    I deposited 31 thousand rupees in cdm machine in bhongir opposite veerabhadra shopping mall.. Machine has taken my 62*500=31000... But amount was not credited. And no receipt has came from the machine.. I went to sbh branch bhongir.. But manager dharmendra was not solving my issue.. I was going to bank from past 17 days.. Kindly check and respond as soon as possible..

      I had made 2 withdrawals of rs 5000 each on 18/07/2018 (18th july 2018) 10:57 am, but not cash was dispensed. Rs 10, 000 was debited from my account. I have not received the money back to my account till date. Tried contacting branch manager / help line free toll no, but no assistance received. Need the money urgently and running out of patience. Appreciate urgent help in crediting rs 10, 000/- to my account.

        This is bring you to the notice of a rude, ill mannered behaviour of your lady staff at sbh nallakunta branch (Mrs jyothi). Today i. E on 30 july 2018, i went to bank to pay dd in favour of telangana state pharmacy council of rupees 530 to get my pharmacist certificate. For that she made me wait for 4 hrs and more over she treated me very badly. I request you to take immediate action on her to maintain my relationship with sbh

        Nallakunta branch sbh bank offers worst service, I can understand bank employees will be in a pressure but it is the basic moral duty of the employee to guide the customer.None of the employee will give the proper response not even the manager!!!

          i am an account (a/c no. [protected]) holder of your branch at prahaladpuram since 2012.

          As i have to submit tds to income tax deptt. I approched your bank.

          Your bank has given a tds certificate for rs.13404/- but my auditor found that a total of rs.1161/- has been deducted as a tax.

          On observation i found that rs.10, 019/- has been debited to my recurring deposit account ( tax deducted on previous interest) which is not shown in the tds certificate and showing in total amount deducted. But this amount is not reflected in it deptt.

          When i contacted my auditor he found that only rs.1161/- has been deducted towards tax and said that how can he submit the statement to income tax deptt. Your staff at branch is reckless and no one gives proper answer and not able to resolve the problems faced by customer or bank. There is one lady clerk is very nice and attend the problem and she also not able to solve the problem.

          Sir, my age 72 years. I have been running to your bank around 11/12 days for this purpose only to refictify the problem but invain. When tax department shows only rs.1161/- where the balance amount has gone. This is ridiculous situation.

          Either the amount should show in tax deptt. Or in my account.

          Please look into the matter and do the needful as the last date for submission tds certificate is approaching very fast.(31.07.2018). If the problem is not solved the entire amount should be credited or i will be forced to...

          You bank is responsbile for any false deduction and should hold responsbile.

          An early action is solicited.

          I CONTACTED YOUR BRANCH 21296 (PRAHALADPURAM) BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL.

          OF RECENTLY I FIND THAT FUND TRANSFER OF RD(RECURRING DEPOSIT) NO.[protected] IS MISSING FROM FUNDS TRANSFER PAGE.

          I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE BANK. THE BANK OFFICIALS ARE NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMERS WOES AND THEY USED TO TELL COME TOMORROW, TOMORROW...BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE OR RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

          I HAVE BEEN TO YOUR BANK SEVERAL TIMES ( SINCE JUNE : FOR TDS CERTIFICATE OF LAST QUARTER AND ISSUANCE OF FULL TDS DEDUCTIONS).

            I opened a account 8n sbi humayunagar mehdipatnam branch and deposited cheque its almost a month the amount got debited from payee account but it still not credited in my accounts i m getting a call from another sbi check department and they are saying my account is STILL NOT ACTIVE THEY ARE UNABLE TO CREDIT whether it will be take more than a 1 month ???                 ISSUE OBSERVED WITH State Bank Of Hyderabad - Ponnur Branch(20792)
                A/C Holder: SPOORTI BOYAPATI- A/C No:[protected] (Cont.:[protected])
                1. FORM 15G submitted at bank and confirmation received on Mobile stating "Your Form 15G for PAN XXXXX8018L is received on 05/05/17 at PONNUR with code no. 20792".
                2. TDS made @20% on the FD's which is not permissible if 15G submitted.
                3. Written Complaint raised at Branch on 24.04.2018 regarding Faulty TDS made - replied that the System not accepting 15G.
                4. The TDS made is not traceable in bank records and as well not updated in income tax records of Form 26AS
                5. Written Complaint made regarding non traceable amount on 30-JUN-2018 but no resolution as the written complaint is misplaced by bank authorities asking for online complaint.
                6. There after for every complaint online with the attached documents of 15G received confirmation messages, 15G submitted docs and the response is "15G not received at branch" but the same bank confirmed on 05May2017 that they received 15G.
                7. The issue has been escalated from Bank manager to the AGM & GM level and they still keep the issue pending with no resolution.

