Dear sir, On 17/01/2014 I made online fee payment for west bengal ssc registration of Rs 220/ through my SBI debit card. My trancaction was failed with error reason we are unable to process our transaction. But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account so what should I do now ?     I had taken Housing loan (ac no.[protected]) from SBI Hilsa(code 03587) in May'2008. At the time of its sanction I had given to SBI Hilsa NSC of Rs. 50, 000.00 duly pledged by GPO Nawadah(PIN -805110). Numbers of NSC were 68EE775858, 68EE775859.68EE775860 68EE775861 & 68EE775862 each of Rs.10000.00 Dated 21.12.2006.having registeration no 7421. These NSC matured on 22.12.2012 and matured amount was Rs 80050.00. But even after one year of their maturity, the amount not credited in my loan account. on asking to Branch Manger he each time replies that he had sent the NSC to GPO, Nawadah but not came back. this is from last one year. on asking to POst Master, GPO, Nawadah, he replies after sseing the file that these NSC had been discharged in Feb'2013. I am puzzled what should I do. I am paying interest which would have reduced if these amount credited on time one year back in my loan account. please enquire and justify who is responsible for my financial loss.

        I have received an E-mail from [protected]@onlinesbi.com on 8 Jan 2014 regarding up-dation of details (Copy of E-mail along-with preferred link attached for your ready reference). I have entered all details including my ATM Card No & Pin No through preferred link mentioned in the E-mail (www.onlinesbi.com) on 9 Jan 2014 (Copies step wise up-dation attd). My ATM Card No.[protected]. On checking transaction details through Net banking, I found that Rs. 40, 000/- (Rs. 20000/- twice) had been deducted from my account and details shown as ATM WDL ATM 6965 SHILP CHO MUMBAI IN Rs. 20000/- & ATM WDL ATM 6966 SHILP CHOWK MUMBAI IN Rs. 20000/-. (Copy of bank statement attd)
        However, I have posses the Original ATM Card, but as per above transaction details ATM WDL Rs. 20000/- twice withdrawn from my account. I have contacted Customer Care of SBI, but they did not responded well. Hence your are requested to kindly examine the matter and do the needful, so that I can avoid huge financial hardship.

          My Home loan account no is [protected]. I am not interested to take any insurance policy but an amount of 11637 is adjusted in my monthly EMIs. On 10/12/2013 a cheque of 1139000 was issued to the builder. An EMI of 15879 is paid on 10/01/2014. As on 11/1/2014 the principal balance is shown as 1141872 which is more than the loan withdrawn even after paying 1 EMI.

              I am an NRI SBI customer for 20 years. All my accounts and whatever savings in my life is in SBI only. Recently for an unforeseen situation, I went to State Bank of India, Sagar, Karnataka (B.H. Road) Branch to withdraw cash(Rs. 2 Lakhs). When I gave the check for withdrawal, Manager said, they can give only Rs. 40, 000, which is the Bank rules. Then I requested them that this is an urgent situation and I want the money. He said to go to the accountant for approval. When I went to the accountant, he said, we have an old check, so money can't be withdrawn. We again told him that new check book is ordered, then the accountant wrote OK on the check and advised us to take the chk to the cash counter. In the cash counter he said, he cannot give this much money and needs approval sign from the Manager. We went back again to the manager. Together we went 3 times back and forth to the Manager. My question is, approval, internal signatures, etc. need to be handled by customers or Bank employees? These are rules made by SBI or particularly Sagar Branch Manager? Customers do not have any respect even after being SBI account holder for 20 years!? Are they doing these things for all the customers or only to me?

                Regarding SBI credit card reward point I am unable redeem my reward points. Can you please guide me on this how to redeem the reward points. Your Toll Free no. don't give any access. Thru internet also there in no access procedure. This is very poor service from sbi card. I want simple procedure. Help me out so that simply i can redeem my point. Otherwise I will cancel my credit card and report to the Consumer Forum for harassing the customer. i do not want to pay any amount accept rewards point and as per your site everywhere i have to pay against the rewards point gift. my card no is [protected] if you want to issue coupons then please issue me petrol coupons so that i can use it for petrol. i request you to stop cheating business and issue me petrol coupons of rewards points. please reply me immediately otherwise you will compel me to lodge a complaint in consumer court.                 @ madhukar zemse can you get it or not becuse same issue i found i want to reediming my point but there is no option to purhcase of but any thing they just give us item code but how can i purchase? no option. i had mail to sbi but yet there is no reponce from their side.

