I am resident of Hyderabad and a student of BVRIT college at Narsapur. It is very difficult to me to withdraw the amount from the bank.
So I request you to please issue me the ATM card.

on 18th of feb 2011 i drawan a sum of 1500/- at 6.30pm, immediately i got the reciept in which the balance was correct. But the next day i got a massage on my cell showing that there are two withdrawals of 1500/- on the same day and same time, which is incorrect. This i am taken into the consideration of bank account incharge with a written complaint , but till now , even though after spending a complete month , there no improvement in this case. And i think i lost my money. so please help me out in this regard.

Hi..
I am Hari Krishna R/o Saidabad, Hyderabad. I went to open a account in SBH on[protected], when I asked the employee for opening an account he didn’t replied any thing third time he replied come in next month, I said sir I am roaming to bank from last one week. Then he said go and open in the other banks in very rude manner. I decided to complain to manager of the bank. I went to his cabin he was not their I waited for manager in his cabin the same person who I came to complained, was the manager itself I was shocked and I thought whom should I complain now. I again politely asked the manager about the opening the account, he replied I said you na go and open in another bank there is no staff I can’t do anything. And he was shouting at me. Is that the way the manager of the bank should behave.
From last one week I was roaming to the bank to open the new account. I went on these days 05 sat /07 mon /11 fri /14mon - 03 -2011. They told staff member is in leave come on Monday I asked them the form and details they said no form nothing everything on Monday, I went on Monday 07 they said, the employee is in leave he may cum on Friday, again I went on Friday, again they said to cum on Monday and I met with the manager and with his rude behavior. He was talking like I was his servant not the customer. If the bank managers are like that how the bank will be just imagine. Being an educated person I faced so many problems. Imagine how illiterate and old age people will be.

I hope senior authority of SBH will look in to this matter and take required action to improve the customer service in the Gov banks. Or I think there is no responsible officer in SBH (STATE BANK OF HYDERABAD. ANDHRA PRADESH).

I am using internet banking.I have 1 saving and 3 loan acounts out of which 3 accounts can be seen but one loan account can not be seen.what can I do?

hello sir, this is raju from mancherial,i am working in orient cement as a electrical engineer last 2 years at devapur and also i have an account in sbh last 18months.i have applied for house-loan at sbh main branch mancherial ,
fisrt they told me u have arrange registration certificate, house construction permission letter,form-16,ownership certificate etc...after that i had taken all the certificates.they told me take the lawyer clearance certificate and clearance also given by the lawyer. they told me plz you start the construction,no problem your loan was sanction.after one month finally they told me you dont have pattaa for land.i said i have no patta for land,i said why your dont tell me for all the procedure,i have money loss and time waste what i do.but they told me your not a right person for house loan.nearly i spend the 9months for house loan.

When the incident happened there was a sum of Rs. 5760/- in my SBH Savings account.



On 09.09.2010 at 18.22 hrs I went to Corporation Bank A.T.M. Pochammamaidan to withdraw money from my SBH salary account. I punched the withdrawal amount as Rs. 5,200-00 but I did not received the money but the transaction slip showing error ‘TXN – TEMPORARILY – NOT-AVAILABLE ‘ .



Immediately I went to SBI ATM located at Pochammamaidan, Petrol bunk to withdraw the amount, I punched the withdrawal amount as 5,200 but received the error statement showing “Insufficient Funds” from my SBH Savings Account. I was puzzled and taken the mini statement and found a sum of Rs. 3000 was withdrawn from my savings account, showing the balance amount as Rs. 2760/-



The copies of the ATM slips of Corporation Bank along with mini statement of State Bank of India and State Bank of Hyderabad are enclosed.



Hence, it is requested to arrange to rectify the mistake and arrange to pay the above amount of Rs.3,000-00 wrongly shown in the statement as already drawn which was never drawn please. Ever grateful to you sir,

A SBI acrd drop box is placed inside the State Bank of Hyderabad, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Earlier even on sundays the security was allowing to drop the cheque. However today ie 06.02.11 I was obstructed by the security and his manners & behaviours was very bad. Kindly attend to this and I recommend for behavioural upgradation trainning for this person to convert him from callous to smart.
