    I am customer of state bank of hydrabad my a/c. no is [protected].AT Mjalgaon dist. Beed on date 22/1/2012 i had withdraw 7000/-rs. from HDFC bank atm at grant road mumbai (atm no.138)time 14:51pm.but transaction was failed and 7000/-rs deducted from my a/c.and also not receive receipt by atm machine .. so i request you refund my amount. i complent at home branch at majalgaon and complent no. is.AT[protected].. but upto i am not get the money back please check my detail and replay as soon as possible.

      I have a vehicle loan in State Bank of hyderabad Paithan branch. The loan has completed 2 years out of its 5 years tenure. I have not been a single defaulter in paying the EMI and regularly paid all the EMI till date.

      The bank has increased the rate of interest 2-3 times in the span of 2 years but there has been no notification from the bank regarding the rate of interest change.

      This change of interest rate has caused a due of[protected] rupees on my current loan amount. The bank is forcing me to pay the due amount.

      The bank should have notified my with the new rate of interest rate along with the new EMI so that the penalty due could have been avoided.

      This penalty amount would reflect in my credit history, this will also act blocker for any of my future bank formalities like homeloan etc.


      I want that the bank should waive off the penalty and should keep my credit history clear.

      State Bank of hyderabad is a well reknowned bank, but the bank failed to fullfill customer satisfaction. The bank is violating RTI for its customer.

I am already received ATM from you. but unfortunatly I missed the Card. I am already given a written complient at that branch of Bhongir. but their response is not satisfy for me. So. please see the complaint and rectify my problem and sanction me another ATM.

          This may not be a complaint but the approach and rules of SBH towards customer needs are so dissatisfying.

          To change a mobile number of for sms alerts they cost 150/-.

          To change the address of dispatch for bank related documents 150/-.

          Every thing that can be made easy are tough in Statebank groups it seems. For every small thing that a customer needs, such as mobile number updating, forgot profile password or login password and to get new passwords and so on, a hardcopy of document should be submitted.

          I don't understand what are they going to do with a hardcopy of doc I submit.

          Govt bank. Govt Salary. Either work or do not work. will get salary. Until the approach changes they cannot change their business attitude.

          Let them think why people are opting for Private sector banks. The only thing is userfriendlyness of the banks transactions and internet facilities is the main reason.

          I am not sure about the banks other approaches.
          In my town almost 200-300 people come in and go out of the bank every hour for transactions. Their is only one account pay-in slip counter for the whole bank. If there is a account transaction to be done in the bank, I should take a half day leave to complete it. Almost 50 peolpe will be in queue at peak times and days waiting. Even then there will be no change in the banks operation.

          Internet banking have so much to be rebuilt or make user friendly changes.

              I have taken vehicle loan from your RACPC branch in August 2010,since then i am paying the EMI through ECS as per the mandate given by RACPC branch and submited to my bank, the payment is happend through ECS from september 2010 to October 2011 ,

              on 14/11/2011 , RACPC Branch ,recovery section has issued a notice (F/RACPC/RECOVERY) stating that ”dishonour of electronic clearing service on account of -reasons ”MISCELLANEOUS (tobe specified)” ,and also telephoned to me from RACPC , based on the notice i have paid by cheque ,since November 11 to May 2012 ,the ECS is dishonouring and i am receiving the notice on monthly base and telephoning the RACPC branch & Banjara Hills branch to me for dishonour of ECS for miscellaneous reasons , i request them serveral times to see the reason of return of ECS but they have simly ignored my request and sending notice and charging Rs.100/- to my car loan A/c.[protected].when i contacted my branch , they informed that the ECS mandate is expired ie. it is from september 2010 to September 2011, which is base less and negligence on the part of RACPC,

              Now my request is to reverse the charges (Notice issue chares Rs.100/- charged monthly from November 2011 to May2012), as it is the mistake of the branch not informing the ECS expiry and not arranging fresh ECS madate and sending notice in spite of several telephone calls and requests to the branch .

                when i tried to withdraw rs 5000 from my a/c [protected] on 16th MAY around 0900 pm from the CPRPORATION BANK atm SECUNDRABAD at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
                but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                sir i have already given the complain to theSBH SURYAPET but till now no any reply come not the money .