                  I am HAV RAVINDER SINGH, working in INDIAN ARMY

                  I worked for nation from 25 years and always be a part of good soldier and good citizen

                  as now i am going through retirement process i have to attested my pension papers by SBI branch manager where i have my A/C (a/c number is [protected])

                  but when i went to SBI dadri branch (03342)

                  the Assistant Manager ASHOK KUMAR GUPTA and Branch Manager told me to pay 102 rs. for single signature and stamp

                  when i asked him for what i have to pay this amount please show me the notification where this is mentioned or give me in written then i will give you 102 rs per signature

                  but they told me that they cant give me receipt or any written info

                  on that day i called sbi customer care number they register my complain CS[protected]

                  after 1 day customer care told me to go to branch again as my problem being solved,

                  but again branch manager and asst manager ASHOK KUMAR GUPTA said that they will not attest my pension papers, they also give me their account number for depositing bribe amount (102x16=1632)

                  as i have to attest 16 papers, all paper came from INDIAN ARMY, my platoon commander also said not to pay any amount

                  now i have made two online complaint for same CS[protected] & CS[protected]

                  now i am humbly request to you sir please solve my issue and take a strict action as they disturb me mentally.

                  after this if i will unable to find any solution in next 3 days i will submit this application to upper authority as well as CONSUMER FORUM, and my INDIAN ARMY COMMANDER, and district magistrate.

                  i hope you work on my issue as soon as possible.

                    Due to absence of AM(concern), our home loan process got delayed right from the beginning in Thanjavur VOC nagar branch start process on dec 2013 instead of end of november 2013. Each and every day, they got delayed and we have submitted our doc. like house tax, salary slip etc, twice because of their misplaces. Based on their requirements in dec 2013, i submitted my Workspot verification through RACPC through FAX from AGRA SBI RACPC to Thanjavur VOC Branch. Manager from voc branch received my Workspot verification on 2nd Jan 2014 and assured me for approval and sanction for the same on monday 6.1.14. But still got delayed from them and again start delaying instead of sanctioning the loan even we have submitted our all documents to them(map, legal opinion, power of attorney etc) Ticket number: HL[protected] through customer care SBI also.                       I had failed to give life certificate in Nov 2013.
                      BUT NOW, EVEN AFTER 12 DAYS OF me giving my LIFE CERTIFICATE to my bankers, I have not yet recieved my pension and I have not been intimated any reason till date. IN THIS ERA OF INFO TECH THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

                        I had availed a loan of Rs.2, 50, 000.00 from State Bank Of India, St.Marks Road Branch, Bangalore. Later, my loan account was transferred to Bull Temple Road, Bangalore. Subsequently, my loan account was transferred to Shivajinagar, Bangalore and finally, the documents were held at RACPC - III, Banasawadi, Bangalore. These developments were not informed and no correspondence was communicated to me. When, I visited Shivajinagar, Bangalore to pay off the balance, the treatment of staff was worst and non-coperative. Now, I have already repaid my loan with interest. And, I had made a request for return of my documents and ten signed cheques issued as a security. I had requested the Branch Manager and assistant Branch Manager Mrs.Shoaiab Ahmed Phone No.[protected] and i had given a request letter to return back my documents on[protected]. For telephone calls, branch manager is not responding and the assistant manager is also, not responding. I am doubting that misuse of my documents and cheques

                        Kindly, give directions to The Manager and see that I get back my documents with cheque leaves.

                                Now If i track my application

                                Kindly update it was rejected due to which reason ?
                                In what aspect my application doesn't meet the policy ?

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, I want to inform you that a respective officer convinced me to invest in the SBI FUND. He told me that you will get Rs. 1000/- return on the to investment of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- in this scheme so I invested Rs. 5, 00, 000/- on the name of Smt. Manorma Devi on the date of 20/07/2012 in the Ghosi branch of SBI application no. 8918086 transferred from SBI A/C no. [protected]. After that I got only Rs. 15, 000/- return for three months. Till today I haven’t got a single penny. When I approached to the branch manager in this regard then he said the investigation against the respective officer is under process. I am visiting to the branch every month to know about my money, but there no proper resolution I have got as of now. Please take necessary steps and action in this regard. I don't have any other option to get my bread and butter because my husband got past away in Dec. 2011 and I got this amount from organization which he worked. Thank you. Manorama Devi [protected]

                                    we have applied for home loan transfer in sbi jaferkahnpet branch, chennai on 24.01.2013. Till now it is under process.Almost 12 months gone. We have provided all the documents at the beginning. Further we also submitted the recent 3 months salary slip, Form 16 etc. We dont know the reason for delay. Please do the needful in this regard

                                      I had sought the confirmation from my SBI MCEME Br regarding the payment of LIC premium through the ECS well in advance in Sept 2013. But in spite it, they dishonored the LIC request for the payment of my premium declaring that inadequate funds are available which is grossly contrary to availability of adequate funds available in my account as on 15 Nov 2013.

                                      In view of the above, LIC has imposed a penalty on me and declare me an offender and thus not accepting my cheque payment anymore which is a huge embarrassment for me.

                                      I approached SBI Manager in this regard and she replied that it is handled centrally and she can't do anything on it. However I gave application to her and ten days has passed but no reply.

                                      May I request to look in to the matter and give me a fair redressal of my grievances.

                                        I P.Venkatarathnam. I have been taken the DD in STATE BANK OF INDIA in S.P.S.R NELLORE district at KALUVOYA branch.In the favour of JAIN IRRIGATION SYSTEMS Ltd Hyderabad. Date:[protected]. Amount: 9110/-.So my DD was missfallen.So therefore i am asking the DD number in bank assistent branch manager.But ABM was saying here there is no data on that DD.
