On 27.09.2013 I had been to state bank of india Dombivili west 421202Maharashtra to remit Rs.4000/ in my own account in Tamilanadu Branch.. The amount was refused to accept by saying to produce the debit card a.t.m, I showed the card belongs to the same bank of another account .After a few hour before closing I met the service Manager who was not available before .I was told ' as First answer my question, do you have green card, do you know RBI guidelines, Without green card the remittance was not possible and to get the same the pan card and one photo are must it will take one hour I was told. The core banking facility is of no use ?. For a remittance by cash in self account have all these as per sbi dombivilli west branch .I witnessed many customers returned with their cash without effecting the remittance .But to my surprise the same was done in MUMBAI MAIN BRANCH within 10 minutes.Separate rules for dombivili sbi west branch? Most of the public prefer other private banks for these reasons..

    Oear Sir,
    I sincerely being the following facts to your kind notice:-
    On 11th May, 2013 my father took my debit card in order' to withdraw
    Rs 10, 000/- from State Bank of India, Branch ATM machine, ( ATM 10 - HFEC-
    [protected] Saurabh Vihar, Jaitpur Road, Badarpur, New Oelhi-44. He punched
    requisite details on ATM machine and gave a command for withdrawal
    Rs 10, 000/-. Unfortunately, ATM machine stopped working abruptly and my
    father did not get Rs 10, 000/- from the machine. My father lodged the
    complaint with IerCI Bank Customer Care Services vide complaint 10 No.
    [protected] on the same day i.e. u" May, 2013. After 15 days I got a message
    from Customer Care Authorities of IerCI Bank that the cash of Rs 10, 000/- had
    been withdrawn. The amount of Rs 10, 000/-has been debited in my saving
    account bearing No.[protected] on 11th May, 2013. Thereupon, I lodged a
    complaint with Branch Manager, ICIer Bank, Noida on 27th May, 2013. Besides,
    my father lodged a complaint with Ms Rashmi Fauzdar, Banking Ombudsman in
    Reserve Bank of India, Sansad Marg, New Delhi on 13th September, 2013. At the
    end of the day, ICICI Bank authorities repudiated their liability of Rs 10, 000/-
    vide their letter No. CSQG/[protected]/2013-14 dated 21.8.2013. The copies of
    relevant documents are enclosed herewith for your kind consideration please.
    In view of the facts mentioned above, I sincerely request your organization to
    .Iook into my problem and get it resolved at the earliest.

