I have availed a loan from sbh, beed. I have been writing concern authority to provide me the interest certificate for the year of 2017-18 (Current year). My bank is not giving me the mentioned certificate in order to avail income tax benefits for the current years. It will be nice if you can process my complaint against concern authority. Tavaragera branch is one of the worst branch i had ever seen. Not even respond to the issue. the manger is fully engaged with other works make customers to wait. no good management, no facility,
The manager's behavior with costumers is very poor. the manager behave is like grubby and angrily respond to the costumers. she behaves the comers are all her staff. what kind of branch was that? Is this is the standard of sbh or now sbi?...

Sir i have booked one railway ticket from irctc and paid the amount of rs. 656.50 from my account no.[protected] through the axis bank bhim upi on 25/05/2017. Subsequently i have cancelled the ticket. The status of irctc showing that the amount of rs.580/- reversed to my bank account through the axis bank gateway from where i have paid. But even after making n number of mails right from president of india to customer care of irctc, sbh upi and axis bhim upi. Finally the matter reported to director of public grievances, govt. Of india. Today the dy. Secretary, dpg told by phone that the amount has been reversed to the sbh through the axis bank. But so for no amount has been refunded. I gave complaint in your bank branch but nothing has been done. I have all recorded mails which sent by the dy. Secretary, dpg, today in which it is clearly mentioned that the amount has been sent by the axis bank to sbh (Now sbi) branch from where the amount has been paid. But i have taken the statements of the both the banks and seen that there is no such amount of rs.580/- credited to my sbh account. Please take action.

Don't have proper timings.. Opens by 11am nd closed by before 4pm. No respect towards consumers. No proper counters for deposits. Having tea everyone at a time while the consumers waiting for them. You can't even get a single person positive rating on this bank. Every bank employee has ego's. No.1 worst bank in india. Better remove this branch from here

I done my online payment towards tspsc forest department exam, but the payment was unsuccessful and money rs 200.59 debited from my account and in tspsc site they showing payment was unsuccessful so i requested to you please send back my amount regarding this problem. Im mohammadrafi with account no : [protected] ifsc code: sbhy0020459, i have account since 2010 in that branch, due to financial problems i maintained with low amount, now god grace im able to run the account, as it was long time i used so forgtr the details of my netbanking. For that reason i have visited the home branch then manager said to close the account other wise make a transfer to my home town branch. I opened the account by using college details in the year 2010 but how can do i need to close or make a transfer of the account. At the same time she said my date of birth was wrong in net banking system my questions are:

1. Who submitted the data of birth details in net banking earlier?
2. How can bank manager can say to close the account?
In which situation she can inform to close?

My s. B account no is [protected]. I have taken annual account statement for one year on 23.08.2017 for the period from 01.03.206 to 28.02.2017. For single copy for one year annual account statement four auto deductions are made from my s. B account. Amount auto deducted is rs.354 +rs.236+rs.236+rs.236 i. E total rs.1062/-. Kindly credit excess amount recovered to my s. B account.

Iam sivagopalakrishna vemula. Accountant holder at stata bank of hyderabad gurazala branch, guntur dist, andhra pradesh state. I am faced so many problems in my bank, somany times my amount will be deducted unreasonally, yesterday rs 92/- will be deducted unreasonally. I will cal to my bank they will quick silent and i will contact to sbh customercare number[protected] anyone not answer my question and not responding and the number is not working sometimes. This is not correct this is the 3rd time to decuct my account (1st time 100 2nd time 100). I see, i have all call records and proofs, i will take to consumer forum next time if it happend. Sbh hanmakonda chowrasta branch is one of the worst branch i had ever seen. Not even respond to the issue. My mother applied for debit card for five times now still we cantt able to get it. Message to the mobile also we requested many times. Staff is fully engaged with their mobiles nd they make customers to wait. I had never seen branch manager their, no good management, no facility, not even they have generators, they say that they dont oil in their generators, what kind of branch was that? Is this is the standard of sbh or now sbi?

I am mrs. M. Mounika am apply dd for my education study certicate purpose. But in sbh dichpally branch they are not giving dd. He said dd is not available in my branch so please contact another sbh branch. So, we went to another branch they are also said only you are dd apply in your home branch here not accapted. So what i do tell me sir/madam

Try to with draw rs 5000 from hdfc atm e1acvz02 on 170817 at 12:10 hrs at viskapatnam but money not came out and suddenly atm shut down. At that time i got a message that rs 5000 amount deducted with txn#[protected] and hdfc atm no e1acvz02. I was waited for 3days but rs 5000 money not return to my account with in 3days please verify and do need full.

But rs. 1400000 has been blocked as lien amount. My account is savings account. And kindly provide me details of this lien amount. Why this much 1400000 has been blocked as lien amount. If it is errorneously blocked, kindly release the same as i need money for my family medical treatment

I had saving and home loan account at sbh hydrabad now sbi, adinath nagar, bibwewadi, pune.
1. Home loan rate of interest changes for this bank called for bond of 500/- that also submitted but still after 2 months rate of interest doesnot changed.
2. Whenever i m calling / sms/ email communication regarding change in rate of interest and interest certificate every time manager gives answer that on monday it will change.
Let me know how much monday should required still same answer receive.

I ramesh kulkarni (Son of kamlabai kulkarni). We have to update mobile number to above account. Right now we are staying to satara, to update mobile number we need to go latur branch. We went and done the proper process to update mobile number. Latur branch employee told its done successfully. But still updation not completed. Customer care again saying you need to go latur branch and update the same. For mobile number updation again not possible to go home branch. No one is helping out for the same.