                        My name is Pulle Krishna Murthy. My age is 84 years. I am a retired Municipal Corporation Executive and drawing pension from SBH municipal Corporation branch, Visakhapatnam(branch code 721).My account number is [protected]. Due to my age ,health, and summer heat , I am not to able to go to SBH branch.
                        With great difficulty I have gone to the SBH Muncipal Corporation,Visakhapatnam branch for replacement of ATM card. I wish to tell my experience with the branch.
                        I am utilizing ATM facility from a long time.The card issued to me is in bad condition and the Magnetic Strips are damaged.I asked your bank staff to replace the card with a new one as it is not working.
                        They replied that I have to register a complaint to the toll free number of BANK that this old card is lost. Then only they will replace the card. Another surprise thing that SBH staff told that the bank will collect charges for lost card and for replacement of new card.I asked your people that old card is not lost, it is damaged. There is no necessity to register as lost. I am ready to surrender. The staff expressed great difficulty to mark that the old card as surrendered.The staff can mark in their system that the old card is surrendered. But they have not done.This shows the laziness of the staff.
                        Is there is any rule/law that If a customer denying service at the branch level.? Is your branch higher officials are giving in that way to the branches? How your people are denying to register the old card as surrendered at the branch premises? Any higher official of the bank ever noticed this type of service at the branch.?
                        The staff simply replied that we have follow their procedure only. Then only we will get a new card.
                        O.K . due my age , though my health is not permitting me to do so, I have tried for an hour to register with the toll free number. It is always busy. I am unable to convey the same to the toll free number.
                        I contacted your branch and expressed the difficulty. They simply replied that we have to try for hours and there is no second option.The staff are very discourteous and not serving the OLDPEOPLE like me.
                        They do not care about customers.
                        At this age it is not possible for me to Visit the branch again. Hence I request you to tell your Branch staff to come and collect the old ATM card and replace with a new one.

                        Respected Sir, dr br ambedkar open university jublihills sbh branch service is very poor... in that branch not responding any staff to public... branch manager also not responding any complaints... that all staff not giving respect to public... and also poor computer skills, poor communication skills...
                        As such there is no mechanism to block your card at the branch itself. Even if that is done by force your present and all future cards will not work enmass. Further a new card request maybe raised at the branch irrespective of your first card being blocked or not. So the branch can go a head in booking a new card. But as per the banks record you are holding two cards (you can have any number of cards with different PINs). So for holding two cards an amount of 200 Rs I.e 100 for each account will be deducted from your SB AC in the month of march as annual maintenance fee. So it is advisable to block your damaged or mutilated card by informing the help line no[protected] or[protected] + 4 press to 4 to get reponse in Telugu. If the old card is blocked after the new Card is received and activated there is a danger of blocking the new card instead of the damaged card. So it is better to get your old card blocked at the help line. This help line facility is provided to block you card on the go from any where in India so that you may not loose any money if you loose your card also. So please follow the staffs instruction in this regard. with out knowing the reasons behind it, Many people are un-knowingly paying for 2 or more cards even though they are using single card . Because no one has informed to block the old cards, you are lucky in this regard. So please get your old card blocked at the help line and book your new card at the branch by paying its fee 200 rs
                        Use feed back page on sbhyd.co.in press control+F search for feedback on sbhyd.co.in/ Also insist on providing mobile banking from the bank staff in all state banks. If this is not provided raise the level complain to Br manager, AGM, DGM, GM raise the level every time if your request is not heard to. Insist on providing BCSBI rules in Telugu all your rights (HAQU-LU) are provided in it.

                          I Koteswararao M having Savings Bank a/c in Statebank of hyderabad, A/c no:[protected], went to HDFC ATM located Dondapatry in Vizag city & entered amount Rs.2000/- to draw dt 15th March-12, but transaction failed & amount shown Rs.2000/- Deducted from my account. I approached Statebank of Hyderabad, Dwarakanagar Br in Vizag city in same day, and explaind about my suitation, they told that you should approach your Home branch.

                          How is it possible to come to Hyderabad ( my home br is Gunfoundry, SBH main br) to & fro charges are RS.1500/-.

