      I Laxman Kontham a/c holder of sbh garimilla branch #####302233.i have been mentaining by ac with balance of 3200₹ .but still a total amount of ₹35 have been debited from account MAB SB on 31/12/2017.
      Even after maintaining minimum balance how can amount be debited from my account.

            I am not able to pay the EMI online as the IFSC code of your bank seems to have changed/removed by RBI. The error message i received is "This transaction cannot be completed as the payee bank IFSC code has been changed/removed by RBI. Please delete the payee and re-register with correct IFSC code.” My repeated attempts to pay the amount online have gone in vain.
            I have not received minimum communication from the bank to align the payment on alternative modes. I have been representing the same with the Nodal officer and other officials in the escalation matrix, but not body seems to be concerned nor even looking at the mail escalations.
            I have mailed to '[protected]@sbhyd.co.in'; '[protected]@sbhyd.co.in'; '[protected]@sbhyd.co.in', but no body responded till date.
            I stay out of Hyderabad and it is not parctically possible for me to travel to Hyderabad only for this purpose. My umpteen representations and esclalations online have not been heard.
            Meanwhile we have received a call from one representative who claimed that he is from SBH collections and spoke very rudely. He did not even give time to narrate the problem.
            This is very callous of the bank and its officials and regular payers like us cannot be penalized due to their laziness.
            I am very concerned about my CIBIL score because of this default in payment since 3 months. I need immediate resolution from SBH and correction at CIBIL's end.

              I was happy to receive a call today itself from [protected] who claimed to be from SBH. He asked me the issues and before i could even state the grievance, he disconnected the call. The issue was not even heard.

              My repeated calls to that number were not answered.

              So, status quo! no resolution

              On Saturdays it's not providing vouchers to withdraw money from bank and they are saying on Saturdays money can be withdrawn only by ATM cards or credit card.

                I am usha sree, account holder of sbi & sbh frompast 10 years.

                I received a fraud call to my mobile (3pm 14nov2017) and said sbi and sbh accounts are merging and they have mentioned and account no's sbi: [protected], sbh: [protected] and recent transactions made by me. They mentioned once the merging is done you will get reward points.

                I have provided the otp details which caused rs20, 000 transaction in each card into someone's airtel money.

                I have blocked my card after the instance and requested to keep the amount on hold. Please trace the account the amount went and do the needful.

                My question is how can the kyc details of a customer is compromised in sbi & sbh, how they know i hold two accounts, how they know my recent transactions.
                How can the third person know the account number, recent transaction details.
                Please recovery my amount as early as possible.

                  I'm happy with connecting bank which is among best in india.
                  As they stated me that we are not responding yours or anyone's atm application said we will aply you don't come.
                  They behaving rude & disrespectful even though manager also supporting there staff.
                  I can understand there situation as they have lots of costumer but when everytime we stand in line for 2-3 hours & then also if they not proceed it's been kind of insult though.

                  I have submitted my account request at Vijayawada and they sent to Sangareddy SBH now it is SBI .I asked and submitted required documents in vi no counter she told me that work will completed with 15 days you come after 15 days is it correct or nor this happened today that is[protected] .can you tell it is correct or not.

                    I've submitted an application at sbh, ifsc code:- sbhy0020564, state bank of hyderabad, hyderabad on 06/11/2017. The concerning officer stated that, it would be done by same evening. When i sent my people to check the status on 09/11/2017, he as informed that, it would be done by 13/11/2017. Till now, its not been taken care!

                    Bank doesn't respond to call made to[protected]. Its so pathetic and worst customer experience ever! Sbh / sbi doesn't understand what is the meaning of 'customer service' and keeping on giving 'false' promises.

                    Request the appellate to take necessary actions to correct the practices and procedures.

                            A month ago i applied for the new atm card. It came to my home by post but no one was present at at that movement so it got returned. After that i again went to bank and told them that the card came but it was returned since no one was at home to receive, then they said to apply again, and now it is 25 days since i applied.
                            There is no response from the bank side and i din't receive any sms that the application is submitted for the new atm card. I hope the bank will take attention to this complain and solve this problem

                                      Details and date of transaction are imps[protected]mo58489447 on 7 aug 2017. The amount has not reached either sender or receiver.in this regard i have given a complaint on 14 aug 2017.
                                      But for the complaint which i have given, they told that my complaint has been attended and closed as: transaction initiated with the reference number imps[protected] has successfu on aug 08 2017. But both the statements from sender and receiver shows that the money has not credited.
                                      Finally i am submitting the transaction details copy for both my account as well as receivers account for your kind perusal.
                                      Now home branch is not in a position to receive my complaint.

                                      When I call customer care they are telling to contact Home Branch.And even they have sent a mail copy also to contact home branch. But when i contacted Bank Manager, SBH sullurpeta (SBIN0021167), She is not in position to listen at least my complaint.And straightly telling that it is none of their business and told to complaint complaint cell. It has been more than 50 days. and i hope my amount will be refunded.

                                        They are unable to accept a small application also instead of accepting just they are sending to next by next counters i think next by next counters i spended a1hr time just to submit application.
