I had availed a loan of Rs.2, 50, 000.00 from State Bank Of India, St.Marks Road Branch, Bangalore. Later, my loan account was transferred to Bull Temple Road, Bangalore. Subsequently, my loan account was transferred to Shivajinagar, Bangalore and finally, the documents were held at RACPC - III, Banasawadi, Bangalore. These developments were not informed and no correspondence was communicated to me. When, I visited Shivajinagar, Bangalore to pay off the balance, the treatment of staff was worst and non-coperative. Now, I have already repaid my loan with interest. And, I had made a request for return of my documents and ten signed cheques issued as a security. I had requested the Branch Manager and assistant Branch Manager Mrs.Shoaiab Ahmed Phone No.[protected] and i had given a request letter to return back my documents on[protected]. For telephone calls, branch manager is not responding and the assistant manager is also, not responding. I am doubting that misuse of my documents and cheques
Kindly, give directions to The Manager and see that I get back my documents with cheque leaves.
