Unethical and unhelpful attitude of SBH manager

While SBH website claims to provide support to setup Dairy projects, I experience reality when i visited my local branch for a loan of 5 lakh rupees to setup a mini Diary unit. When i spoke to the Field officer & Manager, I had 1Lakh rupees in my account , 50k in my mothers account . My fathers Savings account has been with SBH for last few years. I was ready to give about 30 acres of land as security.

My SBH ATM card is not getting accessed from last 10 days. When I approached local State Bank of Hyderabad, Yeddumailaram Branch Manager, She advised to block the ATM card and get the Ticket No. through Toll Free help line. A SBI acrd drop box is placed inside the State Bank of Hyderabad, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Earlier even on sundays the security was allowing to drop the cheque. However today ie 06.02.11 I was obstructed by the security and his manners & behaviours was very bad. Kindly attend to this and I recommend for behavioural upgradation trainning for this person to convert him from callous to smart....