                Please take necessary action to resolve the issue in finding the non-traceable amounts.

                        Costumer take main part in banking not bankers.
                        If this banking is irresponsible, then why government is using public funds in vein.
                        These banks close before 4 and start after 10.30 which is not actual time.

                          The person in this bank who operated for the clearance of the cheque transactions never does it on time, we must be on his back for the work to be done, he is so lethargic and rude in his behaviour that he clearly forces us to go for other banks to complete the work, they never care about the customers, this has happened many times now. I always have to stay in the bank to complete the process leaving all my other works, just to transfer the amount to back, if we left the bank and not returned by afternoon the process will no doubt be done by next day only, please note that there will not be any errors or something, we just need to remind them every 10 min just to do their work that's the kind of work they do and they are being paid for this work. Instead please appoint some jobless and worthfull candidates so that they can do their work and inturn gets our work done with ease.

                            My account number [protected]having in sbh mahabubnagar main branch. Iam a govt employee and i need of personal loan. I went to ask loan and the account manager g ramesh was not interested in dealing with customer and when i explained my need he is simply saying not eligible as my documents all are clear. When i went to lady manager she told we will give u loan after seeing documents she told to come next week when i went on 4th june both managers are aggressively shouting and when i told in writing give me the reason why you are rejecting my loan what ever you want to do go we will not give u the reason in writing. When i told i close my account they are saying close. This show how they are irresponsible and not caring customers. Iam a well educated and i am in education field and this managers are behaving with me rudely what about the common man position. I wanted to bring to your notice. Hope u will try to solve my problem sir.

Mi and my mother visit this bank last 3 month but till time not solve my problem today i am meet them to manager but manager tell mi dc manager leave on 8 days then so not complete your work in 8 days i am asking the why not this person work send in other person so that this person not right answer to mi and tell me the wrong language...

                                Respected sir, I Icon multiservices Parbhani through, its proprietor V N Wadgaonkar, MY cc A/C no[protected] in SBH br.Basmat Road PBN IFSC code SBIN0021054, my cheque no.583779 Date.29/04/2014 had wrongly getting by owner of CC A/c no.[protected], duplicat signature & stamp &transfer to his a/c Rs.85000/- & Maneger name is Karanjgikar & he had not verified the sign & Stamp of my office and cleared the cheque fraudly and wrongly, so after that i had went in the concern bank and inquiry about it but the B M has not given the proper explaination about the clearing of fraud signature and duplicate stamp on the my cheque, hence considering facts take proper action against A/c.Holder and Br.Maneger and give me justice of my financial loss.

                                  Dear sir i am old customer of your bank since 8 year. Last year our bank field officer told me to submit application forn for new cash credit account. I was submitted the form and follow all the procedure. Then after he told me for valluation report and search report. L was also done that valluation done search done and after that the officer gone on transfer from our branch and then after new manager also came and that manger yet not done my work. And also not giving me correct answer about my cash credit account. What can i do pls tell me

                                    I had visited sbh jangareddygudem branch in west godavari district andhrapradesh for withdrawal of money from my savings account. The treatment/service provided bank officials was worst and they didnt even bother and keep on passing me to next cubicle till last for copule of times. As our father of nation mahatma gandhi said customer is god and they are not disturbing your work. They are purpose of your work. So please guide your employees to serve the customers with patience and help them in friendly manner

                                      1) i deposited 3500 rupees in deposit machine but 1000 rs were not taking the machine.1000 rupees money came back but 2500 rs was in machine.
                                      2) 2500 rupees was deposited in machine is not credited to target account.

                                        I have went to sbi cormandal branch they took 2 hrs and not even taking care of the customers and they are very lazy and neglected and they are just time passing with phone and chit chating with colleagues mainly the service manager of sbi cormandal branch and its been a week they dnt even updated my phone number. This is the way they are treating customers. Please take a strict action on the service manager.