      Respecter sir, I am uday kumar jana having a SB account with number([protected]) in SBI at NTR Marg Branch amalapuram, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mobile number to [protected] pl.         We went for opening the locker in SBI Maharajpur branch Ghaziabad. Lockers were available & all the documents ( ID Proof, Rs-100/-stamp paper ) verified by concerned person but Branch Manager deny to provide locker, saying that first we have to take one SBI LIFE INSURANCE Policy, then only they give us Locker.           Dear Sir/Madam, On 4th Sep 2013 I purchased two mobile phones from the mobile store on 6 months and 12 months EMIs. The transaction was made on SBI visa credit card. The card statement of 5th Sep'13 stated that I need to make a full payment of INR 86, 998. When I contacted the SBI cards, they informed that on 6th Sep the EMI has been claimed by the mobile store and I need not make any payment. On 19th Sep I called again to verify what they said before and this time they said that I need to make the payment of minimum due amount which was INR 4349.93. I made a payment of INR 4350.00 on 23rd Sep and on 25th Sep shockingly I found an amount of INR 86, 998 has been debited from my savings account to which the credit card is linked. I immediately called the customer care and asked for a clarification. Ms. Priya, the customer service executive said that since my credit card is an auto debit one so the whole amount has been charged against my savings account on the due date of payment. That was a news to me as I never opted for an auto debit option. Because to my knowledge requesting for an auto debit requires one to fill up a downloaded requisition form called "SBI group direct debit mandate" and along with that a verification statement from my bank is required to be sent to the SBI cards office. All these I never did and neither were all these explained to me when I applied for a credit card. This is a clear breach of conduct of SBI cards. When I said all these to Ms. Priya, she gave me an option of credit refund, to which I agreed. On 13th October I got a call from Ms. Mansi Sharma saying that they have started processing my refund and all they need was a scanned copy of my PAN card. I immediately sent them my PAN card copy and gave them a call back on 16th Oct. They confirmed that they have received my PAN card copy and within 5 working days it will be reflected on my savings account. I am currently in New Zealand for some official work and on 23rd when I again called them from here, since the money was still not refunded and someone named by Mr. Mahesh Babu said that it will take another 7 working days to get it credited. He could not even give a justifiable reason for this delay. I twice wrote an email to the nodal office. Mr. Sachin Panwar on 16th and 23rd of Oct and got the same reply that the case will be investigated thoroughly and they would revert back within 7 working days. Till date I have not heard back from him. I also wrote an email to the grievance redressal officer, Ms. Rashmi Gupta and yet to get a reply from her as well. Today is 28th October and its been 1 months and 23 days I am being subjected to unwarranted harassment by all levels of officials of SBI. It seems they take all these issues quite lightly and do not bother about the agony caused to its customers. Kindly advise me on how to put this case in the consumers court and get it resolved ASAP. I have attached herewith the screenshot of my credit card statement which will depict the story clearly. Kind regards, Arijit Chakraborty

Today when I content my bank the officiator says that " AA JA AGA". Sir that is not proper answer from reputed bank of india.

                Recently I have transfered My A/c from SBI jaaggapeta to SBI sarkanda bilaspur branch, but my CIF code is not been transfered; so I am not able to properly operate my account. I have sent request to sarkanda (CODE-4834) branch several times but yet they are unable to do so. Please look into my request and do the needfull.

I was having 12500 points on 01/Oct/2013 and when i checked again on 03/Oct/2013 i was having only 105 points. I have not used any points for making transactions.                         I avail car loan, amonted Rs. 1 lac in March 2006.(Loan A/C No.[protected]) from State Bank of India, Station Road, Anand branch.At the and of duration i.e. in March 2013.When i inquired for 3 to4 times to both, above said branch and also at RASMEC branch, V.V.Nagar, SBI, Anand provide me statement of my loan A/C No. [protected]. According to statement all 84 instalments have been paid during sticulated time periode. Even though almost one third amount(29, 391/-) of basic loan amount (i.e. Rs. One Lac) is outstanding. I personaly visited to both above said branches for several time, but no body responded me properly. I wrote letters, one on 15/03/2013 and second on 3/08/2013.Surprisingly they did not repply me till to date. It is my humble request to do needfull to solve my above said problem.                               Sir, I took a car loan of Rs. 5, 00, 000.00 from SBI. When i signed the documents the rate of interest offered to me was 9.5%. I paid the monthly installments regularly for 26 months. They changed the interest rate from 9.5% to 11% from February 2012 onwards which was not informed to me. I requested a statement of my A/C and now the outstanding is showing Rs. 4, 21, 902. I would like to inform your kind forum that i was unemployed for about 6 months and was not able to make regular payments. I sincerely believe they are adding excess interest in ways best known to them. I request the forum to kindly look into the matter and help. My Car loan A/C : [protected].                               Respected Sir,

                              Reference my complaint dated 19 October 2013. Till date no action has been taken to resolve my request. I received a letter from SBI asking me to attend the LOK ADALAT which was conducted on 07th Jan 2014 in Visakhapatnam but to my surprise the banker did not turn up with the necessary documents and neither did the forum take any action even though I approached them. Please guide me as to what should I do. I am in a position to payoff my car loan but they have added abnormal interest and not willing to reduce it.