                              The top management of SBH is too characterless and mean in addition to be involved
                              in many scams, frauds and corruption activities , for which I have all the
                              evidences. If eexposed to public, no person send their daughters and sisters to
                              join the Bank. I have a long list of characterless officials with ladies name to
                              whom they have/had sexual relations and every one in the Bank is aware about these
                              facts. How innocent lady employees are misused for their helplessness in the Bank
                              for placements and promotion. More than 30% of ladies are prey to top officials.
                              Even soome sweepers are also not spared. I have a lot of information about their
                              involvement with call girls , prostitutes, lady employees etc. in three to five
                              star hotels, guest houses and even one GM was caught red handed with a lady
                              mmmanager in H.O in day time in objectionable position. Similarly some CGM and M.D
                              were caught with some lady employees. Senior Laison Officer says that any problem
                              of any one can be resolved provided yoou arrange for a lady and wine for a night.
                              One Bachelor Bengali GM was badly known for call girls in his flats provided by
                              the Bank. One GM caught s foreigner lady in swimming puul of five star hotel in
                              Jaipur and the news was in paper. There are hundreds of such stories known to most
                              of the employees of the Bank and outsiders. I am putting this information on
                              internet also so that the innocent ladies should get protection from these wild
                              animals and criminals.

                              Already I have brought to the notice of many about the India' biggest Banking
                              scam of more than Rs.25000 cr for which I have produced all the evidences. I have
                              brought all the facts to the notice of P.M, CVC, Supreme Court, other concerned
                              people but all are sleeping and now I will expose them myself by bringing the
                              facts to the notice of public so that they should also know about the most
                              irresonsible officials sitting in top position in this country. I trust truth will
                              win ultimately.

                                  iam P.RAVI KIRAN KUMAR having sbh account [protected] in nizamabad main branch & also having mobile banking. ihave recharged my airtel mobile [protected] on 24/3/2012 with RS 222 through mobile banking,the recharge was failed.but the amount was deducted from my account.till now i havn't received the amount of rs 222.kindly return my amount

                                    SUB: CASH NOT DISBURSED BUT AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

                                    I NIKHIL SUDA holding savings bank account with SBH, Kakatiya University branch, Warangal -Dist, Andhra Pradesh, A/C No. [protected].
                                    On 03.03.2012 @ 17:35 hrs Nearly, I have drawn an amount of Rs. 300/-, Rs.300/- totaling an amount of Rs. 600/-, from ANDHRA BANK , SR NAGAR BRANCH ATM, But the transition was not successful. but total Rs. 600/- amount debited from my account. So i request please total amount credit to my account.
                                    This is my second complaint regarding this issue , So Please Rectify my problem.

                                    I K.GYANESHWAR holding savings bank account with SBH, KAVADIGUDA SECUNDRABAD branch, , Andhra Pradesh, A/C No. [protected]
                                    On 16.03.2012 @ 7:35 AM Nearly, I have drawn an amount of Rs. 400/-, from, ATM 7784 ANDHRA BANK-220 HYDERABAD-II A IN IDPL BRANCH ATM, But the transition was not successful. but total Rs. 400/- amount debited from my account. So i request please total amount credit to my account.
                                    This is my second complaint regarding this issue, So Please Rectify my problem.DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      This is Bhaskarreddy.P my sbh Acc.No: [protected] and my Branch is Nakrekal . On 07-march-2012 evening i did a transaction of 2000rs in HDFC bank ATM at SR.NAGAR (HYD) . My transaction was unsuccessful because of network problem . But next day when i checked my balance, that 2000rs is not reflecting in my account. As i am a student because of this problem, i'm facing my financial problems . So i kindly request you to please verify the transactions and do need full help to me ASAP......

                                      This is G.Ravinder. my sbh Acc.No: [protected] and my Branch is Jangaon, Dist:Warangal . On 30-April-2012 evening i did a transaction of 3000rs, again 1500rs with drawa in SBH bank ATM at NAGOL (HYD) . But next when i checked my balance, that shows TWO Times 3000 rs drawal (reflecting) in my account.here I Attached atm statements, As i'm facing my financial problems . So i kindly request you to please verify the transactions and do need full help to me Sir.

                                        hi, my name is G.U.Giri Prasad. account number is [protected]. i withdrawl an amount 5500/- from vijaya bank ATM(ATM ID is SVD144801) on 02/03/2012 at time 20:02. but i didn't get the money 5500/-, the amount is debited from my account. The transaction number is 3373 and response code is 070. please credit the amount 5500/- to my account as soon as possible.
                                        So I request you to kindly check & verify this particular transaction & Credit the same amount to my SBH A/c. I will be highly obliged