                              I wish to settle the loan and request your good forum to kindly look into the matter and help me payoff my loan without paying the abnormal interest being charged on my account.

                                      I have salary account with gulmohar branch of SBI.

                                      On 02-June-2009, i have withdrawn Rs 20000 using SBI ATM Card from the Bank of Baroda's ATM (ATM ID 1FDBH003). But i received only Rs 18500. I waited for some time to get rest of the money but it didn't came out of the machine.

                                      I have register a complaint in the gulmohar branch of SBI on 03-June-2009. Also i have remind them 3 times. They use to tell me that they are not getting resolution from bank of baroda.

                                      I have not get the solution even after 3 months.

                                      Please suggest what should i do to get my money back?

                                      i was studying in chennai so last year on aug 30th 2010 i withdraw 2000 rs from thiruvanmiyur branch atm .
                                      which never came out and when i asked the bank ,they said i have to concerned the bank where my account belong to i.e.(budhi vihar ,moradabad).i did a complaint in dec 2010 in budhi vihar branch they asked for application and receipts of the atm of that date . i submitted all these things and still money din't deposited in my account .then in june again i asked them when i came home .they are saying your application is lost give and there is no such entry of 2000 rs on aug 30th .for which even they said that money will come into your account .n till date its not done so please help me out because i can't go to these banks very often because i am residing in chennai now a daysand its very careless of the bank .

                                      I had done a withdral from atm on 2-may-2012 of 3000/- Rs, but the amount is debited from my account and i cant get.
                                      Regarding this i make a complaint to my branch but till now they did not resolve my problem.

                                      I had the same problem. The process that sbi follows is give a written complaint at your home branch with all the necessary details like transaction ID, atm code and amount requested alongwith date and time of transaction. After that call sbi customer care and log a complaint and get a ticket number. If you don't get money within 14 working days and no one is helping you ; then send email to the general manager -atm operations of sbi. His email ID is gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in

                                      Subject: Refund of money. Due to fault in ATM machine (ATM 67812. Parul institution Baroda) ATM ID: F 04 N148601

                                      With respect to the above said subject, I Manojkumar Raval, Account no: [protected] in State Bank of India Manek Baugh branch at (Ahmadabad) (8052). I would like to draw your attention that , I have dropped Rs 40,000 (Forty Thousands,) by using ATM of Central Bank of India, at Parul Institution Baroda, On dated 4th September,2012,(04/09/2012) . But unfortunately, Rs 50,000(Fifty Thousands) has been deducted from my Account. That means Rs 10,000 (Ten Thousand) more deducted from My account. Regarding this, I have complained in written in my home Branch i.e. SBI Manek Baugh, Ahmadabad on dated 13/10/2012. I have also complained on S.B.I Bank help line on 13/10/2012. They have booked my Complain by Giving me the Ticket No AT [protected]. And closed it without solution. I have contact my home branch many times periodically too. But no concrete Result, I have got. Till date.
                                      Regarding this matter, I have also enquired in Region State Bank of India, at Ahmadabad also. There I have visited Mr. Khatri, who is one of the officers in Region State Bank of India. Mr. Khatri has advised me to go at Central Bank of India at Panigate Branch at Baroda, for further enquiry regarding this matter. I have visited at Central Bank of India at Panigate branch, but there, I have not given the satisfactory response. So I was going to Region Central Bank of India at Dandiya Bazaar in Baroda, for further enquiry at there, I have visited Mr. Mayank Desai, Who is one of the officer in Central Bank of India. They have clearly told me that, at single season, No one can drop more than Rs 40,000 By ATM. But in your account Rs 50,000(Fifty Thousands) has been deducted. So it is clear that Rs 10,000(Ten Thousands) is more deducted more from your account.
                                      So I again complaint on S.B. I Help line on dated 19/12/12. But till date no concrete result I have got.
                                      So you are requested to do needful to me and oblige me. I hope you will give a positive response as early as possible.
